According to the illustrations of FIGS. 1-8:
in one aspect of the present invention, a safety cover assembly 1 is provided, which has an open state and a closed state with a matched pot 2, and the safety cover assembly 1 includes a cover 11, a rotating frame 12, a handle 13, a start switch 14 and a safety lock mechanism 15.
Wherein the rotating frame 12 is rotatably arranged on the cover body 11; the handle 13 is rotatably arranged on the cover body 11 and is linked with the rotating frame 12; the starting switch 14 is arranged on the cover body 11 and can interact with the rotating frame 12 which rotates to the starting position so as to start a working circuit controlled by the starting switch 14; the safety lock mechanism 15 is disposed on the cover 11 and configured to lock the rotating frame 12 when the safety cover assembly 1 is in the open state, so that the rotating frame 12 does not interact with the start switch 14.
To open the safety cover assembly 1, the user rotates the turret 12 synchronously by rotating the handle 13 and activates the operating circuit by interaction of the activation switch 14 with the turret 12. If the safety cover assembly 1 is in the open state, the user may accidentally rotate the handle 13 to start the working circuit, which may cause the risk of scalding the user by the blank explosion assembly disposed on the safety cover assembly 1, and for this reason, the present invention provides the safety lock mechanism 15 to lock the rotating frame 12 when the safety cover assembly 1 is in the open state, so as to prevent the working circuit from being opened.
Preferably, the safety lock mechanism 15 includes a gravity weight 151, the gravity weight 151 is rotatably disposed on the cover 11, and the gravity weight 151 is disposed with respect to a first rotation axis 152 of the cover 11:
when the safety cover assembly 1 is in an open state, the gravity hammer 151 can rotate to a locking position under the action of the gravity hammer, so that the rotating frame 12 is locked; and
when the safety cover assembly 1 is in the closed state, the gravity hammer 151 can rotate to the starting position under the action of its own gravity, so that the rotating frame 12 can be rotated to the starting position by the handle 13.
The gravity hammer 151 uses gravity as its own rotation power, and has better reliability, when the safety cover assembly 1 is switched from the closed state to the open state, as shown in fig. 5, the gravity hammer 151 will rotate 90 degrees, and lock the rotating frame 12; when the safety cover assembly 1 is switched from the open state to the closed state, as shown in fig. 6, the gravity weight 151 rotates 90 degrees, and the rotating frame 12 is no longer locked, so that the rotating frame 12 can be rotated to the starting position by the handle 13.

Preferably, in order to further accurately position the engagement between the hook portion 121 of the turret 12 and the gravity weight 151, the turret 12 is provided with respect to the third rotation axis 122 of the cover 11: perpendicular to the first rotation axis 152 and perpendicular to the covering plane of the safety cover assembly 1 with respect to the pot body 2.
Preferably, the start switch 14 includes an inductive switch 141, the turret 12 includes a magnet 123, and the magnet 123 is capable of interacting with the inductive switch 141 to activate the operating circuit controlled by the start switch 14 when the turret 12 is rotated to the activated position.
The interaction between the magnet 123 and the inductive switch 141 is a non-contact interaction, which has low requirement on the arrival rate of the rotating frame 12, so that the user can rotate the handle 13 to a certain angle to open the working circuit, thereby facilitating the operation of the user on the safety cover body assembly 1.
Of course, for those skilled in the art, the starting switch 14 may also include a pressing switch, and the rotating frame 12 is provided with a corresponding pressing protrusion, so that the rotating frame 12 and the starting switch 14 interact by touching and pressing, and the operating circuit can be started after the user operates the handle 13 to rotate in place, or the operating circuit can be closed by slightly rotating the handle 13 by a certain angle, thereby improving the safety of the safety cover assembly 1.
Preferably, in order to make the locking effect of the gravity weight 151 on the rotating frame 12 better and the locking force greater, the distance between the magnet 123 and the second rotating shaft 161 is greater than the distance between the gravity weight 151 and the second rotating shaft 161, taking the second rotating shaft 161 as the center, so that the locking force of the gravity weight 151 on the rotating frame 12 is amplified and presented to the magnet 123 of the rotating frame 12 acting with the start switch 14 by using the principle of leverage.
Preferably, in order to make the connection between the pot body 2 and the safety cover assembly 1 more tight, especially not to be disengaged in a high pressure cooking environment, the outer edge of the pot body 2 is provided with a plurality of first ribs 21 protruding outwards, and the plurality of first ribs 21 are uniformly arranged around the outer edge of the pot body 2, the safety cover assembly 1 further comprises:

wherein, when the fastening ring 17 rotates relative to the pan body 2 until the plurality of first ribs 21 and the plurality of second ribs 171 are staggered, the safety cover body assembly 1 is opened relative to the pan body 2; and
when the fastening ring 17 rotates relative to the pot body 2 until the plurality of first ribs 21 are opposite to the plurality of second ribs 171, the safety cover body assembly 1 covers relative to the pot body 2.
Preferably, in order to enable the rotation of the fastening ring 17 and the rotation of the handle 13 to be interlocked, the fastening ring 17 further comprises a support rod 172, the housing 11 comprises an arc-shaped hole 111, the rotating frame 12 comprises a mounting hole 124, and the support rod 172 is fixedly arranged in the mounting hole 124 through the arc-shaped hole 111, so that the fastening ring 17 and the rotating frame 12 are interlocked.
In another aspect of the present disclosure, an air electric pressure cooker is provided, comprising a safety cover assembly 1 according to any of the previous embodiments.
Therefore, the rotary frame 12 and the starting switch 14 matched with the rotary frame are arranged, so that the sealing operation of the cover body on the pot body 2 is simpler and more convenient, the operation of a user is convenient, the linkage between the cover body and a working circuit is generated, the starting and stopping control of the air electric pressure cooker is safer, and the risk of scalding the user by the air-frying component is prevented.
So far, some specific embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail by way of examples, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above examples are only for illustrative purposes and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made in the above embodiments or equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope and spirit of the utility model. The scope of the utility model is defined by the appended claims.
