Detailed Description
The technical scheme provided by the invention is described in more detail below with reference to fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a centrifugal chiller, which includes a motor 1, an evaporator 2, and a pressure regulating valve 3. A pressure regulating valve 3 is provided between the outlet of the housing 11 of the motor 1 and the inlet of the evaporator 2. Wherein the pressure regulating valve 3 conducts the outlet 12 of the housing 11 with the inlet 21 of the evaporator 2 when the pressure in the housing 11 is greater than the pressure in the evaporator 2. When the pressure in the housing 11 is less than or equal to the pressure in the evaporator 2, the pressure regulating valve 3 disconnects the housing 11 outlet from the evaporator 2 inlet 21.
The pressure regulating valve 3 is a valve with adjustable self-opening pressure, and one structural form is that the opening pressure can be adjusted in the working process, for example, the valve is opened according to the needed pressure value by a controller; another way is to adjust its pressure before operation, after installation into the system, its opening pressure is determined. The former is more flexible to adjust, and the latter is simpler to control.
Further, the pressure regulating valve 3 is configured to be opened when the pressure in the housing 11 is greater than the pressure in the evaporator 2 so that the condensation phenomenon does not occur in the housing 11. The opening pressure of the pressure regulating valve 3 may be set as desired, for example, to be 50pa greater than the pressure in the evaporator 2.
Further referring to fig. 1, an air return pipe 9 is provided between the outlet 12 of the housing 11 and the inlet 21 of the evaporator 2, and the pressure regulating valve 3 is provided on the air return pipe 9 between the outlet of the housing 11 and the inlet of the evaporator 2. The pressure regulating valve 3 is opened, and then the return air pipe 9 is conducted; the pressure regulating valve 3 is closed and the return air pipe 9 is disconnected.
Alternatively, the opening pressure of the pressure regulating valve 3 can be continuously regulated, so that the control is more accurate.
Alternatively, the opening pressure of the pressure regulating valve 3 can be stepwise regulated. For example, the pressure regulating valve 3 is opened only when the pressure reaches a set threshold value.
Optionally, the centrifugal chiller further comprises a controller connected to the pressure regulating valve 3, the controller being configured to open the pressure regulating valve when the pressure within the housing 11 is greater than a threshold value. The pressure regulating valve 3 can be conveniently opened or closed through the controller, so that the automation control degree of the centrifugal water chilling unit is improved.
Alternatively, the pressure regulating valve 3 includes a solenoid valve, and the controller is electrically connected to the pressure regulating valve 3. The controller can adopt a PLC controller, and the electromagnetic valve is convenient to control.
The centrifugal chiller will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 1, the centrifugal chiller is a refrigeration system with a motor spray evaporative cooling system, which includes a compressor 4, a motor 1, a condenser 5, a throttle valve 6, an evaporator 2, a filter 8, a motor cooling throttle valve 7, and a pressure regulating valve 3. The motor 1 is used to drive the impeller 42 of the compressor 4, the side of the windings of the motor 1 and the side of the inlet guide vanes 41 of the compressor 4 being air-tightly separated from each other. The compressor 4, the condenser 5, the throttle valve 6 and the evaporator 2 are connected in sequence.
The circulation working principle of the refrigeration system is as follows: the high-temperature high-pressure gas discharged by the compressor 4 reaches the condenser 5 through the exhaust pipe, is condensed into low-temperature high-pressure liquid at the bottom of the condenser 5, and is throttled into low-pressure low-temperature two-phase gas-liquid through the throttle valve 6; then enters the evaporator 2 for evaporation, and the low-pressure gas returns to the compressor 4.
The working principle of the liquid spraying evaporative cooling system of the main motor is as follows: the low-temperature high-pressure refrigerant liquid at the bottom of the condenser 5 is filtered by a filter 8, throttled into low-temperature low-pressure saturated liquid by a cooling throttle valve 7 of the motor 1, sprayed onto a winding of the main motor 1, evaporated and absorbed heat in a shell 11 to take away heat, and evaporated gas enters the evaporator 2 to enable the motor 1 to achieve the effect of cooling. There is a correspondence between the temperature and pressure of the saturated liquid.
The motor spray liquid return pipe 9 is directly communicated with the evaporator 2, the spray liquid evaporation pressure in the shell 11 of the motor 1 is equal to the pressure in the evaporator 2, and the evaporation temperature in the flooded evaporator is generally 5 ℃; if the pressure regulating valve 3 is not provided, the evaporating temperature in the shell of the motor 1 is 5 ℃, and condensation is generated when the temperature is low. After the pressure regulating valve 3 is provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the housing 11 of the motor 1 can be separated from the housing of the evaporator 2 so that the pressures thereof are different. In order to reduce the occurrence probability of the condensation phenomenon, or even prevent the occurrence of the condensation phenomenon, the opening pressure of the pressure regulating valve 3 may be set sufficiently high.
Another embodiment of the invention provides a central air conditioner, which comprises the centrifugal water chilling unit provided by any one of the technical schemes of the invention.
The central air conditioner comprises a water system, a wind system and the water chilling unit, wherein the water chilling unit is used for generating a cold source.
The invention also provides a condensation preventing method for the centrifugal compressor of the centrifugal water chilling unit, which can be realized by adopting the centrifugal water chilling unit provided by any one of the embodiments. The method comprises the following steps:
step one, the pressure in the shell 11 of the centrifugal chiller motor 1 is detected to judge whether the pressure regulating valve 3 needs to be opened.
And step two, when the pressure in the shell 11 is greater than the pressure in the evaporator 2, opening a pressure regulating valve between the outlet 12 of the shell 11 and the inlet 21 of the evaporator 2 to conduct the outlet 12 of the shell 11 and the inlet 21 of the evaporator 2.
To prevent the occurrence of the condensation phenomenon, the pressure regulating valve 3 is opened when the pressure in the housing 11 is greater than the pressure in the evaporator 2 so that the condensation phenomenon is not generated in the housing 11.
For a set unit, the dew point temperature is determined, and the corresponding pressure is also known, so that the determined opening temperature of the pressure regulating valve can be set for the determined unit.
According to the technical scheme, the probability of condensation of the motor of the centrifugal compressor can be reduced, even the occurrence of the condensation of the motor of the centrifugal compressor can be prevented, the safety of the main motor is ensured, and the running reliability of the unit is improved.
