背景技术
可变排量泵是现有技术。通常,这些泵包括具有泵转子的泵壳,其中,泵转子设有在可移位的控制环中旋转的可径向滑动的叶片。根据发动机的转速,控制环被推向低或高泵送容积方向。如果转速增加,控制环被推向低泵送容积方向;如果转速减小,控制环被推向高泵送容积方向,使得能够独立于泵转子或发动机的转速以基本恒定水平对润滑剂加压。
然而,润滑剂压力需求取决于发动机的工作状况。润滑剂压力需求在发动机的低转速下较低,而在高转速下较高。WO2005026553A1描述了一种具有控制系统的装置,该控制系统提供加压润滑剂的一个压力水平。
发明内容
本发明之目的是提供一种具有多于一个润滑剂压力水平的紧凑的可变排量的润滑剂泵。
通过具有权利要求1的特征的可变排量的润滑剂泵可实现该目的。

柱塞可在两个不同位置之间切换。如果电子预张紧控制阀打开出口,那么预张紧气缸连接到例如大气压力的低压。柱塞位于低压位置。泵提供例如具有约2.5巴压力的加压润滑剂。如果电子预张紧控制阀闭合出口,预张紧气缸中的压力增加,使得柱塞移向高压力位置。结果,控制环的平衡位置移向高压位置,使得泵提供例如具有约4.5巴压力的加压润滑剂。在两个压力位置,控制环可被推向低或高泵送容积方向,使得两个压力水平独立于驱动泵的发动机或泵转子的转速而基本上不变。
因此,泵通过简单的机械系统,即通过预张紧气缸提供两个不同的润滑剂压力水平,预张紧气缸具有可沿轴向移动的柱塞,柱塞支撑预张紧元件,预张紧元件将控制环推向高压方向。这允许设计紧凑的泵。
根据优选的实施例,预张紧气缸设有位于预张紧气缸的每个轴向端部处的止动件,使得柱塞精确地定位在其两个不同的预置位置处。
优选地,预张紧控制阀由泵控制单元控制。泵控制单元设有用于预张紧控制阀的设定值,并根据例如润滑剂温度等的发动机状况和参数确定压力设定值并进而确定柱塞位置。
优选地,所述第二压力导管设有节流阀,所述预张紧控制阀设置在压力控制腔的下游。所述节流阀限制预张紧气缸的最大润滑剂消耗。

预张紧控制单元28包括预张紧气缸30,其中,柱塞32设置成可沿轴向移动。预张紧气缸30设有位于气缸30的两个轴向端部处的止动件33、35。柱塞32支撑预张紧元件22,使得控制环18被推向高泵送容积方向。柱塞32可切换为两个不同位置,即低压位置和高压位置,使得泵10能够用两个不同压力对润滑剂加压。在低压位置,柱塞32被止动件33的止动面43阻挡,并接触止动面43,在高压位置,柱塞32被止动件35的止动面45阻挡,并接触止动面45。
泵壳12还包括进气口37和泵出口端24,进气口用于从润滑剂箱50抽吸润滑剂,泵出口端用于将具有排放压力的润滑剂供给到发动机70。导管71从泵出口端24延伸以供给发动机70。
供给到发动机70的润滑剂还经由第一压力导管26被导向压力控制腔20,所述润滑剂还经由第二压力导管34被导向预张紧气缸30。更确切地说,压力导管34的润滑剂经由导管34通过压力节流阀46最终被供应到预张紧气缸30,在压力节流阀中,当润滑剂流过时,标定的压力会下降。第二压力导管34与预张紧气缸30的入口39连接。
预张紧气缸30设有位于气缸壁38中的出口36,出口36液压地连接到电子预张紧控制阀40。控制阀40由泵控制单元44控制。泵控制单元44设有用于预张紧控制阀40的设定值,并根据例如润滑剂温度等的发动机状况和参数确定压力设定值以及进而确定柱塞32的位置。
如果电子预张紧控制阀40打开出口36,那么预张紧气缸30连接到例如大气压力的低压。柱塞32位于低压位置,控制环18的平衡位置移向低压位置。泵10提供例如具有约2.5巴压力的加压润滑剂。如果电子预张紧控制阀40闭合出口36,那么预张紧气缸30中的压力增加,使得柱塞32切换为高压位置。结果,控制环18的平衡位置移向高压位置,使得泵10提供例如具有约4.5巴的较高设定压力的加压润滑剂。

Claims (4)

1.一种可变排量的润滑剂泵(10),用于给内燃机(70)提供加压润滑剂,包括:
具有泵转子(14)的泵壳(12),其中,所述泵转子(14)设有在可移位的控制环(18)中旋转的可径向滑动的叶片(16);
压力控制腔(20),克服柔性预张紧元件(22)的力将所述控制环(18)推向低泵送容积方向,其中,所述压力控制腔(20)经由第一压力导管(26)与泵出口端(24)连接;以及
预张紧控制单元(28),用于调节加压润滑剂的不同排放压力,其中,所述控制单元(28)包括:
预张紧气缸(30),其中,柱塞(32)设置成可沿轴向移动,所述柱塞(32)支撑所述预张紧元件(22),所述预张紧元件将所述控制环(18)推向高泵送容积方向,所述预张紧气缸(30)经由第二压力导管(34)与泵出口端(24)连接;
位于气缸壁(38)中的出口(36),其中,所述出口(36)经由电子预张紧控制阀(40)可连接到低压。
