Abstract

近年来,用聚氨酯软泡制造汽车泡沫座椅的过程中,普通采用低成本的发泡方式即水和异氰酸反应。这种方式的缺点是,其泡沫制品要释放出二甲苯等有害挥发性物质。本发明涉及一种具有吸附功能的车用座椅。具体讲,就是用聚氨酯软泡制造汽车泡沫座椅的时候,在座椅头枕、靠背和垫子的坯子的适当部位设计特定的空筐,成型时就在该空筐中植入相应的长效活性炭包,这样,既不增加太多的成本又能获得吸附车内各种有毒气体的有益效果。

具有吸附功能的车用座椅
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有吸附功能的车用座椅。具体讲,就是制造车用座椅的头枕、靠背和垫子的时候,在其适当部位设计一个专门的区域,成型时就在该专区配置相应的长效活性炭包。本发明能吸附车内异味,尤其能吸附新车内的各种有毒气味。
背景技术
近年来,聚氨酯软泡在汽车泡沫座椅中的应用已经十分广泛,其所用的发泡方式主要有两种:一种是利用水和异氰酸反应,释放出CO2气体做为气泡剂,成本低;另一种是用低沸点的氟代烃类或烃类化合物,利用其反应热气化发泡,但价格高。基于成本考虑,中低档车的座椅普遍采用水和异氰酸反应的方法。其缺点是,泡沫制品会长时间释放出甲苯和二甲苯等有害挥发性物质,被人吸入后会引起头晕、恶心、疲惫嗜睡等症状,影响到驾驶安全。通常所见的聚氨酯软性泡沫泛黄现象,实际上就是残留的甲苯挥发所致。本人在解决这个问题的过程中,得到了简单有效的答案。
发明内容
为解决车用座椅泡沫和车内其他饰品释放有害挥发性物质的问题,本发明的提供一种具有吸附功能的车用座椅。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案:
在制造车用座椅的枕头、靠背和垫子的坯子的时候,在其适当部位设计特定的空筐,成型时就在该空筐中植入相应的长效活性炭包。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明能吸附车内异味,尤其能吸附新车内的各种有毒气体。

具体实施方式:
在车用座椅的头枕坯1、靠背坯2和垫子坯3的设定部位配置相应的长效活性炭包4,并使活性炭包4分别与头枕坯1、靠背坯2和垫子坯3扣合成头枕、靠背和垫子。

1.一种具有吸附功能的车用座椅,其特征是:在车用泡沫座椅的头枕、靠背和垫子的坯子的适当部位设计特定的空筐,在该空筐中植入了相应的长效活性炭包。
