Abstract
The invention discloses a tissue collection and separation device, which comprises: a main body part for collecting medical waste liquid, the main body part having an opening; a filtering part arranged in the main body part and used for separating cut tissues in the medical waste liquid; and a cover body closing the opening, the cover body including: a cover body portion; a groove formed on the surface of the cover body in a concave manner, wherein the groove is provided with a groove wall; a through hole formed in a wall of the groove; and the tail end of the liquid inlet part is arranged in the groove. In the tissue collecting and separating device disclosed by the invention, the liquid inlet part is connected with the reflux pipe of the water knife type device, the suction and cutting tissues are arranged in the tissue collecting and separating device, the tail end of the liquid inlet part is arranged in the groove, and when the reflux pipe is pulled out, the outflow of medical waste liquid is effectively prevented; the through holes discharge the air in the tissue collecting and separating device, and negative pressure is not required to be connected.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical appliances, in particular to a tissue collecting and separating device.
Background
As shown in fig. 1, the structure of a cover body of a conventional tissue collecting and separating device comprises a cover body 1, a suction port 11 and a negative pressure port 12, wherein the suction port 11 and the negative pressure port 12 are arranged on the cover body 1, the suction port 11 is used for connecting a return pipe of a water knife device, sucking and cutting tissues in the tissue collecting and separating device, the tissue collecting and separating device separates liquid waste liquid from the cut tissues, the negative pressure port 12 is used for connecting a negative pressure generating device, discharging gas in the tissue collecting and separating device, and generating negative pressure in the tissue collecting and separating device. When the tissue collecting and separating device comprising the cover body shown in fig. 1 is used for water knife equipment, the high-speed water jet generates cutting kinetic energy, and simultaneously, negative pressure is generated by utilizing a Venturi effect to suck cut tissues, so that the cut tissues flow into the tissue collecting and separating device through the suction port 11, and the liquid waste liquid and the cut tissues are separated. In addition, when the reflux pipe of the water knife device connected to the suction port 11 is plugged, the medical waste liquid flows out to the outside of the tissue collecting and separating device along the pipe orifice of the reflux pipe, so that pollution is caused.
Disclosure of Invention

A groove formed on the surface of the cover body in a concave manner, wherein the groove is provided with a groove wall;
a through hole formed in a wall of the groove; and
And the tail end of the liquid inlet part is arranged in the groove.

In the tissue collecting and separating device disclosed by the invention, the liquid inlet part is connected with the reflux pipe of the water knife device, the liquid waste liquid is sucked and the cut tissues are arranged in the tissue collecting and separating device, when the liquid waste liquid and the cut tissues are separated, the tail end of the liquid inlet part is arranged in the groove, and when the reflux pipe is pulled out, the liquid waste liquid is effectively prevented from flowing out; the through holes discharge the air in the tissue collecting and separating device, and negative pressure is not required to be connected.

Detailed Description
Various embodiments of the invention are disclosed in the following drawings, in which details of the practice are set forth in the following description for the purpose of clarity. However, it should be understood that these practical details are not to be taken as limiting the invention. That is, in some embodiments of the invention, these practical details are unnecessary. Moreover, for the purpose of simplifying the drawings, some conventional structures and components are shown in the drawings in a simplified schematic manner.
The invention relates to a related design of a tissue collecting and separating device. In a first aspect, the tissue collection and separation device of the present invention is well suited for use in a variety of minimally invasive surgical procedures to collect medical waste fluids, such as cut tissue, such as medical jets, and the like, without the need for the introduction of negative pressure; simultaneously, separating the cut tissues in the medical waste liquid; in a second aspect, the tissue collection and separation device of the present invention is also applicable to other objects which are on the same principle and are to be used for recovering waste liquid and performing solid-liquid separation. In order that the invention may be more readily understood, embodiments of the tissue collection and separation device of the invention, and the advantages thereof, will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The tissue collecting and separating device is used for separating liquid waste liquid from cut tissues in medical waste liquid, and comprises: a main body 3, a filter 4, and a cover 2. The main body part 3 is used for collecting medical waste liquid, and the upper surface of the main body part is provided with an opening part 31; the filter unit 4 separates liquid waste liquid from cut tissue in the medical waste liquid, and the cover 2 closes the opening 31 on the upper surface of the main body 3.
Fig. 2 is a schematic perspective view of the cover body in the direction in which the width of the body portion of the cover body is located, fig. 3 is a schematic perspective view of the cover body in the direction in which the length of the body portion of the cover body is located, and fig. 4 is a schematic bottom view of the cover body.
