The second embodiment: in this embodiment, the pot cover 2 includes a cover body 21 and a lock cover 22 capable of being locked with or unlocked from the pot body 1, the pot cover 2 is detachably disposed on the pot body 1, and the lock cover 22 is rotatable relative to the cover body 21. The electric connection assembly 4 is composed of an upper coupler 42 arranged on the cover body 21 and a lower coupler 41 arranged on the pot body 1, the lock cover 22 is provided with a shifting fork piece which rotates along with the lock cover 22, the shifting fork piece is provided with a movable trigger piece used for detecting the coupling state of the electric connection component 4, the lower coupler 41 is provided with a static trigger piece matched with the movable trigger piece, when the cover 2 is covered on the cooker body 1, the upper coupler 42 and the lower coupler 41 are coupled in the up-down direction, and when the user rotates the locking cover 22 in the locking direction, the movable trigger approaches to the static trigger, when the movable trigger piece moves to the electric connection component 4, the movable trigger piece is matched with the static trigger piece, the coupling information of the electric connection component 4 is detected, and the coupling information is sent to the control unit.
The application is further described in detail below by taking the split type electric pressure cooker as an example:
it should be noted that the "optional installation" of the water tank 3 means that the electric pressure cooker can be operated to complete cooking regardless of whether the water tank 3 is installed on the pot body 1, and specifically, the electric pressure cooker has the following two operation states:
the first operation state is as follows: the pot body 1 is provided with an electric connecting component 4 used for connecting the pot cover 2 with the pot body 1 and the electricity, an electric connector 52 used for connecting the water pump 6 with the pot body 1 and the matching piece 51, a heating unit and a control unit.
In one embodiment of the present application, the electrical connection component 4 includes an upper coupler 42 disposed on the cover body 21, and a lower coupler 41 disposed on the pot body 1, the upper coupler 42 is floatingly mounted on the cover body 21, the cover body 21 is provided with a through hole for the upper coupler 42 to stretch, the lock cover 22 is provided with a shifting fork rotating along with the lock cover 22, when the lock cover 22 rotates to a locking position, the shifting fork drives the upper coupler 42 to move downwards, so that the upper coupler 42 is coupled with the lower coupler 41, the lower coupler 41 is electrically connected with the control unit, the upper coupler 42 is coupled with the lower coupler 41, the lower coupler 41 transmits information that the electrical connection component is coupled to the control unit, when a user installs the water tank 3 on the pot body 1, and after the control unit receives the information that the electrical connection assembly 4, the electrical connector 52 and the mating member 51 are both connected, indicating that the locking cover 22 is locked with the pot body 1 and the water tank 3 is installed, the electric pressure cooker starts to cook in the first operation state.
In another embodiment of the present application, the electrical connection assembly 4 includes an upper coupler 42 disposed on the cover 21, and a lower coupler 41 disposed on the pot body 1, the upper coupler 42 is fixedly mounted on the cover 21, the lock cover 22 is provided with a fork member rotating with the lock cover 22, the electrical connection assembly 4 further includes a trigger (such as a magnet) disposed on the fork member, and a matching component (such as a reed pipe or a hall element) disposed on the pot body 1 and capable of cooperating with the trigger, when the pot cover 2 is covered on the pot body 1, the upper coupler 42 is coupled with the lower coupler 41, when the lock cover 22 rotates to a locking position, the trigger triggers the matching component, the matching component is electrically connected with the control unit, so as to transmit a signal that the lock cover 22 is locked in place to the control unit, when the user mounts the water tank 3 on the pot body 1 and the control unit receives the information that the upper and lower couplers are coupled, the trigger member is engaged with the engaging member, and the electrical connector 52 is connected with the engaging member 51, the electric pressure cooker indicates that the locking cover 22 is locked with the pot body 1 and the water tank 3 is mounted, so that the electric pressure cooker can cook in the first operating state.
It should be noted that, the "first operation state" herein means that the electric pressure cooker has a water supply function, for example, the electric pressure cooker can automatically add water into the cooking cavity, and for example, the pot cover 2 is provided with the cooling cavity 23, and the water tank 3 and the water pump 6 pump water or cooling liquid into the cooling cavity 23, so as to achieve rapid pressure reduction through water cooling.
And a second operation state: the pot body 1 is provided with an electric connecting component 4 used for connecting the pot cover 2 with the pot body 1 and the electricity, an electric connector 52 used for connecting the water pump 6 with the pot body 1 and the matching piece 51, a heating unit and a control unit. When the control unit receives the information that the electrical connection assembly 4 is coupled and the electrical connector 52 and the mating member 51 are not coupled within a preset time period, the control unit controls the heating unit to start, and the electric pressure cooker operates in a second operation state.
