Abstract
The invention provides a shell device which comprises a shell and a connecting structure. The connecting structure comprises an elastic element, the elastic element is positioned between the shell and a PCB, the elastic element is fixed on the PCB and is electrically connected with the shell, and the elastic element keeps the connecting position with the shell unchanged when the shell moves relative to the PCB. The invention also provides a connecting structure and terminal equipment. According to the shell device, the connecting structure and the terminal equipment, the abrasion of the inner surface of the shell can be effectively avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to mobile communication technologies, and in particular, to a housing device, an antenna connection structure, and a terminal device.
Background
At present, metal shells are more and more popular with consumers due to the advantages of high quality, durability and the like, and more terminal devices such as mobile phones and the like adopt metal shells. In order to meet some functional requirements or maintain the performance of the terminal device, a metal dome is usually disposed between a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) board and a housing inside the terminal device.
For example, in order to solve the problem that the metal case greatly attenuates or shields signals of an antenna in the terminal device, a first end of the metal dome is fixed on a PCB (Printed circuit board) board inside the terminal device and electrically connected to the antenna mounted on the PCB board, and a second end of the metal dome is in abutting electrical contact with an inner surface of the metal case. In the connection mode through the metal elastic sheet, when the terminal equipment vibrates due to external force, the second end of the metal elastic sheet and the inner surface of the metal shell move relatively to generate friction. When the number of times of rubbing is large, the metal material (e.g., aluminum alloy material) on the inner surface of the metal shell is abraded to oxidize the metal material to generate oxide, which affects the reliability of the contact between the metal dome and the inner surface of the metal shell, and the performance of the terminal device, such as the antenna performance, is affected due to poor contact.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present invention provides a housing device, a connection structure and a terminal device, which can effectively avoid the abrasion of the inner surface of the housing.
The shell device comprises a shell and a connecting structure, wherein the connecting structure comprises an elastic element, the elastic element is positioned between the shell and a PCB, the elastic element is fixed on the PCB and is electrically connected with the shell, and the elastic element keeps the connecting position of the shell unchanged when the shell moves relative to the PCB.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 together, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a housing device 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The housing arrangement 100 includes a housing 20 and a connecting structure 30. The connecting structure 30 includes an elastic element 301, the elastic element 301 is located between the housing 20 and a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) 40, and the elastic element 301 is fixed on the PCB 40 and electrically connected to the housing 20. Wherein the elastic element 301 maintains the connection position with the housing 20 when the housing 20 moves relative to the PCB board 40.
The elastic element 301 is a spring T1, the spring T1 is located between the housing 20 and the PCB 40, and the spring T1 is fixed on the PCB 40 and electrically connected to the housing 20.
As shown in fig. 1, the housing device 100 further includes a functional component 101 mounted on the PCB 40, the housing 20 includes an electrical connection region 21, and the spring T1 is fixed on the PCB 40 and electrically connected to the functional component 10 mounted on the PCB 40 and electrically connected to the electrical connection region 21 of the housing 20.
In this embodiment, the functional element 101 is an antenna module 10, and the spring T1 is fixed on the PCB 40 and then electrically connected to the antenna module 10 mounted on the PCB 40 and electrically connected to the electrical connection area 21 of the housing 20, so as to establish electrical connection between the antenna module 10 and the electrical connection area 21 of the housing 20, and use the electrical connection area 21 of the housing 20 as a radiator of the antenna module 10. The electrical connection region 21 of the housing 20 may be the entire housing 20 or a partial region of the housing 20. When the electrical connection region 21 is a partial region of the housing 20, it may be located at the middle position and the two side positions of the housing 20, and the shape may be square, circular, triangular, and the like.
When the spring T1 is fixed on the PCB 40 and then electrically connected to the antenna module 10 mounted on the PCB 40, the housing device 100 is an antenna device. The functional device 101 is taken as the antenna module 10 for the following description.
The PCB 40 may be an antenna circuit board for mounting and carrying the antenna module 10. The PCB 40 may also be a main board of a terminal device, and in addition to the antenna module 10, other functional elements, such as a processor, a memory, etc., are installed. In some embodiments, the PCB board 40 may also be a part of the antenna module 10. In other embodiments, the functional element 101 may be another element, for example, a power circuit mounted on the PCB 40, and the spring T1 is fixed on the PCB 40 and then connected to the ground of the power circuit mounted on the PCB 40 and the electrical connection region 21 of the housing 20, so that the electrical connection region 21 of the housing 20 is used as a common ground. Alternatively, the functional device 101 may be a memory, a processor, a display chip, etc. mounted on the PCB 40, and the spring T1 is fixed on the PCB 40 and then connected to the memory, the processor, the display chip, etc. mounted on the PCB 40 and the electrical connection region 21 of the case 20, so that the electrical connection region 21 of the case 20 is used as a static electricity discharge ground.
