Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有荧光效果的胶带,其包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的基材层、胶粘层以及离型膜层;基材层为PET膜层,PET膜层上表面设置基材凸点,各基材凸点与PET膜层一体成型,各基材凸点分别呈圆形状且各基材凸点的直径值分别为0.25mm‑0.5mm,各基材凸点的高度值分别为0.1mm‑0.5mm;胶粘层包括以下重量份物料:丙烯酸酯30%‑40%、环氧树脂10%‑20%、乙酸乙酯40%‑50%、荧光粉颗粒5%‑10%;基材层包括以下重量份的物料:PET母料90%‑95%、荧光粉壳体2%‑5%、纳米铝粉2%‑3%、颜料1%‑2%。本发明的胶带具有结构简单、防滑效果好且具备夜光效果的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶带技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有荧光效果的胶带。
背景技术
胶带是日常生活和工作中常用的固定和遮蔽的工具之一,按功效可分为高温胶带、双面胶带、防滑胶带、特种胶带、压敏胶带、模切胶带等,根据不同的功效适用于不同的场所和领域。
作为一种常用的胶带产品,防滑胶带被广泛地应用于人们的日常生活中;其中,对于防滑胶带而言,其主要通过表面粘接颗粒物的方式来增大防滑摩擦力。对于上述防滑胶带而言,结构复杂、成本高且功能较为单一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有荧光效果的胶带,该具有荧光效果的胶带结构简单、防滑效果好且具备夜光效果。
为达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现。
一种具有荧光效果的胶带,包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的基材层、胶粘层以及离型膜层,基材层的厚度为0.05mm-0.1mm,胶粘层的厚度为0.1mm-0.2mm;
基材层为PET膜层,PET膜层的上表面设置有朝上凸出且呈均匀间隔分布的基材凸点,各基材凸点与PET膜层一体成型,各基材凸点分别呈圆形状且各基材凸点的直径值分别为0.25mm-0.5mm,各基材凸点的高度值分别为0.1mm-0.5mm;
胶粘层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸酯 30%-40%
环氧树脂 10%-20%
乙酸乙酯 40%-50%
荧光粉颗粒 5%-10%;
基材层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
PET母料 90%-95%
荧光粉壳体 2%-5%
纳米铝粉 2%-3%
颜料 1%-2%。
其中,所述胶粘层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸酯 30%-35%
环氧树脂 10%-15%
乙酸乙酯 45%-50%
荧光粉颗粒 5%-10%。
其中,所述胶粘层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸酯 35%
环氧树脂 15%
乙酸乙酯 45%
荧光粉颗粒 5%。
其中,所述基材层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
PET母料 93%-95%
荧光粉壳体 2%-4%
纳米铝粉 2%-2.5%
颜料 1%-1.5%。
其中,所述基材层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
PET母料 94%
荧光粉壳体 3%
纳米铝粉 2%%
颜料 1%。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明所述的一种具有荧光效果的胶带,其包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的基材层、胶粘层以及离型膜层,基材层的厚度为0.05mm-0.1mm,胶粘层的厚度为0.1mm-0.2mm;基材层为PET膜层,PET膜层的上表面设置有朝上凸出且呈均匀间隔分布的基材凸点,各基材凸点与PET膜层一体成型,各基材凸点分别呈圆形状且各基材凸点的直径值分别为0.25mm-0.5mm,各基材凸点的高度值分别为0.1mm-0.5mm;胶粘层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:丙烯酸酯30%-40%、环氧树脂10%-20%、乙酸乙酯40%-50%、荧光粉颗粒5%-10%;基材层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:PET母料90%-95%、荧光粉壳体2%-5%、纳米铝粉2%-3%、颜料1%-2%。本发明的胶带具有结构简单、防滑效果好且具备夜光效果的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施方式来对本发明进行说明。
