本申请是申请号:201510609835.1、申请日2015.9.23、名称“低缩水率抗起球莫代尔宽幅机织物及其生产方法”的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种莫代尔机织物的生产方法。
背景技术
莫代尔纤维是一种高强、高湿模量纤维素纤维,它既有棉的舒适性,又有粘胶纤维高吸湿性,寛幅机织物可用于床上用品。但莫代尔纤维吸湿性高,缩水率比较大,FZ/T14013—2009 莫代尔纤维印染布标准中规定,优等品、一等品的水洗尺寸变化率分别为-4.0%~+1.0%、-6.0%~+1.5%。另外莫代尔纤维表面光滑,横截面为均匀圆形,在印染湿加工或洗涤过程中,由于纤维间的抱合力小,受到摩擦作用时,纤维容易从织物内滑出,在织物表面产生绒毛,绒毛聚集到一定量后形成小球。高缩水率和易起毛起球性能,影响了莫代尔机织物使用性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种经纬向水洗尺寸变化率≥-2%抗起毛起球 ≥4级的低缩水率抗起球莫代尔宽幅机织物及其生产方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种低缩水率抗起球莫代尔宽幅机织物,其特征是:经纬向水洗尺寸变化率≥-2% ,抗起毛起球 ≥4级。
机织物坯布规格为下列二种中的一种:第一种门幅为107英寸、纱支数为40s×40s、密度为133×86根/英寸;第二种门幅为118英寸、纱支数为40s×40s、密度为140×88根/英寸。
一种低缩水率抗起球莫代尔宽幅机织物的生产方法,包括烧毛、退浆、漂白、染色,其特征是:染色后还依次经抗起球整理及防缩整理;抗起球整理时,抗起球整理液的组成为:纤维素酶1%~2%,pH4.5~5.5,浴比8~10:1;抗起球整理工艺为:在50~60℃水浴中处理30~60分钟,处理完后,升温至80℃,再处理10~20分钟,使酶失去活性。
防缩整理时,防缩整理液的组成为:
无甲醛防缩整理剂 RUDOLE GROUP 50~80g/L
MgCl2·6H2O 5~8g/L
蓬松硅油5265 20g/L
其余为水,并用柠檬酸调pH 至3.8~4.2;
防缩整理时,通过平幅进布,二浸二轧防缩整理液,带液率80%,110~140℃预烘30秒,160~170℃焙烘90秒,两个锡林冷却落布。
本发明工艺简单,操作方便,产品性能优异;产品经纬向水洗尺寸变化率≥-2%抗起毛起球 ≥4级。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
机织物坯布门幅为107英寸、纱支数为40s×40s、密度为133×86根/英寸;
一种低缩水率抗起球莫代尔宽幅机织物的生产方法,包括烧毛、退浆、漂白、染色,染色后还依次经抗起球整理及防缩整理;
抗起球整理时,抗起球整理液的组成为:纤维素酶1.5%,pH4.5~5.5,浴比8~10:1,抗起球整理工艺为:在50~60℃水浴中处理30~60分钟,处理完后,升温至80℃,再处理10~20分钟,使酶失去活性。
防缩整理时,防缩整理液的组成为:
无甲醛防缩整理剂 RUDOLE GROUP 60g/L
MgCl2·6H2O 6g/L
蓬松硅油5265 20g/L
其余为水,并用柠檬酸调pH4.2;
防缩整理时,通过平幅进布,二浸二轧防缩整理液,带液率80%,110~140℃预烘30秒,160~170℃焙烘90秒,两个锡林冷却落布。
产品水洗尺寸变化率-1.8% , 抗起毛起球 4级。
实施例2:
机织物坯布门幅为118英寸、纱支数为40s×40s、密度为140×88根/英寸;
一种低缩水率抗起球莫代尔宽幅机织物的生产方法,包括烧毛、退浆、漂白、染色,染色后还依次经抗起球整理及防缩整理;抗起球整理时,抗起球整理液的组成为:纤维素酶2%,pH4.5~5.5,浴比8~10:1。整理工艺为:在50~60℃水浴中处理30~60分钟,处理完后,升温至80℃,再处理10~20分钟,使酶失去活性。
防缩整理时,防缩整理液的组成为:
无甲醛防缩整理剂 RUDOLE GROUP 70g/L
MgCl2·6H2O 7g/L
蓬松硅油5265 20g/L
其余为水,并用柠檬酸调pH 至4.0;
防缩整理时,通过平幅进布,二浸二轧防缩整理液,带液率80%,110~140℃预烘30秒,160~170℃焙烘90秒,两个锡林冷却落布。
水洗尺寸变化率-1.5% , 抗起毛起球 4-5级。

1.一种性能优异的低缩水率抗起球莫代尔宽幅机织物的生产方法,包括烧毛、退浆、漂白、染色,其特征是:染色后还依次经抗起球整理及防缩整理;抗起球整理时,抗起球整理液的组成为:纤维素酶2%,pH4.5~5.5,浴比8~10:1,整理工艺为:在50~60℃水浴中处理30~60分钟,处理完后,升温至80℃,再处理10~20分钟左右,使酶失去活性;
防缩整理时,防缩整理液的组成为:
无甲醛防缩整理剂 RUDOLE GROUP 70g/L
MgCl2·6H2O 7g/L
蓬松硅油5265 20g/L
其余为水,并用柠檬酸调pH 至4.0;
