Description

车轮用轴承装置
在2016年1月13日提出的日本专利申请2016-004251的公开,包括其说明书、附图及摘要作为参照而全部包含于此。
技术领域
本发明涉及车轮用轴承装置。
背景技术
在机动车等车辆中,为了将车轮支承为旋转自如而使用车轮用轴承装置(轮毂单元)。车轮用轴承装置具备外圈、轮毂轴、滚动体。外圈固定于车身侧的悬架装置。在轮毂轴安装有车轮。滚动体设置在上述外圈与轮毂轴之间。在这样的车轮用轴承装置中,例如为了抑制水等异物从车辆外侧的外部进入设置有滚动体的轴承内部,而在外圈的车辆外侧安装密封件。供该密封件接触的甩油环安装于轮毂轴的车辆外侧(例如参照日本特开2012-56412号公报)。
作为车辆外侧的密封件,存在图3所示的结构。该密封件99安装于外圈90的车辆外侧的端部。密封件99具有内侧唇98a、98b、98c、外侧唇98d。内侧唇98a、98b、98c与安装于轮毂轴92的甩油环91接触。外侧唇98d与外圈90的外周面90a接触。通过外侧唇98d与外圈90的外周面90a接触,能防止水(泥水)等异物通过密封件99的芯体97与外圈90之间而进入轴承内部的情况。
在图3所示的车轮用轴承装置的情况下,使外侧唇98d与外圈90的轴向外侧的外周面90a接触,因此该外周面90a被实施机械加工。因此,即使对外圈90实施涂装或镀敷,外侧唇98d能够接触的部分通过被进行机械加工而基体露出。因此,基体露出的机械加工面K0中的比外侧唇98d的接触部X靠车辆内侧的区域K1向外部露出,成为生锈的原因。在机械加工面K0中的向外部露出的所述区域K1上生锈,若该锈发展,则外侧唇98d的密封性能降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是在车轮用轴承装置中提高防锈功能。
本发明的一方式的车轮用轴承装置的结构上的特征在于,具备:外圈,固定于车身侧构件;轮毂轴,设于所述外圈的径向内侧,并且在车辆外侧具有车轮安装用的凸缘部;滚动体,设置在所述外圈与所述轮毂轴之间;密封件,安装于所述外圈的车辆外侧;旋转甩油环,安装于所述轮毂轴的车辆外侧,且所述密封件与该旋转甩油环接触;及固定甩油环,安装于所述外圈的车辆外侧的外周,且所述密封件与该固定甩油环接触,其中,所述外圈的外周面具有在车辆外侧的端部设置的非镀敷面部和与该非镀敷面部连续的镀敷面部,所述固定甩油环具有外嵌而安装于所述非镀敷面部的内侧圆筒部,所述密封件具有与所述旋转甩油环接触的内侧唇和与所述内侧圆筒部接触的外侧唇。

具体实施方式
以下,基于附图来说明本发明的实施方式。图1是表示本发明的车轮用轴承装置的一实施方式的剖视图。车轮用轴承装置(轮毂单元)10例如安装于机动车的车身侧的悬架装置,将车轮支承为旋转自如。车轮用轴承装置10具备外圈11、轮毂轴12、滚动体13、保持架14、密封件15、17、旋转甩油环16、18、固定甩油环19。
外圈11是圆筒状的构件,例如由高碳钢制造。外圈11具有圆筒形状的外圈主体51、固定用的凸缘部52。凸缘部52从该外圈主体51向径向外侧延伸设置。凸缘部52固定在作为车身侧构件的转向节53上。由此,包含外圈11的车轮用轴承装置10固定于转向节53。在车轮用轴承装置10固定于车身侧的状态下,轮毂轴12具有的后述的车轮安装用的凸缘部56侧成为车辆的外侧。即,图1的左侧(凸缘部56侧)成为车辆外侧,图1的右侧成为车辆内侧。图1的左右方向成为车轮用轴承装置10的轴向。在外圈11的内周面形成有车辆外侧的外圈轨道面11a和车辆内侧的外圈轨道面11b。
轮毂轴12具有轴主体部55、车轮安装用的凸缘部56、内圈构件57。它们例如由高碳钢制造。轴主体部55是在轴向上长的轴构件。凸缘部56从轴主体部55的车辆外侧向径向外侧延伸设置,具有圆环形状。内圈构件57为环状的构件,嵌合并固定于轴主体部55的车辆内侧。在凸缘部56安装有未图示的车轮及制动转子。在轴主体部55的车辆外侧的外周面形成有轴轨道面12a,在内圈构件57的外周面形成有内圈轨道面12b。
