技术领域
本发明属接枝淀粉共聚物的制备领域,特别是涉及一种羟基烷酸酯接枝淀粉共聚物的制备方法。
背景技术
短纤纺织经纱需要上浆后才能织造,用的浆料以有机高分子化合物为主,它们粘结经纱短纤维,使经纱在织造中能经得起停经片、综丝、钢筘、邻纱等的反复摩擦作用;交织开口运动中反复的拉伸、曲折、和冲击作用。未上浆短纤经纱仅靠纤维之间的捻合摩擦力抱合一起,结构较松散、不匀,其中还有许多弱节、突出、粗节等缺陷;纱表面有许多毛羽伸出,纠缠邻纱、影响投纱、开口。因此,经纱上浆用浆料必须赋予经纱增强保伸、耐磨、贴伏毛羽的功能。
目前,浆料有淀粉、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸类和其它高分子物质如羧甲基纤维素、明胶、聚氧乙烯醚等,在含纤维素纤维的短纤纱上浆中,淀粉类浆料具有最好性价比优势,应用前景最佳。淀粉是天然多糖高聚物,存在于植物的种子、块根、果实中,如玉米、木薯、马铃薯、小麦,淀粉具有来源丰富、可再生、可生物降解特性。淀粉对纤维素纤维具有较好的粘附性和成膜能力,但原淀粉粘度偏大、浆液稳定性差、浆膜脆而易落、韧性不够。因此,淀粉通常变性后用于纺织上浆,可以提高上浆质量、少用或不用合成浆料特别是聚乙烯醇浆料,因为聚乙烯醇浆料的生物降解性差,对环境有不利影响,退浆也难,影响染色。
变性淀粉浆料很多,经纱上浆用变性淀粉浆料有酸解淀粉、氧化淀粉,称为第一代变性淀粉;磷酸酯淀粉、醋酸酯淀粉、羧甲基淀粉等取代淀粉,称为第二代变性淀粉;接枝淀粉,称为第三代变性淀粉。
接枝淀粉作为浆料进行生产应用研究在国内始于上世纪八十年代,典型专利有如下:1)公开号1557849,通过铈盐引发淀粉接枝丙烯酸甲酯及丙烯酸盐制得接枝淀粉浆料;2)公开号1817924,将淀粉接枝丙烯酸类单体和顺丁烯二酸类单体制得接枝淀粉浆料;3)公开号1844172,将淀粉接枝聚乙烯醇侧链制得接枝淀粉浆料。它们在淀粉分子上接入一些改善淀粉性能的合成高分子侧枝,使淀粉附加了一些合成浆料的性能,采取的原理方法基本都是用含烯键单体进行自由基接枝聚合。含烯基单体接枝淀粉浆料部分具有了能够改善浆膜韧性和耐磨性、增加浆液稳定性和抗凝冻性、增加浆液组分之间的相容性、增加浆料对纱线的粘附性的性能。但是存在一些问题,其一是烯基单体具有一定的挥发性和毒性,生产操作环节要求高,安全性不高;其二是烯基单体主要来源于石油产品,虽然淀粉可再生、可降解,但聚合支链的环保、可降解性不如淀粉好。其三是有些烯基单体接枝淀粉浆料生产中需要使用较多水反应、洗涤接枝产品,产生废水多。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种羟基烷酸酯接枝淀粉共聚物的制备方法,该制备方法操作简单,对环境友好,生产过程中产生的废水少,可实现工业化生产。
本发明的一种羟基烷酸酯接枝淀粉共聚物的制备方法,包括:
将羟基烷酸单体与淀粉按摩尔比4∶1混合,在催化剂作用下,升温至85~95℃,抽真空至300~1300Pa,反应1~2小时,停止抽真空,恢复常压,然后加入其余淀粉,抽真空至300~1300Pa,在85~95℃反应4~8小时,即得。
所述的羟基烷酸单体为经抽真空后含水率小于1%的羟基乙酸、2-羟基丙酸或其两者的混合单体;
优选羟基乙酸与2-羟基丙酸的混合单体,其中羟基乙酸占混合单体总摩尔数的25%~75%,2-羟基丙酸占混合单体总摩尔数的25%~75%;
所述的催化剂为对甲苯磺酸、钛酸四丁酯、辛酸亚锡、氯化亚锡、乙醇钾或氢氧化钾,其加入量为羟基烷酸单体摩尔数的0.1%~4%;
优选的催化剂加入量为羟基烷酸单体摩尔数的0.5%~2%;
最优选的催化剂加入量为羟基烷酸单体摩尔数的0.6%~1.5%;
所述的淀粉加入的总葡萄糖量与羟基烷酸单体的摩尔比为1.5~3∶1;
所述的淀粉为经脱水烘干处理,含水率小于1%的玉米淀粉、木薯淀粉、马铃薯淀粉或小麦淀粉;
优选经过初级酸解、氧化、醚化等变性处理、粘度在10~20mPa.s的淀粉;
所述的羟基烷酸酯接枝淀粉共聚物含有聚羟基乙酸酯支链、聚羟基丙酸酯支链或共聚羟基乙酸羟基丙酸酯支链;
本发明的羟基烷酸酯接枝淀粉共聚物可应用于短纤维纺织经纱上浆浆料的制备领域,上浆时,用氢氧化钠或碳酸钠调节浆液pH呈中性即可。
本发明制得的淀粉接枝共聚物,用二氯甲烷和丙酮溶解、萃取未接枝均聚物,通过称重法计算淀粉接枝率,接枝率在10%~20%。。使用该物质对纺织经纱上浆时,煮浆容易,浆液稳定性高、抗凝冻性强,浆液组分相容,浆纱耐磨性好、浆料生物降解性好。作主浆料使用,使用量为上浆组分重量百分比的40%~80%具有良好的效果,视具体上浆目的而定,上浆组分可以配用其它种类浆料和助剂。
有益效果:
(1)本发明的制备方法操作简单,对环境友好,生产过程中产生的废水少,可实现工业化生产;