The cover 2 is formed in a shape and size matching the opening 31 on the upper surface of the main body 3 in the tissue collecting and separating device, and in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the cover main body 21 has a rectangular top view profile.
The cover 2 includes a cover body 21 formed in a substantially flat plate shape, a recess 22 having a recess wall 220 formed in a recess in a surface of the cover body 21, a through hole 23 formed in the recess wall 220 of the recess 22, and a liquid inlet 24 having a tip 241 disposed in the recess 22. In an embodiment, the cover 2 further includes a handle 26 and a cover 27, the handle 26 is used for lifting the cover 2 to close the opening 31 of the main body 3, and the cover 27 is used for sealing the groove 22, where two modes of setting the handle are provided, one mode is shown in fig. 2, the handle is parallel to the direction in which the width of the cover body 21 is located, and another mode is shown in fig. 3, the handle is parallel to the direction in which the length of the cover body 21 is located.
The lid body 21 is composed of two areas, namely, a peripheral area 211 defining the outline shape of the outer periphery of the lid body 21 and a peripheral area 212 surrounding the periphery of the recess 22.
In the cover 2 shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the recess 22 is specifically disposed at a position far from the center of the cover body 21, and the disposition position shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4 is the optimum disposition position in one embodiment, and the medical waste liquid flows into one end of the main body 3 from the liquid inlet 24, gradually covers the bottom of the main body 3 and fills the whole main body 3, so that the gas in the main body 3 can be discharged, however, in other embodiments, the recess 22 may be disposed at the center of the cover body 21, if the above-mentioned effect of the gas in the main body 3 is not considered.
The groove wall 220 of the groove 22 has: a bottom wall 221 and a side wall 222 provided around the bottom wall 221; the tail end 241 of the liquid inlet part 24 is communicated with the bottom wall 221 of the groove 22; the through hole 23 is formed in a sidewall 222 of the recess 22. The end 241 of the liquid inlet portion 24 is connected to the bottom wall 221 of the recess 22, the through hole 23 is formed in the side wall 222 of the recess 22, and when the return pipe of the water knife device connected to the liquid inlet portion 24 is pulled out, if medical waste liquid flows into the recess 22, the medical waste liquid flowing into the recess 22 is prevented from blocking most of the through hole 23, and the discharge of the gas in the main body portion 3 is affected. In other embodiments not shown, the side walls 222 of the recess 22 may have an inverted truncated cone shape, a cylindrical shape, a conical shape, or an irregular three-dimensional shape having the side walls 222 and the bottom wall 221. In the shape of the groove 22 in the cover 2 shown in fig. 2 and 3, the groove 22 is disposed around the end 241 of the liquid inlet portion 24; the top surface of the groove 22 is circular, and the side wall 222 of the groove 22 is an arc surface protruding to the outside of the groove 22. In the embodiment shown in fig. 2 and 3, when the return pipe of the water jet device connected to the liquid inlet portion 24 is pulled out, even if the amount of the medical waste liquid flowing into the groove 22 is excessive, most of the through holes 23 are blocked, but the sectional area through which the gas can flow in the main body portion 3 is relatively large compared with the straight tubular structure or the conical structure, and the gas discharge effect is better. The number of the through holes 23 provided in the side wall 222 of the recess 22 may be 18 as shown in fig. 2,3 and 4, and the number of the through holes 23 is not limited to the number shown in fig. 2,3 and 4, and the number of the through holes 23 may be specifically configured according to the capacity of the main body 3 and the size of the recess 22. When the number of the through holes 23 is plural, the through holes 23 are uniformly and orderly arranged on the side wall 222 of the groove 22; each through hole 23 has an open end 231 facing the liquid inlet 24, and a bottom 232 of the open end 231 extends to an intersection 223 of the bottom wall 221 of the recess 22 and the side wall 222 of the recess 22, and a top 233 of the open end 231 is adjacent to the upper periphery 224 of the side wall 222 of the recess 22. It should be noted that, the opening manner of the plurality of through holes 23 is not limited to the opening manner shown in fig. 2 and 3, and the plurality of through holes 23 may be arranged orderly or unordered or uniformly or unevenly around the sidewall 222 of the groove 22, for example: each through hole 23 is provided parallel to the bottom wall 221 of the recess 22, and each through hole 23 is equidistant from the bottom wall 221 of the recess 22; or each through hole 23 is provided parallel to the bottom wall 221 of the recess 22, each through hole 23 being at a different distance from the bottom wall 221 of the recess 22; or each through hole 23 is provided parallel to the bottom wall 221 of the recess 22, and the interval between two adjacent through holes 23 is equal; or each through hole 23 is provided parallel to the bottom wall 221 of the recess 22, and the interval between two adjacent through holes 23 is unequal; or each through hole 23 is arranged at an included angle with the bottom wall 221 of the groove 22, and two adjacent through holes 23 are parallel to each other and have equal spacing; or each through hole 23 is disposed at an angle to the bottom wall 221 of the recess 22, and two adjacent through holes 23 are not parallel to each other and are not equally spaced, and other arrangements are not illustrated herein. The opening of the through hole 23 shown in fig. 2 and 3 is performed in a manner that is larger in the through hole 23 than in the other embodiments, and is more advantageous for gas discharge than in the through hole 23 of the other embodiments, when the return pipe connected to the liquid inlet portion 24 is pulled out and the medical waste liquid of the same volume flows into the recess 22 to block most of the through hole 23, as compared with the opening of the other embodiments shown in fig. 2 and 3.
