本发明涉及一种切割固定装置,具体说是一种塑胶桶封头切割固定装置。
背景技术
目前塑胶桶残品的回收利用,多是通过粉碎回收再次注塑使用,但在粉碎前需要进行切割工序,尤其是塑胶桶的封头,需要拆除后进行切割,但封头厚度大,切割不便,多使用切割锯和电热切割机单个切割,多个切割时封头因为开口问题导致叠码不牢靠,易垮塌造成事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的便是提供一种塑胶桶封头切割固定装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案包括固定底盘,其特征在于,所述固定底盘上中心设有预留孔,所述固定底盘上设有三条预留槽,所述预留槽一端与预留孔联通,所述预留槽之间的夹角处设有导向槽,所述导向槽内设有弹簧,所述导向槽近端处设有滑块,所述滑块内侧设有夹板,所述固定底盘的左上侧和右下侧设有固定螺孔,所述预留槽之间的夹角为120°,所述导向槽间的夹角为120°,所述夹板具有一定弧度。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果:
固定牢靠,能一次夹紧多个封头,一次完成多个切割,工作效率高,可适用于不同直径的封头夹紧固定。

如图1所示,本发明包括固定底盘1,其特征在于,所述固定底盘1上中心设有预留孔2,所述固定底盘1上设有三条预留槽3,所述预留槽3一端与预留孔2联通,所述预留槽3之间的夹角处设有导向槽4,所述导向槽4内设有弹簧5,所述导向槽4近端处设有滑块6,所述滑块6内侧设有夹板7,所述固定底盘1的左上侧和右下侧设有固定螺孔8,所述预留槽3之间的夹角为120°,所述导向槽4间的夹角为120°,所述夹板7具有一定弧度。
本发明的工作原理:首先将固定底盘1通过固定螺孔8固定在设备上,将从塑胶桶上切割下来的封头叠加整齐,然后撑开夹板7,将叠好的封头放置在固定底盘1上,夹板7在弹簧5的作用下,沿着导向槽4向圆心夹紧,切割线与预留槽3对应,切割线垂直与固定底盘1向下切割,切割线穿过全部封头,停留在预留槽3内完成切割。

1.一种塑胶桶封头切割固定装置,包括固定底盘,其特征在于:所述固定底盘上中心设有预留孔,所述固定底盘上设有三条预留槽,所述预留槽一端与预留孔联通,所述预留槽之间的夹角处设有导向槽,所述导向槽内设有弹簧,所述导向槽近端处设有滑块,所述滑块内侧设有夹板,所述固定底盘的左上侧和右下侧设有固定螺孔。
