Abstract

本发明涉及一种聚氨酯记忆海绵及其制备方法,属于聚氨酯技术领域。本发明所述的聚氨酯记忆海绵,由A组分和B组分制成,其中:以重量份数计,A组分由以下原料制成:聚醚多元醇2000D80‑100份;聚醚多元醇EP‑360020‑30份;聚醚多元醇SR‑3085‑10份;有机锡催化剂1‑2份;交联剂1‑2份;扩链剂3‑4份;水1‑5份;泡沫稳定剂0.5‑1份;以重量份数计,B组分由以下原料制成:聚醚多元醇EP‑330N20‑30份;TDI‑8070‑80份;储存稳定剂0.5‑1份。本发明各组分之间协同作用,制备的聚氨酯记忆海绵具有韧性好,使用过程中不易撕裂,使用寿命长的特点;所述的制备方法,简单易实施。

聚氨酯记忆海绵及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯记忆海绵及其制备方法,属于聚氨酯技术领域。
背景技术
记忆海绵是具有慢回弹特性的聚氨酯海绵。它起初是由美国宇航局艾姆斯研究中心为减轻宇航员在航天器的宇宙加速度过程中所承担的巨大压力而设计成的。艾姆斯研究中心授权19世纪90年代欧洲一家公司两次开发引入民用范畴,首先是在医学上,后来进入家庭用品,在国外广泛被认可后,近10年来在国内陆续出现。
目前市场上现有的聚氨酯记忆海绵韧性较差,在使用过程中容易被撕裂,大大影响其使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种聚氨酯记忆海绵,具有韧性好,使用过程中不易撕裂,使用寿命长的特点,本发明还提供其制备方法,简单易实施。
本发明所述的聚氨酯记忆海绵,由A组分和B组分制成,其中:
以重量份数计,A组分由以下原料制成:
以重量份数计,B组分由以下原料制成:
聚醚多元醇EP-330N 20-30份
TDI-80 70-80份
储存稳定剂 0.5-1份。
所述的有机锡催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡。
所述的交联剂为三羟甲基丙烷。
所述的扩链剂为二乙二醇。
所述的泡沫稳定剂为AK-7703。
本发明所述的聚氨酯记忆海绵的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备A组分:将计量好的聚醚多元醇2000D、聚醚多元醇EP-3600、聚醚多元醇SR-308、有机锡催化剂、交联剂、扩链剂、水和泡沫稳定剂混合后搅拌1-2小时,制得A组分备用;
(2)制备B组分:将计量好的聚醚多元醇EP-330N常温下搅拌,升温至90-100℃后,在真空度<00.9MPa的真空条件下脱水脱气2-3小时,然后降温至50-60℃,加入计量好的TDI-80和储存稳定剂,升温至80-85℃反应2-3小时,降温,制得B组分备用;
(3)使用时,将A、B组分混合后浇入模具中,8-10分钟开模,静置1-2小时,得产品。
使用时,A、B组分混合的温度为30-40℃,模具预热至40-50℃。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明各组分之间协同作用,制备的聚氨酯记忆海绵具有韧性好,使用过程中不易撕裂,使用寿命长的特点。
2、本发明所述的制备方法,简单易实施。

以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
所述的聚氨酯记忆海绵,由A组分和B组分制成,其中:
以重量份数计,A组分由以下原料制成:
以重量份数计,B组分由以下原料制成:
聚醚多元醇EP-330N 20份
TDI-80 70份
储存稳定剂 0.5份。
其制备方法如下:
(1)制备A组分:将计量好的聚醚多元醇2000D、聚醚多元醇EP-3600、聚醚多元醇SR-308、二月桂酸二丁基锡、三羟甲基丙烷、二乙二醇、水和AK-7703混合后搅拌1小时,制得A组分备用;
(2)制备B组分:将计量好的聚醚多元醇EP-330N常温下搅拌,升温至90℃后,在真空度<00.9MPa的真空条件下脱水脱气2小时,然后降温至50℃,加入计量好的TDI-80和储存稳定剂,升温至80℃反应2小时,降温,制得B组分备用;
(3)使用时,将A、B组分混合后浇入模具中,8分钟开模,静置1小时,得产品。
使用时,A、B组分混合的温度为30℃,模具预热至40℃。
实施例2
所述的聚氨酯记忆海绵,由A组分和B组分制成,其中:
以重量份数计,A组分由以下原料制成:

聚醚多元醇EP-330N 30份
TDI-80 80份
储存稳定剂 1份。
其制备方法如下:
(1)制备A组分:将计量好的聚醚多元醇2000D、聚醚多元醇EP-3600、聚醚多元醇SR-308、二月桂酸二丁基锡、三羟甲基丙烷、二乙二醇、水和AK-7703混合后搅拌2小时,制得A组分备用;
(2)制备B组分:将计量好的聚醚多元醇EP-330N常温下搅拌,升温至100℃后,在真空度<00.9MPa的真空条件下脱水脱气3小时,然后降温至60℃,加入计量好的TDI-80和储存稳定剂,升温至85℃反应3小时,降温,制得B组分备用;
(3)使用时,将A、B组分混合后浇入模具中,10分钟开模,静置2小时,得产品。
使用时,A、B组分混合的温度为40℃,模具预热至50℃。
实施例3
所述的聚氨酯记忆海绵,由A组分和B组分制成,其中:
以重量份数计,A组分由以下原料制成:
以重量份数计,B组分由以下原料制成:
聚醚多元醇EP-330N 25份
TDI-80 75份
储存稳定剂 0.8份。
其制备方法如下:
(1)制备A组分:将计量好的聚醚多元醇2000D、聚醚多元醇EP-3600、聚醚多元醇SR-308、二月桂酸二丁基锡、三羟甲基丙烷、二乙二醇、水和AK-7703混合后搅拌1.5小时,制得A组分备用;
(2)制备B组分:将计量好的聚醚多元醇EP-330N常温下搅拌,升温至95℃后,在真空度<00.9MPa的真空条件下脱水脱气2.5小时,然后降温至55℃,加入计量好的TDI-80和储存稳定剂,升温至82℃反应2.5小时,降温,制得B组分备用;
(3)使用时,将A、B组分混合后浇入模具中,9分钟开模,静置1.5小时,得产品。
使用时,A、B组分混合的温度为35℃,模具预热至45℃。

1.一种聚氨酯记忆海绵,其特征在于:由A组分和B组分制成,其中:
以重量份数计,A组分由以下原料制成:
以重量份数计,B组分由以下原料制成:
聚醚多元醇EP-330N 20-30份
TDI-80 70-80份
储存稳定剂 0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯记忆海绵,其特征在于:所述的有机锡催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯记忆海绵,其特征在于:所述的交联剂为三羟甲基丙烷。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯记忆海绵,其特征在于:所述的扩链剂为二乙二醇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯记忆海绵,其特征在于:所述的泡沫稳定剂为AK-7703。
6.一种权利要求1所述的聚氨酯记忆海绵的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)制备A组分:将计量好的聚醚多元醇2000D、聚醚多元醇EP-3600、聚醚多元醇SR-308、有机锡催化剂、交联剂、扩链剂、水和泡沫稳定剂混合后搅拌1-2小时,制得A组分备用;
(2)制备B组分:将计量好的聚醚多元醇EP-330N常温下搅拌,升温至90-100℃后,在真空度<00.9MPa的真空条件下脱水脱气2-3小时,然后降温至50-60℃,加入计量好的TDI-80和储存稳定剂,升温至80-85℃反应2-3小时,降温,制得B组分备用;
(3)使用时,将A、B组分混合后浇入模具中,8-10分钟开模,静置1-2小时,得产品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的聚氨酯记忆海绵的制备方法,其特征在于:使用时,A、B组分混合的温度为30-40℃,模具预热至40-50℃。