Specifically, the spring T1 includes a first end 31 and a second end 32, the first end 31 is fixedly connected to the PCB 40 and electrically connected to the antenna module 10, the second end 32 is connected to the inner surface of the housing 20 in an abutting manner, and particularly, the second end 32 is connected to the inner surface of the electrical connection area 21 of the housing 20 in an abutting manner. The PCB 40 is substantially parallel to the inner surface of the housing 20, and the expansion and contraction direction of the spring T1 is substantially along the arrangement direction of the first end 31 and the second end 32, i.e. the direction perpendicular to the PCB 40 or the inner surface of the housing 20.
Therefore, when the housing 20 is subjected to an external force to generate a force relative to the PCB 40, the spring T1 and the housing 20 can move together with the housing 20 while maintaining the contact position, i.e., the connection position, of the second end 32 of the spring T1 with the housing 20 when the housing 20 moves relative to the PCB 40 due to the fact that the spring T1 can move telescopically and can also twist in other directions different from the telescopic direction. Therefore, friction between the connecting structure 30 and the housing 20 is avoided, and poor contact caused by surface abrasion of the housing 20 is not caused.
The spring T1 is a coil spring, and the material of the spring T1 is a metal material. In some embodiments, the surface of the spring T1 is also plated with gold, nickel, or the like.
The housing 20 is a metal housing, such as an aluminum alloy housing, the housing 20 is a rear case (a battery cover), and the second end 32 of the spring T1 is abutted against the inner surface of the housing 20.
In this embodiment, the first end 31 of the spring T1 may be fixed on the PCB 40 by soldering, and the second end 32 of the spring T1 may abut against the housing 20 by elastic interference.
Wherein the spring T1 is composed of a plurality of spirally extending elastic coils, the surface of the second end 32 of the spring T1 is parallel to the inner surface of the housing 20 for maximizing the contact area, and the first end 31 of the spring T1 includes a horizontal section and an inclined section extending obliquely upward from the horizontal section to form an unclosed coil.
Referring to fig. 3, the housing device 100 shown in fig. 1 is different in that, in another embodiment, the first end 31 of the spring T1 can be integrally formed with the PCB board 40, and the second end 32 of the spring T1 can also be integrally formed with the housing 20. That is, at least one of the PCB board 40 and the case 20 is integrally formed with the spring T1.
Please refer to fig. 4 and fig. 5, which are schematic views of a housing device 200 according to a second embodiment. The difference from the first embodiment is that in this embodiment, the connecting structure 30 further includes a spring clip K1, and the spring clip K1 is used to fix the spring T1 on the PCB board 40. The spring card K1 includes a bottom panel D1, the bottom panel D1 includes a first face F1 (shown in fig. 2) and a second face F2 that are opposite. The first face F1 of the bottom plate D1 is opposite to the PCB 40 and fixed on the PCB 40. The first end 31 of the spring T1 is secured to the second face F2 of the base plate D1.
Further, a plurality of bending portions C1 extend from the side B1 of the bottom plate D1, and the bending portions C1 are used to engage with the spring T1, specifically, the side B1 of the spring card K1 extends toward a direction away from the PCB 40, the bending portion C1 may be in an inverted L shape, each inverted L-shaped bending portion C1 and the second face F2 together form a receiving slot S1, wherein the bending portions C1 may be connected to each other, or may be disposed at intervals as shown in fig. 3, that is, the side walls of the bending portions C1 are connected to each other or spaced from each other, and accordingly, the receiving slots S1 may be independent and separated from each other, or may be connected to each other.
The coil of the first end 31 of the spring T1 is received in the receiving slot S1, thereby securing the spring T1 to the spring card K1 and, in turn, to the PCB board 40.
As shown in fig. 5, three sides B1 of the spring card K1 each extend with a bending portion C1 in a direction away from the PCB 40, and the other side B1 is open, so that the first end 31 of the spring T1 can slide into the receiving slots S1 of the spring card K1 from the side B1 of the opening. The first end 31 of the spring T1 is fixed to the PCB 40 by a spring card K1 and then electrically contacts the antenna module 10.
