Abstract
The invention discloses a die head temperature regulation control system, which comprises a die head and a control device for controlling the temperature of the die head, wherein a die head adjusting ring which is tightly sleeved on the side part of the die head is arranged on the die head, a plurality of ceramic heaters are arranged in the die head adjusting ring, an independent thermocouple and a socket which is electrically connected with the ceramic heaters to control heating are arranged on each ceramic heater, and all the ceramic heaters are mutually spliced to form an annular array distribution structure; the control device comprises a control panel, a sub-controller is arranged on the control panel, the sub-controller comprises an ammeter, a temperature control meter and a power switch which are connected through a lead, the temperature control meter receives signals of the thermocouple and controls output current through the ammeter to realize temperature regulation of the corresponding ceramic heater; each thermocouple is correspondingly provided with a socket and a sub-controller which are independently connected. The problem of uneven temperature control caused by the influence of the environment is effectively solved through independent control of the subareas, the adjustability of the die is effectively improved, and the quality requirement of the product is met.

The die head temperature regulator is a regulator for controlling the temperature of a die head adjusting ring in a partition mode in a heating mode.
In the existing film blowing molding process, film blowing is extruded through a die head, and a heating ring is required to be arranged on the die head for outputting materials after heating, melting and plasticizing. The existing die head uses a heating ring heating mode of a single-zone whole ring, and the temperature control of the heating ring usually refers to that the temperature induction and the monitoring are carried out on a certain position of the heating ring, namely the integral temperature of the heating ring; however, the whole heating ring on a single area has large control area and insufficient processing precision, and if only a certain position is monitored, the heating at some position is poor, and the process requirement cannot be met due to uneven temperature control; therefore, when the temperature monitoring point is arranged in a single area for control, the area needing to be controlled is large, the requirement of process precision cannot be met, and the temperature control is easy to be affected by the environment and is not uniform.

The invention aims to solve the defects and shortcomings in the prior art and provides a die head temperature regulation control system, the die head temperature regulation control system is divided reasonably according to the size of a die head regulating ring, each division can regulate the temperature independently (the precision can reach plus or minus 1 degree), through the invention, the division independent control effectively solves the problem of uneven temperature control caused by the influence of the environment, the size of a heating ring after division and a controlled area are regulated reasonably, the adjustability of a die is effectively improved, and effective process regulation can be carried out according to the characteristics of a product, so that the quality requirement required by the product is met.

Furthermore, the electric thermocouple, the socket and the sub-controller are respectively provided with 8 sets.
In conclusion, the die head temperature regulating control system reasonably divides the areas according to the size of the die head regulating ring, and each area can independently regulate the temperature (the precision can reach plus or minus 1 degree).