车辆外侧的外圈轨道面11a与轴轨道面12a在径向上相对。车辆内侧的外圈轨道面11b与内圈轨道面12b在径向上相对。在车辆外侧及内侧各自的轨道面之间配置有作为滚动体13的滚珠。滚动体(滚珠)13设置两列。各列的滚动体(滚珠)13由环状的保持架14保持。在外圈11与轮毂轴12之间设有滚动体13。由此,轮毂轴12成为与外圈11呈同心状地配置在外圈11的径向内侧的结构。在外圈11与轮毂轴12之间形成有环状空间S。环状空间S中配置有两列滚动体13的区域成为轴承内部。
对外圈11的整体实施镀敷。但是,外圈11的内周面包含外圈轨道面11a、11b而被进行研磨加工,因此镀层剥落,成为外圈11的基体露出的机械加工面(研磨面)。即使对外圈11的外周面的一部分进行研磨加工,镀层也剥落,成为外圈11的基体露出的机械加工面(研磨面)。如图2所示,外圈11的外周面中镀层剥落的区域是车辆外侧的端部25的区域K1。该区域K1成为非镀敷面部21。在非镀敷面部21外嵌并安装有固定甩油环19,镀层剥落的区域由固定甩油环19遮挡,这在后文进行说明。
镀层剥落的区域K1(非镀敷面部21)成为机械加工面(研磨面),成为对外圈11的内周面进行研磨加工时的加工基准面。即,加工基准面设于外圈11的端部25的外周面。虽然未图示,但是在外圈11的制造时,使滑履(挡块)与该加工基准面接触,所述滑履承受砂轮对外圈11的加工力(按压力)。
所述加工基准面(非镀敷面部21)由于被研磨,因此由高精度的圆筒面构成。即,由圆筒面构成的非镀敷面部21平滑,圆度也高,而且,外径恒定。由该圆筒面构成的非镀敷面部21的中心线成为外圈11的中心线。该中心线与车轮用轴承装置10的中心线一致。
在外圈11的外周面处,在所述区域K1以外的区域K2设有镀层。通过以上所述,区域K1是非镀敷面部21,区域K2成为镀敷面部22。该外圈11的外周面成为具有非镀敷面部21和镀敷面部22的结构。非镀敷面部21设置在车辆外侧的端部25。镀敷面部22与该非镀敷面部21连续。
对轮毂轴12的整体也实施镀敷。但是,外周面由于包含轴轨道面12a及内圈轨道面12b而被进行研磨加工,因此存在镀层剥落的区域。
如图1所示,在车辆外侧设有由密封件15、旋转甩油环16、固定甩油环19构成的密封装置。在车辆内侧设有由密封件17和甩油环18构成的密封装置。在这些密封装置各自中,密封件15(17)与旋转甩油环16(18)接触。由此,能够防止水(泥水)等异物从轴承外部进入轴承内部,并且能够防止设于轴承内部的润滑油(润滑脂)向轴承外部泄漏。车辆外侧的密封装置中,密封件15与固定甩油环19接触。由此,抑制外部的水(泥水)等异物顺着外圈11与密封件15的芯体26(参照图2)之间进入轴承内部的情况。而且,通过密封件15、旋转甩油环16及固定甩油环19,形成迷宫间隙(δ1、δ2),能抑制外部的水(泥水)等异物进入密封件15与旋转甩油环16的接触部的情况。
进一步说明车辆外侧的密封件15、旋转甩油环16及固定甩油环19。在图2中,密封件15安装于外圈11的车辆外侧的端部25的内周侧。旋转甩油环16安装于轮毂轴12的车辆外侧,且与轮毂轴12一体旋转。密封件15的一部分(内侧唇27b、27c、27d)与该旋转甩油环16接触。固定甩油环19安装于外圈11的车辆外侧的端部25的外周侧,与外圈11及密封件15一起成为非旋转构件。密封件15的另一部分(外侧唇27e)与固定甩油环19接触。
密封件15具有金属制的芯体26和橡胶制的密封件主体27。密封件主体27具有固定部27a、内侧唇27b、27c、27d、外侧唇27e。固定部27a固定(硫化粘结)于芯体26。内侧唇27b、27c、27d设置在比外圈11的端部25靠径向内侧处。外侧唇27e设置在比该端部25靠径向外侧处。内侧唇27b、27c、27d从固定部27a的径向内侧部突出。外侧唇27e从固定部27a的径向外侧部突出。芯体26在外周侧具有圆筒部26a。圆筒部26a紧贴而嵌合于外圈11的端部25的内周面,由此密封件15被固定于外圈11。
