例如从EP 1 746 294 B1中已知一种具有固定部件的塑料构件。在此示出的被构造成插塞式连接器的固定部件中,插座状的连接部件具有在连接插座的闭合端部处成形的桥接段,该桥接段将球形插座(Kugelpfanne)与套筒状的保持段连接起来。该套筒状的保持段以如下方式成形在桥接段上,使得该套筒状的保持段以一定的径向距离围绕球形插座并且通过其自由端部可固定在第一构件上。
球形插座通过保持段和桥接段可移动地悬挂,从而使得具有在其中容纳了球形销的球形头部的球形插座允许两个构件之间进行三维的振动解耦补偿运动。同时,这种结构方案能使插座状的连接部件平板式安装在第一构件上,从而不需要特别地固定在第一构件上。
优选地,在球形插座与套筒状的保持段之间的中间区域中设置分布在周向上的加强腹板,该加强腹板有利地基本上切向于球形插座的外周延伸。该加强腹板提供给插座状的连接部件一定的刚度,且当构件间进行补偿运动时,特别确保球形插座复位到其初始位置。
优选地,插座状的连接部件由聚酯基弹性体构成。主要可以考虑具有非常高的断裂伸长率(例如数量级在100%至450%)的材料。
本发明的任务在于,提供具有至少一个固定部件的塑料构件,该塑料构件的可固定在软基材(Substrat)中的固定部件可形状配合地彼此连接且被构造成可彼此拆卸的。
该任务通过具有权利要求1的特征的塑料构件得以实现。本发明有利的实施形式在从属权利要求中进行说明。
根据本发明,塑料构件的基材由密度为50kg/m3至400kg/m3且肖氏A 硬度(Shore-A-)为5至100的软质泡沫构成,并且固定元件由热塑性塑料构成。根据本发明的塑料构件由于热塑性塑料的材料特性允许固定部件的非常稳定的机械连接和牢牢地锚固在由软质泡沫构成的基材中。
在特别优选的实施例中,固定部件和互补形成的另一个固定部件在此具有800MPa至8000MPa的弹性模量。通过这样的弹性模量确保固定部件稳定、持久地相互锁止,并且也使反复分离并重新连接而不损坏固定部件成为可能。
有利地,提出构造具有球形头部的固定部件和具有球形插座的互补形成的另一个固定部件,并且这样一来球形头部和球形插座可形状配合地和 /或力配合地彼此连接。通过这种结构形式可将固定部件和互补形成的另一个固定部件反复地彼此连接并且又可彼此分离。
在优选的实施形式中,球形头部和球形插座具有约为5mm至20mm 的穿越直径(Durchtritts-Durchmesser)。以这样小的尺寸,根据本发明的固定件非常适合用于小型化技术,从而使得例如车辆的内饰件由于空间需求减少而能够构造得更加紧凑。
球形头部具有最大球直径,该最大球直径与球形插座的最大内径大致相同。这个最大球直径大约相当于球形插座入口处的穿越直径的两倍,从而使得这两个部件只能通过弹性变形来结合或分开并且在结合状态下非常牢固地彼此啮合。
在有利的实施形式中,球形头部和/或球形插座具有至少两个槽口 (Schlitz),通过这些槽口可以以相对较小的力消耗来实现固定元件的这两个固定部件的上述形状配合的连接。球形插座或球形头部的由槽口分开的部分在球形头部与球形插座连接时发生弹性变形,从而使得这些部分在结合时展开并且其表面在结合后再次紧密地挤压在一起。
一个固定部件和互补形成的另一个固定部件具有锚固元件,该锚固元件被构造成使得固定元件被嵌入塑料的基材中并由此可固定在该基材中。
有利地,各个锚固元件具有多个突起和凹槽。通过这些突起和凹槽使固定部件和互补形成的另一个固定部件可通过材料的可靠的咬合作用不可分离地嵌入基材的材料中并从而可以可靠地固定住。
在有利的实施形式中,锚固板被构造在固定部件和互补形成的另一个固定部件的锚固元件上。该锚固板确保固定部件稳固地锚固在软的基材中。
通过锚固板可使固定部件齐平地嵌入基材中。通过齐平的嵌入,在工具中发泡时可使固定部件的锚固板的指向球形头部的上表面和球形插座的与互补形成的另一个固定部件的锚定板相对的边缘分别精确地与基材布置在一个平面中。
