Background
The composite material structure is formed by hot-pressing and curing a blank body. In practical engineering practice, in some specific situations, a pressure jump area exists in a composite material structure curing pressure field, such as a combination process cover plate joint, and various surface quality defects such as resin-rich lines, molding steps and the like are easily formed on the surface of a workpiece due to the pressure jump effect in the curing pressure field. Therefore, the uniform pressure auxiliary material for weakening and even eliminating the pressure mutation effect in the curing pressure field is developed, and has important engineering application value for preparing a composite material structure with an excellent surface.
Accordingly, the inventors provide a composite process layer and a method of making the same.
