技术领域
本发明涉及蓄热体,特别是涉及蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的蓄热式空气预热器所采用的蓄热体陶瓷材料有陶瓷球、陶瓷砖、蜂窝陶瓷、浇注料等。陶瓷作为耐火材料,都存在蓄热体导热系数小、重量大的特点。由于在预热器中使用量大,致使设备笨重、体型庞大,且有些蓄热体材料高温强度低,在温度交变的情况下,容易开裂粉化,严重影响预热器的使用寿命,增加检修和维护成本。
因此,寻找一种导热系数大、耐高温、高温强度好的蓄热材料成为人们研究的热点。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对背景技术中存在的问题,提供一种导热系数大、耐高温、高温强度好的蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体。
本发明还提供一种蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体的制备方法。
一种蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体,以质量百分含量计,由以下原料制备而成:
刚玉粉末 72%~78%;
碳化硅粉末 17%~23%;及
高岭土粉末 2%~8%。
在其中一个实施例中,以质量百分含量计,所述蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体由以下原料制备而成:
刚玉粉末 75%;
碳化硅粉末 20%;及
高岭土粉末 5%。
一种蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
获得刚玉粉末、碳化硅粉末和高岭土粉末;
以质量百分含量计,将72%~78%的所述刚玉粉末、17%~23%的所述碳化硅粉末和2%~8%的所述高岭土粉末混合、搅拌均匀后静止均化,得到混合料;
将所述混合料与水混合,搅拌均匀后加入模具,采用振动捣实成型,脱模得到胚体。
将所述胚体风干、烘干、烧结、冷却后得到所述蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体。
在其中一个实施例中,所述刚玉粉末的粒径为5μm~10μm,所述碳化硅粉末的粒径为5μm~10μm,所述高岭土粉末的粒径为5μm~10μm。
在其中一个实施例中,所述烘干的温度为200℃~260℃。
在其中一个实施例中,所述烧结的温度为1480℃~1540℃。
上述蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体,由刚玉粉末、碳化硅粉末和高岭土粉末制备而成,综合了刚玉和碳化硅两种材料的特点,制备出的蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体导热系数大、耐高温且高温强度好。

一种蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体,由72%~78%质量百分含量的刚玉粉末、17%~23%质量百分含量的碳化硅粉末和2%~8%质量百分含量的高岭土粉末制备而成。
优选的,该蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体,由75%质量百分含量的刚玉粉末、20%质量百分含量的碳化硅粉末和5%质量百分含量的高岭土粉末制备而成。
上述蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体中含有70%~75%质量百分含量的三氧化二铝(Al2O3)、10%~13%质量百分含量的二氧化硅(SiO2)、18%~20%质量百分含量的碳化硅(SiC)、1.0%质量百分含量以下的三氧化二铁(Fe2O3)、0.5%质量百分含量以下的氧化镁(MgO)和5%质量百分含量的其他组分(钠、钛、钾、钙)。

碳化硅粉末以一定比例掺入刚玉粉末中,为了使其铸胚成型及烧结顺利,在其中加入一定比例的高岭土。
S130、将上述混合料与水混合,搅拌均匀后加入模具,采用振动捣实成型,脱模得到胚体。
具体的,将上述混合料与水混合后,搅拌均匀后加入模具,采用加压振动的方法在铸模中捣实成型,脱模得到胚体。
S140、将上述胚体风干、烘干、烧结、冷却后得到蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体。
其中,烘干的温度为200℃~260℃。烧结的温度为1480℃~1540℃。
具体的,将上述胚体自然风干、在200℃~260℃烘干后,再采用电热融合方法,升温至1480℃~1540℃进行烧结,随炉冷却后得到蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体。
制备出的蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体中含有70%~75%质量百分含量的Al2O3、10%~13%质量百分含量的SiO2、18%~20%质量百分含量的SiC、1.0%质量百分含量以下的Fe2O3、0.5%质量百分含量以下的MgO和5%质量百分含量的其他组分(Na、Ti、K、Ca)。
上述蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体的性能参数如下:
密度:2.0 g/cm3~3.3g/cm3,热膨胀系数(20℃~1200℃):-5.9×10-6m/℃,比热容:1200J/(kg·K),导热系数(1300℃):5~9.7W/(m·K),耐火度:1450℃。
上述蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体的规格如下:
规格:长100mm×宽200mm×高100mm,容重:0.9 g/cm3~1.31g/cm3,开孔率:40%~55%,孔径:圆孔φ4~φ8;正六边形孔对边距离:4~6mm,孔间壁厚度:1 mm ~2.2mm,抗压强度:≥18MPa,比表面积:240 m2/m3~380m2/m3。
可以理解,蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体的外形结构由模具确定,在升温、烧结时温度需要控制精准,以保证烧成的蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体收缩最小,随炉冷却时温度下降不宜过快,以防烧结后温差应力释放不均产生裂纹。
上述蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体强度高、导热性好、蓄热能力大、耐高温、抗热震性好、比表面积大,适用于蓄热式空气预热器,可有效提高预热器的换热效率、极大的延长预热器的使用寿命。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (6)
1.一种蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体,其特征在于,以质量百分含量计,由以下原料制备而成:
刚玉粉末 72%~78%;
碳化硅粉末 17%~23%;及
高岭土粉末 2%~8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体,其特征在于,以质量百分含量计,所述蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体由以下原料制备而成:
刚玉粉末 75%;
碳化硅粉末 20%;及
高岭土粉末 5%。
3.一种蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
获得刚玉粉末、碳化硅粉末和高岭土粉末;
以质量百分含量计,将72%~78%的所述刚玉粉末、17%~23%的所述碳化硅粉末和2%~8%的所述高岭土粉末混合、搅拌均匀后静止均化,得到混合料;
将所述混合料与水混合,搅拌均匀后加入模具,采用振动捣实成型,脱模得到胚体;
将所述胚体风干、烘干、烧结,冷却后得到所述蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体的制备方法,其特征在于,所述刚玉粉末的粒径为5μm ~10μm,所述碳化硅粉末的粒径为5μm ~10μm,所述高岭土粉末的粒径为5μm ~10μm。
5.根据权利要求3所述的蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体的制备方法,其特征在于,所述烘干的温度为200℃~260℃。
6.根据权利要求3所述的蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体的制备方法,其特征在于,所述烧结的温度为1480℃~1540℃。
