Abstract
本发明的目的在于提供具有高杨氏模量的塑料层和树脂层的层叠结构,耐冲击性、耐贯通性优异,塑料层与树脂层间的粘接性高,并且,树脂层彼此不发生粘连的夹层玻璃用中间膜;以及使用该夹层玻璃用中间膜的夹层玻璃。本发明是具有杨氏模量为1GPa以上的塑料层以及层叠于所述塑料层的第一表面的第一树脂层的、多层结构的夹层玻璃用中间膜,其中,所述第一树脂层的层叠于所述塑料层的一侧的表面的光泽度为10~40。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及具有高杨氏模量的塑料层和树脂层的层叠结构,耐冲击性、耐贯通性优异,塑料层与树脂层间的粘接性高,并且,树脂层彼此不发生粘连的夹层玻璃用中间膜;以及使用了该夹层玻璃用中间膜的夹层玻璃。
背景技术
夹层玻璃即使受到外部冲击而破损,玻璃的碎片也很少飞散,因此安全性高。因此,作为汽车等车辆、飞机、建筑物等的窗玻璃等被广泛使用。作为夹层玻璃,可举出使例如含有聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂等聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂和增塑剂的夹层玻璃用中间膜存在于至少一对玻璃板间并进行层叠而使之一体化而得的夹层玻璃等。
对于夹层玻璃,要求即使受到外部冲击也不易破损,具有高耐贯通性。作为使耐冲击性、耐贯通性进一步得以提高的夹层玻璃,提出了在含有聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂等粘接性树脂的树脂层上层叠了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯等的高杨氏模量的塑料层的、多层结构的夹层玻璃用中间膜。
作为这样的夹层玻璃用中间膜的一例,例如专利文献1中公开了具备2层含有透明粘接树脂的树脂层(A)、和在2层树脂层(a)之间含有聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的树脂层(B)的中间膜。这里,含有聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的树脂层(B)具有赋予中间膜优良的耐冲击性、耐贯通性和耐火耐热性等的作用。
另外,例如专利文献2中公开了由具有增塑化后的聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂膜和聚酯膜的层叠体构成的夹层玻璃用中间膜,并且记载了通过同时使用具有高弹性模量的聚酯膜,从而使得所得的中间膜的力学强度提高,且用其制作而得的夹层玻璃的贯通强度等也显著提高。
此外,例如专利文献3中公开了层叠2种以上杨氏模量不同的层而得的中间膜,并记载了通过在高杨氏模量的中间膜的正背两面重叠低杨氏模量的中间膜而成为3层结构来提高耐冲击性和耐剥离性。专利文献3的实施例中记载了2层的层A、B以A/B/A的层叠结构层叠而得的中间膜。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
将高杨氏模量的塑料层和含有聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂等粘接性树脂的树脂层层叠而得的多层结构的夹层玻璃用中间膜存在塑料层与树脂层间的粘接性低,塑料层与树脂层有时发生剥离这样的问题。
作为提高塑料层与树脂层间的粘接性的手段,可考虑减小与塑料层相接的一侧的树脂层的表面的粗糙度。通常,上述树脂层在被与塑料层层叠之前以卷状物的形式被保管。然而,若减小树脂层的表面的粗糙度,则存在上述树脂层的卷状物中树脂层彼此发生粘接,而上述树脂层的拉出变得困难这样发生粘连的问题。
本发明鉴于上述现状,目的在于提供具有高杨氏模量的塑料层和树脂层的层叠结构,耐冲击性、耐贯通性优异,塑料层与树脂层间的粘接性高,并且,树脂层彼此不发生粘连的夹层玻璃用中间膜;以及使用了该夹层玻璃用中间膜的夹层玻璃。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明是具有杨氏模量为1GPa以上的塑料层以及层叠于所述塑料层的第一表面的第一树脂层的、多层结构的夹层玻璃用中间膜,其中,所述第一树脂层的层叠于所述塑料层的一侧的表面的光泽度为10~40。
