当芯片模块完全压下时,电连接器端子受挤压作用而发生弹性变形,其第一、第二导接部分别与芯片模块及电路板的导电片导接,第一、第二弹性臂及第一、第二短臂彼此相互靠近,第一、第二短臂的第一、 第二接触部相向移动并相互弹性抵压接触,从而在芯片模块与电路板之间形成依次经由芯片模块、第一导接部、第一弹性臂、基部、 第二弹性臂、第二导接部、电路板的第一导电通路、及依次经由芯片模块、第一导接部、第一短臂、第二短臂、第二导接部、电路板的缩短了的第二导电通路。该缩短了的第二导电通路与第一导电通路为并联设置,具有较小的自感应效应,并减小了芯片模块与电路板间电讯传输时的电阻抗,进而确保了芯片模块与电路板间良好的电性导接及电讯传输性能。
但是,由于第一、第二短臂弹性抵压接触时相互之间有上下方向的作用力,故需要施加较大的压力使芯片模块下压端子,如果压力不足则会造成第一、第二短臂接触不稳定,从而不能稳定地形成第二导电路径,使得芯片模块与电路板间电讯传输时仍存在较强的电阻抗。
因此,有必要设计一种新的电连接器,以克服上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的创作目的在于提供一种稳定提供两条并联导电路径,以减小芯片模块与电路板间电讯传输时的电阻抗的电连接器。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电连接器,用以电性连接一芯片模块至一电路板,其特征在于,包括:一本体,用于向上承载所述芯片模块,其设有多个收容孔;多个端子,分别对应收容于所述收容孔,每一所述端子包括一连接部,自连接部顶端向上弯折延伸形成一上弹性臂用于向上抵接所述芯片模块,及自连接部底端向下延伸形成一下弹性臂用于向下导接所述电路板,所述上弹性臂和所述下弹性臂中的至少一个设有一缺口,当所述芯片模块下压所述上弹性臂时,所述上弹性臂的板缘进入于所述缺口处抵接所述下弹性臂的板缘。
进一步,所述上弹性臂具有一第一板缘,自所述第一板缘凹设形成所述缺口,所述下弹性臂对应设有一第二板缘,在所述芯片模块下压所述上弹性臂之前,所述第一板缘与第二板缘上下齐平;当所述芯片模块下压所述上弹性臂时,所述第一板缘与第二板缘上下错位。
进一步,所述下弹性臂具有一第三板缘,自所述第三板缘凹设形成所述缺口,所述上弹性臂对应设有一第四板缘,在所述芯片模块下压所述上弹性臂之前,所述第三板缘与第四板缘上下齐平;当所述芯片模块下压所述上弹性臂时,所述第三板缘与第四板缘上下错位。
进一步,所述上弹性臂和下弹性臂设有所述缺口,所述上弹性臂的所述缺口的侧缘抵接所述下弹性臂的所述缺口的侧缘。
进一步,所述上弹性臂的末端位于所述上弹性臂和下弹性臂的抵接位置与所述连接部之间且低于所述上弹性臂和下弹性臂的抵接位置,所述下弹性臂的末端位于所述上弹性臂和下弹性臂的抵接位置与所述连接部之间且高于所述上弹性臂和下弹性臂的抵接位置。
进一步,所述缺口包括第一缺口和第二缺口,自所述上弹性臂末端的中部凹设形成所述第一缺口,自所述下弹性臂末端相对的两板缘分别凹设形成所述第二缺口,当所述芯片模块下压所述上弹性臂时,所述第一缺口相对的两侧缘分别抵接两所述第二缺口的侧缘。
进一步,所述上弹性臂的板面抵接所述连接部的板面,且所述下弹性臂的板面抵接所述连接部的板面。
进一步,所述上弹性臂包括一第一臂,及自第一臂中部朝所述下弹性臂撕裂形成的一第二臂,所述下弹性臂包括一第三臂,及自第三臂中部朝所述上弹性臂撕裂形成的一第四臂,当所述芯片模块下压所述第一臂时,所述第一臂抵接所述第三臂,且所述第二臂抵接所述第四臂。
进一步,所述第一臂与第三臂的抵接方式和所述第二臂与第四臂的抵接方式不同。
进一步,所述第二臂和所述第四臂设有所述缺口,且所述第二臂的所述缺口的侧缘抵接所述第四臂的所述缺口的侧缘。
进一步,一基部自所述连接部的一侧弯折延伸形成,所述基部底端的相对两侧形成两倒钩,所述收容孔的一侧面凸伸有两凸块位于两倒钩的上方以限制所述端子上移。
进一步,一限位部自所述连接部相对的另一侧延伸形成,所述收容孔相对的另一侧面凸伸有一限位块位于所述限位部的下方以限制所述端子下移。
与现有技术相比,本发明电连接器具有以下有益效果:
