Claims (8)
1. An apparatus for communicating using random picture codes, the apparatus comprising:
the camera is used for scanning and collecting the picture information of the random picture codes;
the mobile terminal receives the picture information of the random picture code transmitted by the camera, analyzes the picture characteristic information and judges the authenticity of the random picture code;
the background server is in real-time communication with the mobile terminal through a wired or wireless network, receives service request information sent by the mobile terminal, can analyze the received picture information of the random picture code to obtain picture characteristic information and judge the authenticity of the random picture code, and provides service for the mobile terminal;
the external server is electrically connected with the background server and is cooperated with the auxiliary background server to work.
2. The apparatus for communicating with random picture codes according to claim 1, wherein the background server comprises a control unit, a database, a random picture code generating unit, a transmitting/receiving unit, and a user registering unit;
the control unit is electrically connected with a database, a random picture code generating unit, a sending/receiving unit and a user registering unit, the database is used for storing the image information of the random picture code, and the random picture code generating unit is used for generating the random picture code information;
the control unit also controls the sending/receiving unit to receive or send information, the user registering unit is used for registering the user, and the user information registered by the user is stored in the database under the drive of the control unit.
3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the mobile terminal for communication using random picture codes comprises:
the scanning unit is used for scanning and shooting the picture information of the random picture code;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the picture information transmitted by the scanning unit and is electrically connected with the scanning unit;
the preprocessing unit is in real-time communication with the acquisition unit and is used for processing some interference information and invalid areas in random picture codes to obtain an effective picture area;
the processing unit receives and processes the effective picture information transmitted by the preprocessing unit, analyzes the picture information to obtain characteristic information and judges the authenticity of the characteristic information;
and the transceiver unit is electrically connected with the processing unit and is used for transmitting and receiving information.
4. The mobile terminal for communication by using random picture codes as claimed in claim 3, wherein the scanning unit is a camera, and the mobile terminal is provided with a scanning unit or an external scanning unit.
5. The mobile terminal for communication by using random picture codes according to claim 3, wherein a display unit is further disposed on the mobile terminal, the display unit is configured to display feedback information generated on the mobile terminal, and the display unit is electrically connected to the processing unit.
6. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the communication method using random picture codes comprises the following steps:
a101: the method comprises the steps that image acquisition equipment is used for uniformly or batch-wise acquiring generated random image codes and transmitting the image or image characteristic information to a background for processing and storage, and information related to service is bound with the random image codes in a background database;
a102: issuing the random picture code to a place where an end user can contact;
a103: the user registers as a user of the background server through the terminal, and the background server stores the registration information of the user and sends the successful registration information to the terminal;
a104: effectively photographing the random picture code and the digital code through a camera in the mobile terminal or an external camera; a user can capture a picture by adopting a manual focusing shooting mode or a terminal automatic focusing shooting mode;
a105: the mobile terminal preprocesses the shot picture, processes some interference information and invalid areas in the picture and obtains an effective picture area;
a106: the mobile terminal analyzes the shot random picture code to obtain the characteristic information in the random picture code;
a107: identifying the random picture code and the digital code through the mobile terminal, judging whether the random picture code and the digital code are counterfeit, namely judging whether the random picture code is randomly generated according to the used materials and the manufacturing process; if the random picture code is generated according to the set manufacturing technology, the mobile terminal requests to obtain the service provided by the background server by using the digital code; if the mobile terminal is not generated according to the set manufacturing technology, the mobile terminal feeds back the relevant background information and generates and displays corresponding feedback information;
a108: the mobile terminal acquires the characteristic information again, extracts the digital code information, extracts the service information stored in the database from the background server, and provides feedback for the user through a terminal display screen or a loudspeaker with the information result related to the service;
a109: meanwhile, the mobile terminal sends service request information to the background server by using the digital code so as to request the background server to provide service;
a110: and the background server provides services for the mobile terminal according to the content of the service providing request message.

The method of claim 6, wherein the mobile terminal sends a service request message to the backend server to request the backend server to provide services, the sent request message at least includes information that can uniquely identify the mobile terminal, and the information that can uniquely identify the mobile terminal includes one or more of a phone number, an IMEI number, a user name, an IP address, and a physical address of an interface of the mobile terminal.

The method, the device and the mobile terminal for communication by using the random picture code according to claim 6, wherein the background server and the external server cooperate to provide services for the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal only communicates with the background server and does not directly communicate with the external server.
