Background
In the butt joint of the power cable, after the conducting wire is in butt joint, because the insulating layer is stripped, an insulating sheath needs to be manufactured to ensure the safety of a cable joint part, and a silicone rubber cold-shrinkable cable intermediate joint with good elasticity and insulativity is usually used as the insulating sheath of the cable joint. The elastic sheath of the cold-contraction cable intermediate joint is made of high-temperature vulcanized organic silicon rubber, the two ends of the elastic sheath are correspondingly provided with stress cones, and the middle part of the inner wall is provided with an inner shielding tube. The elastic sheath is sleeved outside the lining pipe after pre-expansion, and the lining pipe plays a supporting role in keeping the expansion state of the elastic sheath. However, the conventional inner liner tube is formed by winding a special-shaped non-metal or metal strip into a cylindrical shape and spot-welding the wound tube therebetween. The lining pipe is wound by a hasp-type special-shaped strip, is controlled by a special-shaped strip lap, a spiral groove is inevitably formed on the outer surface, after the cable terminal made of an expanded organic material is sleeved, a corresponding flange is easily formed on the inner hole wall of the cable terminal due to the resilience of the organic material, the elastic deformation is more serious in the long-term storage process, the modified lining pipe is very inconvenient to disassemble, the cable is easily damaged in the disassembling process, and safety accidents are easily caused.