A stop N1 is further disposed at the outer edge of the side B1 of the opening, preferably, the stop N1 is made of an elastic material, and when the spring T1 is installed, the first end 31 of the spring T1 slides in from the side B1 of the opening until the inner side of the stop N1 abuts against the outer edge of the first end 31 of the spring T1. During installation, the stopper N1 is compressed, and after the spring T1 is inserted, the stopper N1 is sprung up to cooperate with the plurality of receiving slots S1 to fix the spring T1 on the bottom plate D1 of the spring card K1. Obviously, in some embodiments, the stopper N1 may not be an elastic material, but rather may slide along the side B1 of the opening by the elasticity of the coil of the first end 31 of the truncated cone shaped spring T1 in the diameter direction. When the inner side of the stopper N1 abuts against the outer edge of the first end 31 of the truncated cone shaped spring T1, the coils of the first end 31 of the truncated cone shaped spring T1 return to the original shape and abut against the side walls of the stopper N1 and the plurality of receiving grooves S1, so that the stopper N1 cooperates with the plurality of receiving grooves S1 to fix the truncated cone shaped spring T1 on the bottom plate D1 of the spring card K1.
The spring card K1 is made of a metal material, such as copper, aluminum, iron, and the like.
In other embodiments, the first end 31 of the spring T1 may be fixed to the PCB board 40 by a snap connection, riveting, or the like. The connection manner of the first end 31 of the spring T1 and the PCB board 40 in the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
Referring to fig. 6, in an alternative embodiment, the spring card K1 of the housing assembly 200 may be integrally formed with the PCB board 40, and the second end 32 of the spring T1 may also be integrally formed with the housing 20.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in some embodiments, compared to the housing device 200 as described above, the connecting structure 30 of the housing device 300 of the present embodiment may further include another spring card K2, through which the second end 32 of the spring T1 electrically contacts the housing 20.
As shown in fig. 7, the other spring card K2 includes a bottom plate D2, the bottom plate D2 includes a third face F3 and a fourth face F4 which are opposite to each other, the third face F3 is electrically connected to the inner surface of the housing 20, and the second end 32 of the spring T1 is fixed to the fourth face F4.
Similarly, a plurality of bent portions C2 extend from the side B1 of the bottom plate D2, the bent portion C2 is used for engaging with the spring T1, specifically, the side B2 of the other spring card K2 extends toward the direction away from the housing 20 to form a bent portion C2., the bent portion C2 may be inverted L-shaped, each bent portion C2 of the inverted L-shaped and the fourth surface F4 together form a receiving slot S2, wherein the plurality of bent portions C2 may be connected to each other or disposed at intervals as shown in fig. 7, that is, the side walls of the plurality of bent portions C2 are connected to each other or spaced from each other, accordingly, the plurality of receiving slots S2 may be independent and separated from each other or may be connected to each other.
As shown in fig. 8, three sides B2 of the spring card K2 each extend with a bending portion C2 in a direction away from the housing 20, and the other side B2 is open, so that the second end 32 of the spring T1 can slide into the receiving slots S2 of the spring card K2 from the side B2 of the opening. The second end 32 of the spring T1 is secured to the PCB board 40 by a spring tab K2 and is also in electrical contact with the housing 20. Wherein the spring card K2 is made of metal material, and the spring T1 is electrically contacted with the shell 20 through the spring card K2.
Similarly, a stop N2 is also provided at the outer edge of the side B2 of the opening of the spring card K2, preferably, the stop N2 is made of an elastic material, and when the spring card K2 is installed, the second end 32 of the spring T1 slides in from the side B2 of the opening until the inner side of the stop N2 abuts against the outer edge of the second end 32 of the spring T1. During installation, the stopper N2 is compressed, and after the spring T1 is inserted, the stopper N12 is sprung to cooperate with the plurality of receiving slots S2 to fix the second end 32 of the spring T1 to the bottom plate D2 of the spring card K2. In some embodiments, the stop N2 may not be an elastic material, but rather may slide along the side B2 at the opening by the diametrical elasticity of the coils at the second end 32 of the truncated cone spring T1. In some embodiments, the spring T1 may have a truncated cone shape, the first end 31 of the spring T1 forms the truncated cone bottom of the truncated cone shape, the second end 32 of the spring T1 forms the truncated cone top of the truncated cone shaped spring T1, and the diameter of the coil of the spring T1 gradually decreases from the first end 31 to the second end 32.
