Abstract
本发明公开了一种防治口腔溃疡的颗粒及其制备方法,属于保健食品领域。本发明由以下重量份数的原料组成:淮山15~25份,薏米5~15份,芡实5~15份,赤小豆5~15份,茯苓5~10份,铁观音1~2份,枸杞1~2份,扁豆1~2份。本颗粒的制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)原料粉碎;(2)煎煮及过滤;(3)混合滤液;(4)浓缩;(5)造粒。本发明的制备方法简单、使用方便,原料来源丰富,成本低廉,适合推广使用;疗效好,无毒副作用,适合患有口腔溃疡的所有人群食用。本发明的颗粒不仅能防治口腔溃疡,而且能健脾补胃,强身健体,营养健康,可作日常保健使用。

本发明属于保健食品领域,具体涉及一种防治口腔溃疡的颗粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
口腔溃疡是一种常见的疾病,多发于口腔黏膜、舌、咽喉等部分,具有口腔黏膜病的共同表征。复发性口腔溃疡、口疮是最常见的口腔溃疡,在人群中的发病率约为20%。口腔溃疡可发生于任何年龄,女性患此病的比例较高,一年四季均能发生,在春季人们更易患此病,其特点是反复发作、灼痛难忍,影响病人正常饮食,同时还能引起多种并发症。
最常见的口腔溃疡就是口腔粘膜受损,导致口腔溃疡、溃烂,轻者影响正常的消化功能,重者甚至引起诸如癌变等重大疾病。 口腔溃疡的病因及致病机制仍不明确。诱因可能是局部创伤、精神紧张、食物、药物、激素水平改变及维生素或微量元素缺乏。口腔溃疡易复发、周期短,且极易感染,如不及时治疗,病情反复发作,拖延持久,还会转为“白塞氏综合症”,甚至累及脏腑,给患者的工作和生活造成了极大的痛苦。
目前,治疗口腔溃疡病的方法通常采用西药消炎, 西药虽具有较好的抑菌作用并取得了不错的临床近期治疗效果,但西药副作用大、容易产生耐药性和依赖性,存在复发率高及药物不良反应,严重者甚至可能引起菌群失调、口腔黏膜剥脱及迭加感,长期服用会影响患者的健康状况。
现有技术中,治疗口腔溃疡的中药有局部用药和内服药两种,局部用药如金喉健喷雾剂、冰硼散、双料喉风散等,这些药虽可暂时缓解症状,但也引起口腔的苦麻感,不舒服,且不能根治。而内服药往往都是清热解毒类,针对性不强,还对消化道有强刺激,容易引起腹泻,肠胃不好的人,尤其是孕妇、小孩就不能服用。除此之外,口腔溃疡常用局部药物治疗,剂型多为散剂、粉剂、含漱液、喷雾、膜剂等,类别有药物、器械、消字号产品及日化产品等,还有各种民间偏方,但并没有一种特别有效的产品能获得患者的一致认可。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种疗效好、口感好、使用安全、成本低廉的防治口腔溃疡的颗粒及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种防治口腔溃疡的颗粒,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:淮山15~25份,薏米5~15份,芡实5~15份,赤小豆5~15份,茯苓5~10份,铁观音1~2份。

上述的防治口腔溃疡的颗粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份数将原料粉碎,混合均匀,得到原料混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的原料混合物与清水按重量比为1:5~10进行煎煮,煎煮后过滤,重复3次,每次煎煮60-90分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的3次滤液合并且混合均匀,得到综合滤液;

淮山,缠绕草质藤本,人类自古食用,是人类食用最早的植物之一。淮山味甘、性平,入肺、脾、肾经;不燥不腻;具有健脾补肺、益胃补肾、固肾益精、聪耳明目、助五脏、强筋骨、长志安神、延年益寿的功效;主治脾胃虚弱、倦怠无力、食欲不振、久泄久痢、肺气虚燥、痰喘咳嗽、肾气亏耗、腰膝酸软、下肢痿弱、消渴尿频、遗精早泄、带下白浊、皮肤赤肿、肥胖等病症。淮山含有淀粉酶、多酚氧化酶等物质,有利于脾胃消化吸收功能,是一味平补脾胃的药食两用之品,具有健脾益胃、助消化的功效。不论脾阳亏或胃阴虚,皆可食用。临床上常用治脾胃虚弱、食少体倦、泄泻等病症。淮山含有多种营养素,有强健机体,滋肾益精的作用。淮山具有滋肾益精之功效,大凡肾亏遗精,妇女白带多、小便频数等症,皆可服之。淮山含有皂甙、黏液质,有润滑,滋润的作用,具有益肺止咳故之功效,可益肺气,养肺阴,治疗肺虚痰嗽久咳之症。淮山含有粘液蛋白,有降低血糖的作用,可用于治疗糖尿病,是糖尿病人的食疗佳品。淮山含有大量的黏液蛋白、维生素及微量元素,能有效阻止血脂在血管壁的沉淀,预防心血疾病,取得益志安神、延年益寿的功效。据研究,淮山具有镇静作用,可来抗肝昏迷。
