A manual ball valve switch 11 and a downward single-way second one-way valve 10 are arranged between the pesticide inlet funnel 12 and a pesticide inlet pipe 17 of the upper cover of the pesticide liquid mixer; the one-way valve ensures the pressure in the liquid medicine mixer in the medicine mixing process, and simultaneously ensures that the liquid medicine cannot reversely overflow from the pesticide inlet due to the large pressure in the liquid medicine mixer; a first one-way valve 8 with a spring is arranged between a diaphragm pump liquid inlet pipe 25 and a liquid inlet pipe 24 of the liquid medicine mixer, so that liquid medicine backflow possibly caused by residual liquid shaking in the mixer due to shaking of a box body in the process of medicine mixing or spraying is prevented; the liquid medicine mixer liquid inlet pipe 24 is downwards detected to the bottom of the whole inner cavity of the liquid medicine mixer, when the diaphragm pump 5 is electrified to work, the diaphragm pump liquid inlet pipe 25 high-speed water flow downwards detected to the liquid medicine mixer liquid inlet pipe 24 washes up the pesticide stock solution which is kept in the lower cavity of the mixer, and the pesticide stock solution is rapidly diluted.
The pesticide spray pipe 21 of the lower cavity of the pesticide liquid mixer extends to the upper part of the inner cavity of the pesticide liquid mixer, and the pesticide stock solution can be well diluted preliminarily through the structural design; the diluted pesticide stock solution is discharged through the pesticide spray pipe 21 under the action of larger pressure. The pesticide spray pipe 21 is connected with a slender spray pipe with densely distributed small holes, the spray pipe and the pesticide liquid mixer are arranged in a pesticide liquid box together, and under the action of pressure, the preliminarily diluted pesticide liquid is uniformly sprayed into the pesticide liquid box through the pesticide spray pipe with densely distributed small holes, so that further uniform mixing of the pesticide is performed; the lower cavity of the liquid medicine mixer is also provided with a bottom pesticide discharge pipe 22 which extends downwards to the bottom of the liquid medicine box and is connected with a first two-position two-way electromagnetic valve 9, and residual pesticide at the bottom of the pesticide stirring device is discharged in the cleaning stage.
The bottom of the liquid medicine tank is provided with a liquid medicine mixer and has the function of preventing precipitation of liquid medicine. In the spraying stage, one part of the pesticide provided by the diaphragm pump 5 flows through the spray head, and the other part flows through the anti-sedimentation spray pipe 27, as shown in fig. 6, a plurality of small holes are densely distributed on the anti-sedimentation spray pipe, and the anti-sedimentation spray pipe sprays liquid flow from bottom to top so as to enable the liquid medicine with higher concentration at the bottom of the liquid medicine tank to float upwards, thereby fully stirring the liquid medicine and enabling the liquid medicine to quickly reach a uniform and stable state.
In another exemplary embodiment of the present application, the operation of the sprayer mixing and feeding system is divided into four stages, namely a mixing stage, a spraying stage, a cleaning stage and a discharging stage.
(1) And (3) a medicine mixing stage: pouring a proper volume of pesticide stock solution into the pesticide stock solution inlet funnel 12, opening a manual ball valve switch, and enabling the pesticide stock solution to enter a lower cavity of the liquid medicine mixer through the second one-way valve 10; then the diaphragm pump 5 works, the two-position three-way electromagnetic valve 6 is electrified, the electromagnetic valve is in a right position state, a liquid inlet of the electromagnetic valve is connected with a liquid inlet pipe 25 of the pesticide mixer for conveying clear water, a part of clear water enters a cavity of the pesticide mixer through the first one-way valve 8, and the pesticide stock solution at the bottom of the cavity of the pesticide mixer is quickly flushed up to be uniformly mixed for the first time, and as the first one-way valve 8 and the second one-way valve 10 are all one-way valves and the first two-position two-way electromagnetic valve 9 is not conducted, the pesticide mixture can only flow through a slender spray pipe through a pesticide spray pipe 21 positioned in the pesticide liquid box and is uniformly sprayed into the pesticide liquid box; the other part of clean water enters the liquid medicine tank 3 through the anti-sedimentation spray pipe 27 with densely distributed small holes; since the anti-settling nozzle 27 responsible for stirring the liquid medicine is positioned at the bottom of the liquid medicine tank and the gravity cause of the liquid medicine in the tank may flow back through the stirring nozzle, the third check valve 13 is designed to prevent the liquid medicine from flowing back.
(2) Spraying: the diaphragm pump 5 works, the two-position three-way electromagnetic valve 6 is powered off, the electromagnetic valve is in a left position state, and part of pesticide liquid flow conveyed by the diaphragm pump is conveyed to spray heads 4 distributed on two sides of the sprayer for spraying after the pressure is regulated by the pilot pressure control valve 7; the other part of the liquid medicine continuously flows out from the small holes of the anti-precipitation spray pipe 27 in a circulating way, so that the precipitation phenomenon of the liquid medicine is avoided, and the concentration uniformity of the liquid medicine is ensured. In the spraying process, the anti-sedimentation spray pipe at the bottom of the liquid medicine box continuously works to prevent liquid medicine from sedimentation caused by standing after the liquid medicine is uniformly mixed.
(3) And (3) cleaning: after the spraying is finished, the liquid medicine box is filled with clean water, the diaphragm pump 5 works, and the anti-sedimentation spray pipe 27 continuously sprays the clean water from bottom to top to clean the liquid medicine box; the two-position three-way electromagnetic valve 6 is electrified, the electromagnetic valve is in a right position state, the diaphragm pump is connected with the pesticide mixer again, the spraying pipe of the pesticide mixer continuously sprays clear water into the pesticide stirring device from top to bottom, and the cartridge is quickly cleaned; simultaneously, the second two-position two-way electromagnetic valve 9 is electrified, the electromagnetic valve is conducted, and the waste water of the cleaning and medicine mixing device is discharged into the medicine liquid box 3 through the bottom pesticide discharge pipe 22.
(4) And (3) discharge stage: after the cleaning is finished, the second two-position two-way electromagnetic valve 14 is electrified, the electromagnetic valve is in a left position state, the liquid medicine box is connected with the discharge port 15, and the cleaning liquid is discharged.
According to the technical scheme in the embodiment example of the disclosure, a large amount of labor force is replaced by the sprayer in the process of mixing the pesticide, so that the labor cost is saved, and meanwhile, the probability of potential safety hazards of pesticides is reduced; the liquid medicine is more uniformly mixed, the application effect is enhanced, the agricultural productivity is improved, and the risk of occurrence of plant diseases and insect pests is reduced; meanwhile, the novel plastic bottle cap is simple in structure, convenient to manufacture and capable of saving a large amount of production cost.

The liquid inlet end of the anti-settling spray pipe is connected to a diaphragm pump, and a one-way valve is arranged on a connecting pipeline between the diaphragm pump and the anti-settling spray pipe;
The liquid medicine tank is also connected to a residual liquid medicine discharging device, the residual liquid medicine discharging device comprises a discharging pipe connected to the liquid medicine tank, a two-position two-way electromagnetic valve is arranged on the discharging pipe, and a suspension end of the discharging pipe is a discharging port;