The spring T1 may be cylindrical, the first end 31 and the second end 32 are two end faces of the cylindrical spring T1, and the diameter of the coils of the spring T1 is substantially equal from the first end 31 to the second end 32.
The spring T1 may also be thin in the middle and fat in the two ends, and the first end 31 and the second end 32 are the two end faces of the gourd-shaped spring T1. That is, the coil diameter of the spring T1 gradually decreases from the first end 31 to a position approximately in the middle of the spring T1, and then gradually increases from a position approximately in the middle of the spring T1 to the second end 32, wherein the coil diameter of the first end 31 and the coil diameter of the second end 32 may be equal or unequal.
The spring T1 can also be a diamond or kettle shape with a thick middle part and thin two ends, and the first end 31 and the second end 32 are two thin terminals of the diamond spring T1 respectively. Referring to fig. 9, in an alternative embodiment, the spring card K1 of the housing device 300 can be integrally formed with the PCB 40, and the other spring card K2 of the housing device 300 can also be integrally formed with the housing 20
Referring to fig. 10, the antenna module 10 includes a radio frequency transceiver circuit 11 and a matching circuit 12. The matching circuit 12 is electrically connected between the rf transceiver circuit 11 and the connecting structure 30, and is electrically connected to the housing 20 through the connecting structure 30.
The radio frequency transceiver circuit 11 is configured to receive or transmit an antenna signal in a specific frequency band. The matching circuit 12 performs impedance matching and balanced matching between the rf transceiver circuit 101 and the housing 20, so as to maintain the normal operation of the antenna module 10. The matching circuit 12 transmits the antenna signal transmitted by the radio frequency transceiver circuit 11 to the housing 20 through the connection structure 30, and radiates the antenna signal through the housing 20 as a radiator.
The radio frequency transceiver circuit 11 is one of a GSM (global system for mobile communications) antenna radio frequency transceiver circuit, a CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) antenna radio frequency transceiver circuit, a bluetooth antenna radio frequency transceiver circuit, a WIFI antenna radio frequency transceiver circuit, and an NFC (Near field communication) antenna radio frequency transceiver circuit.
In some embodiments, the antenna module 10 may further include the PCB 40, a slot may be formed on the PCB 40, the rf transceiver circuit 11 is coupled to the slot on the PCB 40 through the matching circuit 12 to form a slot antenna, and the housing 20 is electrically connected to the housing 20 through the connecting structure 30/the spring T1 as described above to serve as a radiator of the slot antenna.
Referring to fig. 11, which is a block diagram of a terminal device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device 1 includes the housing apparatus 100, the housing apparatus 200, the housing apparatus 300, and a PCB 40. Obviously, the terminal device 1 may further include other elements such as a processor, a memory, a display screen, etc., which are not shown in the figures and are not described herein since they are not relevant to the improvement of the present invention.

The housing arrangement of claim 1, wherein the spring includes a first end and a second end, the first end being fixedly connected to the PCB and electrically connected to the antenna module, the second end being electrically connected to an inner surface of the electrical connection area of the housing.
3. The housing arrangement of claim 2, wherein the spring extends in a direction along the alignment of the first end and the second end.
4. The housing arrangement of claim 2, wherein a first end of the spring is secured to the PCB by a solder connection and a second end of the spring is resiliently urged against the housing.
5. Housing arrangement according to any of claims 1-4, characterized in that the spring is formed integrally with the PCB and/or the spring is formed integrally with the housing.
6. The housing arrangement of claim 2 wherein the connecting structure further comprises a first spring tab, the first spring tab including a first base plate, the first base plate including opposing first and second faces, the first face of the first base plate facing and secured to the PCB, the first end of the spring being secured to the second face of the first base plate.
7. The housing arrangement of claim 6 wherein the first spring card has a plurality of first inverted L-shaped bent portions extending from the side of the bottom plate, each inverted L-shaped bent portion and the second surface together defining a first receiving slot in which the coils of the first end of the spring are received.
8. The housing arrangement of claim 6 wherein the connecting structure further includes a second spring clip, the second spring clip including a second base plate, the second base plate including third and fourth opposing faces, the third face of the second base plate facing the electrical connection area of the housing, the second end of the spring being secured to the fourth face of the second base plate.