In another embodiment, the cover 2 further includes: a plurality of exhaust film bodies 25; the number of the film bodies 25 is the same as that of the through holes 23, and each film body 25 correspondingly covers one through hole 23. The membrane body 25 is a vent membrane, and the vent membrane is preferably a hydrophobic vent membrane, which has the characteristics of no absorption of moisture and excellent air permeability, and has a smaller resistance to air than a general vent membrane. The membrane 25 is waterproof and breathable, and prevents external solid particles from penetrating through the through holes 23 and entering the main body 3, thereby playing a role in bacterial inhibition.
The top view contour of the liquid inlet portion 24 is circular in fig. 2 and 3, and the liquid inlet portion 24 is entirely straight, but the shape shown in fig. 2 and 3 is not limited by the present invention, and the top view contour of the liquid inlet portion 24 may be circular, square, triangular or other irregular shape, no matter what the top view contour of the liquid inlet portion 24 is, the end 241 of the liquid inlet portion 24 is located inside the groove 22, and the end 241 of the best liquid inlet portion 24 is located at the center of the bottom of the groove 22. In addition, in other embodiments, the liquid inlet 24 may be bent, and when the liquid inlet 24 is bent, the tip of the liquid inlet 24 is located in the groove 22 in the plane of the liquid inlet 24. Thus, when the return pipe of the water jet device connected to the liquid inlet portion 24 is pulled out, the medical waste liquid does not flow out but flows into the groove 22, and external pollution is prevented.

The tissue collecting and separating device shown in fig. 5 and 6 is different in that the arrangement of the handles 26 on the cover 2 is different, in fig. 5, the handles 26 are arranged parallel to the direction in which the width of the cover body 21 is located, and in fig. 6, the handles 26 are arranged parallel to the direction in which the length of the cover body 21 is located. The tissue collecting and separating device shown in fig. 8 and 9 is different in that the filter unit 4 is a filter mesh or a filter plate 41 in fig. 8, and the filter unit 4 is a filter tub 42 in fig. 9.
The tissue collecting and separating device is composed of a cover 2 and a main body 3, and the structure of the cover 2 is the same as that in the above-described various embodiments, and will not be described here again. The main body 3 has an opening 31, and the cover 2 is provided in the opening 31 of the main body 3 to close the opening 31 of the main body 3.

