Abstract
层叠体,其具有:基材、在其至少一个表面上形成的底漆涂层、和在该底漆涂层上形成的面涂层,底漆涂层由含有酸改性聚烯烃的底漆组合物形成,面涂层由含有缩合固化型有机硅组合物的面涂层组合物的固化物形成,底漆组合物和面涂层组合物中的任一者或两者含有含氨基的硅烷偶联剂,该层叠体即使在使用了由难粘接材料构成的基材的情况下也具有良好的粘接性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及层叠体及其制造方法,更详细地说,涉及具有基材和在其表面层叠的底漆涂层及面涂层的层叠体及其制造方法。
背景技术
近年来,对于聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)等难粘接材料,使用涂布剂进行涂布或者使用涂料进行涂装的要求在高涨。
作为改善这样的难粘接材料的粘接性的方法,已知对难粘接材料实施等离子体照射等表面处理(例如参照专利文献1),但该方法存在等离子体照射设备等的引入引起的成本升高、生产率的降低、对于大开本的基材应用困难等许多问题。
另外,一般地,作为提高涂料的粘接性的底漆,已广泛地使用了用马来酸、其他化合物改性的聚烯烃,但在上述这样的难粘接材料中使用的情况下尚未获得实用的粘接性。
从这样的观点出发,强烈要求粘接性得到了改善的难粘接材料,特别是需要开发通过简便的涂布工序就可改善难粘接材料的粘接性的方法。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
本发明鉴于上述实际情况而完成,目的在于提供即使在使用了由难粘接材料构成的基材的情况下各层也显示良好的粘接性的层叠体及其简便的制造方法。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明人为了解决上述课题而深入研究,结果发现在具有基材和在其上层叠的规定的底漆涂层及规定的面涂层的层叠体中,通过将含氨基的硅烷偶联剂添加到底漆组合物和面涂层组合物的任一者或两者中而形成各层,从而得到即使在使用了由难粘接材料构成的基材的情况下基材与面涂层的粘接性也大幅地提高的层叠体,完成了本发明。
即,本发明提供:
1.层叠体,其特征在于,具有:基材、在其至少一个表面上形成的底漆涂层、和在该底漆涂层上形成的面涂层,上述底漆涂层由含有酸改性聚烯烃的底漆组合物形成,上述面涂层由含有缩合固化型有机硅组合物的面涂层组合物的固化物形成,上述底漆组合物和上述面涂层组合物的任一者或两者含有含氨基的硅烷偶联剂;
2. 1的层叠体,其中,只是上述面涂层组合物含有上述含氨基的硅烷偶联剂;
3. 1或2的层叠体,其中,上述缩合固化型有机硅组合物包含有机硅低聚物;
4. 1~3中任一项的层叠体,其中,上述酸改性聚烯烃为马来酸酐改性聚丙烯;
5. 1~4中任一项的层叠体,其中,上述基材为聚丙烯制基材;
6.层叠体的制造方法,该层叠体的制造方法具有:在基材的至少一个表面涂布含有酸改性聚烯烃的底漆组合物、使其干燥而形成底漆涂层的第1工序;在上述工序中得到的底漆涂层上涂布含有缩合固化型有机硅组合物的面涂层组合物、使其固化而形成面涂层的第2工序,其特征在于,上述底漆组合物和上述面涂层组合物中的任一者或两者含有含氨基的硅烷偶联剂;
7. 6的层叠体的制造方法,其中,只是上述面涂层组合物含有上述含氨基的硅烷偶联剂;
8. 6或7的层叠体的制造方法,其中,上述缩合固化型有机硅组合物包含有机硅低聚物;
9. 6~8中任一项的层叠体的制造方法,其中,上述酸改性聚烯烃为马来酸酐改性聚丙烯;
10. 6~9中任一项的层叠体的制造方法,其中,上述基材为聚丙烯制基材。
发明的效果
根据本发明,能够提供即使在使用了由PP、PE等难粘接材质构成的基材的情况下基材与底漆层的粘接强度也优异的层叠体。
另外,根据本发明的使用了涂布法的层叠体的制造方法,能够不用进行等离子体照射等表面改性而简便地得到具有高粘接性、耐久性优异的层叠体。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明具体地说明。
本发明涉及的层叠体具有:基材、在其至少一个表面上形成的底漆涂层、和在该底漆涂层上形成的面涂层,底漆涂层由含有酸改性聚烯烃的底漆组合物形成,面涂层由含有缩合固化型有机硅组合物的面涂层组合物的固化物形成,进一步,底漆组合物和面涂层组合物的任一者或两者含有含氨基的硅烷偶联剂。
