Abstract
The invention discloses a material composition and preparation method of a metal shell surface cleaning agent, wherein the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of water, 1-5 parts of sodium silicate, 1-5 parts of sorbitol, 3-10 parts of sodium hydroxide, 2-5 parts of sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate, 2-10 parts of sodium carbonate, 0.1-1 part of benzotriazole and 0.5-3 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate. Due to the adoption of the design, grease on the surface of a metal shell can be effectively cleared; and the metal shell surface cleaning agent is convenient to operate and has time-saving and labor-saving effects.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of metal material surface cleaning materials, in particular to a metal shell surface cleaning agent material composition and a preparation method of a cleaning agent.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the metal shell surface cleaning agent, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) mixing water, sodium silicate, sorbitol, sodium hydroxide, sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate and sodium carbonate to obtain a mixture M1;
2) adding benzotriazole and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate into the mixture M1, and mixing to obtain a metal shell surface cleaning agent; wherein,
relative to 100 parts by weight of water, the sodium silicate is 1-5 parts by weight, the sorbitol is 1-5 parts by weight, the sodium hydroxide is 3-10 parts by weight, the sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate is 2-5 parts by weight, the sodium carbonate is 2-10 parts by weight, the benzotriazole is 0.1-1 part by weight, and the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is 0.5-3 parts by weight.
According to the technical scheme, water, sodium silicate, sorbitol, sodium hydroxide, sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate and sodium carbonate are mixed according to a certain proportion, and then benzotriazole and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate are added and mixed to prepare the metal shell surface cleaning agent, so that the cleaning agent prepared by mixing the raw materials can effectively remove grease on the metal surface in actual use, the cleaning efficiency is greatly improved, and the cleaning cost is reduced.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the metal shell surface cleaning agent, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) mixing water, sodium silicate, sorbitol, sodium hydroxide, sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate and sodium carbonate to obtain a mixture M1;
2) adding benzotriazole and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate into the mixture M1, and mixing to obtain a metal shell surface cleaning agent; wherein,
relative to 100 parts by weight of water, the sodium silicate is 1-5 parts by weight, the sorbitol is 1-5 parts by weight, the sodium hydroxide is 3-10 parts by weight, the sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate is 2-5 parts by weight, the sodium carbonate is 2-10 parts by weight, the benzotriazole is 0.1-1 part by weight, and the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is 0.5-3 parts by weight.

