本发明公开了一种专用高效外圆磨床,包括机座,所述机座表面前端设置有主轴箱,所述机座表面还设置有导轨,所述机座导轨表面后端设置有尾座,所述主轴箱与尾座之间固定有工件,所述机座导轨上活动连接有床鞍,所述床鞍两侧边分别设置有X1向磨削装置和X2向磨削装置;所述X1向磨削装置床鞍的下部连接有丝杠螺母座来固定Z向丝杠螺母,所述Z向丝杠一端连接有Z向驱动电机,所述Z向丝杠螺母内套设有Z向丝杠,Z向驱动电机旋转带动Z向丝杠在Z向丝杠螺母内作旋转运动,床鞍沿机座导轨作Z向移动。本发明中床鞍上的两套磨削装置,能够对工件进行两次磨削,不用更换磨床,减少装夹次数,提高效率,减轻工人劳动强度。

一种专用高效外圆磨床
技术领域
本发明涉及机械技术领域,特别是涉及一种专用高效外圆磨床。
背景技术
外圆磨床是加工工件圆柱形、圆锥形或其他形状素线展成的外表面和轴肩端面的磨床;使用最广泛,能加工各种圆柱形圆锥形外表面及轴肩端面磨床。
主机由床身,车头,车尾,磨头,传动吸尘装置等部件构成。车头,磨头可转角度、用于修磨顶针及皮辊倒角用专用夹具,动平衡架,皮辊检测器三部件由客户定购。
现有技术中,对工件进行打磨时,由于不同工件的需求不同,需要对工件的不同方位进行打磨,并且需要多台机器进行多次装夹、打磨,工作效率不高,并且需要工人监督操作,劳动强度大。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种专用高效外圆磨床。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种专用高效外圆磨床,包括机座,所述机座表面前端设置有主轴箱,所述机座表面还设置有导轨,所述机座导轨表面后端设置有尾座,所述主轴箱与尾座之间固定有工件,所述机座导轨上活动连接有床鞍,所述床鞍两侧边分别设置有X1向磨削装置和X2向磨削装置;所述X1向磨削装置床鞍的下部连接有丝杠螺母座来固定Z向丝杠螺母,所述Z向丝杠螺母内套设有Z向丝杠,所述Z向丝杠一端连接有Z向驱动电机,Z向驱动电机旋转带动Z向丝杠在Z向丝杠螺母内作旋转运动,床鞍沿机座导轨作Z向移动。
进一步地,所述X1向磨削装置包括X1向丝杠,所述X1向丝杠上部固定安装有X1向中拖板,所述X1向中拖板上表面固定安装有X1向磨头总成。
进一步地,所述X1向磨头总成前端活动安装有X1向磨轮。
进一步地,所述X1向磨削装置的X1向丝杠还连接有用以驱动运动的X1向驱动电机。
进一步地,所述X2向磨削装置包括X2向丝杠,所述X2向丝杠上部固定安装有X2向中拖板,所述X2向中拖板上表面固定安装有X2向磨头总成。
进一步地,所述X2向磨头总成前端活动安装有X2向磨轮。
进一步地,所述X2向磨削装置的X2向丝杠还连接有用以驱动运动的X2向驱动电机。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中床鞍上的两套磨削装置,能够对工件进行两次磨削,不用更换磨床。
2、减少装夹次数,提高工效节能,可以提高工效2-3倍。
3、减轻工人劳动强度,加工一件工件少装夹一次。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
如图1和图2所示,一种专用高效外圆磨床,包括机座1,所述机座1表面前端设置有主轴箱2,所述机座1表面后端设置有尾座3,所述主轴箱2与尾座3之间固定有工件4,所述机座1表面活动连接有床鞍19,所述床鞍19两侧边分别设置有X1向磨削装置20和X2向磨削装置21;所述X1向磨削装置20床鞍19的下部连接有丝杠螺母座来固定Z向丝杠螺母18,所述Z向丝杠螺母18内套设有Z向丝杠17,所述Z向丝杠17一端连接有Z向驱动电机16,Z向驱动电机16旋转带动Z向丝杠17在Z向丝杠螺母18内作旋转运动,床鞍19沿机座1导轨作Z向移动。
