本发明公开了一种PE电缆料配方,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:树脂30~50份,聚乙烯18~30份,硅酮5~15份,PPA6~12份,稳定剂5~10份,填充料4~8份,护层料2~8份,相容剂2~6份,阻燃剂2~6份,抗氧化剂2~6份,钛白粉2~4份,高岭土2~4份。本发明具有材料选用合理,抗有机溶剂,耐腐蚀等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种PE电缆料配方的制备方法。
背景技术
目前,随着经济的迅速发展,电缆在各个行业都有着广泛的应用,而电缆材料在使用过程中往往因为材质选择等问题,在电缆制作使用的过程中,出现很多问题,不能阻燃,且电缆长期暴露在各种环境中,所以要求电缆要具备较好的抗有机溶剂,耐腐蚀性,尤其是在一些特定的领域,更是对电缆有着非常高的要求,人们急需解决这些问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种PE电缆料配方的制备方法。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种PE电缆料配方,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:树脂30~50份,聚乙烯18~30份,硅酮5~15份,PPA6~12份,稳定剂5~10份,填充料4~8份,护层料2~8份,相容剂2~6份,阻燃剂2~6份,抗氧化剂2~6份,钛白粉2~4份,高岭土2~4份。
上述的一种PE电缆料配方,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:树脂30~48份,聚乙烯18~28份,硅酮5~13份,PPA6~10份,稳定剂5~8份,填充料4~6份,护层料2~6份,相容剂2~4份,阻燃剂2~4份,抗氧化剂2~4份,钛白粉2~3份,高岭土2~3份。
上述的一种PE电缆料配方,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:树脂40份,聚乙烯24份,硅酮10份,PPA8份,稳定剂7份,填充料6份,护层料5份,相容剂4份,阻燃剂4份,抗氧化剂4份,钛白粉3份,高岭土3份。
上述的一种PE电缆料配方的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
1)捏合:按照权利要求3中的重量份称取原料,将树脂、聚乙烯硅酮、PPA、阻燃剂、护层料、相容剂、钛白粉、高岭土和填充料放于高速捏合机充分混合;得到混合物A;
(2)加温:向混合物A内加入80℃水,添加稳定剂,待冷却后加入抗氧化剂,得到混合物B;
(3)压出:将混合物B放入单螺杆挤出机,挤出成品C;
(4)冷却:将成品C放到通风干燥的环境自然冷却。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有材料选用合理,抗有机溶剂,耐腐蚀等优点。

一种PE电缆料配方,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:树脂30~50份,聚乙烯18~30份,硅酮5~15份,PPA6~12份,稳定剂5~10份,填充料4~8份,护层料2~8份,相容剂2~6份,阻燃剂2~6份,抗氧化剂2~6份,钛白粉2~4份,高岭土2~4份。
上述的一种PE电缆料配方,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:树脂30~48份,聚乙烯18~28份,硅酮5~13份,PPA6~10份,稳定剂5~8份,填充料4~6份,护层料2~6份,相容剂2~4份,阻燃剂2~4份,抗氧化剂2~4份,钛白粉2~3份,高岭土2~3份。
上述的一种PE电缆料配方,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:树脂40份,聚乙烯24份,硅酮10份,PPA8份,稳定剂7份,填充料6份,护层料5份,相容剂4份,阻燃剂4份,抗氧化剂4份,钛白粉3份,高岭土3份。
上述的一种PE电缆料配方的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:

(3)压出:将混合物B放入单螺杆挤出机,挤出成品C;
(4)冷却:将成品C放到通风干燥的环境自然冷却。

1.一种PE电缆料配方,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:树脂30~50份,聚乙烯18~30份,硅酮5~15份,PPA6~12份,稳定剂5~10份,填充料4~8份,护层料2~8份,相容剂2~6份,阻燃剂2~6份,抗氧化剂2~6份,钛白粉2~4份,高岭土2~4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PE电缆料配方,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:树脂30~48份,聚乙烯18~28份,硅酮5~13份,PPA6~10份,稳定剂5~8份,填充料4~6份,护层料2~6份,相容剂2~4份,阻燃剂2~4份,抗氧化剂2~4份,钛白粉2~3份,高岭土2~3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PE电缆料配方,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:树脂40份,聚乙烯24份,硅酮10份,PPA8份,稳定剂7份,填充料6份,护层料5份,相容剂4份,阻燃剂4份,抗氧化剂4份,钛白粉3份,高岭土3份。
4.一种如权利要求1-3所述的一种PE电缆料配方的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤组成:
(1)捏合:按照权利要求3中的重量份称取原料,将树脂、聚乙烯硅酮、PPA、阻燃剂、护层料、相容剂、钛白粉、高岭土和填充料放于高速捏合机充分混合;得到混合物A;
(2)加温:向混合物A内加入80℃水,添加稳定剂,待冷却后加入抗氧化剂,得到混合物B;
(3)压出:将混合物B放入单螺杆挤出机,挤出成品C;
(4)冷却:将成品C放到通风干燥的环境自然冷却。