旋转甩油环16安装于轮毂轴12的车辆外侧。密封件15的内侧唇27b、27c、27d与该旋转甩油环16接触。具体而言,旋转甩油环16安装于轮毂轴12的轴主体部55与凸缘部56的交界部的外周侧。旋转甩油环16具有环状的内侧主体部31和圆筒状的外侧部32。内侧主体部31从外侧部32侧起依次具有内侧圆环部35、曲面部36及短圆筒部37。短圆筒部37外嵌于轴主体部55,内侧圆环部35处于与凸缘部56的侧面接触的状态。内侧主体部31安装于轮毂轴12的车辆外侧,由此旋转甩油环16与轮毂轴12一体旋转。
内侧唇27b、27c、27d与旋转甩油环16的内侧主体部31接触。圆筒状的外侧部32从该内侧主体部31的径向外侧的端部31a朝向车辆内侧而沿轴向延伸设置。圆筒状的外侧部32具有径向间隙δ1地与外侧唇27e相对。圆筒状的外侧部32的车辆内侧的前端部32a位于外侧唇27e的唇前端27f的径向外侧。唇前端27f与固定甩油环19的内侧圆筒部41接触。
固定甩油环19安装于外圈11的车辆外侧的端部25的外周。固定甩油环19具有圆筒形状的内侧圆筒部41。该内侧圆筒部41成为通过外嵌于非镀敷面部21而安装于外圈11的状态。在本实施方式中,内侧圆筒部41具有主体筒部41a、环状部41b。主体筒部41a紧贴而嵌合于非镀敷面部21。环状部41b从径向外侧覆盖镀敷面部22的一部分。环状部41b与主体筒部41a连续地设置,具有随着朝向车辆内侧而扩径的锥形形状。环状部41b位于非镀敷面部21与镀敷面部22的交界23的径向外侧。内侧圆筒部41从径向外侧覆盖整个非镀敷面部21。
在本实施方式中,固定甩油环19具有圆环部(外侧圆环部)42和外侧圆筒部43。圆环部(外侧圆环部)42从内侧圆筒部41(环状部41b)的车辆内侧的端部41c朝向径向外侧延伸。外侧圆筒部43从该圆环部42的径向外侧端部42a朝向车辆外侧延伸设置。圆环部42是具有圆环形状的部分。径向外侧端部42a位于比圆筒状的外侧部32靠径向外侧处。外侧圆筒部43是具有圆筒形状的部分,具有径向间隙δ2地与圆筒状的外侧部32相对。
密封件15的内侧唇27b、27c、27d与旋转甩油环16的一部分即内侧主体部31接触,外侧唇27e与固定甩油环19的一部分即内侧圆筒部41的主体筒部41a接触。
如上所述,外圈11在外周侧被实施镀敷,具有镀层。然而,在端部25,进行车削,而且,对于通过车削得到的车削面进行研磨,通过该研磨而外圈11的基体露出并成为非镀敷面部21。在图2中,将所述车削面的区域设为K3。外圈11的端部25具有随着朝向车辆外侧而外径逐级变小的带台阶的形状。外圈主体51的外周面在比所述车削面的区域K3靠车辆内侧处具有以外圈11的中心线为中心的直线状的圆筒面24。该圆筒面24包含于镀敷面部22。需要说明的是,在本实施方式中,车削面的区域K3也残留有镀层,包含在镀敷面部22中。
根据具备以上的结构的车轮用轴承装置10,在外圈11处,通过镀敷面部22能够提高防锈功能。而且,固定甩油环19(内侧圆筒部41)外嵌而安装于非镀敷面部21,由此能够抑制非镀敷面部21处的生锈。
尤其是在本实施方式中,固定甩油环19的内侧圆筒部41具有主体筒部41a和环状部41b。主体筒部41a紧贴而嵌合于非镀敷面部21。环状部41b从径向外侧覆盖镀敷面部22的一部分(区域K3的一部分)。环状部41b的车辆内侧的端部41c位于比所述交界23更靠车辆内侧处。进一步说明的话,环状部41b的所述端部41c在车辆内侧越过所述交界23,位于车削面的区域K3的径向外侧。因此,非镀敷面部21的全部由内侧圆筒部41从径向外侧覆盖,得到从径向外侧看不到非镀敷面部21的结构。
密封件15具有的外侧唇27e与固定甩油环19的内侧圆筒部41接触。由此,能够防止外部的水等异物顺着外圈11的端部25进入轴承内部侧的情况。即,外侧唇27e作为偏导密封件发挥功能。
