本发明公开了一种外墙乳胶漆的制备方法,包括以下按重量比计的组分:钛白粉10~30%、重钙10~30%、绢云母粉5~20%、分散剂0.1~1.0%、润湿剂0.1~0.5%、消泡剂0.1~0.5%、AMP‑95 0.1~0.5%、罐内防霉剂0.1~0.5%、酯醇‑121~2%、丙二醇1~2%、去离子水10~50%、增稠剂0.1~0.5%、乳液30~50%。该外墙乳胶漆制备方法操作简单,价格低廉,性能符合国家相关外墙涂料标准的要求。

一种外墙乳胶漆的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及乳胶漆技术领域,尤其是一种外墙乳胶漆。
背景技术
外墙由于长期暴露在户外,易受风雨等侵蚀。外墙乳胶漆不仅可以保护建筑物外墙,还可以延长其使用寿命。同时还使建筑物外貌整洁美观,从而达到美化城市环境的目的。
乳胶漆是水分散性涂料,是以合成树脂乳液为基料,填料经过研磨分散后加入各种助剂精制而成的涂料。乳胶漆具备了与传统墙面涂料不同的众多优点,如易于涂刷、干燥迅速、漆膜耐水、耐擦洗性好等。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种外墙乳胶漆的制备方法,采用的技术方案如下:
所述外墙乳胶漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将搅拌器中先加入适量的去离子水,在300~600转/分钟的低速搅拌状态下,依次缓慢加入钛白粉、重钙、绢云母粉、分散剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、多功能助剂AMP-95、罐内防霉剂、酯醇-12、丙二醇、增稠剂,最后加入剩余去离子水,在2000~2500转/分钟转速下高速搅拌1~2小时,使细度达到50~60微米即可;
(2)细度达到要求后,在低速搅拌状态下,加入消泡剂和乳液,搅拌15~30分钟,混合均匀即可。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明采用改性苯丙乳液成功研制出外墙乳胶漆,该外墙乳胶漆制备方法操作简单,价格低廉,性能符合国家相关外墙涂料标准的要求。

实施例1
一种外墙乳胶漆,其特征在于,包括按重量g计的以下组分:
所述外墙乳胶漆的制备方法,其中苯丙乳液的固含量为48%±1,外墙乳胶漆的PVC为48%±1,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将搅拌器中先加入适量的去离子水,在300~600转/分钟的低速搅拌状态下,依次缓慢加入钛白粉、重钙、绢云母粉、分散剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、多功能助剂AMP-95、罐内防霉剂、酯醇-12、丙二醇、增稠剂,最后加入剩余去离子水,在2000~2500转/分钟转速下高速搅拌1~2小时,使细度达到50~60微米即可;
(2)细度达到要求后,在低速搅拌状态下,加入消泡剂和苯丙乳液,搅拌15~30分钟,混合均匀即可。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙乳胶漆,其特征在于,所采用的增稠剂为碱溶涨型增稠剂、缔合型增稠剂其中的一种或两种的组合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙乳胶漆,其特征在于,所采用的乳液为纯丙乳液、苯丙乳液其中的一种或两种的组合物。
