Description

Silicone-oil-free shampoo containing persimmon extract and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a silicone oil-free shampoo, in particular to a silicone oil-free shampoo containing a persimmon extract, and belongs to the field of daily chemicals.
Background
Shampoo is one of the necessary cleaning products in daily life of people, and aims to remove dirt and taste attached to hair and keep the hair clean and beautiful. Nowadays, the requirements of people on shampoo are not only limited to cleaning effect, but also pay more attention to details such as use feeling, and the like, such as fine and rich foam, good detergency, no excessive degreasing, easy rinsing, no stimulation and the like.
Most of common shampoos in the market are two-in-one shampoos, so called two-in-one shampoos, that is, the former shampoos only have cleaning ability, and the shampoo added with conditioners such as silicone oil has a nursing function, namely, cleaning and nursing, which is the core of the two-in-one shampoos. Over the years, over 99 percent of the shampoo in domestic market is conditioning two-in-one shampoo added with silicone oil.
The silicone oil is added into the shampoo, mainly plays a role in softening the head, but is insoluble in water, is easy to form a film and wraps pores. When the hair is washed, a certain amount of water remains on the hair and the scalp, so that a smooth feeling can be created. However, if the shampoo containing silicone oil is used for a long time, the hair loses elasticity, and the hair follicle is blocked and cannot be metabolized normally. If the silicon-containing shampoo is used for a long time, the silicone oil is deposited on the hair more and more, the scalp is itchy, and even a large amount of hair loss is continuously caused.
Due to the problems of the silicone oil, a plurality of shampoo without silicone oil appear on the market, but most of the shampoo without silicone oil adopts wax and grease as hair conditioners, and the combing effect is far inferior to that of the shampoo with silicone oil.
Persimmon is a common fruit, and mainly contains sugar substances, such as fructose, glucose, sucrose, bearberry octyl ester, ursolic acid cyclohexyl ester, balsamiferous alcohol hexyl ether, amyrin, bearberry methyl ester and other pentacyclic triterpenoids. The fructus kaki also contains vanillic acid, tannin, nicotinic acid, and minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, and ferrum required by human body. In addition, persimmon also contains protein and abundant vitamins, inorganic salts, pectin, starch, etc. The application of the persimmons is generally in the fields of medicines and dyes, and the application of the persimmons to daily chemicals, particularly shampoo, is not reported.

Detailed Description
The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1 preparation of persimmon extract
(1) Firstly, 10kg of ripe persimmons are put into a clean water tank to wash off soil and dust on the surface, then the ripe persimmons are put into 30L of 10% NaOH solution to be washed, soaked for 1 hour and disinfected on the surface, and then the persimmons are washed clean by clean water again.
(2) And (2) putting the persimmons obtained in the step (1) into a grinder to be ground into pulp.
(3) And (3) carrying out vacuum filtration on the persimmon pulp obtained in the step (2) by using a 500-mesh sieve, and collecting filtrate to obtain 5.1kg of filtrate.
(4) And (4) adding 0.03% of preservative into the filtrate obtained in the step (3) for later use.
Example 2
The following table 1 shows silicone oil-free shampoos containing persimmon extract in different ratios, wherein the contents of the components are expressed in weight percentage.

Figure BDA0001348233140000051
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing (b) anionic surfactant: sodium laureth sulfate, sodium lauroyl glutamate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, sodium methylcocoyl taurate, (d) cocamidopropyl betaine, lauramidopropyl hydroxysultaine, C12-16 alkyl glucoside, and (e) EDTA-disodium in cosmetic additive by mixing and stirring, heating to dissolve, and cooling to about 85 deg.C.
(2) Adding (c) cationic surfactant polyquaternium-7 and polyquaternium-10 into (f) glycerol, and heating to about 85 ℃.
(3) Mixing and stirring the components (1) and (2) uniformly, adding the persimmon extract (a) and the cosmetic additive ginseng extract (e) and hydrolyzed fibroin, stirring uniformly, cooling to 55 ℃, adding essence in the cosmetic additive (e), adjusting the pH value to 5.5-6.5 by using citric acid, and stirring to room temperature.
Example 3 Dry Wet combing test
1. Tester HM-1 hair combing tester
2. Principle of testing
The friction force generated by the comb in the hair combing process is collected by a digital balance and is input into a microcomputer. After the microcomputer processes the data, a curve of the change of the frictional force generated during the combing process with the time (hair length) is drawn.
3. Test method
Taking 5g of each of the silicone oil-free shampoos containing the persimmon extract in the formulas 1-5 in example 2, performing wet combing performance test on the same hair bundle, firstly degreasing the hair bundle with 10g of 10% sodium dodecyl sulfate solution, then uniformly coating the shampoos on the hair, gently rubbing the hair, slightly rubbing the hair for half a minute on the front and back sides, then washing the hair for half a minute with water at a proper temperature, slightly squeezing out water by hands, testing with an HM-1 hair combing performance tester, testing 3 groups of hair for each hair bundle, testing 3 hair bundles of the same product, and averaging 9 groups of data; the dry combing property is an average value of data obtained by testing the hair bundle naturally dried under the same temperature and humidity conditions with an HM-1 hair combing property tester.
4. Test results
Formulas 1-5 wet combing and dry combing comparison results are shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2. From fig. 1 and fig. 2, it can be seen that the dry-wet combing effect of the formula 5 with the most added persimmon extract is obviously better than that of the other 4 groups of formulas, the dry-wet combing effect of the formula 1 with the least added persimmon extract is the worst, and the dry-wet combing effects of the formula 3 and the formula 4 in the formulas with different anionic surfactants are almost the same with the same amount of added persimmon extract.
Example 4 Dry and Wet combing comparative test
Comparing formulation 5 of example 2 with commercially available silicone oil-free shampoos A, B and C as in example 3, the results are shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, and it can be seen that the wet combing and dry combing properties of the silicone oil-free shampoo of formulation 5 of the present invention are superior to those of commercially available brands of silicone oil-free shampoos.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and other modifications and variations directly derived or suggested by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and concept of the present invention should be considered to be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
