adding buyer personal information and transaction information into commodity information to generate transaction request information, encrypting the transaction request information and sending the encrypted transaction request information to a background information processor, and decrypting the encrypted transaction request information by the background information processor to perform a transaction related processing step;
after the step (b), the background information processor sends the request of confirming the password of the transaction request to the buyer according to the personal information of the buyer, and performs the transaction related processing steps after the password of the buyer is confirmed again without errors.
Once the buyer finishes installing/upgrading the shooting client through the recommender, including website downloading, label scanning downloading and mobile phone preassembling, each transaction finished by the buyer contains the information of the recommender, so that the recommender can obtain the extraction of each transaction; wherein, according to the first installation or repeated installation, different extraction proportions and extraction rules of the valid period are established.
In the specific implementation:
a system and a method for realizing instant transaction information processing by using a mobile terminal embedded or provided with a shooting and buying software client, a commodity label (taking a two-dimensional code as an example) generated according to a special rule and a background information processor. The background software system generates a unique commodity label from the transaction related information of the commodity according to a special rule, taking a two-dimensional code form as an example, a consumer uses a mobile terminal to obtain the two-dimensional code, the shooting and buying software client software embedded or installed in the terminal reads the information contained in the two-dimensional code, and the shooting and buying software client software adds the consumption related information and the consumer related information and then transmits the information to the background software system to perform a series of processing such as order issuing, logistics distribution, payment of goods and payment, sale and drawing and the like.
The mobile terminal of the invention, including but not limited to multimedia terminals such as mobile phones, tablet computers, etc., must have a camera with more than 30 ten thousand pixels, and a wireless communication module which can access the internet, such as GPRS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.
The system and method comprises the following steps:
(1) the enterprise user registers as a member and submits commodity information to the background information processor, the system generates unique two-dimensional codes according to internal rules and the commodity transaction related information submitted by the enterprise, and the enterprise user can obtain the unique two-dimensional codes by downloading or sending mails or sending the unique two-dimensional codes to related websites and the like. The consumer registers the member and registers personal information (phone number, address, payment account, etc.).
(2) A consumer obtains a client of the shooting and buying software through a mobile terminal in a way of pre-installing or installing a mobile memory card or downloading; the commodity transaction information can be read through the two-dimensional code shot by the camera, the information can be displayed after the relevant information of the consumer collected by the terminal is added, and the relevant information can be requested from a background, such as the number of people who shoot the two-dimensional code at the same time and comments and the like for reference; and may send all information to the server with an action confirming consumption.
(3) The server implements the following actions in the system immediately after receiving the data request, or sends the request for confirming the password again to the opposite side according to the contact way in the specific information of the consumer, and implements the following actions after waiting for the confirmation of the password again of the consumer without error: confirming the order and generating delivery information, or transmitting the data to a corresponding supplier internal system; confirming the payment and handing over to the payment processor;
(4) the background information processor manages personal information of a user, two-dimensional code identification and other information; the mobile terminal comprises the user and the two-dimension code identification information when sending information, so that the background system can determine the identity of the user and the two-dimension code identification after receiving a data request or confirming the password again, and complete subsequent steps such as delivery, payment and the like according to personal information, so that a consumer can use the mobile terminal to realize purchase actions such as 'buying while taking a beat' and 'obtaining while taking a beat'.
The first embodiment is as follows:
and the information type two-dimensional code application based on each landmark of the travel information service is realized. Taking the example of establishing a system capable of acquiring travel information in real time through the action of shooting two-dimensional codes in a certain city, the deployment comprises the following steps:
(1) firstly, information data obtained from tourism related departments are imported into the system, and information is organized and a two-dimensional code is generated according to each landmark as a unit.