When the main body 3 is the waste liquid collecting tank 32, the filtering part 4 may be a filter plate or a filter net 41 as shown in fig. 8, or may be a filter tank 42 as shown in fig. 9. The main body 3 is not limited to the waste liquid collection tub 32 shown in fig. 5 and 6, and may be a disposable waste liquid collection bag 33, and the waste liquid collection bag 33 may have an opening 322 as shown in fig. 8; the opening 322 of the waste liquid collecting bag 33 is connected to the peripheral edge 211 of the lid body 21. The opening 322 of the waste liquid collecting bag 33 may be fixedly connected to the peripheral edge portion 211 of the lid body portion 21, or may be detachably connected to the peripheral edge portion 211 of the lid body portion 21. When the opening 322 of the waste liquid collecting bag 33 is fixedly connected to the peripheral edge 211 of the cover body 21, the cover 2 and the waste liquid collecting bag 33 are disposable; when the opening 322 of the waste liquid collecting bag 33 is detachably connected to the peripheral edge 211 of the cover body 21, in one embodiment, a connector, such as a connector with a connecting thread, is disposed on the opening 322 of the waste liquid collecting bag 33, and correspondingly, a line matching the connecting thread is disposed on the bottom of the cover body 21 for connecting the connector, so as to detachably connect the waste liquid collecting bag 33 and the cover body 21. When the main body 3 is the waste liquid collecting bag 33, the filtering part 4 may be a filter plate or a filter net 41 as shown in fig. 8, or may be a filter tub 42 as shown in fig. 9. When the filtering portion 4 is the filter plate or the filter mesh 41, the periphery of the filter plate or the filter mesh 41 is attached to the inner wall of the waste liquid collecting bag 33, specifically, the periphery of the filter plate or the filter mesh 41 may be fixedly or detachably attached to the inner wall of the waste liquid collecting bag 33, or the periphery of the filter mesh may also be fixedly or detachably attached to the peripheral region 211 of the cover body portion 21. In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, since the waste liquid collecting bag 33 is easily scratched by an external sharp object, medical waste liquid leaks out, and pollutes the environment, the main body 3 of the tissue collecting and separating device includes: a waste liquid collecting bag 33 and a waste liquid collecting barrel 32, wherein the waste liquid collecting bag 33 is sleeved in the waste liquid collecting barrel 32, in this embodiment, an opening portion 322 of the waste liquid collecting bag 33 is fixedly connected to the peripheral edge region 211 of the cover body portion 21, or the opening portion 322 of the waste liquid collecting bag 33 is detachably connected to the peripheral edge region 211 of the cover body portion 21. In this embodiment, when the filter portion 4 is the filter plate or the filter mesh 41, the peripheral edge of the filter plate or the filter mesh 41 is attached to the inner wall of the waste liquid collecting bag 33, specifically, the peripheral edge of the filter plate or the filter mesh 41 may be fixedly or detachably attached to the inner wall of the waste liquid collecting bag 33, or the peripheral edge of the filter mesh may also be fixedly or detachably attached to the peripheral edge region 211 of the lid body portion 21. In other embodiments, in the tissue collecting and separating device, a connecting pipe provided with an air sac is further connected to the liquid inlet portion 24, and a return pipe of the water knife device is connected to the liquid inlet portion 24 through the connecting pipe, and the medical waste liquid flowing into the liquid inlet portion 24 is controlled by negative pressure generated by squeezing the air sac.

Claims (7)
1. A tissue collection and separation device, comprising:
a main body portion for collecting medical waste liquid, the main body portion having an opening portion;
a filtering part arranged in the main body part and used for separating cut tissues in the medical waste liquid; and
A cover body closing the opening, the cover body including:
a cover body portion;
a groove formed by recessing the surface of the cover body, wherein the groove is provided with a groove wall;
a through hole formed in a wall of the groove; and
The tail end of the liquid inlet part is arranged in the groove;
The groove wall of the groove is provided with: a bottom wall and a side wall surrounding the bottom wall; the tail end of the liquid inlet part is communicated with the bottom wall of the groove; the through hole is formed on the side wall of the groove;
The plurality of through holes are uniformly and orderly arranged on the side wall of the groove; each through hole is provided with an opening end facing the liquid inlet part, the bottom of the opening end extends to the junction of the bottom wall of the groove and the side wall of the groove, and the top of the opening end is close to the upper periphery of the side wall of the groove;
The groove is annularly arranged at the tail end of the liquid inlet part; the overlooking surface of the groove is in a circular ring shape, and the side wall of the groove is an arc surface protruding towards the outside of the groove.
2. The tissue collection and separation device of claim 1, wherein the cover further comprises: a plurality of exhaust films; the number of the film bodies is the same as that of the through holes, and each film body correspondingly covers one through hole.
3. The tissue collection and separation device of claim 1 or 2, wherein the cover further comprises: a handle with two ends fixed on the cover body part; the handle is parallel to the direction in which the width of the cover body part is located, or the handle is parallel to the direction in which the length of the cover body part is located.
4. The tissue collection and separation device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the body portion comprises: a waste collection bag having an opening; the opening of the waste liquid collecting bag is connected to the peripheral edge area of the cover body.
5. The tissue collection and separation device of claim 4 wherein the opening of the waste collection bag is removably attached to the peripheral region of the cover body portion.
6. The tissue collection and separation device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the body portion comprises: a waste liquid collection tub having an opening; the cover body is buckled at the opening part of the waste liquid collecting barrel.
7. The tissue collection and separation device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the filtering portion comprises:
A filter screen with a periphery connected to the inner wall of the main body part;
A filter plate with a periphery connected to the inner wall of the main body part; or (b)
A filter vat sleeved in the main body part.