以下,详述本发明。
本发明人等深入研究的结果,发现在具有杨氏模量为1GPa以上的塑料层和层叠于该塑料层的第一表面的第一树脂层的、多层结构的夹层玻璃用中间膜中,着眼于第一树脂层的层叠于塑料层的一侧的表面的光泽度,通过将其调节至特定的范围,从而可以兼顾塑料层与树脂层间的高粘接性、与在使上述树脂层成为卷状物时上述树脂层彼此不发生粘连而可以容易地拉出,从而完成了本发明。
本发明的夹层玻璃用中间膜为具有杨氏模量为1GPa以上的塑料层和第一树脂层的多层结构。通过设为这样的多层结构,可以实现优良的耐冲击性和耐贯通性。
上述塑料层的杨氏模量为1GPa以上。通过将上述塑料层的杨氏模量设为1GPa以上,所得的夹层玻璃用中间膜的耐冲击性、耐贯通性提高。上述塑料层的杨氏模量优选为1.5GPa以上,更优选为2GPa以上。上述塑料层的杨氏模量的上限没有特别限定,但实质上10GPa左右为上限。
需要说明的是,本说明书中,上述塑料层的杨氏模量是指,通过以JIS K7127为基准的拉伸试验在23℃的条件下描绘应变-应力曲线时,由该应变-应力曲线的直线部分的斜率所表示的数值。
上述塑料层优选包含热塑性树脂。
构成上述塑料层的热塑性树脂只要能达到上述杨氏模量就没有特别限制,可举出例如,聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚(4-甲基戊烯-1)等链状聚烯烃,降冰片烯类的开环易位聚合物或加成聚合物、降冰片烯类与其他烯烃类的加成共聚物等脂环族聚烯烃,聚乳酸、聚琥珀酸丁酯等生物降解聚合物,尼龙6、尼龙11、尼龙12、尼龙66等聚酰胺,芳族聚酰胺,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,聚氯乙烯,聚偏氯乙烯,聚苯乙烯,苯乙烯共聚合聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚碳酸酯、聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚萘-2,6-二甲酸乙二醇酯等聚酯,聚醚砜,聚醚醚酮,改性聚苯醚,聚苯硫醚,聚醚酰亚胺,聚酰亚胺,聚芳酯,四氟乙烯树脂,三氟乙烯树脂,三氟氯乙烯树脂,四氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物,聚偏氟乙烯等。这些热塑性树脂可以单独使用,也可以两种以上同时使用。其中,从成形容易、且能够赋予更高的耐冲击性、耐贯通性的方面来看,优选聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)等。
上述塑料层优选含有紫外线遮蔽剂。
上述紫外线遮蔽剂没有特别限制,可举出例如,金属系紫外线遮蔽剂、金属氧化物系紫外线遮蔽剂、苯并三唑系紫外线遮蔽剂(苯并三唑化合物)、二苯甲酮系紫外线遮蔽剂(二苯甲酮化合物)、三嗪系紫外线遮蔽剂(三嗪化合物)、丙二酸酯系紫外线遮蔽剂(丙二酸酯化合物)、草酰二苯胺系紫外线遮蔽剂(乙二酰苯胺化合物)和苯甲酸酯系紫外线遮蔽剂(苯甲酸酯化合物)等。
上述塑料层优选含有抗氧化剂。
上述抗氧化剂没有特别限制,可举出例如,2,2-双[[[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基]氧基]甲基]丙烷-1,3-二醇、1,3-双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]、4,4’-硫代双(6-叔丁基-3-甲基苯酚)、4,4’-二甲基-6,6’-二(叔丁基)[2,2’-亚甲基双(苯酚)]、2,6-二叔丁基-p-甲酚,4,4’-亚丁基双(6-叔丁基-3-甲基苯酚)等。
上述塑料层根据需要也可以进一步含有光稳定剂、阻燃剂、抗静电剂、颜料、染料、粘接力调整剂、耐湿剂和荧光增白剂等添加剂。
上述塑料层的厚度的优选下限为5μm,优选上限为300μm。上述塑料层的厚度在该范围内时,能够实现优良的耐冲击性和耐贯通性。上述塑料层的厚度的更优选下限为30μm,更优选上限为150μm。
上述第一树脂层的、层叠于上述塑料层的一侧的表面的光泽度的下限为10,上限为40。通过上述光泽度在该范围内,从而在可以对上述塑料层发挥出高粘接性的同时,可以防止粘连的发生。上述光泽度不足10时,对塑料层的粘接性差,而超过40时,则不能防止粘连的发生。上述光泽度的优选下限为15,优选上限为35,更优选下限为18,更优选上限为30。
