背景技术

离合器装置58具有与轮毂2抗相对扭转地联接的、但是借助于换挡套筒97相对轮毂2可轴向移动的摩擦体25和43。在摩擦体25和43上,分别形成内锥形的摩擦面44或45。在离合器体16和17上,分别形成相对各自摩擦面44或45的外锥形的对应摩擦面21或46。通过换挡套筒97的轴向移动,摩擦面44可以与对应摩擦面21造成摩擦锁合,并且摩擦面45可以与对应摩擦面46造成摩擦锁合。
促动器系统6具有作为驱动机构23的电动马达80,其平行于电机19布置。传动连接24通过中间轴47以及两个齿轮级48和49构成。齿轮级48具有:小齿轮50,其构造在电动马达180的枢转轴51上;以及在中间轴47上的圆柱齿轮52,小齿轮50和圆柱齿轮52彼此形成齿啮合。齿轮级49设置有小齿轮53,其构造在中间轴47上并且该小齿轮53与齿弧54形成齿啮合。齿弧54构造在法兰10上或者备选地紧固在法兰10上。
图1和图3:法兰10通过两个滚动轴承60和62可转动地在周边结构63上以能绕旋转轴线18'枢摆的方式受支承。周边结构63为轴承盖66以及隔板68,它们紧固在壳体39上。轴承盖66把电机19带有定子40并且带有转子38以及转子轴29的内部空间与离合器装置58分隔开。外此,转子轴29被支承在轴承盖66上。离合器装置58与行星传动机构59通过隔板68彼此分隔开。
图3:滚动轴承60具有在周边方向中取向的滚道69,其例如通过压印直接构造在法兰10中。此外,在隔板68中对称地构造有另外的滚道70。滚动轴承62具有在周边方向中取向的滚道71,其直接构造在法兰10中。与滚道71对称地构造有滚道72,其构造在弹性元件73上。在滚道69和70之间,布置有作为滚动体的多个球体77。
弹性元件73或者紧固在,或者至少轴向支撑在轴承盖66上。通过可弹性伸缩的弹性元件73,滚动轴承系统轴向上在轴承盖66和隔板68之间预张紧。滚道69、70、71和72或者全周边地作为环形轨道延伸,或者是其圆弧角相应于换挡鼓22的最大枢摆角度的圆弧片段轨道。在最后提到的布置中,在周边侧上布置有至少两个同样的圆弧片段轨道。此外,滚道69、70、71和72构造为球体滚动凹槽/滚动凹槽,其在纵向剖面中观察,构成与球体77匹配的凹腔。
滚道69和70径向上与滚道71和72错开。其中之一的滚道69构造在法兰10的轴向取向的端面74上,并且另外的滚道71构造在法兰10的相反于端面74取向的端面75上。通过法兰10中径向上在滚道69之间实施的曲柄76和滚动凹槽的在纵向剖面中凹腔状的成型,球体滚动凹槽在其轴向最深的位置上触及共同的假想的径向平面78,其在轴向上由旋转轴线18'垂直地穿过,并且该径向平面相应地在凹槽底部与两个滚道71和72相交。滚动轴承系统因此需要较少地轴向的结构空间。
图4和图5示出了基本上与图2和图3所描述的换挡装置56相应的换挡装置56,然而它的促动器系统79配备有驱动机构23的和传动连接24的变型方案。促动器系统79的电动马达90具有枢转轴81,小齿轮82构造在该枢转轴上。小齿轮82与换向齿轮(Umkehrzahnrad)83形成齿啮合,该换向齿轮通过轮毂85可转动地支承在中间轴84上。中间轴84紧固在隔板85上。

Claims (9)

1.一种换挡装置(56),所述换挡装置带有至少一个离合器装置(58)、轴(3、67)、带有相对所述轴(3、67)能轴向移动地并且抗相对转动地布置的所述离合器装置(58)的换挡套筒(97),并且带有用于轴向移动所述换挡套筒(97)的所述离合器装置(58)的促动器系统(6),其中,至少一个离合器啮合部(4、5)抗相对转动地配属于能相对于所述轴(3、67)绕旋转轴线(18')转动的离合器元件(28、30),并且至少一个与所述离合器啮合部(4、5)相应的对应啮合部(7、8)抗相对转动地配属于所述换挡套筒(97),并且其中,所述促动器系统(6)的至少一个环状的促动元件绕所述旋转轴线(18')在周边侧上环绕所述换挡套筒(97),其特征在于,所述环状的促动元件是至少一个带有至少一个曲线形走向的导轨(41)的换挡鼓(22),其中,与所述换挡套筒(97)形成连接的引导元件(42)径向咬合到所述导轨(41)中,并且其中,所述换挡鼓(22)至少能绕所述旋转轴线(18')枢摆,并且在此,能通过所述导轨(41)相对于所述引导元件(42)运动,所述引导元件轴向带动所述换挡套筒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的换挡装置,其特征在于,所述离合器啮合部(4、5)构造在离合器体(16、17)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的换挡装置,其特征在于,所述换挡套筒(97)能轴向移动地安放在与所述轴(3、67)连接的轮毂(2)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的换挡装置,其特征在于,在所述轮毂(2)上支撑有弹簧弹性地相对所述换挡套筒(97)预张紧的卡锁元件(15),其中,所述换挡套筒(97)具有至少一个与所述卡锁元件(15)相应的径向凹陷部(20)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的换挡装置,其特征在于,所述离合器装置(58)具有至少一个与所述轴(3、67)抗相对扭转地联接的、但是借助于所述换挡套筒(97)能相对所述轴(3、67)轴向移动的摩擦面(44、45),所述摩擦面能向与所述离合器元件(28、30)抗相对扭转地联接的并且与所述摩擦面(44、45)相应的对应摩擦面(21、46)上移动。
6.根据权利要求5所述的换挡装置,其特征在于,所述对应摩擦面(21、46)锥形地构造在摩擦体(25、43)上。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的换挡装置,其特征在于,所述对应摩擦面(21、46)构造在实施为带有离合器啮合部(4、5)的离合器体(16、17)的离合器元件(28、30)上。
8.根据权利要求1或5所述的换挡装置,其特征在于,所述离合器装置(58)具有其他的离合器元件(26),其中,所述轴(21、46)和所述其他的离合器元件(26)能绕所述旋转轴线(18')相对彼此运动,并且其中,所述换挡套筒(97)以能轴向移动的方式布置在两个离合器元件(28、30)之间。
9.根据权利要求1所述的换挡装置,其特征在于,所述促动器系统(6)具有至少一个带有马达(80)的驱动机构(23),其中,所述马达(80)与所述换挡鼓(22)传动连接。
