本发明公开了一种针织内衣面料染整工艺,按以下步骤进行:步骤一:预处理,将布料在50℃下进行热洗,之后通过在100℃水蒸气蒸煮;步骤二:烘干预处理后的布料:步骤三:染色,将布料浸入到染料中,进行一次浸扎,其中染料包括下述组成:步骤四:将染色完成后的布料浸入到浸扎液中进行二次浸扎,所述浸扎液包括5g/L的整理液。步骤五:对二次浸扎后的布料进行清洗烘干。通过本发明工艺整理的面料,具有抗起球的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料的整理工艺,更具体的说是涉及一种针织内衣面料染整工艺。
背景技术
内衣(英文名:Underwear)是指贴身穿的衣物,包括背心、汗衫、短裤、抹胸、胸罩等,通常是直接接触皮肤的,是现代人不可少的服饰之一。
内衣有吸汗、矫型、衬托身体、保暖及不受来自身体的污秽的危害的作用,有时会被视为性征。
现有技术中,内衣都是通过棉涤面料进行制作的,但是棉涤面料具有一个问题,那就是容易起球,内衣本身是直接贴合人体的,因此起球的面料会带来很大的不适。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种不易起球的针织内衣面料染整工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种针织内衣面料染整工艺,
按以下步骤进行:
步骤一:预处理,将布料在50℃下进行热洗,之后通过在100℃水蒸气蒸煮;
步骤二:烘干预处理后的布料:
步骤三:染色,将布料浸入到染料中,进行一次浸轧,其中染料包括下述组成:
色料:6g/L
分散剂:3 g/L
处理剂:3g/L
所述处理剂包括下列重量份组成:
3-(异丁烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷:2份
4,4`-二甲基苯醚硅烷:1份
顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠:1份;
步骤四:将染色完成后的布料浸入到浸轧液中进行二次浸轧,所述浸轧液包括5g/L的整理液,所述整理液包括下述重量份组成:

在本发明中,先通过热洗和热蒸,可以使得整体面料软化,在处理过程中,能够起到一个较好的保护作用,之后进行一次浸轧染色,在染色过程中,加入的处理剂对于色料有一个保护作用,通过3-(异丁烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、4,4`-二甲基苯醚硅烷、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠的协同作用,能够使得在使用处理剂后,能够起到提高色牢度的效果,现有技术中,经过抗起球整理液之后,虽然抗起球性有所提高,但是色牢度却大大下降,而本发明中的处理剂的加入恰恰解决了这个问题。之后再经二次浸轧,使得浸轧液中所含有的整理液具有提高面料抗起球性能的效果,在3-(异丁烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3,4-二-O-乙酰基-6-O-(叔丁基二甲基甲硅烷)-D-葡萄醛、四(2-羟基乙氧基)硅烷、四聚乙二醇单辛醚之间的协同作用,能够保证在多次水洗后仍然具有较好的抗起球性能。
而渗透剂的加入,能够加快整理液中成分的渗入,而提高整体的抗起球性能,同时通过3-[(羟甲基)甲基胺]丙烷磺酸、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠、羟基亚乙基二膦酸钾盐三者的协同效果,还能够进一步加强多次清洗后的抗起球效果。

在本发明中,先通过热洗和热蒸,可以使得整体面料软化,在处理过程中,能够起到一个较好的保护作用,之后进行一次浸轧染色,在染色过程中,加入的处理剂对于色料有一个保护作用,通过3-(异丁烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、4,4`-二甲基苯醚硅烷、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠的协同作用,能够使得在使用处理剂后,能够起到提高色牢度的效果,现有技术中,经过抗起球整理液之后,虽然抗起球性有所提高,但是色牢度却大大下降,而本发明中的处理剂的加入恰恰解决了这个问题。之后再经二次浸轧,使得浸轧液中所含有的整理液具有提高面料抗起球性能的效果,在3-(异丁烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3,4-二-O-乙酰基-6-O-(叔丁基二甲基甲硅烷)-D-葡萄醛、四(2-羟基乙氧基)硅烷、四聚乙二醇单辛醚之间的协同作用,能够保证在多次水洗后仍然具有较好的抗起球性能。
而渗透剂的加入,能够加快整理液中成分的渗入,而提高整体的抗起球性能,同时通过3-[(羟甲基)甲基胺]丙烷磺酸、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠、羟基亚乙基二膦酸钾盐三者的协同效果,还能够进一步加强多次清洗后的抗起球效果。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种针织内衣面料染整工艺,其特征在于:
按以下步骤进行:
步骤一:预处理,将布料在50℃下进行热洗,之后通过在100℃水蒸气蒸煮;
步骤二:烘干预处理后的布料:
步骤三:染色,将布料浸入到染料中,进行一次浸轧,其中染料包括下述组成:
色料:6g/L
分散剂:3 g/L
处理剂:3g/L
所述处理剂包括下列重量份组成:
3-(异丁烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷:2份
4,4`-二甲基苯醚硅烷:1份
顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠:1份;
步骤四:将染色完成后的布料浸入到浸轧液中进行二次浸轧,所述浸轧液包括5g/L的整理液,所述整理液包括下述重量份组成:
3-(异丁烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷:2份
3,4-二-O-乙酰基-6-O-(叔丁基二甲基甲硅烷)-D-葡萄醛:5份
四(2-羟基乙氧基)硅烷;:5份
四聚乙二醇单辛醚:1份
步骤五:对二次浸轧后的布料进行清洗烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种针织内衣面料染整工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤三中,浸轧温度为25℃,轧余率为60~70%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种针织内衣面料染整工艺,其特征在于:
所述步骤四中浸轧温度为25℃,轧余率为60~70%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种针织内衣面料染整工艺,其特征在于:
所述步骤五中先用50℃的水进行浸洗10分钟,之后再用15℃的水冲洗2分钟。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种针织内衣面料染整工艺,其特征在于:
所述整理液中还包括有渗透剂3g/L。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种针织内衣面料染整工艺,其特征在于:
所述渗透剂包括下述重量份组成:
3-[(羟甲基)甲基胺]丙烷磺酸:2份
顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠:10份
羟基亚乙基二膦酸钾盐:2份。
