技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有保持架的滚动轴承、尤其是滚子轴承/滚针轴承,保持架具有至少一个内部保持架和至少一个外部支承保持架,所述内部保持架和外部支承保持架具有与滚动体相配适的窗口,该窗口带有将多个窗口相连接的侧向边缘和横梁,滚动体被引入所述窗口中并且防止滚动体掉落。
背景技术
通过同类文献WO2009/127191A1公开了,为保持架配设有完整环形构造的内部支承架和整环形地实施的外部支承保持架,内部支承架和外部支承保持架被成型和构造结合地用于引导和支承滚动轴承。所述环形的保持架在此处被相互固定。
不利的是,由环形内部保持架和环形外部支承保持架组装的保持架如整体材料保持架一样被处理,并且例如不能被任意安装在轴颈上。由于不仅内部保持架而且支承保持架都必须作为闭合的圈而存在,所以其制造也是相对昂贵的。
发明内容
因此,基于已知的现有技术的缺点,本发明所基于的任务是,进一步改进用于滚动轴承的保持架,节省重量,简化制造并且在困难的安装状况下也使装配容易。
根据本发明,该任务在根据权利要求1的前序部分的滚动轴承方面通过如下方式来解决,内部保持架和支承保持架被构造为带槽的内部保持架圈和/或带槽的支承保持架圈,并且这些圈可以在端侧彼此固定。可替选地,本发明的任务也通过如下方式来解决,内部保持架和支承保持架被构造为内部保持架壳件和/或支承保持架壳件,并且壳件可以在端侧彼此固定。
如果内部保持架和支承保持架被构造为带槽的圈,则其应可被更简单地制造并且比完整的圈更便于操作。如果壳件在有利的构型中被构造为半壳件,则四个半壳件形成完整的保持架。然而这还可以被设置为更小的单元、例如四分之一壳件,其在端侧彼此固定,使得例如八个四分之一壳件形成一个完整的壳件,因为四分之一壳件比半壳件更易于制造。通过所说明的内部和支承保持架圈和壳件的构造得到了非常高的灵活性,从而使得保持架可以容易地适应于各种使用条件。
在固定的特别构造中提出了一种夹紧部,其中带槽的内部圈或内部支承壳件、尤其是半壳件相对于带槽的支承保持架圈或支承保持架壳件/半壳件相互在周向方向上相对转动一个窗口地布置。在此,圈或壳件/半壳件具有端部横梁,并且所述端部横梁构建为与其余横梁相比窄其周向长度的一半。因此,得出了以下可能性,即,所述安装在端部窗口中的滚动体保证了半壳件彼此间的连接,并且用作夹持体。由于端侧的横梁窄了一半,所以在其中一个圈端部或其中一个壳件/半壳件上的缩窄的横梁与在另一个圈端部或另一个壳件/半壳件上的缩窄的横梁共同又形成一个横梁,该横梁与横梁的通常的宽度相对应。滚动体于是通过窗口和横梁使圈或壳件/半壳件在夹在一起之后彼此卡锁。圈或壳件/半壳件的端部横梁的宽度也可以比通常的横梁更大。这导致了,最后的横梁必须具有与端部横梁宽度之和相同的宽度。这不仅必须在内部保持架中实现,而且必须在支承保持架中实现。
在本发明的其他扩展方案中提出了,内部保持架圈和支承保持架圈或内部保持架壳件/半壳件和支承保持架壳件/半壳件彼此固定,例如通过焊接、钎焊、卷边和/或类似方式固定。然而,其可以在彼此无直接固定的情况下仅松散地插接。圈或壳件在此有利地由钢板材料通过成型、冲裁/拉长、弯圆或滚圆而有利地制造。
应用于支承保持架圈和支承保持架壳件的材料比应用于内部保持架壳件的材料更厚,用以在外部引导的保持架中实现更好的支撑,并且在小的内部保持架圈或壳件中可以吸收力。当存在轴承滚子的重量在较大保持架的情况下使内圈变形的危险时,内部保持架圈或内部保持架壳件在其材料强度上被选择得更厚。圈和壳件也可以由管段通过利用可延展的塑料芯扩宽来制造,其中,随后对窗口进行冲裁。最后,圈和壳件可以以切削方式来制造。圈或壳件也可以进一步由塑料或铝制成,这导致离心力和重量的降低。内部保持架或支承保持架也可以被涂层,用以降低摩擦并且提高耐磨性。

具体实施方式
就详细所示而言,在图1至图5b中用1标记内部保持架半壳件,内部保持架半壳件布置在支承保持架半壳件2内。两个半壳件都具有窗口3,窗口3侧向由边缘4限定而彼此间通过横梁5限定。边缘4沿内部保持架半壳件1和支承保持架半壳件2呈半环形地侧向延伸。在横梁5的与边缘4相邻的端部处设置有突起6,突起6使窗口3在其朝着边缘4的角部处变窄。横梁5不仅在内部保持架半壳件1中而且在支承保持架半壳件2中在突起6之间被构建得更窄,其中,在内部保持架半壳件2上的横梁5在突起6之间具有朝向内部的U形变形部7。
此外,从图1至图5b清楚地得知,在半壳件的端部上的端部横梁5a被实施为窄了正常横梁5的按周向长度的一半,使得两个端部横梁5a彼此接合,形成通常横梁5的宽度。壳件/端部横梁5a朝向彼此的端面被平整地实施,因为端部横梁5a在此处不需要具有突起6。
滚动体8安装到通过内部保持架半壳件1和支承保持架半壳件2形成的窗口3的凹部中,滚动体构造为滚子。

2.一种带有保持架的滚动轴承、尤其是滚子轴承/滚针轴承,所述保持架具有至少一个内部保持架和至少一个外部支承保持架,所述内部保持架和所述支承保持架具有与滚动体(8)相配适的窗口(3),所述窗口具有连接多个窗口(3)的侧向边缘(4)和横梁(5),在所述窗口中所述滚动体(8)被引导,并且防止所述滚动体掉落,其特征在于,所述内部保持架和支承保持架被构造为内部保持架壳件和/或支承保持架壳件,并且所述壳件能够在端侧彼此固定。