本说明书中,光泽度是指使用精密光泽计(例如村上色彩研究所公司制,“GM-26PRO”等),以JIS Z 8741:1997中记载的测定方法2为基准所测得的75度镜面光泽。需要说明的是,根据上述第一树脂层的层叠于上述塑料层的一侧的表面的形状,有时光泽度会随着光线的照射方向而改变。这种情况下,在将第一树脂层静置在样品台上并对着光源的照射方向使第一树脂层在样品台上进行旋转的同时进行测定时,优选将显示出最小值的光泽度设为本发明的夹层玻璃用中间膜的光泽度。
图1示出了说明上述第一树脂层的层叠于上述塑料层的一侧的表面的示意图。图1的夹层玻璃用中间膜1是塑料层2与第一树脂层3的2层结构的夹层玻璃用中间膜。本发明中,控制该2层结构的夹层玻璃用中间膜的第一树脂层3的层叠于塑料层2的一侧的表面31的光泽度。
上述第一树脂层的、层叠于上述塑料层的一侧的表面以JIS B0601-1982为基准所测得的十点平均粗糙度Rz的优选下限为5μm,优选上限为55μm。通过上述十点平均粗糙度Rz在该范围内,在可以对上述塑料层发挥出更高粘接性的同时,可以进一步防止粘连的发生。上述十点平均粗糙度Rz的更优选下限为10μm,进一步优选下限为15μm,更优选上限为50μm,进一步优选上限为35μm。
上述第一树脂层的层叠于上述塑料层的一侧的表面以JIS B0601-1982为基准所测得的粗糙度间距优选为80μm以上。通过上述粗糙度间距为80μm以上,在可以对上述塑料层发挥出更高粘接性的同时,可以进一步防止粘连的发生。上述粗糙度间距更优选为100μm以上,进一步优选为150μm以上。
第一树脂层优选含有粘接性的热塑性树脂。
作为上述粘接性的热塑性树脂,可举出例如,聚偏氟乙烯、聚四氟乙烯、偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物、聚三氟乙烯,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、聚酯、聚醚、聚酰胺、聚碳酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯醇缩醛、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物等。其中,优选聚乙烯醇缩醛。
上述聚乙烯醇缩醛可以通过例如利用醛将聚乙烯醇(PVA)缩醛化来制造。PVA的皂化度通常在70~99.9摩尔%的范围内。
用于获得上述聚乙烯醇缩醛的PVA的聚合度优选为200以上,更优选为500以上,进一步优选为1700以上,特别优选为2000以上,优选为5000以下,更优选为4000以下,更加优选为3000以下,进一步优选不足3000,特别优选为2800以下。上述聚乙烯醇缩醛优选为通过将聚合度为上述下限以上和上述上限以下的PVA缩醛化而得到的聚乙烯醇缩醛。上述聚合度为上述下限以上时,夹层玻璃的耐贯通性变得更高。上述聚合度为上述上限以下时,中间膜的成形变得容易。
PVA的聚合度表示平均聚合度。该平均聚合度通过依据JIS K6726“聚乙烯醇试验方法”的方法求出。作为上述醛,通常适合使用碳数为1~10的醛。作为上述碳数为1~10的醛,可举出例如甲醛、乙醛、丙醛、正丁醛、异丁醛、正戊醛、2-乙基丁醛、正己醛、正辛醛、正壬醛、正癸醛和苯甲醛等。其中,优选正丁醛、正己醛或正戊醛,更优选正丁醛。上述醛可以仅使用1种,也可以同时使用2种以上。
上述聚乙烯醇缩醛优选为聚乙烯醇缩丁醛。通过聚乙烯醇缩丁醛的使用,从而相对于夹层玻璃部件而言中间膜的耐候性等变得更高。
上述第一树脂层优选含有增塑剂。
作为上述增塑剂,只要是通常用于夹层玻璃用中间膜的增塑剂,就没有特别限制,可举出例如一元有机酸酯、多元有机酸酯等有机增塑剂,有机磷酸化合物、有机亚磷酸化合物等磷酸增塑剂等。
作为上述有机增塑剂,可举出例如三乙二醇-二-2-乙基己酸酯、三乙二醇-二-2-乙基丁酸酯、三乙二醇-二-正庚酸酯、四乙二醇-二-2-乙基己酸酯、四乙二醇-二-2-乙基丁酸酯、四乙二醇-二-正庚酸酯、二乙二醇-二-2-乙基己酸酯、二乙二醇-二-2-乙基丁酸酯、二乙二醇-二-正庚酸酯等。其中,优选含有三乙二醇-二-2-乙基己酸酯、三乙二醇-二-2-乙基丁酸酯或三乙二醇-二-正庚酸酯,更优选含有三乙二醇-二-2-乙基己酸酯。
