Abstract
The invention discloses material composition of a metal rust remover and a preparation method for the metal rust remover. The material composition comprises water, phosphoric acid, muriatic acid, tartaric acid, potassium hydrogen tartrate, magnesium nitrate, sodium chloride and ammonium sulfate, wherein for 100 parts of the water by weight, the content of the phosphoric acid is 5-15 parts, the content of the muriatic acid is 10-20 parts, the content of the tartaric acid is 5-10 parts, the content of the potassium hydrogen tartrate is 1-5 parts, the content of the magnesium nitrate is 5-10 parts, the content of the sodium chloride is 3-10 parts and the content of the ammonium sulfate is 5-15 parts. According to the design, rusts on the surface of metal can be effectively removed, the time and the labor can be saved, and the operation is simple.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of metal surface treatment materials, in particular to a metal rust remover material composition and a preparation method of a metal rust remover.
Background
The metal is widely applied to automobile parts, and many parts are made of metal as a main raw material, but in the use process of the metal, rust can appear on the surface of the metal along with the use time, so that the use performance of the parts is greatly reduced.

In order to achieve the above objects, the present invention provides a metal rust remover material composition, wherein the composition comprises water, phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, tartaric acid, potassium hydrogen tartrate, magnesium nitrate, sodium chloride and ammonium sulfate; wherein,
relative to 100 parts by weight of water, the phosphoric acid content is 5-15 parts by weight, the hydrochloric acid content is 10-20 parts by weight, the tartaric acid content is 5-10 parts by weight, the potassium hydrogen tartrate content is 1-5 parts by weight, the magnesium nitrate content is 5-10 parts by weight, the sodium chloride content is 3-10 parts by weight, and the ammonium sulfate content is 5-15 parts by weight.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the metal rust remover, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) mixing water, phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, tartaric acid, potassium hydrogen tartrate and magnesium nitrate to obtain a mixture M1;
2) adding sodium chloride and ammonium sulfate into the mixture M1, and mixing to obtain a metal rust remover; wherein,
relative to 100 parts by weight of water, the phosphoric acid is 5-15 parts by weight, the hydrochloric acid is 10-20 parts by weight, the tartaric acid is 5-10 parts by weight, the potassium hydrogen tartrate is 1-5 parts by weight, the magnesium nitrate is 5-10 parts by weight, the sodium chloride is 3-10 parts by weight, and the ammonium sulfate is 5-15 parts by weight.
According to the technical scheme, water, phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, tartaric acid, potassium hydrogen tartrate and magnesium nitrate are mixed according to a certain proportion, then sodium chloride and ammonium sulfate are added for mixing to prepare the metal rust remover, so that the metal rust remover prepared from the materials can remove rust on the surface of metal through simple soaking in actual use, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.

relative to 100 parts by weight of water, the phosphoric acid content is 5-15 parts by weight, the hydrochloric acid content is 10-20 parts by weight, the tartaric acid content is 5-10 parts by weight, the potassium hydrogen tartrate content is 1-5 parts by weight, the magnesium nitrate content is 5-10 parts by weight, the sodium chloride content is 3-10 parts by weight, and the ammonium sulfate content is 5-15 parts by weight.
According to the design, water, phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, tartaric acid, potassium hydrogen tartrate and magnesium nitrate are mixed according to a certain proportion, and then sodium chloride and ammonium sulfate are added for mixing to prepare the metal rust remover, so that the metal rust remover prepared from the materials can remove rust on the surface of metal through simple soaking in actual use, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.

In a more preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to further improve the descaling time of the resulting metal rust remover, the composition may further include sulfuric acid and oxalic acid, and the sulfuric acid is contained in an amount of 5 to 15 parts by weight and the oxalic acid is contained in an amount of 5 to 15 parts by weight, relative to 100 parts by weight of the water.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the metal rust remover, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) mixing water, phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, tartaric acid, potassium hydrogen tartrate and magnesium nitrate to obtain a mixture M1;
2) adding sodium chloride and ammonium sulfate into the mixture M1, and mixing to obtain a metal rust remover; wherein,
relative to 100 parts by weight of water, the phosphoric acid is 5-15 parts by weight, the hydrochloric acid is 10-20 parts by weight, the tartaric acid is 5-10 parts by weight, the potassium hydrogen tartrate is 1-5 parts by weight, the magnesium nitrate is 5-10 parts by weight, the sodium chloride is 3-10 parts by weight, and the ammonium sulfate is 5-15 parts by weight.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to obtain a metal rust remover having a better rust removing effect, the phosphoric acid is used in an amount of 8 to 12 parts by weight, the hydrochloric acid is used in an amount of 13 to 17 parts by weight, the tartaric acid is used in an amount of 6 to 8 parts by weight, the potassium hydrogen tartrate is used in an amount of 2 to 4 parts by weight, the magnesium nitrate is used in an amount of 6 to 8 parts by weight, the sodium chloride is used in an amount of 5 to 8 parts by weight, and the ammonium sulfate is used in an amount of 8 to 12 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the water.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to further shorten the rust removing time, the preparation method may further include adding sulfuric acid and oxalic acid to mix in step 1), and the amount of the sulfuric acid is 5 to 15 parts by weight and the amount of the oxalic acid is 5 to 15 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the water.
The mixing in step 1) may be carried out in a manner conventionally employed in the art, for example, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mixing in step 1) is stirring mixing at a stirring rate of 50 to 150 r/min.
Likewise, in another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mixing process in step 2) is stirring mixing, and the stirring rate is 100-.
The present invention will be described in detail below by way of examples. In the following examples, the phosphoric acid, the hydrochloric acid, the tartaric acid, the potassium hydrogen tartrate, the magnesium nitrate, the sodium chloride, the sulfuric acid, the oxalic acid and the ammonium sulfate are conventional commercially available products.
Example 1

