According to the invention, through specific stone washing, the friction is sufficient, meanwhile, the friction is stronger by matching with a specific rinsing agent with strong oxidizing property, the dyeing on the fabric can be oxidized and removed, then, the specific neutral cellulase is selected for enzyme washing, the product is softer and deeper to be washed by matching with a specific bath ratio and a specific pH value, the color is natural and uniform, and the vat difference rate is greatly reduced. The invention controls the process and the parameters to ensure that the finally prepared water-washing quilting quilt has low cylinder difference rate, high strength and high color fastness.
The present invention preferably measures the properties of the quilted quilt in the following manner:
the washing shrinkage rate is controlled to be +/-5 percent according to the AATCC 135 standard; the color fastness is controlled to be above grade 3 according to AATCC 61; the friction color fastness is controlled to be above grade 3.5 according to AATCC 8, and the strength is required to be more than 300N according to ASTM D5034; the formaldehyde content is in accordance with AATCC 112 standard; the pH value is according to EN 1413A; heavy metal content was according to ISO 105E 04.

Stopping the machine, heating to 60 ℃ and dyeing for 40min (1 channel). And then 1/5 soda is added for color fixation (1 pass) for 3min, 1/5 soda is added for color fixation (3 passes) for 3min, and then washing (2 passes), soaping (2 passes at 80 ℃), washing (2 passes at 60 ℃) and washing (2 passes) are carried out, and cloth is discharged.

The quilted quilt after stone washing is put into a drum type stone mill washing machine, neutral cellulase Denimax Ultra BT of Novicin company is selected for enzyme washing, 1.5 percent of o.w.f, the bath ratio is 1:10, the pH value is 6-7, the temperature is 50 ℃, and the treatment is carried out for 60 min. The enzyme can be inactivated by rapidly heating the enzyme lotion to above 80 deg.C, or washing for 20min with pH of above 8.5. And then carrying out conventional softening finishing, drying, cylinder discharging and ironing to obtain the quilting quilt.
The performance of the quilting quilt prepared by adopting the mode of the invention is measured, and the result shows that: the water-washing quilting quilt prepared by the method has the cylinder difference rate of 4-5 grades, the strength of more than or equal to 450N, the color fastness of 4 grades, the dry and wet rubbing fastness of the quilting quilt of 3.5 grades, and the pH value of the quilting quilt of 7; the quilt shrinkage rate is 1 percent, and the quilt has no heavy metal, formaldehyde and aromatic amine.
Example 2
The fabric is made of 30 s-30 s pure cotton woven fabric, 68/68 density and 2.8m width, and is dyed by a VCS0 type jig dyeing machine of Italy Mei-Sara company at a speed of 70m/min, with reactive brilliant blue B-RV, red B-3BF, golden yellow B-4RFN, anhydrous sodium sulphate 25g/l, soda 10g/l, leveling agent 50C 2g/l and chelating dispersant 2 g/l. Stopping the machine, heating to 70 ℃ and dyeing for 50min (1 lane). Adding 3/5 sodium carbonate for fixation (1 pass) for 4 min; adding 3/5 soda ash for fixation (3 times) for 4 min; washing with water (2 times); soaping (gamma 2 passes at 80 ℃); washing with water (60 ℃, 2 times); washing (2 times) and discharging the cloth.