作为本发明的层叠体中使用的基材,并无特别限定,例如可列举出铁、不锈钢、铝、镍、锌、铜等各种金属制基材;聚苯硫醚树脂、聚丙烯树脂、聚乙烯树脂等聚烯烃树脂、丙烯酸系树脂、酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、聚碳酸酯树脂、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯树脂、经碱处理的氟树脂等合成树脂制基材;玻璃、陶瓷、水泥、灰浆等无机材料制基材;改性有机硅系、有机硅系、聚氨酯系、丙烯酸氨基甲酸酯系、聚硫醚系、改性聚硫醚系、丁基橡胶系、丙烯酸系、SBR系、含氟系、异丁烯系等各种密封材料等,如上所述,本发明在使用了聚丙烯树脂、聚乙烯树脂等难粘接材料作为基材的情况下特别有效。
本发明中,作为底漆组合物,使用含有酸改性聚烯烃的底漆组合物。
作为酸改性聚烯烃,能够从公知的酸改性聚烯烃中适当地选择使用,本发明中,优选马来酸酐改性聚烯烃。
作为马来酸酐改性聚烯烃的具体例,可列举出马来酸酐改性聚乙烯、马来酸酐改性聚丙烯、马来酸酐改性聚丁二烯、马来酸酐改性聚苯乙烯、马来酸酐改性聚甲基丙烯酸酯;选自直链状烯烃(乙烯、丙烯、1-丁烯、1-戊烯、1-己烯等)、分支状烯烃(3-甲基-1-丁烯、3-甲基-1-戊烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯等)、丁二烯、苯乙烯等中的2种以上的单体的共聚物的马来酸酐改性体等,优选马来酸酐改性聚丙烯。
这些马来酸酐改性聚烯烃可采用以往公知的方法合成,也可使用市售品。
另一方面,作为面涂层组合物,使用含有缩合固化型有机硅组合物的面涂层组合物。
所谓缩合固化型有机硅组合物,意指具有水解性甲硅烷基或硅烷醇基、这些基团通过湿气和催化剂或加热环境下水解缩合而形成有机硅骨架的组合物。
具体地,可列举出在催化剂存在下可与空气中的湿气反应而形成固化被膜的有机硅低聚物;具有硅烷醇基、可通过加热固化而固化的有机硅树脂等,特别地,优选可以进行室温下的固化的有机硅低聚物。
这样的有机硅低聚物能够作为市售品得到,作为其具体例,可列举出作为具有甲基的有机硅低聚物的KC-89S、KR-515、KR-500、X-40-9225、X-40-9246、X-40-9250(以上为信越化学工业(株)制造);作为具有甲基和苯基的有机硅低聚物的KR-401N、X-40-9227、KR-510、KR-9218、KR-213(以上为信越化学工业(株)制造);作为具有环氧基的有机硅低聚物的KR-517、X-41-1059A、X-24-9590、KR-516(以上为信越化学工业(株)制造);作为具有巯基的有机硅低聚物的X-41-1805、X-41-1810、X-41-1818(以上为信越化学工业(株)制造);作为具有丙烯酰基的有机硅低聚物的KR-513(信越化学工业(株)制造)、作为具有甲基丙烯酰基的有机硅低聚物的X-40-9296(信越化学工业(株)制造)、作为具有乙烯基的有机硅低聚物的KR-511(信越化学工业(株)制造)等。
作为用于使有机硅低聚物固化的固化催化剂,可列举出铝、钛、锆、锡等的化合物,具体地,可列举出二异丙氧基(乙酰乙酸乙酯)铝、异丙氧基双(乙酰乙酸乙酯)铝、三(乙酰乙酸乙酯)铝、二异丙氧基双(乙酰丙酮)钛、二异丙氧基双(乙酰乙酸乙酯)钛、四(2-丁氧基乙醇)钛、二丁氧基双(乙酰乙酸乙酯)锆、四(2-丁氧基乙醇)锆(tetrakis(2-butoxyethylalcoholate)zirconium)、二月桂酸二丁基锡、二丁基双(辛氧基羰基甲硫醇)锡等,作为它们的市售品,有D-20、D-25、DX-9740(以上为信越化学工业(株)制造)等。
如上所述,本发明中,通过在底漆组合物和面涂层组合物中的任一者或两者中添加含氨基的硅烷偶联剂,从而大幅地改善基材与面涂层的粘接性。
在底漆组合物中添加了含氨基的硅烷偶联剂的情况下,酸改性聚烯烃具有的酸改性部位与含氨基的硅烷偶联剂具有的氨基反应,生成具有烷氧基甲硅烷基的聚烯烃。推测这样生成的聚烯烃与基材密合,同时面涂层组合物中的缩合固化型有机硅组合物与来自含氨基的硅烷偶联剂的烷氧基甲硅烷基缩合固化,从而显现出高的粘接性。
另一方面,在面涂层组合物中添加了含氨基的硅烷偶联剂的情况下,推测在底漆层上涂布了面涂层组合物时底漆层中的酸改性聚烯烃具有的酸改性部位与面涂层组合物中的含氨基的硅烷偶联剂具有的氨基反应,进而含氨基的硅烷偶联剂具有的烷氧基甲硅烷基与面涂层组合物的缩合固化型有机硅组合物缩合固化,从而显现出高粘接性。