当所述芯片模块下压所述上弹性臂时,所述上弹性臂的板缘抵接所述下弹性臂的板缘,所述上弹性臂与所述下弹性臂之间的抵接力不是沿上下方向,故所述芯片模块对所述端子的压力不影响所述上弹性臂与所述下弹性臂之间的抵接,故可稳定形成两条并联的导电路径,减小了所述芯片模块与电路板间电讯传输时的电阻抗;并且所述上弹性臂的板缘抵接所述下弹性臂的板缘,可以刮擦去除形成在所述上弹性臂和所述下弹性臂的氧化层,增强了所述上弹性臂与所述下弹性臂的抵接效果,从而保证了所述芯片模块与所述电路板之间的良好电性连接;并且所述上弹性臂与所述下弹性臂于所述缺口处抵接,所述缺口可以减少所述上弹性臂与所述下弹性臂抵接位置的厚度,可有效避免由于所述上弹性臂与所述下弹性臂抵接位置的厚度过大而与所述收容孔产生干涉,从而导致了所述芯片模块无法下压所述端子,甚至导致所述收容孔由于过度受挤压而造成破坏,影响了所述电连接器的使用寿命。

【具体实施方式】
为便于更好的理解本发明的目的、结构、特征以及功效等,现结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1至图5所示,为本发明第一实施例的电连接器100,用以电性连接一芯片模块3至一电路板4,其包括用于向上承载所述芯片模块3的一本体1,及收容于所述本体1的多个端子2。
如图1和图3所示,所述本体1由绝缘材料制成,所述本体1设有多个收容孔11上下贯穿所述本体1,多个所述收容孔11成多排设置且相邻两排所述收容孔11之间成前后错位设置。
每一所述收容孔11的一侧面凸伸有两凸块111,且每一所述收容孔11的相对另一侧面凸伸有一限位块112 。
多个所述端子2,分别对应收容于多个所述收容孔11,每一所述端子2包括呈平板状的一连接部21,自所述连接部21一侧弯折延伸形成且呈平板状的一基部24,及自所述连接部21的相对另一侧延伸形成一限位部25。
所述基部24垂直于所述连接部21,所述基部24顶端用以连接一料带(未图示),且低于所述收容孔11的顶面,所述基部24底端的相对两侧形成两倒钩241,两所述凸块111位于两所述倒钩241的上方以限制所述端子2上移。
所述限位块112 位于所述限位部25的下方以限制所述端子2下移。
如图1和图5所示,每一所述端子2还包括一上弹性臂22自所述连接部21的顶端先朝远离所述连接部21所在竖直平面的方向延伸再反向弯折延伸越过所述连接部21所在竖直平面,所述上弹性臂22具有一上接触部221用于抵接所述芯片模块3,以及一下弹性臂23自所述连接部21的底端先朝远离所述连接部21所在竖直平面的方向延伸再反向弯折延伸越过所述连接部21所在竖直平面,所述下弹性臂23具有一下接触部231用于抵接所述电路板4。
所述上弹性臂22与所述下弹性臂23呈上下对称设置。
如图3所示,所述上弹性臂22具有相对设置的一第一板缘222和一第四板缘223,所述第一板缘222位于所述上弹性臂22远离所述基部24一侧,自所述第一板缘222凹设形成一缺口26,所述缺口26延伸至所述上弹性臂22的末端(在其他实施例中,所述缺口26也可未延伸至所述上弹性臂22的末端)。
所述下弹性臂23具有相对设置的一第二板缘232和一第三板缘233,所述第三板缘233位于所述下弹性臂23靠近所述基部24一侧,自所述第三板缘233凹设形成所述缺口26,所述缺口26延伸至所述下弹性臂23的末端(在其他实施例中,所述缺口26也可未延伸至所述上弹性臂22的末端)。
在所述芯片模块3下压所述上弹性臂22之前,所述第一板缘222与第二板缘232上下齐平,且所述第一板缘222与所述第二板缘232平行于所述基部24。所述第三板缘233与所述第四板缘223上下齐平,且所述第三板缘233与所述第四板缘223平行于所述基部24。
在其它实施例中,所述端子2也可以仅有所述上弹性臂22设有所述缺口26,或者仅有所述下弹性臂23设有所述缺口26。
如图4所示,当所述芯片模块3下压所述上弹性臂22时,所述上弹性臂22的板缘进入于所述缺口26处抵接所述下弹性臂23的板缘,所述第一板缘222与第二板缘232上下错位,且所述第三板缘233与第四板缘223上下错位。