上述第一树脂层中,增塑剂相对于上述热塑性树脂的含量没有特别限定。相对于上述热塑性树脂100质量份,上述增塑剂的含量优选为25质量份以上,更优选为30质量份以上,进一步优选为35质量份以上,优选为80质量份以下,更优选为60质量份以下,进一步优选为50质量份以下。上述增塑剂的含量为上述下限以上时,夹层玻璃的耐贯通性变得更高。上述增塑剂的含量为上述上限以下时,中间膜的透明性变得更高。
上述第一树脂层优选含有粘接力调整剂。
作为上述粘接力调整剂,适合使用例如碱金属盐或碱土类金属盐。作为上述粘接力调整剂,可举出例如钾、钠、镁等的盐。
作为构成上述盐的酸,可举出例如辛酸、己酸、2-乙基丁酸、丁酸、乙酸、甲酸等羧酸的有机酸,或者盐酸、硝酸等无机酸。
上述第一树脂层根据需要也可以含有紫外线遮蔽剂、抗氧化剂、光稳定剂、作为粘接力调整剂的改性硅油、阻燃剂、抗静电剂、耐湿剂、热线反射剂、热线吸收剂、抗粘连剂、抗静电剂、包含颜料或者染料的着色剂等添加剂。
上述第一树脂层的厚度的优选下限为100μm,优选上限为2mm。上述第一树脂层的厚度在该范围内时,能够实现优良的耐冲击性和耐贯通性。上述第一树脂层的厚度的更优选下限为200μm,更优选上限为1mm。
本发明的夹层玻璃用中间膜也可以在上述塑料层的与上述第一表面相反的第二表面进一步层叠第二树脂层。
上述第二树脂层可以使用与上述第一树脂层相同的材料,但也可以使用不同的材料。通过将第一树脂层和第二树脂层设为具有不同性质的层,可以提供具有仅1层难以实现的各种性能的夹层玻璃用中间膜。
需要说明的是,本发明的夹层玻璃用中间膜具有第二树脂层的情况下,该第二树脂层的层叠于上述塑料层的一侧的表面的光泽度优选为10~40。
本发明的夹层玻璃用中间膜的制造方法没有特别限制,可以通过对上述塑料层、第一树脂层各自进行调整后进行层压,也可以通过利用共挤出机将作为各自的原料的树脂组合物共挤出而成形的方法来制造。这里,作为使用挤出机将第一树脂层挤出成形时的模具,采用可赋予凹凸的唇形模具(リップ金型),并控制挤出成形时的条件,由此可使层叠于上述塑料层的一侧的表面的光泽度达到10~40。
即,通过使用唇形的间隔宽的唇形模具、将挤出时树脂组合物的温度设定得较高、将线速度设定得较高等,从而可以将所得的树脂膜表面的光泽度调整到所期待的范围。另外,使从模具到冷却用水槽的距离变长也是有效的。
更具体地,作为唇形模具而使用唇形的间隙为0.5~4.0mm的模具,并将模具入口的树脂组合物的温度调节至100~300℃,将唇形模具的温度调节至100~300℃,以线速度3~35m/分钟进行挤出,由此可以使层叠于上述塑料层的一侧的表面的光泽度达到10~40。
将本发明的夹层玻璃用中间膜层叠在一对玻璃板之间的夹层玻璃也是本发明之一。
上述玻璃板可以使用通常所用的透明板玻璃。例如,可举出浮法玻璃板、抛光玻璃板、模压玻璃板、嵌丝玻璃、夹丝玻璃板、着色的玻璃板、热线吸收玻璃、热线反射玻璃、生玻璃等无机玻璃。另外,也可以使用在玻璃的表面形成有紫外线遮蔽涂层的紫外线遮蔽玻璃。此外,也可以使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚碳酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯等的有机塑料板。
作为上述玻璃板,也可使用2种以上的玻璃板。例如,可举出在透明浮法玻璃板与生玻璃这样的着色的玻璃板之间层叠了本发明的夹层玻璃用中间膜的夹层玻璃。另外,作为上述玻璃板,也可使用2种以上厚度不同的玻璃板。
发明效果
根据本发明,能够提供具有高杨氏模量的塑料层与树脂层的层叠结构,且耐冲击性、耐贯通性优异,塑料层与树脂层间的粘接性高,并且,树脂层彼此不发生粘连的夹层玻璃用中间膜;以及使用了该夹层玻璃用中间膜的夹层玻璃。

具体实施方式
以下列举出实施例对本发明的方式进行更详细的说明,但本发明并不只限定于这些实施例。
(实施例1)
(1)塑料层
作为塑料层,使用了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜(东丽公司制,“U34 Lumirror”,杨氏模量4.5GPa,厚度100μm)。
(2)第一树脂层的制作