再有,如果考虑防止由底漆组合物中的酸改性聚烯烃具有的酸改性部位与含氨基的硅烷偶联剂具有的氨基的反应生成的羧酸与硅烷偶联剂的烷氧基甲硅烷基进行酯交换反应而导致的经时的粘接性降低,优选将含氨基的硅烷偶联剂只添加于面涂层组合物中。
就含氨基的硅烷偶联剂的添加量而言,能够考虑粘接性提高效果、组合物的保存稳定性和得到的膜物性等的平衡而适当地设定,添加于底漆组合物的情况下,相对于底漆组合物中所含的酸改性聚烯烃中的酸改性部位1摩尔,优选0.1~10摩尔,更优选0.2~5摩尔,添加于面涂层组合物中的情况下,相对于缩合固化型有机硅组合物100质量份,优选0.1~10质量份,更优选0.2~5质量份。
作为含氨基的硅烷偶联剂,可从公知的硅烷偶联剂中适当地选择使用,作为其具体例,可列举出N-2-(氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、N-2-(氨基乙基)3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-2-(氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、3-三乙氧基甲硅烷基-N-(1,3-二甲基-亚丁基)丙胺、N-苯基-3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N,N-双[3-(三甲氧基甲硅烷基)丙基]乙二胺等,其中优选3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷。
本发明的层叠体中使用的底漆组合物和面涂层组合物根据所期望的目的可进一步包含稀释溶剂、其他添加物。
作为添加物的具体例,可列举出固化催化剂、调整生成的固化被膜的拉伸特性的物性调整剂、贮存稳定性改进剂、自由基阻止剂、金属钝化剂、防臭氧劣化剂、润滑剂、颜料等。
作为稀释溶剂,可列举出甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇等醇系溶剂;苯、甲苯、二甲苯等芳香族烃系溶剂;戊烷、己烷、庚烷、癸烷等脂肪族烃系溶剂;二乙醚、四氢呋喃、1,4-二噁烷等醚系溶剂;醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯等酯系溶剂;丙酮、甲乙酮、甲基异丁基酮等酮系溶剂等。
就底漆组合物而言,优选使用甲苯等芳香族烃系溶剂进行调整以使固体成分浓度成为1~50质量%、特别是1~20质量%。
将以上说明的各种组合物在基材上涂布而形成层,能够得到本发明的层叠体。
作为具体的本发明的层叠体的制造方法,具有:在基材的至少一个表面涂布含有酸改性聚烯烃的底漆组合物而形成底漆涂层的第1工序;在第1工序中得到的底漆涂层上涂布含有缩合固化型有机硅组合物的面涂层组合物、使其固化而形成面涂层的第2工序。如上所述,这种情况下,作为底漆组合物和面涂层组合物中的任一者或两者,使用含有含氨基的硅烷偶联剂的组合物。
对底漆组合物和面涂层组合物的涂布方法并无特别限定,例如可从毛刷涂布法、喷涂法、线棒法、刮刀法、辊涂法、浸渍法等公知的涂布法中适当地选择。
本发明中使用的底漆组合物通常在10~40℃左右的室温下可形成被膜,为了调整被膜形成速度,可适当地调整温度等条件。
另外,作为面涂层组合物,使用了包含有机硅低聚物的组合物的情况下,也如上所述,在10~40℃的室温下可形成固化被膜,这种情况下,也是为了调整被膜形成速度,可适当地调整湿度、温度等条件。
实施例
以下列举出合成例、实施例和比较例,对本发明更具体地说明,但并不由其限定本发明。
[合成例1]
在具备搅拌机、回流冷凝器、滴液漏斗和温度计的1L可拆式烧瓶中投入马来酸酐改性聚丙烯(PMA-L,日东纺织(株)制造)10g和甲苯490g,在23℃下搅拌1小时,使其溶解,制备了甲苯溶液(以下称为底漆1)。
[合成例2]
除了代替马来酸酐改性聚丙烯(PMA-L,日东纺织(株)制造)而使用了马来酸酐改性聚丙烯(PMA-LZ,日东纺织(株)制造)以外,与合成例1同样地制备了甲苯溶液(以下称为底漆2)。
[比较合成例1]
除了代替马来酸酐改性聚丙烯(PMA-L,日东纺织(株)制造)而使用了氯化聚丙烯(13LP,日东纺织(株)制造)以外,与合成例1同样地制备了甲苯溶液(以下称为底漆3)。