在本实施例中,所述上弹性臂22的所述缺口26的侧缘抵接所述下弹性臂23的所述缺口26的侧缘,从而在芯片模块3与电路板4之间形成依次经由芯片模块3、上接触部221、上弹性臂22、连接部21、下弹性臂23、下接触部231、电路板4;以及依次经由芯片模块3、上接触部221、上弹性臂22、缺口26、下弹性臂23、下接触部231、电路板4的两条相互并联的导电路径,降低了讯号传输时的阻抗及自感效应,进而提供芯片模块3与电路板4之间良好的电性导接及讯号传输性能。
如图5所示,当所述芯片模块3下压所述上弹性臂22时,所述上弹性臂22的末端位于所述上弹性臂22和所述下弹性臂23的抵接位置与所述连接部21之间且低于所述上弹性臂22和所述下弹性臂23的抵接位置,所述下弹性臂23的末端位于所述上弹性臂22和所述下弹性臂23的抵接位置与所述连接部21之间且高于所述上弹性臂22和所述下弹性臂23的抵接位置,从而保证所述上弹性臂22和所述下弹性臂23均有足够的变形空间,以方便所述芯片模块3下压所述端子2。
如图6所示,为本发明第二实施例的电连接器100,其与第一实施例的不同之处主要在于,本实施例中:
所述收容孔11不设有所述凸块111和所述限位块112 ,并且所述端子2不设有所述基部24。而是自所述连接部21的相对两侧延伸形成两所述限位部25,通过所述限位部25与所述收容孔11的干涉配合,从而将所述端子2固定于所述收容孔11中。
如图7至图10所示,为本发明第三实施例的电连接器100,其与第二实施例的不同之处主要在于,本实施例中:
所述连接部21呈圆弧状,所述上弹性臂22和所述下弹性臂23弯折延伸的程度更大,且所述上弹性臂22和所述下弹性臂23沿其延伸方向宽度不变,从而可增强所述上弹性臂22和所述下弹性臂23的弹性。
当所述芯片模块3下压所述上弹性臂22时,所述上弹性臂22的板面抵接所述连接部21的板面,且所述下弹性臂23的板面抵接所述连接部21的板面,从而在芯片模块3与电路板4之间形成依次经由芯片模块3、上接触部221、上弹性臂22、缺口26、连接部21、下弹性臂23、下接触部231、电路板4;以及依次经由芯片模块3、上接触部221、上弹性臂22、连接部21、缺口26、下弹性臂23、下接触部231、电路板4的另外两条相互并联的导电路径,可进一步降低了讯号传输时的阻抗及自感效应,进而提供芯片模块3与电路板4之间良好的电性导接及讯号传输性能。
如图11至图12所示,为本发明第四实施例的端子2,其与第三实施例的不同之处主要在于,本实施例中:
所述上弹性臂22自所述连接部21向上倾斜且弯折延伸形成,且所述下弹性臂23自所述连接部21向下倾斜且弯折延伸形成,简化了所述端子2的结构,以方便所述端子2的加工。
如图13所示,为本发明第五实施例的端子2,其与第四实施例的不同之处主要在于,本实施例中:
所述上弹性臂22包括一第一臂22A,及自所述第一臂22A中部朝所述下弹性臂23撕裂形成的一第二臂22B,所述下弹性臂23包括一第三臂23A,及自所述第三臂23A中部朝所述上弹性臂22撕裂形成的一第四臂23B。
所述第一臂22A设有所述上接触部221,所述第三臂23A设有所述下接触部231,所述第二臂22B和所述第四臂23B设有所述缺口26。
当所述芯片模块3下压所述第一臂22A时,所述第一臂22A抵接所述第三臂23A,所述第二臂22B抵接所述第四臂23B,且所述第一臂22A与第三臂23A的抵接方式和所述第二臂22B与第四臂23B的抵接方式不同。
在本实施例中,所述第一臂22A的末端抵接所述第三臂23A的板面,且所述第二臂22B的所述缺口26的侧缘抵接所述第四臂23B的所述缺口26的侧缘,从而在芯片模块3与电路板4之间形成依次经由芯片模块3、上接触部221、第一臂22A、连接部21、第三臂23A、下接触部231、电路板4;以及依次经由芯片模块3、上接触部221、第一臂22A、第三臂23A、下接触部231、电路板4;以及依次经由芯片模块3、上接触部221、第一臂22A、第二臂22B、缺口26、第四臂23B、第三臂23A、下接触部231、电路板4的三条相互并联的导电路径,可进一步降低了讯号传输时的阻抗及自感效应,进而提供芯片模块3与电路板4之间良好的电性导接及讯号传输性能。
如图14至16所示,为本发明第六实施例的端子2,其与第四实施例的不同之处主要在于,本实施例中:
所述缺口26包括第一缺口26A和第二缺口26B,自所述上弹性臂22末端的中部凹设形成所述第一缺口26A,自所述下弹性臂23末端相对的两板缘分别凹设形成所述第二缺口26B(在其它实施例中,所述上弹性臂22也可设有所述第二缺口26B,且所述下弹性臂23对应设有所述第一缺口26A)。