相对于100质量份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(羟基的含有率30摩尔%,乙酰化度1摩尔%,缩丁醛化度69摩尔%,平均聚合度1700),添加40质量份作为增塑剂的三乙二醇-二-2-乙基己酸酯(3GO)、0.5质量份作为紫外线遮蔽剂的2-(2’-羟基-3’-叔丁基-5-甲基苯基)-5-氯苯并三唑(BASF公司制,“Tinuvin326”)、以及0.5质量份作为抗氧化剂的2,6-二叔丁基-p-甲酚(BHT),用混合辊充分地混炼,得到树脂组合物。
用挤出机挤出所得的树脂组合物,从而得到厚度380μm的单层的第一树脂层。此时,作为唇形模具而使用唇形的间隙为1.0mm的模具,并将模具入口的树脂组合物的温度调节至200℃,将唇形模具的温度调节至210℃,在线速度10m/分钟的条件下进行挤出。另外,将所得的第一树脂层卷绕为卷状,得到卷状物。
(3)夹层玻璃用中间膜的制作
在加热温度90℃、压接时的冲压1kN、输送时的张力100N的条件下,使用热压接层压机(MCK公司制“MRK-650Y型”),通过卷对卷方式对所得的第一树脂层和塑料层进行热压接,制作出具有2层结构的夹层玻璃用中间膜。
(实施例2~7,比较例1~4)
改变第一树脂层的制备时的唇形的间隙、模具入口的树脂组合物的温度、唇形模具的温度和线速度,除此以外,与实施例1同样地操作而得到夹层玻璃用中间膜和卷状物。
(评价)
通过以下的方法对实施例和比较例中所得到的第一树脂层、夹层玻璃用中间膜进行评价。
将结果示于表1。
(1)第一树脂层的表面的测定
使用精密光泽计(村上色彩研究所公司制,“GM-26PRO”等),以JIS Z 8741:1997中记载的测定方法2为基准来测定所得的第一树脂层的层叠于塑料层的一侧的表面的光泽度。此时,将第一树脂层静置在样品台上,在对着光源的照射方向使第一树脂层在样品台上进行旋转的同时进行测定,将显示出最小值的光泽度设为第一树脂层的层叠于塑料层的一侧的表面的光泽度。
另外,所得的第一树脂层的层叠于塑料层的一侧的表面的十点平均粗糙度Rz以及粗糙度间距通过以JIS B0601-1982为基准的方法来测定。
(2)粘连评价
将所得的第一树脂层的500m卷绕的卷状物设置于卷绕机中,并通过张力检测器(三菱电机制,LX-050TD)测定拉出第一树脂层时所需的力。若拉出第一树脂层时所需的力的数值最高的部分为350N/m以下,则可判断为通常没有发生粘连。将从卷状物拉出所需的力为200N/m以下的情况评价为“○○”,将超过200N/m且在350N/m以下的情况评价为“○”,将超过350N/m的情况评价为“×”。
(3)塑料层与树脂层的粘接力
关于塑料层与第一树脂层的粘接力,以JIS K6854-2为基准,使用Tensilon万能材料试验机(Orientec公司制,“RTM-500”),在23℃下以500mm/min的速度测定粘接力。
通常,若料层与树脂层的粘接力为3N/5cm以上,则可判断为不会发生剥离等问题。将塑料层与树脂层的粘接力为8N/5cm以上的情况评价为“○○○”,将不足8N/5cm且在5N/5cm以上的情况评价为“○○”,将不足5N/5cm且在3N/5cm以上的情况评价为“○”,将不足3N/5cm的情况评价为“×”。

产业上的可利用性
根据本发明,能够提供具有高杨氏模量的塑料层和树脂层的层叠结构,且耐冲击性、耐贯通性优异,塑料层与树脂层间的粘接性高,并且,树脂层彼此不发生粘连的夹层玻璃用中间膜;以及使用了该夹层玻璃用中间膜的夹层玻璃。

Claims (4)
1.一种夹层玻璃用中间膜,其特征在于,是具有杨氏模量为1GPa以上的塑料层以及层叠于所述塑料层的第一表面的第一树脂层的、多层结构的夹层玻璃用中间膜,其中,所述第一树脂层的层叠于所述塑料层的一侧的表面的光泽度为10~40。
2.根据权利要求1所述的夹层玻璃用中间膜,其特征在于,第一树脂层的层叠于塑料层的一侧的表面的、依照JIS B0601-1982所测得的十点平均粗糙度Rz为5~55μm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的夹层玻璃用中间膜,其特征在于,第一树脂层的层叠于塑料层的一侧的表面的、依照JIS B0601-1982所测得的粗糙度间距为80μm以上。
4.一种夹层玻璃,其特征在于,权利要求1、2或3所述的夹层玻璃用中间膜被层叠在一对玻璃板之间。