When the user does not mount the water tank 3 on the pot body 1 and the electric connector 52 is not communicated with the mating member 51 within a preset time, which means that the user does not need to mount the water tank 3, the control unit controls the heating unit to start, and the electric pressure cooker is opened to cook in the second operation state.
It should be noted that the "second operation state" herein means that the electric pressure cooker does not have a water supply function, that is, the electric pressure cooker cannot automatically add water into the cooking cavity, or does not adopt a water cooling method in the pressure reduction stage.
Preferably, when the control unit receives the information that the electrical connection assembly 4 is coupled and the electrical connector 52 is not coupled with the mating member 51, the control unit sends an alarm to remind a user, so that the user can clearly determine the installation state of the water tank 3, and the control unit can avoid that the control unit does not detect the information that the electrical connector 52 is communicated with the mating member 51 because the user does not install the water tank 3 in place, and further operate in an operation state which is not in accordance with the cooking state expected by the user. For example, the user originally wants to shorten the cooking time period by a water-cooling step-down manner, but forgets to place the water tank 3, and thus the control unit controls the pressure cooker to operate in the second operation state, that is, the step-down stage operates in a normal program, when the information that the electrical connector 52 is coupled with the mating piece 51 is not received within a preset time period on the premise that the electrical connection assembly 4 is coupled, which is contrary to the expectation that the user wants to shorten the cooking time period, the water-cooling operation is not performed. Therefore, the present embodiment can prompt the user to confirm again by adding the alarm operation. Of course, the alarm form in this embodiment is not particularly limited, and technologies that can meet the prompt requirement in the prior art, such as voice prompt, light color early warning, remote information prompt, and the like, may be adopted or used for reference.
Preferably, the electric pressure cooker can still perform an automatic cooking function in the second running state, and the electric pressure cooker gives a prompt in a water adding link to prompt a user to manually add water to finish cooking, otherwise, the cooking is suspended.
As shown in fig. 3, the pot body 1 is provided with a supporting position 11 for supporting the water tank 3.
Due to the arrangement of the bearing position 11, the water tank 3 can be directly placed on the bearing position 11 without arranging an additional connecting piece, the connecting mode is simple, and the mounting and dismounting are convenient. Preferably, the bottom surface of the water tank 3 is not lower than that of the pot body 1, so that the structure of the electric pressure pot is smooth, and the electric pressure pot is convenient to use and store.
In the present embodiment, the installation position and the number of installation positions of the support positions 11 are not particularly limited, and include, but are not limited to, the following examples:
example 1: as shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the supporting position 11 is disposed at an opening outer brim of the pot body 1, and the water tank 3 is hung on the supporting position 11. The supporting position 11 arranged in this way can enable the installation of the water tank 3 and the pot body 1 and the connection of the matching piece 51 and the electric connector 52 to be concentrated at the position, so that a user can conveniently complete the installation of the water tank 3 and the communication of the circuit.
Example 2: in this embodiment, the support position 11 is disposed at the lower portion of the lateral surface of the pot body 1, and the water tank 3 is placed on the support position 11. The bearing position 11 is arranged at the lower part of the pot body 1, so that the water tank 3 is more stably placed.
Example 3: in this embodiment, the two support positions 11 are arranged up and down along the side surface of the pot body 1. Two from top to bottom bearing position 11, it is right water tank 3's upper and lower can both play the supporting role, the connection effect is better, and shares water tank 3's weight, avoids single bearing position 11 atress is too big and damage.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, a local region of the pot body 1 is recessed inwards to form the bearing position 11, and the pot body 1 is recessed inwards to form the bearing position 11, so that on one hand, the strength of the bearing position 11 is increased, on the other hand, the connection between the pot body 1 and the water tank 3 is more compact, and the space is saved. Of course, the support 11 can also be arranged outside the pot 1, and is not limited in this respect.
As shown in fig. 3, the fitting element 51 is disposed on the supporting position 11, so that when a user installs the water tank 3 on the pot body 1, the fitting element 51 and the electrical connector 52 are synchronously electrically communicated, thereby simplifying the installation steps of the water tank 3 and improving the user experience.
It should be noted that, the connection mode of the water tank 3 and the pan body 1 may be a mounting mode such as a snap, a magnetic attraction, a hook, and the like, besides the placement mode described in the present embodiment, and is not limited specifically herein.
The connection direction of the water tank 3 and the pot body 1 is not particularly limited in the present application, and includes but is not limited to the following embodiments:
the first implementation mode comprises the following steps: as shown in fig. 3 and 5 to 6, in the present embodiment, the liquid outlet 33 is disposed on an upper end surface of the hanging portion 37, and the electrical connector 52 is disposed on a lower end surface of the hanging portion 37; the fitting piece 51 is arranged on the upper end face of the bearing position 11, the water tank 3 is vertically installed on the pot body 1, and the fitting piece 51 and the electric connector 52 are in plug fit in the vertical direction.