当所述芯片模块3下压所述第一臂22A时,所述第二臂22B的所述第一缺口26A相对的两侧缘抵接所述第四臂23B的两所述第二缺口26B的侧缘,起限位作用,增强了所述第一缺口26A和所述第二缺口26B的配合,保证了所述第一缺口26A与所述第二缺口26B之间的稳定抵接。
如图17所示,为本发明第七实施例的端子2,其与第六实施例的不同之处主要在于,本实施例中:
所述上弹性臂22包括一第一臂22A,及自所述第一臂22A中部朝所述下弹性臂23撕裂形成的一第二臂22B,所述下弹性臂23包括一第三臂23A,及自所述第三臂23A中部朝所述上弹性臂22撕裂形成的一第四臂23B。所述第二臂22B设有所述第一缺口26A,所述第四臂23B设有两所述第二缺口26B。
当所述芯片模块3下压所述第一臂22A时,所述第一臂22A的末端抵接所述第三臂23A的板面,且所述第二臂22B的所述第一缺口26A相对的两侧缘抵接所述第四臂23B的两所述第二缺口26B的侧缘,从而在芯片模块3与电路板4之间形成依次经由芯片模块3、上接触部221、第一臂22A、连接部21、第三臂23A、下接触部231、电路板4;以及依次经由芯片模块3、上接触部221、第一臂22A、第三臂23A、下接触部231、电路板4;以及依次经由芯片模块3、上接触部221、第一臂22A、第二臂22B、第一缺口26A、第二缺口26B、第四臂23B、第三臂23A、下接触部231、电路板4的三条相互并联的导电路径,可进一步降低了讯号传输时的阻抗及自感效应,进而提供芯片模块3与电路板4之间良好的电性导接及讯号传输性能。
综上所述,本发明电连接器有下列有益效果:
(1)当所述芯片模块3下压所述上弹性臂22时,所述上弹性臂22的板缘抵接所述下弹性臂23的板缘,所述上弹性臂22与所述下弹性臂23之间的抵接力不是沿上下方向,故所述芯片模块3对所述端子2的压力不影响所述上弹性臂22与所述下弹性臂23之间的抵接,故可稳定形成两条并联的导电路径,减小了所述芯片模块3与电路板4间电讯传输时的电阻抗;并且所述上弹性臂22的板缘抵接所述下弹性臂23的板缘,可以刮擦去除形成在所述上弹性臂22和所述下弹性臂23的氧化层,增强了所述上弹性臂22与所述下弹性臂23的抵接效果,从而保证了所述芯片模块3与所述电路板4之间的良好电性连接;并且所述上弹性臂22与所述下弹性臂23于所述缺口26处抵接,所述缺口26可以减少所述上弹性臂22与所述下弹性臂23抵接位置的厚度,可有效避免由于所述上弹性臂22与所述下弹性臂23抵接位置的厚度过大而与所述收容孔11产生干涉,从而导致了所述芯片模块3无法下压所述端子2,甚至导致所述收容孔11由于过度受挤压而造成破坏,影响了所述电连接器100的使用寿命。
(2)所述上弹性臂22和下弹性臂23设有所述缺口26,所述上弹性臂22的所述缺口26的侧缘抵接所述下弹性臂23的所述缺口26的侧缘,可进一步减少所述上弹性臂22与所述下弹性臂23抵接位置的厚度。
(3)所述第二臂22B的所述第一缺口26A相对的两侧缘抵接所述第四臂23B的两所述第二缺口26B的侧缘,起限位作用,增强了所述第一缺口26A和所述第二缺口26B的配合,保证了所述第一缺口26A与所述第二缺口26B之间的稳定抵接。
(4)所述上弹性臂22的板面抵接所述连接部21的板面,所述下弹性臂23的板面抵接所述连接部21的板面,从而在芯片模块3与电路板4之间形成依次经由芯片模块3、上接触部221、上弹性臂22、缺口26、连接部21、下弹性臂23、下接触部231、电路板4;以及依次经由芯片模块3、上接触部221、上弹性臂22、连接部21、缺口26、下弹性臂23、下接触部231、电路板4的另外两条相互并联的导电路径,可进一步降低了讯号传输时的阻抗及自感效应,进而提供芯片模块3与电路板4之间良好的电性导接及讯号传输性能。
(5)所述第一臂22A抵接所述第三臂23A,所述第二臂22B抵接所述第四臂23B,从而在芯片模块3与电路板4之间形成依次经由芯片模块3、上接触部221、第一臂22A、连接部21、第三臂23A、下接触部231、电路板4;以及依次经由芯片模块3、上接触部221、第一臂22A、第三臂23A、下接触部231、电路板4;以及依次经由芯片模块3、上接触部221、第一臂22A、第二臂22B、缺口26、第四臂23B、第三臂23A、下接触部231、电路板4的三条相互并联的导电路径,可进一步降低了讯号传输时的阻抗及自感效应,进而提供芯片模块3与电路板4之间良好的电性导接及讯号传输性能。