有利地,这两个固定部件的锚固元件可被构造成在长度上是可变的。由此可使固定部件通过其锚固深度与基材的密度和固定元件所需的弹性模量相匹配。
根据特别有利的实施形式和用途,根据本发明的塑料部件被构造成用于至少主要地包封构件的壳体。优选地,该壳体由至少两个壳体部件构成,这两个壳体部件共同界定与构件轮廓相匹配的空腔,并且可借助布置在壳体部件上的固定工具紧密地彼此连接以形成基本上封闭的壳体。通过多件式的构造可使根据本发明的用于构件的隔热和/或隔音的壳体以简单的方式也与相应的待包封的构件的复杂形状相匹配。由于极好地匹配于待包封的构件的轮廓,热绝缘和声绝缘被显著地改善。壳体部件被简单地布置成包围着构件并且可以通过可拆卸的固定工具随时再次分离,以便例如对包封的构件进行维护工作。通过将相对软的壳体部件优选仅彼此固定在一起,而不是固定在被包封的构件上的这种方式,几乎没有振动传递到壳体上,从而使得该壳体即使在极端条件下,例如在布置车辆的发动机舱时,不能通过振动分开。
有利地,提出壳体部件由发泡塑料,特别由聚氨酯(PUR)构成。壳体部件在此优选由密度为50至400kg/m3,特别为140至300kg/m3,且特别是密度约为170至230kg/m3的泡沫塑料构成。
本发明的特别有利的改进方案提出,壳体部件在壳体闭合时借助固定部件通过预负载被保持在一起。由于作为壳体部件的材料的发泡塑料具有高的固有弹性,因此,在闭合固定工具时,壳体部件在接触边缘的区域中通过轻微的压力就可以被压在一起,并因此略微变形,从而使得封闭的壳体随后具有很高的密封性且具有相应改善的隔音和/或隔热效果。
密封性的改进也可以通过这种方式来实现,即壳体部件的彼此面对的壁通过至少一个肩部(Absatz)形状配合地彼此啮合。在此,彼此啮合的肩部可以构造成长方形,也可以构造成三角形、梯形或半圆形。特别优选地,除了壳体部件结合时的弹性预负载,还可以设置形状配合的彼此啮合。由此产生壳体部件的持久密封的连接,在这种连接下即使在重负载下也不会因振动而产生任何间隙或其它泄露。在此,固定部件可以设置在肩部的区域中,也可以设置在肩部的旁边。
有利地,壳体部件在至少一个边缘处通过构造铰链区域被材料配合地彼此连接。这种铰链区域可以根据薄膜铰链的方式由发泡的塑料材料以简单的方式制成。
根据本发明的有利的改进形式提出,壳体部件中的至少一个具有至少一个用于缆线、软管或管道穿通的贯通孔。
根据本发明的变型,至少一个壳体部件的至少一个壁的至少一部分也由相邻的构件的壁构成,该壁密封地紧靠着相应的壳体部件的壁的相邻边缘。
下面将参考附图对本发明的实施例进行更详细的描述。图中显示:
图1示出了嵌入基材中的、具有球形头部和锚固元件的固定部件的侧视图;

图1和图2示出的塑料部件100的第一实施例示出了固定元件,该固定元件具有至少一个固定部件110和锚固元件112,该锚固元件被嵌入在塑料部件100的基材130中。固定部件110具有球形头部116,该球形头部116具有最大球直径(D2)和与此相比较小的穿越直径(D1)。球形头部116在其与穿越直径(D1)相对的端部处逐渐变窄并且过渡到颈部114。颈部114在进一步的延伸中变宽并逐渐转变为锚固元件112。锚固板121 形成锚固元件112至颈部114的终止部。在通过锚固元件112使固定部件 110嵌入基材130中时,锚固板121与该基材齐平地终止在一个平面中。
在锚固元件112上构造了多个凹槽123和邻接凹槽123的多个突起 122。通过该多个凹槽123和突起122可使固定部件110通过材料的可靠的咬合作用嵌入并固定在基材130中。在示出的实施例中,锚固元件112具有五个突起122,这五个突起确保在基材130中的抗拉出地锚固。
锚固元件112在固定部件110的与球形头部116相对的端部处过渡到锚固脚124。