9. The housing apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the second spring card has a plurality of inverted L-shaped second bent portions extending from the side of the second bottom plate, each inverted L-shaped second bent portion and the fourth surface form a second receiving slot, and the coils of the second end of the spring are received in the second receiving slot.
10. The housing arrangement of any of claims 1-4, wherein the spring is frustoconical, the first end of the spring being a frustoconical bottom of the frustoconical shape, the second end of the spring being a frustoconical top of the frustoconical spring, the coil diameter of the spring decreasing from the first end to the second end; or, the spring is cylindrical, and the first end and the second end are two end faces of the cylindrical spring respectively; or the spring is in a gourd shape, the first end and the second end are two end faces of the gourd-shaped spring respectively, and the diameter of a coil of the spring is gradually reduced from the first end to the position approximately in the middle of the spring and then gradually increased from the position approximately in the middle of the spring to the second end; or, the spring is in a diamond shape or a kettle shape, the first end and the second end are two thin terminals of the diamond spring respectively, and the diameter of the coil of the spring is gradually increased from the first end to the position approximately at the middle of the spring and then gradually decreased from the position approximately at the middle of the spring to the second end.
11. A connecting structure is used for connecting a PCB main board of a terminal device with a shell, and is characterized by comprising an elastic element, wherein the elastic element is a spring, the spring is used for being arranged between the shell and the PCB and fixed on the PCB and electrically connected with an electric connection area of the shell, and the elastic element keeps the connection position with the shell unchanged when the shell moves relative to the PCB; the shell comprises an electrical connection area, an antenna module is mounted on the PCB, the spring is fixed on the PCB and then electrically connected with the antenna module mounted on the PCB, and the spring is electrically connected with the electrical connection area of the shell so as to take the electrical connection area of the shell as a radiator of the antenna module; the antenna module comprises a radio frequency transceiving circuit and a matching circuit; the matching circuit is electrically connected between the radio frequency transceiver circuit and the connecting structure and is electrically connected with the shell through the connecting structure, the radio frequency transceiver circuit is coupled with a gap on the PCB through the matching circuit to form a slot antenna, and the electrical connection area of the shell is used as a radiator of the slot antenna through the electrical connection of the spring and the electrical connection area of the shell.
12. The connecting structure of claim 11, wherein the spring comprises a first end and a second end, the first end is used for being fixedly connected with the PCB and electrically connected with the antenna module, and the second end is used for being electrically connected with an inner surface of the electrical connection area of the housing.
13. The attachment structure of claim 12 further comprising a first spring tab, said first spring tab including a first base plate, said first base plate including opposing first and second faces, said first base plate first face being opposite said PCB and being secured to said PCB, said first end of said spring being secured to said first base plate second face.
14. The connecting structure of claim 13, wherein the first spring card has a plurality of inverted L-shaped first bent portions extending from the side of the bottom plate, each inverted L-shaped bent portion and the second surface together forming a first receiving slot, the coil of the first end of the spring being received in the first receiving slot.
15. The connecting structure of claim 13 further comprising a second spring clip, said second spring clip comprising a second base plate, said second base plate comprising opposing third and fourth faces, said third face of said second base plate facing said electrical connection area of said housing, said second end of said spring being secured to said fourth face of said second base plate.
16. The connecting structure of claim 15, wherein the second spring card has a plurality of inverted L-shaped second bent portions extending from the side edges of the second base plate, each inverted L-shaped second bent portion and the fourth surface form a second receiving slot, and the coils of the second end of the spring are received in the second receiving slot.
17. The connection according to any one of claims 11 to 16, wherein the spring is in the shape of a truncated cone, the first end of the spring is the truncated cone bottom of the truncated cone, the second end of the spring is the truncated cone top of the truncated cone spring, and the coil diameter of the spring is gradually reduced from the first end to the second end; or, the spring is cylindrical, and the first end and the second end are two end faces of the cylindrical spring respectively; or the spring is in a gourd shape, the first end and the second end are two end faces of the gourd-shaped spring respectively, and the diameter of a coil of the spring is gradually reduced from the first end to the position approximately in the middle of the spring and then gradually increased from the position approximately in the middle of the spring to the second end; or, the spring is in a diamond shape or a kettle shape, the first end and the second end are two thin terminals of the diamond spring respectively, and the diameter of the coil of the spring is gradually increased from the first end to the position approximately at the middle of the spring and then gradually decreased from the position approximately at the middle of the spring to the second end.
18. A terminal device, characterized in that it comprises a housing arrangement according to any one of claims 1-10.