Claims (12)
1.一种电连接器,用以电性连接一芯片模块至一电路板,其特征在于,包括:
一本体,用于向上承载所述芯片模块,其设有多个收容孔;
多个端子,分别对应收容于所述收容孔,每一所述端子包括一连接部,自连接部顶端向上弯折延伸形成一上弹性臂用于向上抵接所述芯片模块,及自连接部底端向下延伸形成一下弹性臂用于向下导接所述电路板,所述上弹性臂和所述下弹性臂中的至少一个设有一缺口,当所述芯片模块下压所述上弹性臂时,所述上弹性臂的板缘进入于所述缺口处抵接所述下弹性臂的板缘。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述上弹性臂具有一第一板缘,自所述第一板缘凹设形成所述缺口,所述下弹性臂对应设有一第二板缘,在所述芯片模块下压所述上弹性臂之前,所述第一板缘与第二板缘上下齐平;当所述芯片模块下压所述上弹性臂时,所述第一板缘与第二板缘上下错位。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述下弹性臂具有一第三板缘,自所述第三板缘凹设形成所述缺口,所述上弹性臂对应设有一第四板缘,在所述芯片模块下压所述上弹性臂之前,所述第三板缘与第四板缘上下齐平;当所述芯片模块下压所述上弹性臂时,所述第三板缘与第四板缘上下错位。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述上弹性臂和下弹性臂设有所述缺口,所述上弹性臂的所述缺口的侧缘抵接所述下弹性臂的所述缺口的侧缘。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述上弹性臂的末端位于所述上弹性臂和下弹性臂的抵接位置与所述连接部之间且低于所述上弹性臂和下弹性臂的抵接位置,所述下弹性臂的末端位于所述上弹性臂和下弹性臂的抵接位置与所述连接部之间且高于所述上弹性臂和下弹性臂的抵接位置。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述缺口包括第一缺口和第二缺口,自所述上弹性臂末端的中部凹设形成所述第一缺口,自所述下弹性臂末端相对的两板缘分别凹设形成所述第二缺口,当所述芯片模块下压所述上弹性臂时,所述第一缺口相对的两侧缘分别抵接两所述第二缺口的侧缘。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述上弹性臂的板面抵接所述连接部的板面,且所述下弹性臂的板面抵接所述连接部的板面。
8.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述上弹性臂包括一第一臂,及自第一臂中部朝所述下弹性臂撕裂形成的一第二臂,所述下弹性臂包括一第三臂,及自第三臂中部朝所述上弹性臂撕裂形成的一第四臂,当所述芯片模块下压所述第一臂时,所述第一臂抵接所述第三臂,且所述第二臂抵接所述第四臂。
9.如权利要求8所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一臂与第三臂的抵接方式和所述第二臂与第四臂的抵接方式不同。
10.如权利要求8所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第二臂和所述第四臂设有所述缺口,且所述第二臂的所述缺口的侧缘抵接所述第四臂的所述缺口的侧缘。
11.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:一基部自所述连接部的一侧弯折延伸形成,所述基部底端的相对两侧形成两倒钩,所述收容孔的一侧面凸伸有两凸块位于两倒钩的上方以限制所述端子上移。
12.如权利要求11所述的电连接器,其特征在于:一限位部自所述连接部相对的另一侧延伸形成,所述收容孔相对的另一侧面凸伸有一限位块位于所述限位部的下方以限制所述端子下移。