在上述实施例中,所述X1向磨削装置20包括X1向丝杠6,所述X1向丝杠6上部固定安装有X1向中拖板7,所述X1向中拖板7上表面固定安装有X1向磨头总成8,所述X1向磨头总成8前端活动安装有X1向磨轮9,所述X1向磨削装置20的X1向丝杠6还连接有用以驱动运动的X1向驱动电机5;X1向驱动电机5带动X1向丝杠6驱动X1向中拖板7,X1向中拖板7上安装有X1向磨头总成8,X1向磨头总成8前端安装有X1向磨轮9,X1向磨轮9完成对工件4的磨削工作。
在上述实施例中,所述X2向磨削装置21包括X2向丝杠11,所述X2向丝杠11上部固定安装有X2向中拖板12,所述X2向中拖板12上表面固定安装有X2向磨头总成13,所述X2向磨头总成13前端活动安装有X2向磨轮14,所述X2向磨削装置21的X2向丝杠11还连接有用以驱动运动的X2向驱动电机10;X2向驱动电机10带动X2向丝杠11驱动X2向中拖板12,X2向中拖板12上安装有X2向磨头总成13,X2向磨头总成13前端安装有X2向磨轮14,X2向磨轮14完成对工件4的二次磨削工作。
在上述实施例中,Z向驱动电机16旋转带动Z向丝杠17在Z向丝杠螺母18内运动,床鞍19沿机座1导轨作Z向移动。Z向丝杠螺母18带动床鞍19,床鞍19上前后安装有X1向和X2向两套磨削装置,完成X1向和X2向的磨削后,床鞍19沿Z轴方向运动对工件4连续两次磨削。
本发明的实施例公布的是较佳的实施例,但并不局限于此,本领域的普通技术人员,极易根据上述实施例,领会本发明的精神,并做出不同的引申和变化,但只要不脱离本发明的精神,都在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种专用高效外圆磨床,包括机座,其特征在于:所述机座表面前端设置有主轴箱,所述机座表面还设置有导轨,所述机座导轨表面后端设置有尾座,所述主轴箱与尾座之间固定有工件,所述机座导轨上活动连接有床鞍,所述床鞍两侧边分别设置有X1向磨削装置和X2向磨削装置;所述X1向磨削装置床鞍的下部连接有丝杠螺母座来固定Z向丝杠螺母,所述Z向丝杠螺母内套设有Z向丝杠,所述Z向丝杠一端连接有Z向驱动电机,Z向驱动电机旋转带动Z向丝杠在Z向丝杠螺母内作旋转运动,床鞍沿机座导轨作Z向移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的专用高效外圆磨床,其特征在于:所述X1向磨削装置包括X1向丝杠,所述X1向丝杠上部固定安装有X1向中拖板,所述X1向中拖板上表面固定安装有X1向磨头总成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的专用高效外圆磨床,其特征在于:所述X1向磨头总成前端活动安装有X1向磨轮。
4.根据权利要求2所述的专用高效外圆磨床,其特征在于:所述X1向磨削装置的X1向丝杠还连接有用以驱动运动的X1向驱动电机。
5.根据权利要求1所述的专用高效外圆磨床,其特征在于:所述X2向磨削装置包括X2向丝杠,所述X2向丝杠上部固定安装有X2向中拖板,所述X2向中拖板上表面固定安装有X2向磨头总成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的专用高效外圆磨床,其特征在于:所述X2向磨头总成前端活动安装有X2向磨轮。
7.根据权利要求5所述的专用高效外圆磨床,其特征在于:所述X2向磨削装置的X2向丝杠还连接有用以驱动运动的X2向驱动电机。
