Abstract
The invention relates to a production process of a packing box with embossing, which comprises the following steps: s1, performing wet coating of varnish on the PP plastic plate through an anilox roller, and performing drying and curing; s2, UV printing a required pattern on the cured varnish; s3, wet-coating varnish on the pattern, and drying and curing; s4, horizontally placing the PP plastic plate on the plane of a hydraulic machine downwards, and hydraulically pressing the pattern through a die to form embossing; s5, coating an EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) adhesive layer on the paperboard, and performing hot pressing on the EVA adhesive layer and a PP plastic plate through a hot press to form a packaging box plate; and S6, cutting according to the required shape of the packaging box, and folding and forming. The invention aims to design a production process of the packing box with the embossing, which controls the thickness between a PP plastic plate and a paperboard by controlling the thickness of a varnish and an EVA adhesive layer, so that paper is effectively adhered to the PP plastic plate, and the packing box with the embossing has a strong embossing three-dimensional effect.

The paper that has the pattern is usually adhered to the surface at the box body through glue to current packing carton is pleasing to the eye, the effect of propaganda, under the market trend of packing carton design competition, the packing carton that has three-dimensional impressed watermark is unique, make the packing carton with have three-dimensional pattern, the depth of impressed watermark can directly lead to the stereoeffect of pattern, make the casing and the paper thickness of packing carton too thin, the impressed watermark stereoeffect is weak, thickness is too thick, with high costs and the paper fracture easily.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the background art, the invention aims to control the thickness between a PP plastic plate and a paperboard by controlling the thickness of a varnish and an EVA adhesive layer through designing a production process of the packing box with the embossing, so that the paper is ensured to be effectively adhered to the PP plastic plate, and meanwhile, the packing box has a strong embossing three-dimensional effect.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the production process of the packing box with the embossing according to claim 1, comprising the following steps:
(1) s1, performing wet coating of varnish on the PP plastic plate through an anilox roller, and performing drying and curing;
(2) s2, UV printing a required pattern on the cured varnish;
(3) s3, wet-coating varnish on the pattern, and drying and curing;
(4) s4, horizontally placing the PP plastic plate on the plane of a hydraulic machine downwards, and hydraulically pressing the pattern through a die to form embossing;
(5) s5, coating an EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) adhesive layer on the paperboard, and performing hot pressing on the EVA adhesive layer and a PP plastic plate through a hot press to form a packaging box plate; and (6) S6, cutting according to the required shape of the packaging box, and folding and forming.
Further, the varnish in the S1 and S3 is UVOP varnish, methanol and water according to the weight percentage of 10:0.2: 0.8.
Further, the drying in the S1 and S3 is carried out by a roller coater, the drying temperature is 95-115 ℃, and the coating dry weight is controlled to be 0.7-1.0 g/m 3.
Further, the thickness of the varnish cured in the step S3 is 20-32 um.
Further, the pressure of the hydraulic press in the S4 is 80-100 t, the pressurization time is 1-2S, and the pressure maintaining time is 2S.
Further, the hot-pressing temperature of the hot press in the step S5 is 90-100 ℃, the pressure is 120-135 t, the pressurization time is 1-2S, and the pressure maintaining time is 2S.
Further, the thickness of EVA glue film is 10 ~ 16 um.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the two sides of the pattern are respectively provided with 20-32 um varnish, so that the embossing thickness is increased when the pattern is embossed through a hot press, and the space stereoscopic impression of the pattern of the packaging box is improved.
2. The EVA adhesive layer is used as an adhesive to press the paper board and the PP board, so that cracking and separation between the paper board and the PP plastic board due to air drying are avoided.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a first embodiment of a production process of a packing box with an embossing, comprising the following steps:
(1) s1, wet-coating varnish 2 on a PP plastic plate 1 through an anilox roller, and drying and curing through a roller coater, wherein the drying temperature is 110 ℃, and the coating dry weight is controlled to be 0.8g/m3;
(2) S2, the desired pattern 3 is UV-printed on the cured varnish 2, and the pattern is printed by a 5-color UV printer.
(3) S3, wet-coating varnish 2 on the pattern 3, and drying and curing the varnish by a roller coater, wherein the drying temperature is 110 ℃, and the coating dry weight is controlled to be 0.8g/m3The thickness is 30 um;

(5) s5, coating an EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) adhesive layer 4 on a paper board 5, wherein the thickness of the EVA adhesive layer 4 is 12um, and the EVA adhesive layer and a PP (polypropylene) plastic board 1 are hot-pressed by a hot press to form a packaging box board, the hot-pressing temperature of the hot press is 100 ℃, the pressure is 120t, the pressurization time is 1S, and the pressure maintaining time is 2S;
(6) and S6, cutting according to the required shape of the packing box, and folding to form the packing box.
The present invention provides a second embodiment comprising the steps of:
(1) s1, wet-coating varnish 2 on a PP plastic plate 1 through an anilox roller, and drying and curing through a roller coater, wherein the drying temperature is 115 ℃, and the coating dry weight is controlled to be 0.7g/m3;
(2) S2, the desired pattern 3 is UV-printed on the cured varnish 2, and the pattern is printed by a 5-color UV printer.
(3) S3, wet-coating varnish 2 on the pattern 3, and drying and curing the varnish by a roller coater, wherein the drying temperature is 115 ℃, and the coating dry weight is controlled to be 0.7g/m3The thickness is 20 um;

(5) s5, coating an EVA adhesive layer 4 on the paper board 5, wherein the thickness of the EVA adhesive layer 4 is 10um, and the EVA adhesive layer 4 and the PP plastic board 1 are hot-pressed through a hot press to form a packaging box board, the hot pressing temperature of the hot press is 100 ℃, the pressure is 120t, the pressurization time is 1S, and the pressure maintaining time is 2S;
(6) and S6, cutting according to the required shape of the packing box, and folding to form the packing box.
The present invention provides a third embodiment comprising the steps of:
(1) s1, wet-coating varnish 2 on a PP plastic plate 1 through an anilox roller, and drying and curing through a roller coater, wherein the drying temperature is 95 ℃, and the coating dry weight is controlled to be 1.0g/m3;
(2) S2, the desired pattern 3 is UV-printed on the cured varnish 2, and the pattern is printed by a 5-color UV printer.

(5) s5, coating an EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) adhesive layer 4 on a paper board 5, wherein the thickness of the EVA adhesive layer 4 is 16um, and the EVA adhesive layer and a PP (polypropylene) plastic board 1 are hot-pressed by a hot press to form a packaging box board, the hot-pressing temperature of the hot press is 90 ℃, the pressure is 135t, the pressurization time is 2S, and the pressure maintaining time is 2S;
(6) and S6, cutting according to the required shape of the packing box, and folding to form the packing box.

and S6, cutting according to the required shape of the packaging box, and folding and forming.
2. The production process of the packing box with the embossing as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the varnish in the S1 and S3 is UVOP varnish, methanol and water according to the weight percentage of 10:0.2: 0.8.
3. The production process of the packing box with the embossing as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: drying in the above S1 and S3 by a roller coater, wherein the drying temperature is 95-115 ℃, and the coating dry weight is controlled to be 0.7-1.0 g/m3。