2) 5g of sodium chloride and 8g of ammonium sulfate are added into the mixture M1 and mixed under the condition that the stirring speed is 100r/min, and the metal rust remover A1 is prepared.
Example 2
1) Mixing 100g of water, 12g of phosphoric acid, 17g of hydrochloric acid, 8g of tartaric acid, 4g of potassium hydrogen tartrate, 8g of magnesium nitrate, 15g of sulfuric acid and 15g of oxalic acid under the condition of stirring speed of 150r/min to obtain a mixture M1;
2) 8g of sodium chloride and 12g of ammonium sulfate are added into the mixture M1 and mixed under the condition that the stirring speed is 200r/min, and the metal rust remover A2 is prepared.
Example 3
1) Mixing 100g of water, 10g of phosphoric acid, 15g of hydrochloric acid, 7g of tartaric acid, 3g of potassium hydrogen tartrate, 7g of magnesium nitrate, 10g of sulfuric acid and 10g of oxalic acid under the condition of stirring speed of 100r/min to obtain a mixture M1;
2) 6g of sodium chloride and 10g of ammonium sulfate are added into the mixture M1 and mixed under the condition that the stirring speed is 150r/min, and the metal rust remover A3 is prepared.
Example 4
The preparation was carried out in accordance with the preparation method of example 1 except that the phosphoric acid was used in an amount of 5g, the hydrochloric acid was used in an amount of 10g, the tartaric acid was used in an amount of 5g, the potassium hydrogen tartrate was used in an amount of 1g, the magnesium nitrate was used in an amount of 5g, the sodium chloride was used in an amount of 3g, and the ammonium sulfate was used in an amount of 5g, and sulfuric acid and oxalic acid were not added, to obtain a metal rust remover a 4.
Example 5
The preparation was carried out in accordance with the preparation method of example 2 except that 15g of phosphoric acid, 20g of hydrochloric acid, 10g of tartaric acid, 5g of potassium hydrogen tartrate, 10g of magnesium nitrate, 10g of sodium chloride and 15g of ammonium sulfate were used, and sulfuric acid and oxalic acid were not added to prepare a metal rust remover a 5.

The composition as set forth in claim 1, wherein the phosphoric acid is contained in an amount of 8 to 12 parts by weight, the hydrochloric acid is contained in an amount of 13 to 17 parts by weight, the tartaric acid is contained in an amount of 6 to 8 parts by weight, the potassium hydrogen tartrate is contained in an amount of 2 to 4 parts by weight, the magnesium nitrate is contained in an amount of 6 to 8 parts by weight, the sodium chloride is contained in an amount of 5 to 8 parts by weight, and the ammonium sulfate is contained in an amount of 8 to 12 parts by weight, relative to 100 parts by weight of the water.
3. The composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the composition further comprises sulfuric acid and oxalic acid, and the sulfuric acid is contained in an amount of 5-15 parts by weight and the oxalic acid is contained in an amount of 5-15 parts by weight, relative to 100 parts by weight of the water.
4. A preparation method of a metal rust remover is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) mixing water, phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, tartaric acid, potassium hydrogen tartrate and magnesium nitrate to obtain a mixture M1;
2) adding sodium chloride and ammonium sulfate into the mixture M1, and mixing to obtain a metal rust remover; wherein,
relative to 100 parts by weight of water, the phosphoric acid is 5-15 parts by weight, the hydrochloric acid is 10-20 parts by weight, the tartaric acid is 5-10 parts by weight, the potassium hydrogen tartrate is 1-5 parts by weight, the magnesium nitrate is 5-10 parts by weight, the sodium chloride is 3-10 parts by weight, and the ammonium sulfate is 5-15 parts by weight.