此外,在本实施方式中,固定甩油环19具有从外侧唇27e所接触的内侧圆筒部41的车辆内侧的端部41c朝向径向外侧延伸的环状的圆环部42。通过该圆环部42,构成在径向上高的壁,作为用于阻止存在于外圈11的尤其是所述圆筒面24的外周侧的水等异物向轴承内部侧(外侧唇27e与内侧圆筒部41的接触面)进入的堤坝发挥功能。根据该圆环部42,能够提高抑制异物向轴承内部进入的功能(进入抑制功能)。
而且,在固定甩油环19中,从该圆环部42的径向外侧端部42a朝向车辆外侧延伸设置有外侧圆筒部43。该外侧圆筒部43位于旋转甩油环16具有的圆筒状的外侧部32的径向外侧,具有径向间隙δ2地与该外侧部32相对。如上所述,在该外侧部32与外侧唇27e之间形成有径向间隙δ1。通过上述径向间隙δ2及径向间隙δ1形成有迷宫间隙。该迷宫间隙在图2所示的截面中成为蜿蜒行进的间隙,能够更有效地抑制水等异物向轴承内部的进入。
在本实施方式中,非镀敷面部21是作为外圈11的加工用的基准的机械加工面。因此,非镀敷面部21的精度高。安装于该非镀敷面部21的固定甩油环19通过冲压而成形,其精度高。非镀敷面部21及固定甩油环19高精度地形成。由此,当使固定甩油环19与非镀敷面部21嵌合时,相互紧贴而难以产生间隙,水等异物难以从它们之间进入。而且,不是追加加工地设置非镀敷面部21,而是将作为外圈11的研磨加工用的基准的机械加工面有效利用作为固定甩油环19的安装用的面,由此能够防止加工成本(加工工时)的增加。
通过以上所述,根据本实施方式的车轮用轴承装置10,与以往相比能够提高防锈功能,而且,在车辆外侧,能够尽可能地抑制水(泥水)等向轴承内部的进入。其结果是,能够防止水(泥水)等进入轴承内部而轴承寿命降低的情况。
如以上所述公开的实施方式在全部的方面为例示而不是限制性的内容。即,本发明的车轮用轴承装置并不局限于图示的方式,在本发明的范围内也可以是其他的方式的结构。在图1所示的方式中,说明了设滚动体13为滚珠的情况,但也可以是圆锥滚子等。
根据本发明的车轮用轴承装置,在外圈上,通过镀敷面部能够提高防锈功能。非镀敷面部供固定甩油环的内侧圆筒部外嵌并安装,由此能够抑制非镀敷面部处的生锈,能得到防锈功能比以往高的车轮用轴承装置。

Claims (4)

1.一种车轮用轴承装置,具备:
外圈,固定于车身侧构件;
轮毂轴,设置于所述外圈的径向内侧,并且在车辆外侧具有车轮安装用的凸缘部;
滚动体,设置在所述外圈与所述轮毂轴之间;
密封件,安装于所述外圈的车辆外侧;
旋转甩油环,安装于所述轮毂轴的车辆外侧,且所述密封件与该旋转甩油环接触;及
固定甩油环,安装于所述外圈的车辆外侧的外周,且所述密封件与该固定甩油环接触,其中,
所述外圈的外周面具有在车辆外侧的端部设置的非镀敷面部和与该非镀敷面部连续的镀敷面部,
所述固定甩油环具有外嵌而安装于所述非镀敷面部的内侧圆筒部,
所述密封件具有与所述旋转甩油环接触的内侧唇和与所述内侧圆筒部接触的外侧唇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车轮用轴承装置,其中,
所述内侧圆筒部具有:主体筒部,与所述非镀敷面部紧贴而嵌合;及环状部,与该主体筒部连续地设置并且从径向外侧覆盖所述镀敷面部的一部分。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车轮用轴承装置,其中,
所述固定甩油环具有从所述内侧圆筒部的车辆内侧的端部朝向径向外侧延伸的圆环部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车轮用轴承装置,其中,
所述旋转甩油环具有:内侧主体部,安装于所述轮毂轴的车辆外侧,且所述内侧唇与该内侧主体部接触;及圆筒状的外侧部,从该内侧主体部的径向外侧的端部朝向车辆内侧延伸而设置,且与所述外侧唇具有径向间隙地相对,
所述固定甩油环具有外侧圆筒部,该外侧圆筒部从所述圆环部的径向外侧端部朝向车辆外侧延伸而设置,且与所述外侧部具有径向间隙地相对。
