Abstract

本发明涉及一种分散剂,特别是一种印染用分散剂,包括由通式Ⅰ表示的分散剂、有机膦酸、聚丙烯酸或其盐;且通式Ⅰ表示的分散剂的质量份数为50‑70份,有机膦酸30‑40份,聚丙烯酸或其盐25‑35份。本发明通式Ⅰ表示的分散剂对碳酸钙、硫酸钙、硫酸钡、氟化钙和硅垢有良好的阻垢分散性能,同时具有一定的缓蚀作用是一种多元阻垢剂。聚丙烯酸或其盐能将碳酸钙、硫酸钙等盐类的微晶或泥沙分散于水中不沉淀,从而达到阻垢目的。本发明的通式Ⅰ表示的分散剂与有机膦酸配合具有良好的协调增效作用,且本发明的分散剂生物降解性能好,应用广泛,与其他印染用助剂相溶性较强。

一种分散剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种分散剂,特别是一种印染用分散剂。
背景技术
分散剂是由中心离子和多齿配体结合而成的具有环状结构的配合物,具有优良的分散、悬浮作用和良好的络合金属离子的能力;可防止设备及织物的玷污,产生较强的阻垢、化垢能力;耐碱、酸、氧化剂、还原剂;与一般助剂有良好的相溶性。
在纺织处理工艺中加入分散剂后可使织物的毛效提高。因为在碱退浆时,碱虽然可以使浆料发生一定程度的溶胀,使其由凝胶状态转化为溶胶状态,降低对纤维的附着力,但浆料的分子结构并未发生改变,聚合度也没有降低,如果不立即去除,浆料会发生再沾染的现象,降低退浆率,产生浆斑。而分散剂所具有的吸附功能,能对浆料低聚物、胶状体等起强烈的分散作用,使其不凝聚,加上吸附了分散剂大分子的浆料物质产生了空间位阻,呈分散状态的垢类颗粒更不易碰撞凝结而悬浮水中不沉降,易被水冲走。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供一种阻垢、化垢好的印染用分散剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的分散剂包括由通式Ⅰ表示的分散剂、有机膦酸、聚丙烯酸或其盐;且通式Ⅰ表示的分散剂的质量份数为50-70份,有机膦酸30-40份,聚丙烯酸或其盐25-35份;
通式Ⅰ中,R选自H或C1-4烷基;
M选自Na+或H+、K+、NH4 +
n选自2-10。
进一步的,所述聚丙烯酸盐为聚丙烯酸钠。
进一步的,所述有机膦酸为羟基乙叉二膦酸、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸或氨基三甲叉膦酸中的一种。
更进一步的,所述通式Ⅰ表示的分散剂的质量份数为50份,羟基乙叉二膦酸30份,聚丙烯酸25份。
更进一步的,所述通式Ⅰ表示的分散剂的质量份数为70份,乙二胺四甲叉膦酸35份,聚丙烯酸28份。
更进一步的,所述通式Ⅰ表示的分散剂的质量份数为60份,氨基三甲叉膦酸40份,聚丙烯酸钠35份。
本发明通式Ⅰ表示的分散剂对碳酸钙、硫酸钙、硫酸钡、氟化钙和硅垢有良好的阻垢分散性能,同时具有一定的缓蚀作用是一种多元阻垢剂。聚丙烯酸或其盐能将碳酸钙、硫酸钙等盐类的微晶或泥沙分散于水中不沉淀,从而达到阻垢目的。
本发明的通式Ⅰ表示的分散剂与有机膦酸配合具有良好的协调增效作用,且本发明的分散剂生物降解性能好,应用广泛,与其他印染用助剂相溶性较强。
具体实施方式
作为分散剂Ⅰ,特别优选下列结构(101),(102),(103),(104)的化合物。
实施方式一:
配制质量份数为50份的(101),羟基乙叉二膦酸30份,聚丙烯酸25份。实施方式二:
配制质量份数为70份的(104),乙二胺四甲叉膦酸35份,聚丙烯酸28份。实施方式三:
配制质量份数为60份的(103),氨基三甲叉膦酸40份,聚丙烯酸钠35份。

Claims (6)

1.一种分散剂,包括由通式Ⅰ表示的分散剂、有机膦酸、聚丙烯酸或其盐;且通式Ⅰ表示的分散剂的质量份数为50-70份,有机膦酸30-40份,聚丙烯酸或其盐25-35份;
通式Ⅰ中,R选自H或C1-4烷基;
M选自Na+或H+、K+、NH4 +
n选自2-10。
2.按照权利要求1所述的分散剂,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯酸盐为聚丙烯酸钠。
3.按照权利要求1所述的分散剂,其特征在于:所述有机膦酸为羟基乙叉二膦酸、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸或氨基三甲叉膦酸中的一种。
4.按照权利要求3所述的分散剂,其特征在于:所述通式Ⅰ表示的分散剂的质量份数为50份,羟基乙叉二膦酸30份,聚丙烯酸25份。
5.按照权利要求3所述的分散剂,其特征在于:所述通式Ⅰ表示的分散剂的质量份数为70份,乙二胺四甲叉膦酸35份,聚丙烯酸28份。
6.按照权利要求3所述的分散剂,其特征在于:所述通式Ⅰ表示的分散剂的质量份数为60份,氨基三甲叉膦酸40份,聚丙烯酸钠35份。
