Description
本发明涉及一种主要用于轧机机架工作轧辊上的密封式四列锥柱轴承,它有沿轴向分成几部分的内环和外环,在这些轴承环之间装有圆锥形滚柱。
此类密封式四列锥柱轴承例如由DE-OS3615343为已知。在此已知的轴承中,内环间的分界缝用密封环加以密封,密封环装在一个处于轴承中央沿径向朝轧辊轴颈开口的凹槽中。若密封环略带倾斜地装在此凹槽中,当在工作轧辊轴颈上移动轴承时密封环很容易受损。
本发明的目的是制成上述类型的密封式四列锥柱轴承,它易于组装和分解,并可有效地防止脏物侵入轴承内腔。
按本发明达到这一目的是采用一个例如用塑料制的密封环,密封环的内孔有圆周凸边,它们构成了至少一个存放润滑剂的腔室的边界。密封环装在彼此相对的内环延长段上最好是圆柱形的外表面上,并在其上定心。采用这种设计可使轴承对于轧辊轴颈良好地密封,并由结构简单能廉价制成的零件构成。
按本发明的另一个特征是在外面的外环件端面上制有环槽,槽中各置入一个“O”形圈。由此可使轴承对于构件可靠密封,即使轴承多次装拆也不会损坏密封圈,所以可以保持住在轴承内的润滑剂,并能防止脏物进入轴承内部。
本发明锥柱轴承的其他设计在从属权利要求中叙述。
下面借助于一个实施例进一步说明本发明。其中:

图1至3表示了密封式四列锥柱轴承,这种轴承用来作为轧机机架的工作轧辊轴承,并主要用于热轧和冷轧带钢机列。按照本发明的锥柱轴承由两个内环件1、2、四个外环件3、4、5、6和一些圆锥滚柱7组成。各滚柱列8、9、10、11的锥柱7保持在保持架12内并由其导引,锥柱7安置在内环1、2的滚道和外环件3、4、5、6的滚道之间。位于里面的外环件4、5通过它们互相面对的端面13、14彼此贴靠在一起,外环件4、5上彼此背向的端面15则与在外面的外环件3、6的端面16贴靠在一起。内环1、2上相互面对的端面17、18同样直接贴靠在一起。内环1、2的端面17、18之间分界缝的密封,是通过一个例如塑料制的密封环19来实现的,密封环19装在轴承中央内环延长段21、21a的圆柱面20上,并在其上定心。为此,密封环19内孔设圆周凸边22,它们放在内环1、2上顺轴向的圆柱面20上,并与内环1、2构成存放润滑剂的闭合腔23,所以轴承内腔24可对于轧辊轴颈25可靠密封。在此腔23中还可以容纳和收集万一来自轧辊轴颈25或内环端面17、18的磨屑。密封环19上设有一个例如金属制的整体闭合环19a。在内环延长段21、21a互相面对的侧面上制有倒角26,因此在组装轴承时,密封环19可以在其中一个内环延长段21上滑移,并在那里定心,然后另一个内环1的内环延长段21a也可无任何困难地插入密封环19的孔中。径向面27之间的距离A设计成比密封环19的宽度B略大,所以在组装轴承时不会使密封环变形,也不会影响轴承的轴向间隙。径向面27与圆柱面20构成了一个向外开口的径向环槽28。外环件3、4、5、6装在一个图中未表示的构件孔中,其中,在外面的外环件3、6在构件中的配合密封通过“O”形圈29来实现,“O”形圈29装在具有侧面31、32的端面环槽30内,并能可靠地防止其落出槽外。为此,环槽30的至少一个侧面31,从端面33起相对于轴承的轴线偏斜一个α角,而且将“O”形圈29的内径设计成小于环槽30侧面31的大直径,因此,在装入环槽30中时,“O”形圈29要有些弹性变形,并因而可紧扣于环槽30内。轴承内腔24沿轴向对外的密封通过密封环34实现,密封环34装在环槽35中,环槽35则设在在外面的外环件3、6的孔内。密封环34通过其密封唇边36在内环延长段38的圆柱形外表面37上滑动。为了再加润滑剂和轴承的排气通风,外环件4、5上设相应的孔39、40。
本发明不受所介绍实施例的限制。各零件结构方面的改变无疑应包括在本发明的范围之内。如密封环19也可以分成两个环,这时,可例如在一个环的端侧设一个或多个凸起,它们与设在另一个环的端侧上的一个或多个凹槽互相嵌接或扣合。
Claims (7)
1、主要用于轧机机架工作轧辊的密封式四列锥柱轴承,它具有沿轴向分成几个部分的内环和外环,在这些轴承环之间安装着圆锥滚柱,其外环件在壳体中的配合密封最好通过“O”形圈来实现,“O”形圈装在外环件的环槽中;轴承内腔沿轴向对外用密封环来封闭,密封环固定在外环件孔内的环槽中,并通过密封唇边在内环的外表面上滑动;以及,内环端面间的分界缝用一个密封环加以密封,此密封环紧靠在内环上,其特征为:在例如由塑料制成的密封环(19)内孔设圆周凸边(22),它们成为存放润滑剂的至少一个腔(23)的边界,密封环(19)装在彼此相对的内环延长段(21、21a)上最好是圆柱形的外表面(20)上,并在其上定心。
2、按照权利要求1所述之密封式四列锥柱轴承,其特征为:在内环延长段(21、21a)互相面对的侧面上制有倒角(26)。
3、按照权利要求1或2所述之密封式四列锥柱轴承,其特征为:在内环延长段(21、21a)上的径向面(27)与轴向面(20),共同构成沿径向向外开口安装密封环(19)的环槽(28)。
4、按照权利要求3所述之密封式四列锥柱轴承,其特征为:径向面(27)之间的距离A设计成略大于密封环(19)的宽度B。
5、按照权利要求1至4之一所述之密封式四列锥柱轴承,其特征为:在外面的外环件(3、6)端面所设的环槽(30)中,各置有一个“O”形圈(29)。
6、按照权利要求5所述之密封式四列锥柱轴承,其特征为:环槽(30)的至少一个侧面(31)相对于轴承的轴线倾斜一个α角,而且,“O”形圈(29)的内径小于侧面(31)的大直径。
7、按照权利要求1至6之一所述之密封式四列锥柱轴承,其特征为:密封环(19)上设一个整体闭合环(19a)。