(2)经该共聚物制备的浆料具有稳定性高、抗凝冻性强,浆纱耐磨性好及浆料生物降解性好等优点。

实施例1
羟基乙酸、2-羟基丙酸接枝淀粉浆料的制备
将含水率小于1%羟基乙酸0.125摩尔、2-羟基丙酸0.375摩尔装入有搅拌器、出水口、加料口、抽真空口的密闭反应器中,加入对甲苯磺酸,对甲苯磺酸量为0.003摩尔,开启搅拌,加入粘度为20mPa.s干玉米淀粉20克(含0.125摩尔数量葡萄糖基),反应器通过在恒温浴环境中加热到85℃,开始抽真空1300Pa,反应2小时后恢复常压。
随后将干玉米淀粉101克(含0.625摩尔数量葡萄糖基)装入反应器中,搅拌均匀后,密封,升温至95℃,开始抽真空至300Pa,此次反应4小时。恢复常压,停止反应。
所得到的淀粉接枝共聚物接枝率为:20%。
实施例2
重复实施例1,有以下不同点:羟基乙酸0.375摩尔、2-羟基丙酸0.125摩尔,催化剂用辛酸亚锡,其用量为0.0075摩尔,淀粉为木薯淀粉。
所得到的淀粉接枝共聚物接枝率为:20%。
实施例3
将含水率小于1%羟基乙酸0.125摩尔、2-羟基丙酸0.375摩尔装入有搅拌器、出水口、加料口、抽真空口的密闭反应器中,加入氯化亚锡,氯化亚锡量为0.0075摩尔,搅拌均匀,加入干马铃薯淀粉20克(含0.125摩尔数量葡萄糖基),反应器通过在恒温浴环境中加热到95℃,开始抽真空300Pa,反应1小时后恢复常压。
随后将干马铃薯淀粉223克(含1.375摩尔数量葡萄糖基)装入反应器中,搅拌均匀后,密封,升温至85℃,开始抽真空至1300Pa,此次反应8小时。恢复常压,停止反应。
所得到的淀粉接枝共聚物接枝率为:10%。
实施例4
将实施例1~3的淀粉接枝共聚物进行单纱上浆和性能测试,纱线用涤棉65/35、13tex纱,对比浆料为丙烯酸类单体接枝淀粉共聚物。浆液浓度4.5%,温度85℃,pH调节为7.0。浆料性能测试方法按棉纺织行业现用的上浆检测方法测定,得到的结果列于表1中,表1数据表明本发明的淀粉接枝共聚物能作为短纤维纱上浆料,并具有耐磨、贴伏毛羽的功能,浆料容易生物降解。

Claims (6)
1.一种羟基烷酸酯接枝淀粉共聚物的制备方法,包括:
将羟基烷酸单体与淀粉混合,使羟基烷酸单体与加入淀粉的葡萄糖基摩尔数之比为4∶1,在催化剂作用下,升温至85~95℃,抽真空至300~1300Pa,反应1~2小时,停止抽真空,恢复常压,然后加入其余淀粉,抽真空至300~1300Pa,在85~95℃反应4~8小时,即得;其中,羟基烷酸单体为经抽真空后含水率小于1%的羟基乙酸、2-羟基丙酸或其两者的混合单体;淀粉为经脱水烘干处理,含水率小于1%的玉米淀粉、木薯淀粉、马铃薯淀粉或小麦淀粉;所述的催化剂为对甲苯磺酸、钛酸四丁酯、辛酸亚锡、氯化亚锡、乙醇钾或氢氧化钾,其加入量为羟基烷酸单体摩尔数的0.1%~4%;
所述的淀粉加入的总葡萄糖量与羟基烷酸单体的摩尔比为1.5~3∶1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羟基烷酸酯接枝淀粉共聚物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的羟基乙酸与2-羟基丙酸的混合单体,其中羟基乙酸占混合单体总摩尔数的25%~75%,2-羟基丙酸占混合单体总摩尔数的25%~75%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种羟基烷酸酯接枝淀粉共聚物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的催化剂加入量为羟基烷酸单体摩尔数的0.6%~1.5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种羟基烷酸酯接枝淀粉共聚物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的淀粉为经过初级酸解、氧化、醚化变性处理、粘度在10~20mPa.s的淀粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种羟基烷酸酯接枝淀粉共聚物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的羟基烷酸酯接枝淀粉共聚物含有聚羟基乙酸酯支链、聚羟基丙酸酯支链或共聚羟基乙酸羟基丙酸酯支链。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种羟基烷酸酯接枝淀粉共聚物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的羟基烷酸酯接枝淀粉共聚物应用于短纤维纺织经纱上浆浆料的制备领域,上浆时,用氢氧化钠或碳酸钠调节浆液pH呈中性即可。
