Abstract
The invention provides a household solid garbage treatment device, which comprises a combustion cylinder, a Brown gas generator, an oxygen-enriched device, a low-temperature plasma purifier and an exhaust port; the brown gas generator is arranged below the combustion cylinder; the oxygen-enriching device is arranged on one side of the combustion cylinder; the low-temperature plasma purifier is arranged above the combustion cylinder; the brown gas generator comprises a circular tube and a steam supply device, wherein the upper end of the circular tube is spiral and is connected with a direct current power supply; an electrode tube is arranged in the center of the bottom end surface of the circular tube and is connected with a direct current power supply; the lower end of the circular tube is connected with an alternating current power supply; the steam supply device is connected with the lower end of the circular tube. The brown gas generator can fully burn the household fixed garbage of the combustion cylinder by rapidly generating gas and carrying out composite combustion with the oxygen circle supplied by the oxygen-enriched device. And the gas generated by combustion passes through the low-temperature plasma purifier above and finally discharges clean and harmless gas.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of garbage disposal equipment, and particularly relates to a household solid garbage disposal device.
Background
In China, the treatment of garbage disposal is an environmental problem, the air quality is poor due to the gas caused by burning garbage, meanwhile, the garbage is not fully burned, and the soil environment is affected by the residual slag, so that the full burning of the garbage and the tail gas disposal are two problems to be solved in the treatment of burning garbage.

Therefore, the invention aims to provide a household solid garbage treatment device, which enables garbage to burn more fully and treat tail gas.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a household solid garbage treatment device, comprising a combustion cylinder, a brown gas generator, an oxygen-enriched device, a low-temperature plasma purifier and an exhaust port; the brown gas generator is arranged below the combustion cylinder; the oxygen-enriched device is arranged on one side of the combustion cylinder, and an air outlet of the oxygen-enriched device is communicated with the combustion cylinder; the low-temperature plasma purifier is arranged above the combustion cylinder, and the exhaust port is connected with the air outlet of the low-temperature plasma purifier; the brown gas generator comprises a circular tube and a water vapor supply device, wherein the upper end of the circular tube is spiral and is connected with one pole of a direct current power supply; an electrode tube is arranged in the center of the bottom end surface of the circular tube and is connected with the other pole of the direct current power supply; the lower end of the circular tube is connected with an alternating current power supply; the steam supply device is connected with the lower end of the circular tube and supplies steam to the circular tube.
The solid garbage is piled in the combustion cylinder, the Brown gas generator is started, the AC power supply of the Brown gas generator breaks down and ionizes the water vapor supplied to the circular tube, and then the arc is expanded under the action of the DC power supply. Through oxidation-reduction reaction of the electrode, water vapor is cracked into two components of H2 and O2, plasma is generated through combustion, negative ions are close to the center of the circular tube, and positive ions are close to the wall of the circular tube. The magnetic field generated by the current as the highly ionized water vapor passes through the wall portion of the spiral tube compresses the plasma causing it to polymerize to produce a flame at a high temperature. Meanwhile, the oxygen-enriched device provides oxygen for the combustion cylinder, so that the brown gas is re-combusted and combusted more fully. The gas generated by combustion is purified by a plasma purifying device and then discharged.
Preferably, the lower end face of the combustion cylinder is provided with ash leakage holes. The ashes after combustion are discharged out of the combustion cylinder through ash leakage holes, so that the accumulation of the ashes is avoided.
Preferably, a supporting leg is connected below the combustion cylinder.
Preferably, the negative electrode of the direct current power supply is connected with the upper end of the round tube, and the positive electrode is connected with the electrode tube. The hydrogen in the reduction reaction has lighter weight and moves upwards compared with the oxygen, so that the negative electrode is arranged at the upper end, which is favorable for the reaction.
Preferably, the positive electrode of the alternating current power supply and the positive electrode of the direct current share the same electrode tube. Further, the lower end surface of the combustion cylinder 1 is provided with ash leakage holes 6. The ashes after combustion are discharged out of the combustion cylinder through ash leakage holes, so that the accumulation of the ashes is avoided.

The gas generated by burning the garbage is purified by the low-temperature plasma purifier 4 and then discharged.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the brown gas generator can fully burn the household fixed garbage of the combustion cylinder by rapidly generating gas and carrying out composite combustion with the oxygen circle supplied by the oxygen-enriched device.
