Abstract

技术领域
本发明大体上涉及手持电动工具,更具体地说涉及圆锯。
背景技术
例如圆锯等手持电动工具在几十年来是公知的,且通常具有在被切割的工件上滑动的脚板、直径小至几英寸或大至7或更多英寸的圆锯条,其中锯条贯穿大致垂直于脚板平面的开口。该圆锯通常由AC或DC电源供电的电机所驱动,其中DC电源通常是电池组或类似物。
圆锯通常使用在建筑工地上,用来锯割用于搭建建筑物框架的板材,或用来将大的胶合板或其他片材切割成小块;所有的这些对于手持电动工具领域的熟练人员来说是公知的。这种圆锯已经成为许多研究和开发的对象,且通过几十年的使用已经对其设计和结构进行了许多显著性的改进。
显著性的改进包括位于锯条上方和下方用于保护使用者免受伤害的改进型锯条防护装置,其中较靠下的锯条防护装置可设计成当板材或类似物将要进行切割时移出之前的路线。已经进行了人机工程学的研发,使得使用者手柄包括主手柄或副手柄便于沿着所需的路径对片材或板材进行容易的切割。早期的圆锯设计成仅相对于工件进行垂直切割,但是后来的研发包括了可调节的斜角性能。
尽管已经对圆锯的设计进行了许多的改进,但是有一个问题始终存在,那就是锯屑和/或其他碎末会在切割线路上蓄积,这会阻碍使用者沿着所需的切割线产生直的和准确的切割。在圆锯和其他手持工具中电机的改进使得电机的尺寸相对于其所产生的功率来说较小。因为切割某些材料特别是较厚的那些材料会使得需要在电机上施加相当大的载荷,所以有必要在电机附近设置适当的空气流来散掉操作工程中的热量。因为这个要求,许多电机都具有由电机驱动的内置风扇叶片来从电机壳体或外罩中排出空气以使得电机降温。空气通过位于现有技术的圆锯的许多不同位置处的开口排出。
尽管圆锯的设计足以排出空气和散掉操作过程中的热量,但是对于沿任意特定方向引导空气或为了除了从电机壳体内部排出空气之外的其他明显目的,人们很少予以关心。
发明内容
本发明的优选实施例包括手持工具(例如圆锯)的壳体中的一个或多个通风孔,其将空气朝向包括工件在内的特定位置进行引导;以及在通风孔和圆锯将要接近的工件的一部分之间的圆锯其他部件中设置开口,以使得在工具操作过程中产生的锯屑和其他碎末能够吹离路线,且不干涉使用者视线。
优选实施例的圆锯在电机和锯条之间具有位于电机输出部分附近的齿轮箱,且该齿轮箱具有定向性通风孔,其朝向将被切割的工件的一部分来引导由内置风扇叶片产生用来冷却电机的空气。该优选实施例还包括位于圆锯的脚板前部上的倾斜扇形体结构,该扇形体在其中具有一个或多个气流出口,以使得通过定向性通风孔排出的空气可朝向锯条所接近的工件的一部分流经脚板扇形体,且进而从切割线路上去除锯屑和/或其他碎末。