The second embodiment: in this embodiment, the liquid outlet 33 is disposed on the upper end surface of the hanging portion 37, the electrical connector 52 is disposed on a surface of the hanging portion 37 facing the pot body 1, the mating member 51 and the electrical connector 52 are correspondingly disposed, so that the electrical connector 52 and the mating member 51 are inserted and mated in a horizontal direction, and the water tank 3 is mounted on the pot body 1 in the horizontal direction.
The third embodiment is as follows: in this embodiment, the liquid outlet 33 is disposed on the upper end surface of the hanging portion 37, the electrical connector 52 is disposed on the end surface of one side of the hanging portion 37, the fitting member 51 is disposed on the corresponding side surface of the supporting portion 11, the electrical connector 52 and the fitting member 51 are inserted and fitted along the circumferential direction of the pot body 1, and the water tank 3 is disposed on the pot body 1 along the circumferential direction of the pot body 1.
As shown in fig. 1-2, as a preferred embodiment of the present application, the electrical connection assembly 4 is disposed at a front side of the electric pressure cooker, and the water tank 3 is located at a rear side of the pot body 1 in a state that the water tank 3 is mounted on the pot body 1.
The electric connection component 4 and the water tank 3 are arranged in a front-back mode, the structural layout of the pot body 1 is optimized, the table board space occupied by the electric pressure pot in the width direction is effectively reduced, more utensils can be placed in a row on the table board with the same width, and the user experience is better.
It should be noted that the "front side" herein refers to a side of the electric pressure cooker facing a user in a use state, and the "rear side" herein refers to a side of the electric pressure cooker facing away from the user.
As a preferred embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, the locking cover 22 is provided with a cooling cavity 23 for cooling the cooking cavity, the hanging portion 37 further has a liquid return port 34, the pot cover 2 further includes a butt portion 24, and the butt portion 24 has a liquid inlet 25 and a liquid outlet 26 communicated with the cooling cavity 23; the water tank 3 is arranged in the state of the pot body 1, the liquid inlet 25 is communicated with the liquid outlet 33, and the liquid return port 34 is communicated with the liquid outlet 26, so that the electric pressure cooker has a better water-cooling pressure reduction function.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the abutting portion 24 is provided at one side of the pot lid 2. The abutment 24 acts as an "intermediate medium" and provides fluid communication between the cooling chamber 23 and the water tank 3. In addition, the existence of the butt joint part 24 also provides guidance for the process of covering the pot cover 2 to the pot body 1 of the pressure cooker, clearly shows the placement position of the pot cover 2 of a user, and improves the user experience.
As a preferred example of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the water tank 3 has a reservoir chamber 31 and a liquid suction port 35 communicating with the reservoir chamber 31; the water inlet end 61 of the water pump 6 can be communicated with the liquid pumping port 35, and the water outlet end 62 of the water pump 6 can be communicated with the liquid outlet 33; the water tank 3 further comprises a liquid return chamber 32 communicating with the liquid return port 34.
As shown in fig. 5, as a specific example in this embodiment, the liquid returning cavity 32 is separated from the liquid storage cavity 31, and the liquid returning cavity 32 is separated from the liquid storage cavity 31, so that the flowing water or cooling liquid and the flowing-back water or cooling liquid are separated, and the reduction of the water cooling effect due to heat exchange caused by the intersection of the two liquids is avoided.
As another specific example in this embodiment, the liquid return cavity 32 is communicated with the liquid storage cavity 31, and the liquid suction port 35 is far away from the liquid return port 34. The liquid return cavity 32 is communicated with the liquid storage cavity 31, so that the liquid return cavity 32 is increased in volume of the liquid storage cavity 31, more water or cooling liquid can be stored in the water tank 3, and the water cooling effect is improved. In addition, the liquid pumping port 35 is far away from the liquid return port 34, so that the liquid in the water storage cavity 31 can be effectively separated from the liquid flowing back from the liquid return port 34, heat exchange is avoided, and the water cooling effect is ensured.
As a preferred embodiment of this application, the pot cover still includes butt joint portion 24, butt joint portion 24 have with the inlet 25 of culinary art chamber intercommunication, water tank 3 install in under the state of the pot body 1, inlet 25 with liquid outlet 33 intercommunication makes the electric pressure cooker can accomplish automatically to add water operation in the culinary art chamber, realize automatic cooking promptly.
It should be noted that, this application does not specifically limit the function that water tank 3 can realize, and it not only can realize the function of automatic water supply, water-cooling step-down, and it can realize other functions also, for example, in addition to setting up water pump 6 on water tank 3, still be provided with steam generator, the liquid outlet becomes the gas outlet, through the butt joint of pot lid and gas outlet with supply steam to the cooking chamber in, realize steam cooking function.
