发明内容
本发明的设备比已知装置应用更广泛,因为其为使用者在单个注射器本体上提供可回缩针和无针连接器两者的功能。本主题设备优选包括筒体(barrel)、可滑动地设置在筒体内的柱塞组件、设置在筒体的前部附近的针回缩组件和可选的保护性防护物、设置在柱塞组件内部的回缩腔、以及在回缩之前密封回缩腔的前端的封闭件(closure)。当装配有针组件时,该设备可用于,例如,从药瓶中抽取药物、执行注射、以及将药物注入具有可刺穿端口的IV给药系统,其中上述针组件可在制造期间或在使用现场根据需要进行附接。当在没有针组件下使用时,该设备也能够附接至前部附接装置,诸如阀(如,连接器)或鲁尔插头,用于将药物引入封闭的IV给药系统中。当与阀一起使用时,在阀与注射器脱离之前,阀理想地通过激活回缩机构而被封闭。该设备还理想地包括向前延伸的保护性防护结构,该保护性防护结构帮助保护通过注射器的流体路径不会因为意外与人或表面接触而被污染。该保护性防护结构优选向外张开,以促进针组件或其他前部附接装置移动进入适于附接至注射器的位置中。

具体实施方式
参照图1,公开的本发明的优选设备20包括与前部附接件结合的注射器22,该前部附接件是针组件24。参照图1并结合作为分解图的图2,设备20的注射器22优选包括柱塞组件,该柱塞组件进一步包括柱塞手柄28、后插塞26、前插塞30、和柱塞密封件32。在前插塞30与后插塞26之间的柱塞把手28内部还设置一个回缩腔,并且注射器22的部分筒体40也可用作该回缩腔的一部分。出口(vent,通气孔)23理想地设置在柱塞把手的后部附近。
注射器22还优选包括回缩组件,该回缩组件进一步包括针保持器36、固位件(retainer member)34、和回缩弹簧38。固位件34优选能够附接至针保持器36,且针保持器36优选部分可插入弹簧38内。在注射器22的制造期间,回缩组件优选安装在筒体40内,且此后柱塞组件在回缩组件后面安装到筒体40内。
针组件优选包括针连接器42、针44和针盖46。针44优选相对针连接器42以固定关系固定,且针连接器42的相对端理想地旋入(thread into)针保持器36的带匹配螺纹的向前延伸部分中,如下面参照图3和4所描述。如果需要,设备20能够以此形式制造,或者针组件可分开包装和销售,且在使用现场附接至注射器22。
参照图3和4,固位件34优选是单独的弹性件,但也可以是一体模制的或形成为针保持器36的部分,从而在固位件、针保持器36和筒体40之间提供流体密封,并由此在针回缩组件和柱塞密封件32之间建立流体腔,并还通过与筒体40接合使弹簧38保持处于压缩。根据本发明的一个特别优选的实施例,针保持器36包括能够与部分筒体40接合的狭槽或其他结构,从而抵抗针保持器与筒体之间的相对转动,特别是在将针组件或其他前部附接件附接至注射器以形成设备20期间。针盖46的外侧优选滑动到内螺纹54之内,以允许针连接器42与针保持器36带匹配螺纹的部分之间以螺纹接合,其中针44通过粘胶或其他类似有效的已知方法以固定关系附接至该针连接器上。由此,针44的内孔被放置为与针保持器36的内孔48并且与筒体40内针保持器36后面的流体腔流体连通。在柱塞手柄28的向前延伸部分之内的前插塞30在当使用者启动回缩时前插塞30向后位移之前,防止任何分配到注射器内的流体进入柱塞手柄内的回缩腔部分中。保护性防护结构52的元件理想地相对筒体40向外倾斜,以在连接前部附接件之前或期间减少污染针保持器36的向前延伸尖端的可能性,在该情形中,针组件包括针盖46、针40和针连接器42。保护性防护结构52的倾斜元件还有助于导引前部附接件与针保持器36的前部对准。在将针连接器42附接至针保持器36之后,并且恰在使用之前,针盖46理想地从与针连接器42的摩擦接合中移除,如图4所示。
参照图5,注入流体通过注射器22、针连接器42和针44之后,通过迫使柱塞手柄28相对筒体40向前而启动针44的回缩,由此引起前插塞30的前部接触针保持器36的面向后的部分。当这发生时,前插塞30向后位移,且柱塞手柄28向前延伸的尖端接触并推动固位件34向前进入环状凹入部50,由此使固位件34从针保持器36脱离并允许压缩的弹簧38迫使针保持器36、针连接器42和针44向上进入注射器22到这样的位置,在该位置针44的前尖端不再从筒体40的前部伸出到可引起意外针刺的位置。当柱塞手柄28邻接筒体40的内侧时,使用者的手对后插塞26施加压力,同时对径向延伸的法兰件64的面向前的表面施加相反的手指力,会理想地促使围绕柱塞手柄28背部的外围件66被迫进入套环62的背开口内的凹入位置中。随着针保持器36由于弹簧38的力而向后移动,前插塞30也被迫向上进入柱塞手柄28内的腔中,且腔内空气可通过出口23逸出。
参照图6-17进一步示出、描述和解释参照图1-5公开的优选设备的其他部分。图6公开了柱塞手柄28、柱塞手柄28内的回缩腔70、以及柱塞手柄28的向前延伸的尖端,该向前延伸的尖端进一步包括环状凸起42,该环状凸起与台肩76配合以限定一个凹入部74,上述柱塞密封件32可位于该凹入部中以紧靠注射器筒体的内侧提供流体密封。箭头78指示柱塞手柄78的敞开前端,在装配期间图2的前插塞30位于其中。参照图7,其示出更好地描绘了柱塞手柄28的台阶状前端的细节图,其中表面80向前伸出的程度比表面82大。这样的台阶优选用于集中柱塞手柄在对固位件34的另一侧施力之前对其一侧施加的回缩力,由此帮助将固位件34从针保持器36移除。

图11-13进一步公开了围绕针连接器42前部沿圆周设置的肋108、建立通过连接器的流体路径的居中设置的孔106、外螺纹110、和锥形导向接合表面112。
图14-17进一步公开了后端116和后开口122、向前延伸的锥形外壁部分114、和针盖46的封闭端115。在将针连接器42附接至注射器22之前,如上所述,针44的后端理想地插入到针盖46的细长腔118中,并被胶粘或其他方式相对针连接器42固定地附接至孔106内部。针连接器42理想地摩擦接合针盖46的部分116的内壁,其接合方式是针连接器42的自由端驻存在基本柱形的空间120内,更优选如果作为独立组件提供,则包装在消毒包装材料内,直到当针连接器42旋入注射器的针保持器内,如上所述。

9.根据权利要求1所述的注射器,进一步包括设置在所述筒体的前部附近的保护性鲁尔防护物。
10.根据权利要求8所述的注射器,其中,所述针回缩组件进一步包括针保持器和弹簧。
11.根据权利要求10所述的注射器,其中,所述针保持器具有能够附接至针连接器的前部。