实施例一,如图1所示,一种具有荧光效果的胶带,包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的基材层1、胶粘层2以及离型膜层3,基材层1的厚度为0.05mm-0.1mm,胶粘层2的厚度为0.1mm-0.2mm。
其中,基材层1为PET膜层,PET膜层的上表面设置有朝上凸出且呈均匀间隔分布的基材凸点11,各基材凸点11与PET膜层一体成型,各基材凸点11分别呈圆形状且各基材凸点11的直径值分别为0.25mm-0.5mm,各基材凸点11的高度值分别为0.1mm-0.5mm。
需进一步指出,胶粘层2包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸酯 35%
环氧树脂 15%
乙酸乙酯 45%
荧光粉颗粒 5%。
另外,基材层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
PET母料 94%
荧光粉壳体 3%
纳米铝粉 2%%
颜料 1%。
对于本实施例一的基材层1而言,其采用PET材料制备而成,即本实施例一的基材层1为PET膜层;其中,PET膜层的上表面一体成型有呈均匀间隔分布的基材凸点11。对于本实施例一的基材凸点11而言,其可以有效地增大PET膜层上表面的接触摩擦力,进而起到很好的防滑效果。
另外,本实施例一的胶粘层2由丙烯酸酯、环氧树脂、乙酸乙酯、荧光粉颗粒组成,丙烯酸酯、环氧树脂、乙酸乙酯作为胶粘层2的主体材料;由于胶粘层2中混入有荧光粉颗粒,在本实施例一使用过程中,混入至胶粘层2的荧光粉颗粒可以起到夜光效果。还有就是,本实施例一的PET膜层含有荧光粉颗粒以及纳米铝粉可以,PET膜层中的荧光粉颗粒可以进一步地增强荧光效果,PET膜层中的纳米铝粉可以起到防静电的效果。
综合上述情况可知,本实施例一的胶带具有结构简单、防滑效果好且具备夜光效果的优点。
实施例二,本实施例二与实施例一的区别在于:胶粘层2包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸酯 30%
环氧树脂 20%
乙酸乙酯 40%
荧光粉颗粒 10%。
另外,基材层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
PET母料 95%
荧光粉壳体 2%
纳米铝粉 2%%
颜料 1%。
实施例三,本实施例三与实施例一的区别在于:胶粘层2包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸酯 40%
环氧树脂 10%
乙酸乙酯 45%
荧光粉颗粒 5%。
另外,基材层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
PET母料 90%
荧光粉壳体 5%
纳米铝粉 3%%
颜料 2%。

1.一种具有荧光效果的胶带,其特征在于:包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的基材层(1)、胶粘层(2)以及离型膜层(3),基材层(1)的厚度为0.05mm-0.1mm,胶粘层(2)的厚度为0.1mm-0.2mm;
基材层(1)为PET膜层,PET膜层的上表面设置有朝上凸出且呈均匀间隔分布的基材凸点(11),各基材凸点(11)与PET膜层一体成型,各基材凸点(11)分别呈圆形状且各基材凸点(11)的直径值分别为0.25mm-0.5mm,各基材凸点(11)的高度值分别为0.1mm-0.5mm;
胶粘层(2)包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸酯 30%-40%
环氧树脂 10%-20%
乙酸乙酯 40%-50%
荧光粉颗粒 5%-10%;
基材层(1)包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
PET母料 90%-95%
荧光粉壳体 2%-5%
纳米铝粉 2%-3%
颜料 1%-2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有荧光效果的胶带,其特征在于:所述胶粘层(2)包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸酯 30%-35%
环氧树脂 10%-15%
乙酸乙酯 45%-50%
荧光粉颗粒 5%-10%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有荧光效果的胶带,其特征在于:所述胶粘层(2)包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸酯 35%
环氧树脂 15%
乙酸乙酯 45%
荧光粉颗粒 5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有荧光效果的胶带,其特征在于:所述基材层(1)包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
PET母料 93%-95%
荧光粉壳体 2%-4%
纳米铝粉 2%-2.5%
颜料 1%-1.5%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有荧光效果的胶带,其特征在于:所述基材层(1)包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
