As one of ordinary skill in the art will readily appreciate from the disclosure of the present invention, processes, machines, manufacture, compositions of matter, means, methods, or steps, presently existing or later to be developed, that perform substantially the same function or achieve substantially the same result as the corresponding embodiments described herein may be utilized according to the present invention. Accordingly, the appended claims are intended to include within their scope such processes, machines, manufacture, compositions of matter, means, methods, or steps.
Claims (8)
1. A method for interacting with television programs through a mobile communication terminal comprises the following steps:
the mobile communication terminal collects the image of the television picture played;
the mobile communication terminal captures the television picture according to the collected television picture information and the stored interactive service identification information and retrieves the mapped interactive service ID;
the mobile communication terminal loads corresponding interactive service application according to the interactive service ID;
the mobile communication terminal generates an interactive service picture and superposes the interactive service picture on the captured television picture;
the mobile communication terminal receives an operation instruction of a user for an interactive service picture;
the mobile communication terminal executes corresponding business operation according to the operation instruction and displays the generated business operation result;
the mobile communication terminal receives and stores interactive service identification information issued by an interactive server, wherein the interactive service identification information comprises:
image identification information and an interactive service ID;
image identification information, time period information and an interactive service ID;
image identification information, geographical position information of the mobile communication terminal and an interactive service ID; or,
image identification information, time period information, geographical position information of the mobile communication terminal and an interactive service ID.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the mobile communication terminal loads the corresponding interactive service application according to the interactive service ID, comprising:
the mobile communication terminal searches whether the interactive service information corresponding to the interactive service ID exists locally according to the interactive service ID;
if the retrieval is yes, loading corresponding interactive service application according to the interactive service information;
and if the interactive service ID is not searched, uploading the interactive service ID to the interactive server, and after receiving interactive service information searched and issued by the interactive server according to the interactive service ID, the mobile communication terminal loads corresponding interactive service application according to the issued interactive service information.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the mobile communication terminal feeds back the service operation and/or the service operation result to a television operation platform through an interactive server;
and the television operation platform counts the interactive service results and plays the interactive service results in the television picture after receiving the service operation results of each mobile communication terminal.
4. A mobile communication terminal comprising:
the image acquisition unit is used for acquiring images of the played television pictures;
the capturing unit is used for capturing television pictures according to the collected picture information and the stored interactive service identification information;
the identification unit is used for identifying the mapped interactive service ID according to the captured television picture and the interactive service identification information;
the interactive service processing unit is used for loading corresponding interactive service application according to the interactive service ID; generating an interactive service picture, superposing the interactive service picture on the captured television picture, receiving an operation instruction of a user for the interactive service picture, executing corresponding service operation according to the operation instruction, and displaying a generated service operation result;
the interactive service identification information is interactive service identification information corresponding to the interactive service and issued to the mobile communication terminal by the interactive server, wherein the interactive service identification information includes:
image identification information and an interactive service ID;
image identification information, time period information and an interactive service ID;
image identification information, geographical position information of the mobile communication terminal and an interactive service ID; or,
image identification information, time period information, geographical position information of the mobile communication terminal and an interactive service ID.
5. The mobile communication terminal according to claim 4, wherein the interactive service processing unit loads the corresponding interactive service application according to the interactive service ID, and comprises:
searching whether the interactive service information corresponding to the interactive service ID exists locally according to the interactive service ID;
if the retrieval is yes, loading corresponding interactive service application through an interactive server according to the interactive service information;
and if the interactive service ID is not retrieved, uploading the interactive service ID to the interactive server, and after receiving the corresponding interactive service information retrieved and issued by the interactive server according to the interactive service ID, loading the corresponding interactive service application through the interactive server according to the issued interactive service information.
6. The mobile communication terminal according to claim 4, wherein the interactive service processing unit is further configured to feed back the service operation and/or the service operation result to the television operation platform through the interactive server.
7. A system for interacting with television programs through a mobile communication terminal comprises the mobile communication terminal and an interaction server, wherein:
the interactive server is used for issuing the interactive service identification information to the mobile communication terminal after the interactive service is defined;
the mobile communication terminal is used for carrying out image acquisition on the played television picture; capturing a television picture according to the collected television picture information and the stored interactive service identification information and retrieving a mapped interactive service ID; loading corresponding interactive service application according to the interactive service ID; generating an interactive service picture, superposing the interactive service picture on the captured television picture, receiving an operation instruction of a user for the interactive service picture, executing corresponding service operation according to the operation instruction, and displaying a generated service operation result;
the interactive service identification information includes: image identification information and an interactive service ID; image identification information, time period information and an interactive service ID; image identification information, geographical position information of the mobile communication terminal and an interactive service ID; or image identification information, time period information, geographical location information of the mobile communication terminal, and an interactive service ID.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein:
the mobile communication terminal is also used for sending the service operation and/or the service operation result to an interactive server, and the interactive server is also used for feeding back the service operation and/or the service operation result to a television operation platform; or,
the interactive server is also used for feeding back a service operation result generated at the interactive server according to the service operation of the mobile communication terminal to the television operation platform.