(4) Meanwhile, the tourists can exchange data with the server by shooting and buying the software client software and taking the current landmark as a reference so as to realize operations such as sign-in, comment, search, price comparison and the like.

the catering discount coupon service platform based on the transaction amount is realized. Taking the establishment of a system which takes discount service of catering enterprises as a core, distributes coupons to general individual users and settles service cost with the enterprises according to actual consumption conditions as an example, the deployment comprises the following steps:
(1) and performing centralized management on enterprise information and coupon information of the catering enterprises, and generating a two-dimensional code uniquely corresponding to each coupon according to internal rules.
(2) The two-dimensional code is deployed in areas which are convenient for consumers to obtain, such as newspapers, magazines, websites, public areas, televisions and the like.
(3) And the consumer shoots the two-dimensional code through the mobile phone, and the shooting and buying software client software in the mobile phone reads the information and displays the information in the mobile phone.
(4) When the consumer uses the coupon at a catering merchant, the software at the client side of the shooting and buying software can uniquely determine the information of the identity of the user and generate a new two-dimensional code by adding the original information of the coupon.
(5) And the camera at the merchant reads the two-dimensional code, and transmits the use record back to the server after confirming the validity of the coupon through software.
(6) And the service platform operator settles the accounts according to the actual transaction (coupon use) data and the catering enterprises.
Example three:
by using the system and the method, the mobile payment is realized through the mobile terminal, for example, the method comprises the following steps:
(1) and the system manages all information related to commodity payment, such as payment accounts, payment modes and the like, and generates a two-dimensional code uniquely corresponding to each commodity according to internal rules.
(2) And the operator publishes the two-dimensional codes and the sales information of the commodities together.
(3) And the consumer shoots the two-dimensional code through the mobile terminal, and the shooting and buying software client software in the terminal can read and display all information related to payment.
(4) And after the consumer confirms the amount and the payment intention, adding the personal information of the consumer on the basis of the original two-dimension code information, generating a new payment two-dimension code for the second time, and sending the new payment two-dimension code to the server.
(5) And the server searches corresponding payment accounts and other information related to payment from the database according to the personal information contained in the new two-dimensional code, generates data containing complete information of both payment parties, and transmits the data to a bank or a third-party payment gateway to complete payment transaction.
The parts not involved in the present invention are the same as or can be implemented using the prior art.
Claims (10)
1. An information processing system for realizing recommendation, transaction and completion by a buyer shooting mode is characterized by comprising a plurality of mobile terminals or communication terminals embedded with buyer shooting software clients, a buyer shooting commodity label generation module and a background information processor, wherein the mobile terminals or the communication terminals are communicated with the background information processor; wherein,
the mobile terminal or the communication terminal embedded with the shooting and buying software client for realizing 'buying at a point' comprises information input equipment, a terminal processor, a commodity label reading module, a terminal communication module and a display, wherein the information input equipment is connected with a corresponding signal input end of the terminal processor, the terminal processor is connected with the commodity label reading module, a display signal output end of the terminal processor is connected with the display, and a communication signal end of the terminal processor is communicated with a background information processor through the terminal communication module;
the patting and buying commodity label generating module is used for generating commodity labels from commodity information or combining the recommending party information and the commodity labels into the commodity labels with the recommending party information, the patting and buying commodity label generating module is connected with the background processor, the background processor is connected with the background communication module,
the background information processor comprises a background processor and a background communication module, the background processor is used for processing transactions, the background processor is connected with the background communication module, and the background communication module is used as a communication signal end of the background processor to be communicated with a mobile terminal or a communication terminal with a communication function and embedded with a shooting and buying software client.
2. The information processing system for realizing recommended transaction, deal, and promotion by clapping buyer according to claim 1, wherein the mobile terminal embedded in the clapping software client comprises a mobile phone, a PDA; the communication terminal embedded with the software client comprises a computer and a television, and the mobile terminal or the communication terminal embedded with the software client is used as a display carrier of the commodity label and used for displaying the commodity label; the software purchase client is downloaded or pre-installed.

The information processing system for realizing recommendation of transaction proposal by buyer according to claim 1, wherein the generation module of the commodity label of buyer is stored in a background information processor or a software background of the recommender or a software client connected with the background periodically.

The information processing system for realizing recommended transaction settlement by buyer-shooting according to claim 1, wherein said information input device comprises a keyboard, a mouse, a touch screen or an image processing device; the image processing equipment comprises an image acquisition module and an optical identification module, wherein the image acquisition module is a camera, and the optical identification module is an identification module built in a camera chip or an identification module independent of the camera chip.