在特别有利的实施例中,固定部件110的球形头部116设置有至少一个槽口117。球形头部116可通过该至少一个槽口117进行弹性变形,并且固定部件110由此可更容易与互补形成的另一个固定部件120形状配合地连接。优选地,在球形头部116上设置四个十字槽形布置的槽口117。
图3至图5示出了互补形成的另一个固定部件210,该固定部件具有球形插座226和另一个锚固元件212。球形插座226在其最大的凹曲率处具有与最大球直径(D2)几乎相同的最大内径。在球形插座226的开口附近,球形插座具有基本上对应于球形头部116的直径(D1)的穿越直径 (D1)。
有利地,在围绕球形插座226的锚固元件212上也形成了多个凹槽223 和邻接凹槽223的多个突起222。通过该多个凹槽223和突起222可使另一个固定部件210通过材料的可靠的咬合作用嵌入并固定在基材230中。在示出的实施例中,锚固元件212具有三个突起222,这三个突起确保在基材230中的抗拉出地锚固。
锚固板221被构造在互补形成的另一个固定部件210的与球形插座 226的开口相对的端部处。该锚固板221是锚固元件212的一部分,并通过球形插座颈部224与锚固元件212的具有凹槽223和突起222的区域连接。
类似于第一固定部件110的锚固板121,在嵌入基材230中时,球形插座226的开口的边缘与基材230齐平地终止于一个平面中。
为了使固定部件110或210可形状配合地彼此连接并且又可再次拆卸开来,在球形插座226中形成至少两个且优选四个槽口227。该至少两个且优选四个槽口227能使球形插座226在球形头部116穿通时弹性扩展,并且随后通过球形插座226牢固地包围球形头部116。
固定部件110或210由热塑性塑料形成。优选地,该热塑性塑料可以由聚酰胺(PA)例如PA 6.6构成,可选地由具有玻璃纤维增强物的聚酰胺 (作为PA 6.6GF 30)构成。但是聚甲醛(POM)和其它热塑性塑料也非常适合作为固定部件110或210的材料。优选地,固定部件110或210具有约为800至8000MPa的弹性模量。
例如,将作为软质泡沫发泡的、密度约为120kg/m3至300kg/m3且肖氏A硬度为5至100的聚氨酯(PUR)用作基材130或230。
根据本发明的固定部件110或210具有较高的强度,并且由于锚固元件112或212的结构形式,其仍然非常适合用于与密度极小的、非常轻且软的基材130或230进行非常紧凑地构建的连接。
本发明特别优选的应用领域例如为车辆的发动机舱或车辆的传动系中的饰面件。由于由具有极小的、5至约100的肖氏A硬度的软质泡沫构成的塑料部件的结构,因此根据本发明的塑料构件100特别适合用于热绝缘、用于隔音和用于振动吸收。
本发明的另一个优选的应用领域例如为由基材130或230构成的内饰件,这些内饰件应设置有稳固的固定部件110或210以便可靠地可拆卸地固定在由金属制成的车身件上。
为了实现本发明,将固定部件110或210中的一个或多个相互间隔开来的固定部件110或210嵌入基材130或230中就足够了。互补形成的固定部件210或110也可以布置或构造在构件(在其上紧固了具有基材230 或130的构件)上,例如布置或构造在由金属制成的车身件上或由塑料制成的发动机盖上。
可替代地,由相同的或相似的基材130或230构成的两个塑料构件也可以通过固定部件110或210可拆卸地彼此连接。作为应用实例的可以是由聚氨酯(PU)制成的用于容纳车辆电池的两件式壳体或用于移动设备或用于其他对冲击和/或温度敏感的电子设备的保护壳体。作为另一个应用实例的可以是车辆的发动机盖。
在图6至图11中示出了用于根据本发明的塑料构件100的多个其他应用实例。图6示出了作为壳体10构造的塑料构件100的横截面,该壳体由两个壳体部件12和14构成。壳体部件12和14的壁由上述基材130或 230构成。壳体部件12、14以其内侧共同定义了空腔17,该空腔17被壳体部件12、14基本上密封地包围。壳体10用于使布置在空腔17中的构件16隔热和/或隔音。在此,空腔17通过其形状与构件16的外轮廓匹配,从而使得优选地(不同于根据图6和图7的示意图所示的)在构件16和壳体部件12或14的内壁之间只剩下极小的空气间隙。