[实施例1~8、比较例1~8]
利用气流将聚丙烯基材的表面洗净,通过毛刷涂布在其表面将表1、2中所示的组成的底漆组合物涂布得薄,使其干燥,形成了底漆涂层。
接着,在该底漆涂层面采用棒涂器(No.14)涂布包含有机硅低聚物的表1、2中所示的组成的面涂层组合物,在23℃、55%RH条件下放置1天,进行熟化,形成面涂层,制作层叠体。
[粘接性试验]
对于在上述各实施例和比较例中制作的层叠体,通过划格粘接性试验对粘接性进行了评价。将结果一并示于表1、2中。
划格粘接性试验按照JIS K5400,对于试验片,用剃刀刃形成2mm间隔的纵横各6条切痕,制作25个划格,使市售的玻璃纸压敏粘合带(NICHIBAN(株)制造)充分地密合后,在90°近身方向上急剧地剥离,用X/25表示被膜没有剥离而残存的网格数(X)。

应予说明,表1、2中的各成分如下所述。
氨基硅烷溶液:2质量%3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(信越化学工业(株)制造、KBE-903)甲苯溶液
底漆4:5质量%癸基三甲氧基硅烷(信越化学工业(株)制造、KBM-3103)甲苯溶液
底漆5:5质量%3-缩水甘油氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(信越化学工业(株)制造、KBM-403)甲苯溶液
有机硅低聚物:KR-401N(具有甲基和苯基的有机硅低聚物、甲氧基量33质量%、信越化学工业(株)制造)、KR-500(具有甲基的有机硅低聚物、甲氧基量28质量%、信越化学工业(株)制造)
固化催化剂:D-25(信越化学工业(株)制造)
氨基硅烷:3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(信越化学工业(株)制造、KBE-903)
如表1中所示那样,可知使用包含含氨基的硅烷偶联剂的底漆组合物和/或面涂层组合物制作的实施例1~8的层叠体中,由于基材与面涂层的粘接性优异,因此在划格粘接性试验中完全没有发现网格的剥离。
另一方面,如表2中所示,可知使用不含含氨基的硅烷偶联剂的底漆组合物和面涂层组合物或者使用不含酸改性聚烯烃的底漆组合物制作的比较例1~8的层叠体中,由于基材与面涂层的粘接性不充分,因此划格粘接性试验中全部的网格剥离。
Claims (10)
1.层叠体,其特征在于,具有:基材、在其至少一个表面上形成的底漆涂层、在该底漆涂层上形成的面涂层,所述底漆涂层由含有酸改性聚烯烃的底漆组合物形成,所述面涂层由含有缩合固化型有机硅组合物的面涂层组合物的固化物形成,所述底漆组合物和所述面涂层组合物的任一者或两者含有含氨基的硅烷偶联剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的层叠体,其中,只有所述面涂层组合物含有所述含氨基的硅烷偶联剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的层叠体,其中,所述缩合固化型有机硅组合物包含有机硅低聚物。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的层叠体,其中,所述酸改性聚烯烃为马来酸酐改性聚丙烯。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的层叠体,其中,所述基材为聚丙烯制基材。
6.层叠体的制造方法,该层叠体的制造方法具有:在基材的至少一个表面涂布含有酸改性聚烯烃的底漆组合物而形成底漆涂层的第1工序;在所述工序中得到的底漆涂层上涂布含有缩合固化型有机硅组合物的面涂层组合物、使其固化而形成面涂层的第2工序,其特征在于,所述底漆组合物和所述面涂层组合物中的任一者或两者含有含氨基的硅烷偶联剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的层叠体的制造方法,其中,只是所述面涂层组合物含有所述含氨基的硅烷偶联剂。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的层叠体的制造方法,其中,所述缩合固化型有机硅组合物包含有机硅低聚物。
9.根据权利要求6~8中任一项所述的层叠体的制造方法,其中,所述酸改性聚烯烃为马来酸酐改性聚丙烯。
10.根据权利要求6~9中任一项所述的层叠体的制造方法,其中,所述基材为聚丙烯制基材。