薏米,又叫薏苡仁、苡仁、六谷子,为禾本科植物薏苡的种仁。其性凉,味甘、淡,入脾、肺、肾经,具有利水、健脾、除痹、清热排脓的功效。米仁入药有健脾、利尿、清热、镇咳之效。由于薏米的营养价值很高,被誉为“世界禾本科植物之王”;在欧洲,它被称为“生命健康之禾”;在日本,最近又被列为防癌食品,因此身价倍增。薏米具有容易被消化吸收的特点,不论用于滋补还是用于医疗,作用都很缓和。
芡实,属中药中的收涩药,为睡莲科植物芡的干燥成熟种仁,产于湖北、湖南、江西、安徽等地,又名水流黄、鸡头果、苏黄等。芡实性味甘、涩、平。芡实含有丰富的淀粉,还含蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、粗纤维、钙、磷、铁、硫胺素、核黄素、菸酸、维生素及微量胡萝卜素等。芡实的功能为补中益气,益肾固精,除湿止带。常用于梦遗滑精,遗尿尿频,脾虚久泻,白浊,带下。芡实能加强小肠吸收功能,提高尿木糖排泄率,增加血清胡萝卜素浓度,可使肺癌、胃癌的发病机率下降,大大减少癌症发生的几率。同时芡实具有很高的食疗价值,在我国自古作为永葆青春活力、防止未老先衰之良物。
赤小豆,别名:赤豆、红饭豆、饭豆、蛋白豆、赤山豆,是豆科、豇豆属一年生草本。赤小豆主要用于中药材,具备行血补血、健脾去湿、解毒排脓等功效。赤小豆性平,味甘、酸,能利湿消肿(水肿,脚气,黄疸,泻痢,便血,痈肿)、清热退黄。赤小豆具有利尿作用,对心脏病和肾病、水肿患者均有益。赤小豆富含叶酸,产妇、乳母吃赤小豆有催乳的功效。赤小豆具有良好的润肠通便、降血压、降血脂、调节血糖、预防结石、健美减肥的作用。赤小豆在治疗肝硬化腹水方面亦有作用。
茯苓,又称玉灵、茯灵、万灵桂、茯菟,是拟层孔菌科真菌茯苓的干燥菌核,常寄生在松树根上。茯苓含茯苓多糖、葡萄糖、蛋白质、氨基酸、有机酸、脂肪、卵磷脂、腺嘌呤、胆碱、麦角甾醇、多种酶和钾盐等。中医认为茯苓性味甘淡平,入心、肺、脾经。具有渗湿利水,利湿而不伤正气;能健脾和胃,有宁心安神的功效。茯苓可治小便不利,水肿胀满,痰饮咳逆,呕逆,恶阻,泄泻,遗精,淋浊,惊悸,健忘等症。茯苓中所含的茯苓酸具有增强免疫力、抗肿瘤以及镇静、降血糖等的作用。茯苓可松弛消化道平滑肌,抑制胃酸分泌,防止肝细胞坏死,抗菌等功效。茯苓可作为重要的食疗品种,经常食用可健脾去湿,助消化,壮体质。
铁观音,属于青茶类,是中国十大名茶之一。清香雅韵,冲泡后有天然的兰花香,滋味纯浓,香气馥郁持久,有"七泡有余香之誉 "。除具有一般茶叶的保健功能外,还具有抗衰老、抗动脉硬化、防治糖尿病、减肥健美、防治龋齿、清热降火,敌烟醒酒等功效。
枸杞,又称甘杞子、甘州枸杞子。枸杞的性味甘平,中医认为,它能够滋补肝肾、益精明目和养血、增强人们的免疫力。枸杞子富含枸杞多糖,枸杞多糖是一种水溶性多糖,由阿拉伯糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖、甘露糖、木糖、鼠李糖这6种单糖成分组成,具有生理活性,能够增强非特异性免疫功能,提高抗病能力,同时枸杞还能抗疲劳和降低血压。
扁豆,味甘,性微温,含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、磷、钙、铁、锌,维生素B1、B2和烟酸、泛酸、豆甾醇、磷脂、氰甙、血球凝结素等成分。扁豆可用于健脾和中,消暑化湿,治暑湿吐泻,脾虚呕逆,食少久泄,水停消渴,赤白带下,小儿疳积等。
有益效果:在本发明的原料之中,淮山、薏米、铁观音均具有清热解毒的功效,且各原料的功效均很温和,使用后无刺激,将这几种原料混合后,该功效更明显,对于口腔溃疡的治疗效果更显著,在以上原料中再加入其他原料,则不仅能治疗口腔溃疡,而且能健脾健胃,补充营养,增强体质,避免口腔溃疡的复发。 本发明相对于现有技术具有以下优势:1、本发明的制备方法简单、使用方便,原料来源丰富,成本低廉,适合推广使用;2、本发明将原料制作成颗粒,治疗口腔溃疡的有效成分利用率高,可有效缓解口腔溃疡,而且口感好,能减轻患者对一般药味的心理负担,同时能增强食欲,患者更容易接受;3、本发明的疗效好,能抗菌、消炎、止痛,并能很快修复溃疡,有效成分吸收快,且无毒副作用,安全性好,对口腔粘膜无刺激,适合患有口腔溃疡的所有人群食用,经应用例的统计,本发明对口腔溃疡的治愈率高达99%;4、本发明的颗粒既能预防口腔溃疡又能对已产生的口腔