The mixing process in step 1) can be carried out in a manner conventionally employed in the art, for example, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mixing process in step 1) is carried out under stirring conditions of stirring rate of 100-.
In another preferred embodiment, the mixing process in step 2) is carried out by stirring and mixing under the condition of stirring speed of 50-100 r/min.
The present invention will be described in detail below by way of examples. In the following examples, the sodium silicate, sorbitol, sodium hydroxide, sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate, sodium carbonate, benzotriazole and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate are conventional commercially available products.
Example 1
1) Stirring and mixing 100g of water, 2g of sodium silicate, 2g of sorbitol, 5g of sodium hydroxide, 3g of sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate and 5g of sodium carbonate at the stirring speed of 100r/min to obtain a mixture M1;
2) 0.5g of benzotriazole and 1g of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate are added into the mixture M1 and stirred and mixed under the condition that the stirring speed is 50r/min to prepare the metal shell surface cleaning agent A1.
Example 2
1) Stirring and mixing 100g of water, 4g of sodium silicate, 4g of sorbitol, 8g of sodium hydroxide, 4g of sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate and 8g of sodium carbonate at the stirring speed of 200r/min to obtain a mixture M1;
2) and adding 1g of benzotriazole and 2g of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate into the mixture M1, and stirring and mixing under the condition that the stirring speed is 100r/min to prepare the metal shell surface cleaning agent A2.
Example 3
1) Stirring and mixing 100g of water, 3g of sodium silicate, 3g of sorbitol, 6g of sodium hydroxide, 3.5g of sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate and 6g of sodium carbonate at the stirring speed of 150r/min to obtain a mixture M1;
2) 0.8g of benzotriazole and 1.5g of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate are added into the mixture M1 and stirred and mixed under the condition that the stirring speed is 80r/min to prepare the metal shell surface cleaning agent A3.
Example 4
The preparation method is carried out according to the preparation method of example 1, except that the amount of sodium silicate is 1g, the amount of sorbitol is 1g, the amount of sodium hydroxide is 3g, the amount of sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate is 2g, the amount of sodium carbonate is 2g, the amount of benzotriazole is 0.1g, and the amount of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is 0.5g, so as to prepare the metal shell surface cleaning agent A4.
Example 5
The preparation method is carried out according to the preparation method of the example 2, except that the amount of the sodium silicate is 5g, the amount of the sorbitol is 5g, the amount of the sodium hydroxide is 10g, the amount of the sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate is 5g, the amount of the sodium carbonate is 10g, the amount of the benzotriazole is 1g, and the amount of the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is 3g, so that the metal shell surface cleaning agent A5 is prepared.
Comparative example 1
The preparation was carried out in accordance with the preparation method of example 3 except that the sodium silicate was used in an amount of 0.5g, the sorbitol was used in an amount of 0.5g, the sodium hydroxide was used in an amount of 1g, the sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate was used in an amount of 1g, and the sodium carbonate was used in an amount of 1g, to obtain metal casing surface cleaning agent D1.
Comparative example 2
The preparation method is carried out according to the preparation method of the example 3, except that the sodium silicate is 10g, the sorbitol is 10g, the sodium hydroxide is 20g, the sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate is 10g, the sodium carbonate is 20g, the benzotriazole is 5g, and the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is 5g, so as to prepare the metal shell surface cleaning agent D2.
Test example

The composition of claim 1, wherein the sodium silicate is 2 to 4 parts by weight, the sorbitol is 2 to 4 parts by weight, the sodium hydroxide is 5 to 8 parts by weight, the sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate is 3 to 4 parts by weight, the sodium carbonate is 5 to 8 parts by weight, the benzotriazole is 0.5 to 1 part by weight, and the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is 1 to 2 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the water.
3. The composition of claim 1 or 2, wherein the composition further comprises an antioxidant and an anti-ultraviolet agent.
4. The preparation method of the metal shell surface cleaning agent is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) mixing water, sodium silicate, sorbitol, sodium hydroxide, sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate and sodium carbonate to obtain a mixture M1;
2) adding benzotriazole and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate into the mixture M1, and mixing to obtain a metal shell surface cleaning agent; wherein,
relative to 100 parts by weight of water, the sodium silicate is 1-5 parts by weight, the sorbitol is 1-5 parts by weight, the sodium hydroxide is 3-10 parts by weight, the sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate is 2-5 parts by weight, the sodium carbonate is 2-10 parts by weight, the benzotriazole is 0.1-1 part by weight, and the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is 0.5-3 parts by weight.

The preparation method of claim 4, wherein the sodium silicate is used in an amount of 2 to 4 parts by weight, the sorbitol is used in an amount of 2 to 4 parts by weight, the sodium hydroxide is used in an amount of 5 to 8 parts by weight, the sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate is used in an amount of 3 to 4 parts by weight, the sodium carbonate is used in an amount of 5 to 8 parts by weight, the benzotriazole is used in an amount of 0.5 to 1 part by weight, and the sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate is used in an amount of 1 to 2 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the water.
6. The preparation method according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the preparation method further comprises adding an antioxidant and an anti-ultraviolet agent for mixing in step 2).
7. The preparation method according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the mixing process in step 1) is performed under the condition of stirring speed of 100-200 r/min.
8. The production method according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the mixing in step 2) is carried out by stirring and mixing under a stirring rate of 50 to 100 r/min.
