Background
As an important grain crop in China, the planting mechanization of potatoes is continuously improved, but because most of the sowing modes in China adopt block sowing, the sizes of the cut potato blocks are different, sowing missing is caused during sowing, and the yield is reduced. Although the artificial reseeding can be carried out, the labor intensity is high, and the efficiency is low. The potato seedlings after reseeding are different in size, and the yield of the potato seedlings after sowing at the same time cannot be achieved.
Meanwhile, potatoes sold in the market are sorted by a potato sorting and screening machine, generally, the potatoes with larger quality and diameter are selected for sale, while the potatoes with the diameter of about 5cm are not sold, and other products are generally discarded or made, so that waste is caused. The ejecting assembly consists of a movable plate and a return spring, wherein one end of the movable plate is hinged to the tooth top plane, and the return spring is arranged between the movable plate and the tooth top plane; the hinge point of the movable plate and the tooth top plane is positioned at the rear end of the tooth rotating direction on the tooth top plane.
The tooth top is provided with a step-shaped bulge; the movable plate is hinged to one side, which is not provided with the step-shaped bulges, of the top of the tooth; the return spring is arranged on one side of the tooth top part, which is not provided with the step-shaped bulge; the upper plane of the step-shaped bulge gradually inclines and rises along the tooth rotating direction to form a clamping structure for the seed potatoes under the combined action of the movable plate and the upper plane of the step-shaped bulge.

d. the popping assembly rotates along with the rotary table to convey the seed potatoes forwards along the arc-shaped conveying pipe; discharging the seed potatoes until the seed potatoes are conveyed to a discharge hole of the arc-shaped conveying pipe, which is vertical to the ground.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the potato planter selects potatoes with proper sizes through the vibrating mesh screen, then performs single arrangement through the seed sowing pipe, and then moves the potatoes falling into the space between two adjacent teeth along the arc-shaped material conveying pipe to the direction of the material outlet by using the teeth on the circumferential side of the turntable. The width of the tooth grooves of the plurality of teeth is larger than the diameter of the seed potatoes; the width of the tooth grooves of the two teeth is 1-2 cm larger than the size of the vibration mesh screen; the diameter of the seed discharging pipe is 1-2 cm larger than the size of the vibration mesh screen, so that the potato seed discharging device can accurately discharge seed potatoes singly, realize fine sowing and avoid the condition of missed sowing. When the seed potatoes move to the position where the arc-shaped delivery pipe 4 is close to the discharge hole, the seed potatoes are separated from the arc-shaped delivery pipe 4 due to the action of gravity, at this time, the return spring 5032 is reset, the distance between the movable plate 5031 and the top plane of the teeth 502 is rapidly reduced, and the seed potatoes are ejected.
The tops of the teeth 502 are provided with step-shaped bulges 5021; the movable plate 5031 is hinged to the side of the top of the teeth 502 where the stepped protrusions 5021 are not arranged; the return spring 5032 is arranged at the side of the top of the teeth 502, which is not provided with the step-shaped projection 5021; the upper plane of the stepped projection 5021 gradually rises obliquely along the direction of rotation of the teeth 502 to cooperate with the movable plate 5031 to form a clamping structure for the seed potatoes.
It is to be understood that: the shape formed by the stepped projection 5021 and the movable plate 5031 can facilitate the potato seeds to enter between the stepped projection 5021 and the movable plate 5031 and be clamped conveniently.
The movable plate 5031 is wedge-shaped, and the end of the movable plate 5031 hinged to the top of the teeth 502 is thicker.
It is to be understood that: the movable plate 5031 is wedge-shaped, and the end of the movable plate 5031 hinged to the top of the teeth 502 is thicker, so that the stepped protrusion 5021 and the movable plate 5031 can be clamped more conveniently, and the potato seeds can enter more easily.