溃疡进行治疗,而且能强身健体,营养健康,可以作为日常餐饮使用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的应用例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种防治口腔溃疡的颗粒,由以下重量份数的原料组成:淮山200克,薏米100克,芡实100克,赤小豆100克,茯苓50克,铁观音10克。
上述防治口腔溃疡的颗粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份数将原料淮山、薏米、芡实、赤小豆、茯苓、铁观音粉碎,过5目筛;
(2)把全部的原料按原料总量与清水的重量比为1:5进行煎煮,煎煮后过滤,重复3次,每次武火煎煮60分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的3次滤液合并且混合均匀,得到综合滤液;
(4)将综合滤液浓缩至70℃时测定相对密度为1.10的浸膏;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的浸膏喷雾干燥、造粒,得到产品颗粒。
应用例1
周先生 ,55岁,口腔内有大小不一的4处溃疡,直径15-25mm,表面覆有白色假膜,周围微红,溃疡疼痛明显,遇冷热刺激加重。自行口服阿莫西林后疼痛有所缓解,但反复发作,疼痛难忍,饮食困难,烦躁失眠。患者用实施例1制得的颗粒,开水冲服,每次5克,每天早晚各一次,1天后溃疡面疼痛感明显减轻,3天后症状消失,痊愈。
实施例2
一种防治口腔溃疡的颗粒,由以下重量份数的原料组成:淮山210克,薏米80克,芡实110克,赤小豆90克,茯苓50克,铁观音20克。
上述防治口腔溃疡的颗粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份数将原料淮山、薏米、芡实、赤小豆、茯苓、铁观音粉碎,过10目筛;
(2)把全部的原料按原料总量与清水的重量比为1:7进行煎煮,煎煮后过滤,重复3次,每次武火煎煮70分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的3次滤液合并且混合均匀,得到综合滤液;
(4)将综合滤液浓缩至70℃时测定相对密度为1.15的浸膏;

应用例2
杨女士,40岁,有多年口腔溃疡病史,时轻时重,曾多次服用中西药,均未能取得预期治疗效果,每月仍有发作3-5次,后因口腔溃疡加重,疼痛难忍而前来诊治。患者上口唇一处溃疡,下口唇有三处溃疡,舌下溃疡如黄豆大,溃疡中心呈凹陷,周围红晕,表面覆有淡黄色假膜,灼热疼痛,手心发热,腹胀,大便干结,口苦口腻,舌质红,苔黄腻。患者用实施例2制得的颗粒,开水冲服,每次8克,每天早晚各一次,1天后溃疡疼痛感稍微减轻,2天后疼痛感明显减轻,4天后症状消失,痊愈。痊愈以后,保持每周服1次,观察5个月,无复发。
实施例3
一种防治口腔溃疡的颗粒,由以下重量份数的原料组成:淮山180克,薏米90克,芡实90克,赤小豆100克,茯苓40克,铁观音10克。
上述防治口腔溃疡的颗粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份数将原料淮山、薏米、芡实、赤小豆、茯苓、铁观音粉碎,过5目筛;
(2)把全部的原料按原料总量与清水的重量比为1:10进行煎煮,煎煮后过滤,重复3次,每次文火煎煮90分钟;

应用例3
吴女士,35岁,口腔溃疡一个多月,发病初期大剂量服用复合维生素B(8片/次,一日三次),3天后稍微好转,后来大剂量服用复合维生素B效果不佳,加服维生素C,阿莫西林,后反复发作,于左颊膜的同一部位反复发生肿痛,有脓肿。来诊,脓肿部穿刺出脓液,脓液经细菌培养,结果为侵蚀艾肯菌,诊断为细菌引起的口腔左颊膜脓肿。患者用实施例3制得的颗粒,开水冲服,每次4克,每天早晚各一次,2天后溃疡疼痛感稍微减轻,3天后疼痛感明显减轻,5天后症状消失,痊愈,观察3个月,无复发。
实施例4
一种防治口腔溃疡的颗粒,由以下重量份数的原料组成:淮山250克,薏米150克,芡实150克,赤小豆150克,茯苓70克,铁观音15克。