具体实施方式
本发明的优选实施例如图1-4所示,且涉及这样一种圆锯,其具有:电机壳体10,其中电机11位于其中;锯条12,其由锯条壳体14所防护,锯条壳体14连接到齿轮箱端部铸件16,该齿轮箱端部铸件16依次连接到电机壳体10上且具有多个排出口18,其中来自风扇20的空气在圆锯的操作过程中通过排出口18排出。圆锯也具有向前的副手柄22以及在这种圆锯中通常具有的主手柄。
该圆锯也具有大体平的脚板组件24,其具有一体形成的扇形体结构26,该扇形体结构是倾斜调节机构的一部分,该倾斜调节结构使得圆锯能够在可调节的倾斜角度下切割工件。优选地,通过围绕由螺栓28所限定的枢转轴来旋转电机壳体10以及锯条12、14,倾斜角可从垂直方向调节到距垂直方向约55°的位置。
在图1所示的实施例中,锯条壳体14具有突起的中央部分30,其大致与锯条12的平面对齐。在脚板24的前边缘上设置有凹口32,其用来在由锯条12切割导致倾斜角设定为0°时显示更准确的切割线。如图3所示,由风扇叶片20产生的空气如箭头34所示的、在壳体10中大致沿逆时针方向流动,且从通风孔36所限定的排出口18排出。共设有4个通风孔36,其在长度和角向方位上略有不同,但是其全部都是用来使得由圆锯的风扇叶片20向前产生的空气流被引导向将要大致沿线路38切割的工件的一部分。
扇形体26优选地与图中所示的实施例中的脚板24一体形成,但是可以理解,扇形体也可以分开制造,且连接到脚板24上。如图所示,当脚板24绕螺栓28和位于脚板24后部的分设螺栓(未示)的轴相对于圆锯壳体10、锯条12和锯条壳体14旋转时,脚板24被设置成能够提供了可调节的倾斜角。
连接到电机壳体10上的夹紧杆件40可在弓形槽42中滑动,该弓形槽42绕螺栓28的半径是恒定的。当杆件40沿如图1所示的逆时针方向转动时,其松开了机构,使得脚板可相对于电机壳体10旋转,以使得锯条12可移动到不同的倾斜角。当角度位于理想位置时,杆件40可沿顺时针方向转动,以使得机构变紧且将圆锯保持在理想的倾斜角度处。如图所示的较下侧锯条防护提升杆件44位于锯条壳体14的左侧,该提升杆件使得使用者可以手动移动较下侧防护装置,这在圆锯的操作当中有时是必需的。
尽管通过开口18从电机壳体10排出的空气可直接向前引导,但是扇形体26可具有用作出口的开口46和槽42,其允许空气沿切割线相对无阻碍地通过扇形体26而到达工件上。这使得空气流能够吹走锯屑;所述锯屑在如果扇形体不允许空气流经过其中的情况下可能会聚集。
空气流的结果使得,不管切割什么材料,使用者也不会碰到在切割线路上切割时产生的锯屑或碎末堆积的情况,而锯屑堆积常常会中断切割操作。
尽管已经显示和描述了本发明的各个实施例,但是可以理解其他的修正、替代和可选项对于本领域的一般技术人员来说是明显的。取决于后面所附的权利要求书,这些修正、替代和可选项都可以在不背离本发明精神的情况下做出。

Claims (6)
1.一种电动圆锯,其包括:
电机壳体(10);
位于电机壳体中且具有输出轴的电机(11);
风扇叶片(20),其由输出轴可操作性地驱动;
圆锯锯条(12),其由输出轴可操作性地驱动;
脚板结构(24),其连接到所述电机壳体上,且具有用于接触着工件的底表面;
防护锯条壳体(14),其近似地围绕着位于脚板结构底表面上方的圆锯锯条的部分;
其特征在于:所述电动圆锯还包括倾斜调节机构(40),其包括连接到脚板结构上的倾斜扇形体(26),所述倾斜扇形体位于所述脚板结构前部的附近且包括倾斜枢转连接件(28),所述倾斜枢转连接件允许所述电机壳体、锯条和防护锯条壳体沿大致平行于锯条平面的长度方向轴进行枢转;所述电机壳体具有至少一个开口(18),所述至少一个开口限定了风扇产生的空气所流经的空气流动出口,且位于电机壳体的前部以使得空气向前排出;
所述倾斜扇形体具有位于其中的至少一个开口(42,46),以使得从电机壳体中排出的空气能够经过倾斜扇形体到达正被切割的工件上,从圆锯的切割线路上去除碎末。
2.如权利要求1所述的电动圆锯,其特征在于:所述防护锯条壳体被连接到电机壳体上,且由电机壳体所限定的所述至少一个开口位于邻近所述锯条壳体的位置处。
3.如权利要求1所述的电动圆锯,其特征在于:所述电机壳体包括被安装到其上面的齿轮箱,所述齿轮箱包括至少一个开口。
4.如权利要求3所述的电动圆锯,其特征在于:所述齿轮箱具有由空气引导叶片所间隔开的多个出口。
5.如权利要求1所述的电动圆锯,其特征在于:所述倾斜扇形体具有带弓形槽的大体三角形结构,其中锁定机构位于所述弓形槽中;当倾斜调节机构被调节以改变脚板结构的底表面相对于锯条平面的角度时,所述锁定机构沿着所述弓形槽进行滑动;所述倾斜扇形体具有多个附加开口,其中空气可经过所述附加开口流向工件。
6.如权利要求5所述的电动圆锯,其特征在于:所述倾斜调节机构的枢转轴与锯条大致位于同一个平面上。