为了使构件16能够设置有通过软管、管道或缆线40而成的必要的连接,壳体部件14在根据图6的实施例中具有贯通孔18。技术人员很清楚,可以在其它位置或者也可以在另一个壳体部件12中设置其它的贯通孔18。贯通孔18在直径上构造得尽可能窄,从而使得壳体部件12或14的壁密封地紧靠穿过的软管、管道或缆线40。
图7示出了替代性的实施形式,其中壳体部件14的壁在下部区域中由相邻的构件19的壁补充或形成。在此,壳体部件14的相邻的壁被构造成使得该壁的边缘密封地紧靠着相邻的构件19的轮廓。
在壳体部件12或14的接触边缘的区域中设置固定部件20、30,这些固定部件被用于可拆卸地连接壳体部件12或14。固定工具20、30在图6 至图11中仅示意性地示出。固定工具20、30在细节上根据图1至图5的固定部件110或210被构造。
优选地,固定元件20、30或110、210直接在壳体部件12或14发泡时与其锚固元件一同嵌入该壳体部件的塑料材料中。替代地,也可以在发泡工具中制造芯孔,锚固元件22或32随后被压入或拧入该芯孔中。
图8示出了一种替代的实施形式,其并非直接地为本发明的一部分,但至少部分地对本发明进行有意义的补充,其中固定部件20或30直接由壳体部件12或14的塑料材料构成。固定部件20上的止动元件在本实施例中直接由壳体部件12的塑料材料形成。该止动元件具有球形头部状的形状。该球形头部啮合进在壳体部件14上形成的互补的凹部并且由其牢固地保持住。球形头部状的止动元件的引入通过在引入凹部时发生弹性变形来实现,该凹部在引入之后由于塑料材料的弹性而自动地回复原状。在此,通过有区别地掺杂增塑剂,固定部件20或30的止动元件可以具有不同于壳体部件12或14的其余的塑料材料的另外的肖氏硬度。
在壳体部件12或14的接触边缘之间的经过改进的持久的密封效果通过在壳体部件12上设置肩部121而实现,该肩部形状配合地啮合进壳体部件14上的互补形成的肩部141。在图9和10所示的实施形式中,肩部 121或141被构造成矩形。在图11所示的替代形式中,仅示出了下壳体部件14,其中在此实施例中肩部以梯形的斜坡142形式被构造,该斜坡与此处未示出的第一壳体部件12上对应的互补形成的肩部共同作用。当然,彼此啮合的突起和凹部的其它形式也是可设想的,例如具有半圆形横截面的突起,其啮合进互补的横截面为半圆形的凹槽中。
固定部件20或30可以布置在肩部121或141或142的区域中,如在图11中布置在斜坡142的区域中,或者也可以布置在其旁边。优选地,总是有多个固定部件20或30彼此相对地分散地布置在接触边缘的区域中的壳体部件12或14的周边上。
在图10示出的实施例中,在接触边缘的区域中的壳体部件12或14 通过铰链13彼此连接,该铰链优选根据薄膜铰链的类型可直接由壳体部件12或14的塑料材料成形。
通过本发明形成了密封的、形状配合的且又可闭合的系统,以用于包封非常复杂的部件,其壳体当然也可以由多于两个的壳体部件构成。
本发明特别适用于车辆组件的声绝缘和/或热绝缘,当然也包括发动机舱中的重负载组件。但是也可将用于车辆内部空间的饰面件构造成作为根据本发明的壳体或构造成用于包封热敏电子构件,例如用于包封电动车辆的高性能电池的壳体。有利地,也可以以根据本发明的壳体形式构造用于软管管道或管道的包封件,例如以用于包封管线或插头连接件,在其中输送作为添加剂的尿素,或者构造成用于住宅供暖的管道的包封件,在其中热水被输送至暖气片或流出位置。

Claims (15)