上述防治口腔溃疡的颗粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份数将原料淮山、薏米、芡实、赤小豆、茯苓、铁观音粉碎,过10目筛;
(2)把全部的原料按原料总量与清水的重量比为1:9进行煎煮,煎煮后过滤,重复3次,每次文火煎煮80分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的3次滤液合并且混合均匀,得到综合滤液;
(4)将综合滤液浓缩至70℃时测定相对密度为1.10的浸膏;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的浸膏喷雾干燥、造粒,得到产品颗粒。
应用例4
陆某某,女学生,12岁,口腔疼痛不能进食,舌尖或唇内出现栗粒样小红点或小疱疹,灼热疼痛,甚则口臭牙龈肿痛,尿黄便秘,舌红苔黄,口腔黏膜或舌尖、舌面可见数枚黄豆般大小的溃疡面,口腔分泌物涂片检查念珠菌阳性。患者用实施例4所制得的颗粒,开水冲服,每次10克,每天早晚各一次,2天后痊愈。
实施例5
一种防治口腔溃疡的颗粒,由以下重量份数的原料组成:淮山180克,薏米80克,芡实80克,赤小豆80克,茯苓50克,铁观音10克。
上述防治口腔溃疡的颗粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份数将原料淮山、薏米、芡实、赤小豆、茯苓、铁观音粉碎,过7目筛;
(2)把全部的原料按原料总量与清水的重量比为1:6进行煎煮,煎煮后过滤,重复3次,每次先用武火煎煮30分钟后改用文火煎煮60分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的3次滤液合并且混合均匀,得到综合滤液;
(4)将综合滤液浓缩至70℃时测定相对密度为1.15的浸膏;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的浸膏喷雾干燥、造粒,得到产品颗粒。
应用例5
裴先生,30岁,反复口腔溃疡发作5个月,在医院口腔科治疗,使用朵贝氏漱口液和牛黄上清丸、抗生素、维生素等未见小效,后开中药(药名不详),服后不见好转,做口腔分泌物培养为霉菌生长。经熟人介绍来我处就诊。就诊时脸色萎黄黯滞,口腔双侧颊粘膜、下口唇内侧及咽腭等处见许多小溃疡点,疮面淡红,舌面薄白苔,其上见数处豆腐渣样苔,舌边有齿印,饮食少,小便短赤,大便较少。患者用实施例5制得的颗粒,开水冲服,每次8克,每天早晚各一次,1天后症状减轻, 3天后症状消失,痊愈,观察4个月,无复发。
实施例6
一种防治口腔溃疡的颗粒,由以下重量份数的原料组成:淮山17份,薏米8份,芡实10份,赤小豆11份,茯苓8份,铁观音1份,枸杞1.5份,扁豆1.5份。
(1)按重量份数将原料粉碎,过7目筛,混合均匀,得到原料混合物;
(2)将原料混合物与清水按重量比为1:7进行煎煮,煎煮后过滤,重复3次,每次文火煎煮85分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的3次滤液合并且混合均匀,得到综合滤液;
(4)将综合滤液浓缩至70℃时测定相对密度为1.15的浸膏;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的浸膏喷雾干燥、造粒,得到产品颗粒。
应用例6
赵先生,50岁,有多年口腔溃疡病史,时轻时重,曾多次服用中西药,均未能取得预期治疗效果,近因口腔溃疡加重而前来诊治。来诊时,上口唇两处溃疡,下口唇有三处溃疡,舌下溃疡如黄豆大,溃疡中心呈凹陷,周围红晕,表面覆有淡黄色假膜,灼热疼痛,手心发热,腹胀,大便干结,口苦口腻,舌质红,苔黄腻,脉滑。患者用实施例6制得的颗粒,开水冲服,每次5克,每天早晚各一次,3天后痊愈。

一种防治口腔溃疡的颗粒,由以下重量份数的原料组成:淮山17份,薏米9份,芡实10份,赤小豆10份,茯苓8份,铁观音1份,枸杞1份,扁豆1份。
上述防治口腔溃疡的颗粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份数将原料粉碎,混合均匀,得到原料混合物;
(2)将原料混合物与清水按重量比为1:6进行煎煮,煎煮后过滤,重复3次,每次文火煎煮85分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的3次滤液合并且混合均匀,得到综合滤液;
