人体酸性体质(血液检验PH低于7者)容易造成诸如虚热、盗汗、睡眠不沉、口腔溃疡、眼屎多、口臭、排屁臭、便秘、痛风(尿酸高)、甘油三酯偏高、胆固醇偏高、肝热、口干、口苦、一上车便想睡觉、稍做运动即感疲劳、上下楼梯会感到喘气、四肢容易冰冷、记忆力衰退、注意力不集中、腰酸腿痛……等症状。目前,市面上对于酸性体质还没有一种纯天然食物的食疗处理方法。基于发明人的专业知识和丰富的工作经验以及对事业精益求精的不懈追求,在认真和充分调查、了解、分析、总结、研究已有公知技术及现状基础上,特采取“天然食材”关键技术,研制成功了本发明“五青散制备方法”、“五青散产品”以及“五青散的使用方法”,即:本发明是利用食物的碱性性质,平衡身体的酸性体质,以达至身体健康的方法。从而有效的解决了已有公知技术及现状存在的的不足、缺陷与弊端。

3、本发明设置有大麦苗,大麦苗味甘苦、性温、无毒。大麦苗入脾、肺二经。大麦苗粉是“碱性食品之王”,含有大量的维生素C、β-胡萝卜素和抗氧化酵素,长期食用可改善酸性体质,净化血液、促进新陈代谢,具有增强肌体抗感染、抗菌、镇痛等作用,其大量抗氧化酵素和膳食纤维的排毒作用可以保肝、护肝、预防肝炎。
4、本发明设置有黄瓜,黄瓜味甘、甜、性凉、无毒,黄瓜入脾、胃、大肠经。此外黄瓜还可降低体内尿酸水平。黄瓜中含有的维生素C,具有提高人体免疫功能的作用,还可治疗慢性肝炎,对原发性肝癌患者有延长生存期作用。黄瓜中所含的丙氨酸、精氨酸和谷胺酰胺对肝脏病人,特别是对酒精性肝硬化患者有一定辅助治疗作用,可防治酒精中毒。

在上述的具体实施过程中:对所述研磨的粗细度分别以80、82、85、88、90、93、95、98、100目进行了实施;对所述五青散的使用方法,试用者分别以每日二次、或每日三次进行了实施;均获得了预期的良好效果。

在具体实施方式一、二的实施基础上进行实施,只是:将所述青椒、芹菜、苦瓜、大麦苗、黄瓜、西兰花、荷叶、桑叶、欧芹所使用的量,分别以缩小10、8、6、4、2、1倍进行了实施,之后又以分别扩大2、4、6、8、10、15、20、25、30、40、50、60、80、100倍进行了实施,同样获得了预期的良好效果。这样,使得本发明同时具备了小型实验、实验室试验、扩大试验、中型试验、生产性实验、工厂化试验的扎实基础,既具备了扎实的理论基础、又具备了生产实施的可操作性。
在上述的具体实施基础上,按照五青散的使用方法,对有关人员进行了试用,有关部分试用人员情况及试用效果如下:
1、黄先生:32岁,爱食烧烤、煎、炸食物,经常发觉口干、口苦,有眼屎多、眼白有红丝状况。这些都是中医讲的肝热,肝热引起身体上火反应。食用五青散实施清肝热,青色入肝经,去肝火。食用五青散4周后,感到眼屎不多了、口苦消失了、眼白的红丝没有了。
2、刘先生:38岁,喜爱食肉、也爱喝酒,造成身体虚热、盗汗、睡眠不沉。这是中医所述的阴虚。在多喝温开水的同时,服用五青散去清热,服食五青散3周后,身体的虚热现象消失了,夜晚睡眠的盗汗减少了许多,睡眠沉了许多,没那么易醒了。
3、黄女士:37岁,白领,上班坐着到下班,平时又少运动,使得肠的蠕动力不足,经常便秘,二、三天才一次大便,便秘造成酸性体质,酸性体质又导至便秘的严重性、形成恶性循环,长时间便秘会造成肠热。黄女士在多喝水的同时,服食五青散5周,当服食五青散2周时,大便由第二周起三天一次、然后为2天一次、再然后为一天一次,大便由粒硬状(羊屎)到大便成软条状,改善效果明显。到第五周后,大便完全正常了。

1、本发明的五青散产品,对诸如口干、口苦、眼屎多、眼白有红丝、身体虚热、盗汗、睡眠不沉、便秘、放屁臭且口腔溃疡、高尿酸导致痛风且关节疼痛、甘油三酯和胆固醇偏高、小便黄、疲劳、欲睡、烦躁情绪不稳且睡眠差、月经不调且量少有淤血、头目胀痛及耳鸣……等症状,均具有显著的治疗与调理功效。概括地说,就是人体酸性体质(血液检验PH低于7者)所造成的诸如虚热、盗汗、睡眠不沉、口腔溃疡、眼屎多、口臭、排屁臭、便秘、痛风(尿酸高)、甘油三酯偏高、胆固醇偏高、肝热、口干、口苦、一上车便想睡觉、稍做运动即感疲劳、上下楼梯会感到喘气、四肢容易冰冷、记忆力衰退、注意力不集中、腰酸腿痛……等症状,均具有显著的治疗与调理功效。
2、本发明的五青散产品,无论男女、无论从事什么行业、无论在什么季节均可使用,具有适应能力强的有益效果。
3、本发明的设计科学合理、方法简便易行、效果稳定可靠、适应人群广泛、便于实施而成本低、具有推广应用的广谱性。

Claims (2)
1.一种五青散制备方法,其特征在于:以青椒80重量份、芹菜80重量份、苦瓜80重量份、大麦苗80重量份、黄瓜80重量份、西兰花25重量份、荷叶25重量份、桑叶25重量份、欧芹25重量份为原料,将原料洗净且干燥后研磨成粗细度为80-100目的粉剂,对粉剂以10重量份/袋进行包装后制备成五青散成品。
2.一种五青散的使用方法,其特征在于:将所述五青散成品10克温水冲服,饭后服、每日三次。