The information processing system for realizing recommended transaction, closing and raising by means of clapping the buyer according to claim 1, wherein the commodity label is a one-dimensional code, a two-dimensional code or a multi-dimensional code; the commodity label clicked through the communication terminal can be a link or a hot area, and is in any packaging form of various links capable of triggering subsequent events; both are the commodity labels which can realize the recommended and proposed instant transaction function through 'shooting'.
6. An information processing method for realizing recommended transaction settlement through a buyer-capturing mode, which applies the information processing system for realizing recommended transaction settlement through the buyer-capturing mode as claimed in claim 1, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(a) firstly, a buyer and a seller register as a user who recommends to be provided with the instant transaction information processing system through a mobile terminal or a communication terminal;
(b) inputting personal information as a buyer by the buyer;
the seller inputs commodity information to a background information processor of the information processing system for recommending and extracting instant transaction, generates commodity labels from the commodity information of the seller through a commodity label generation module for shooting and buying, and then releases the commodity labels to various information release platforms in the forms of advertisements and the like;
the method comprises the steps that a recommending party inputs recommended commodity information and recommending party information to a background information processor of a recommended and extracted instant transaction information processing system, a commodity label with recommending party information is generated by a commodity label generating module through a recommended commodity label of a seller and the recommending party information, and the commodity label with the recommending party information is sent to the recommending party;
or the recommending party purchases the commodity label through the recommending party software client and sends commodity information containing the seller and recommending party information to the background so as to complete recommending calculation transaction and extraction;
the method comprises the following steps that a recommender publishes a commodity label with recommender information to various information publishing platforms in an advertisement mode;
(c) the buyer user downloads the shooting and buying processing system client, the buyer uses a mobile terminal embedded with the shooting and buying software client to shoot the commodity label/the commodity label with the recommending party information, or the buyer clicks the action triggering event of the commodity label/the commodity label with the recommending party information through a communication terminal, the commodity label is converted into commodity transaction information through a commodity label reading module, the commodity transaction information is added with the buyer personal information and the transaction confirmation information to generate transaction request information, the transaction request information is displayed to the buyer through a display, and the transaction request information is directly transmitted to a background information processor or after the buyer is confirmed;
(d) and after receiving the transaction request information, the background information processor performs transaction related processing steps to finish recommending and extracting the instant transaction, and performs extraction calculation aiming at the recommending party.
7. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein in the step (b), the information distribution platform includes but is not limited to internet website, microblog, IM group, forum, search engine, e-commerce agency platform, TV magazine or outdoor advertisement media.
8. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein in the step (b), the buyer uses a mobile terminal embedded in a buyer software client to shoot the commodity label, the optical recognition module converts the image signal of the commodity label into a computer readable language and outputs the computer readable language to the commodity label interpretation module, and the commodity label interpretation module converts the commodity label into commodity information; or the commodity label is touched by a mouse to obtain the commodity information;
adding buyer personal information and transaction information into commodity information to generate transaction request information, encrypting the transaction request information and sending the encrypted transaction request information to a background information processor, and decrypting the encrypted transaction request information by the background information processor to perform a transaction related processing step;
after the step (b), the background information processor sends the request of confirming the password of the transaction request to the buyer according to the personal information of the buyer, and performs the transaction related processing steps after the password of the buyer is confirmed again without errors.
9. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the merchandise tag is a one-dimensional code, a two-dimensional code or a multi-dimensional code; the commodity label clicked through the communication terminal can be a link or a hot area, and is in any packaging form of various links capable of triggering subsequent events; both are the commodity labels which can realize the recommended and proposed instant transaction function through 'shooting'.
10. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the buyer, upon completing the installation/upgrade of the buyer client through the recommender, comprises website downloading, label scanning downloading and mobile phone pre-installation, each transaction completed by the buyer user contains the recommender's information, so that the recommender can obtain the contribution of each transaction; wherein, according to the first installation or repeated installation, different extraction proportions and extraction rules of the valid period are established.