(4)将综合滤液浓缩至70℃时测定相对密度为1.20的浸膏;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的浸膏喷雾干燥、造粒,得到产品颗粒。
应用例7
张女士,30岁,5年前开始容易长口腔溃疡,近一月来口腔溃疡加重 ,服维生素C,阿莫西林,不见好转,将阿莫西林改为罗红霉素,同时口腔贴‘意可贴’效果仍不好。患者用实施例7制得的颗粒,开水冲服,每次8克,每天早晚各一次,2天后症状减轻, 7天后症状消失,痊愈,观察5个月,无复发。

应用例8
李先生,43岁,反复出现口腔溃疡2年,口腔内反复发生溃疡,时作时止,发时溃疡处疼痛不适,影响进食、睡眠,曾服用维生素B2、一清胶囊、黄连上清丸等药,并局部喷洒锡类散或西瓜霜喷剂,可暂时缓解疼痛,促进溃疡面愈合,但不能根治,在劳累时易复发。因劳累致口腔溃疡复发就诊,疼痛不适,影响进食及睡眠,感神疲乏力,口淡无味,食纳平平,二便调。患者面色少华,口腔内有4处溃疡,疮面色白,周边呈淡红色,舌质淡、边有齿痕、苔薄白,脉细。证属脾气亏虚,虚火上炎,治宜益气健脾,甘温散火。患者用实施例8制得的颗粒,开水冲服,每次7克,每天早晚各一次,1天后症状减轻, 7天后症状消失,痊愈,观察半年,无复发。
除了上述的应用例外,本发明还作了另外100例的口腔溃疡病患的应用,其中男42例,女58例,年龄10~68岁,平均年龄32岁。患者使用本发明制得的颗粒,每日2次,早晚各一次。治愈时间为1~5天,治愈率达99%。本发明比普通的中西药的治疗效果更好,并且无复发情况。本发明的颗粒口感好,配方符合口腔溃疡发病机理,对人体无毒无害,患者更容易接受,能增强食欲。除了治疗口腔溃疡外,本颗粒在日常生活中使用不仅可以预防口腔溃疡,还可以强壮身体来使用。
Claims (10)
1.一种防治口腔溃疡的颗粒,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:淮山15~25份,薏米5~15份,芡实5~15份,赤小豆5~15份,茯苓5~10份,铁观音1~2份。
2.如权利要求1所述的防治口腔溃疡的颗粒,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:淮山18~21份,薏米8~10份,芡实8~12份,赤小豆8~10份,茯苓4~5份,铁观音1~2份。
3.如权利要求2所述的防治口腔溃疡的颗粒,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:淮山20份,薏米10份,芡实10份,赤小豆10份,茯苓5份,铁观音1份。
4.如权利要求1所述的防治口腔溃疡的颗粒,其特征在于,还包括如下重量分数的原料:枸杞1~3份,扁豆1~3份。
5.如权利要求4所述的防治口腔溃疡的颗粒,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:淮山15~17份,薏米6~9份,芡实9~12份,赤小豆10~12份,茯苓8~10份,铁观音1~2份,枸杞1~2份,扁豆1~2份。
6.如权利要求5所述的防治口腔溃疡的颗粒,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:淮山17份,薏米8份,芡实10份,赤小豆11份,茯苓8份,铁观音1份,枸杞1.5份,扁豆1.5份。
7.权利要求1至6任一项所述的防治口腔溃疡的颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份数将原料粉碎,混合均匀,得到原料混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的原料混合物与清水按重量比为1:5~10进行煎煮,煎煮后过滤,重复3次,每次煎煮60-90分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的3次滤液合并且混合均匀,得到综合滤液;
(4)将综合滤液浓缩至70℃时测定相对密度为1.10~1.15的浸膏;
(5)将步骤(4)所得的浸膏喷雾干燥、造粒,得到产品颗粒。
8.如权利要求7所述的防治口腔溃疡的颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中,原料混合物与清水的的重量比为1:7。
9.如权利要求7所述的防治口腔溃疡的颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中,煎煮时间为文火80-90分钟或武火60-70分钟。
