Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, an eye treatment head provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes: an eye cup assembly 100 and a first massage assembly 200; a clamping gap 101 for clamping the eyelid 1' is formed between the eye cup assembly 100 and the first massage assembly 200; in the non-working state, the opening of the clamping gap 101 is Zhou Jiansu from the middle to the outside; the first massage assembly 200 is provided with a sealed chamber that expands and contracts to change the opening of the grip slit 101 and sequentially applies a pressing force from the bottom end of the meibomian gland 3 'to the outlet end of the meibomian gland 3'.
Specifically, the first massage assembly 200 is coupled to the eye cup assembly 100 and forms a clamping gap 101 between the eye cup assembly 100 and the first massage assembly 200. The width dimension of the clamping gap 101 decreases from the outlet end of the meibomian gland 3 ' to the bottom end of the meibomian gland 3 ', and when the sealed cavity of the first massaging assembly 200 is inflated, a pressing force is sequentially applied to the eyelid 1 ' from the bottom end of the meibomian gland 3 ' to the outlet end of the meibomian gland 3 '; the first massage assembly 200 employs a flexible deformable material, such as silicone or rubber. When the sealed cavity expands and contracts, the first massaging member 200 deforms and presses against the eyelid 1'. When the fluid is filled into the sealing cavity, the eyelid 1 ' is clamped between the first massaging component 200 and the eye cup component 100, and the first massaging component 200 can apply extrusion force along the outline of the eyelid 1 ' along with the fluid flowing in the sealing cavity, so that one side end surface of the first massaging component 200, which faces the eye cup component 100, can fully contact the eyelid 1 ', further the eye treatment head can be adapted to the eyelid 1 ' of different patients, and the eyelid 1 ' damage caused by uneven extrusion force distribution can be prevented. Typically, the thickness of the eyelid 1 'increases from the outlet end of the meibomian gland 3' to the bottom end of the meibomian gland 3 ', so that a clamping gap 101 with a width dimension approaching to a uniform distribution is formed between the eye cup assembly 100 and the first massage assembly 200, and a clamping effect with a relatively uniform pressing force can be formed on the eyelid 1'. Since the pressing force applied to the eyelid 1 ' is sequentially generated from the bottom end of the meibomian gland 3 ' to the outlet end of the meibomian gland 3 ', the pressing force applied to the eyelid 1 ' is increased and increased in the discharge direction of the fat-like secretion during the reduction of the opening of the grip slit 101, thereby forming a rolling action on the eyelid 1 ' and contributing to discharge of the obstruction 4 ' in the meibomian gland 3 '. In the non-working state, the opening of the clamping gap 101 is Zhou Jiansu outwards from the middle, so that when the eyelid 1 ' is clamped in the clamping gap 101, the outlet end of the meibomian gland 3 ' is smooth, and the bottom of the meibomian gland 3 ' is clamped and sealed; when the seal chamber is inflated, a pressing force is sequentially generated from the outer periphery of the holding gap 101 to the middle of the holding gap 101, whereby the plugs 4 'are collected by rolling-type pressing and discharged through the outlet end of the meibomian glands 3'.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first massage assembly 200 includes: the base 220 is connected with the extrusion 210 of the eye cup assembly 100, the extrusion 210 is connected with the base 220, and a sealing cavity is formed between the extrusion 210 and the base 220 and is expanded and contracted to change the opening degree of the clamping gap 101. Wherein, the extrusion piece 210 is made of deformable materials such as silica gel or rubber, and the extrusion piece 210 is adhered to the base 220 through the sealant to ensure the tightness of the sealing cavity, and the sealing cavity is communicated with the fluid pumping device through a pipeline, so that the expansion and contraction change of the sealing cavity is realized by changing the injection amount of the fluid in the sealing cavity, and the opening of the clamping gap 101 is adjusted. The expansion and contraction of the sealing cavity are controlled in a fluid filling manner, so that the shape of the extrusion piece 210 can be matched with the eyelid 1 ', the extrusion piece 210 is ensured to be suitable for patients with different outlines of the eyelid 1 ', the rolling type massage force is favorably increased and decreased steadily, and the pain of the eyelid 1 ' caused by local stress is avoided.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the eye cup assembly 100 includes: the holder portion 110 and the spherical shell portion 120, the spherical shell portion 120 and the base 220 are respectively connected to the holder portion 110, and the spherical shell portion 120 can be fitted between the eyelid 1 'and the eyeball 2', and a holding gap 101 is formed between the spherical shell portion 120 and the pressing member 210. Wherein, the side of the spherical shell part 120 away from the bracket part 110 is provided with a concave position matched with the eyeball 2 ', the spherical shell part 120 is inserted between the eyelid 1 ' and the eyeball 2 ', and the base 220 is used for supporting the extrusion part 210, so that the extrusion part 210 and the spherical shell part 120 can extrude and massage the eyelid 1 ', the massage force is changed by changing the opening of the clamping gap 101, and the eyeball 2 ' is prevented from being pressed to generate a reverse medical effect in the process.
Further, the pressing member 210 is inclined from an end near the bracket portion 110 to an end away from the bracket portion 110 in a direction near the ball housing portion 120. When the bulb part 120 is inserted between the eyelid 1 'and the eyeball 2', the support part 110 is positioned in the eyelid fissure, and one end of the extrusion part 210, which is away from the support part 110, extrudes the eyelid 1 ', so that the obstruction 4' in the meibomian gland 3 'can be isolated from the bottom end of the meibomian gland 3'; when the sealed cavity between the extrusion 210 and the base 220 expands, the extrusion force exerted by the eyelid 1 ' increases and changes progressively from the end facing away from the cradle portion 110 to the end adjacent to the cradle portion 110, thereby subjecting the eyelid 1 ' to a rolling massage effect and extruding the obstruction 4 ' in the meibomian gland 3 ' from the outlet end of the meibomian gland 3 '.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 5, the pressing member 210 includes: a base portion 211, a flange portion 212, and a pressing portion 213; the base portion 211 is connected with the base 220, and a sealing cavity is formed between the base portion 211 and the base 220; the flange 212 is connected between the base 211 and the pressing portion 213, and a deformation groove 214 is formed between the base 211 and the pressing portion 213, the deformation groove 214 being located on a side of the pressing member 210 facing away from the bracket 110. The base portion 211 is provided with a slot, the base 220 is inserted into the slot, and is sealed with the base portion 211 by bonding, and the sealing cavity is located at one side of the base portion 211 facing the pressing portion 213. When the seal chamber expands, the base portion 211 pushes the flange portion 212, so that the pressing portion 213 presses the eyelid 1'. During the expansion process of the seal cavity, the extrusion part 210 deforms to further press the eyelid 1 'at the end of the extrusion part 213 near the support part 110, the extrusion part 213 takes the convex edge part 212 as a support to extrude the eyelid 1', and the opening degree of the deformation groove 214 is reduced, so that the end of the eyelid 1 'away from the outlet of the meibomian gland 3' is prevented from bearing excessive extrusion force.