1.一种塑料构件(10;12;14;100),其具有由塑料构成的基材(130;230)且具有至少一个第一固定部件(110),所述第一固定部件被构造成用于与互补形成的另一个固定部件(210)形状配合地连接并具有至少一个锚固元件(112;212)以用于嵌入并固定在基材(130;230)中,其特征在于,所述基材(130;230)由密度为50kg/m3至400kg/m3且肖氏A硬度为5至100的软质泡沫构成,并且所述固定元件(110;210)由热塑性塑料构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料构件,其特征在于,所述至少一个固定部件(110)和/或所述互补形成的另一个固定部件(210)具有800MPa至8000MPa的弹性模量。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的塑料构件,其特征在于,所述固定部件(110)和所述互补形成的另一个固定部件(210)通过球形头部(116)和球形插座(226)能够形状配合地和/或力配合地相互连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的塑料构件,其特征在于,所述球形头部(116)和所述球形插座(226)具有5mm至20mm的穿越直径(D1)。
5.根据权利要求44所述的塑料构件,其特征在于,所述球形头部(116)具有最大球直径(D2),所述最大球直径大约相当于所述穿越直径(D1)的两倍。
6.根据权利要求3至5中任一项所述的塑料构件,其特征在于,所述球形头部(116)和/或所述球形插座(226)具有至少两个槽口(117;217)。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的塑料构件,其特征在于,所述锚固元件(112;212)具有至少两个突起(122;222)和至少两个凹槽(123;223)。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的塑料构件,其特征在于,锚固板(121;221)被分别构造在所述锚固元件(112;212)上。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的塑料构件,其特征在于,所述固定部件(110;210)齐平地嵌入所述基材(130;230)。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的塑料构件,其特征在于,所述固定部件(110)和/或所述另一个固定部件(210)能够构造成在长度上是可变的。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的塑料构件,其特征在于,所述塑料构件被构造成用于至少主要地包封构件(16;19)的壳体(10)。
12.根据权利要求11所述的塑料构件,其特征在于,所述壳体(10)由至少两个壳体部件(12;14)构成,所述至少两个壳体部件共同界定与所述构件(16;19)的轮廓相匹配的空腔(17)并借助布置在所述壳体部件(12;14)上的所述固定部件(20;30;110,210)能够紧密地彼此连接,以形成实质上封闭的壳体(10)。
13.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的塑料构件,其特征在于,所述基材(130;230)或所述壳体部件(12;14)由聚氨酯(PUR)构成。
14.根据前述权利要求11至13中至少一项所述的塑料构件,其特征在于,所述壳体部件(12;14)在壳体(10)闭合时借助所述固定工具(20;30;110,210)通过预负载力被保持在一起。
15.根据前述权利要求11至14中至少一项所述的塑料构件,其特征在于,所述壳体部件(12;14)在构造铰链区域(13)的情况下在至少一个边缘处材料配合地彼此连接。
