本发明公开了一种具有闪钻效果的AB胶膜及其制备方法,保证了画面的真实,增强用户体验。本发明的使用层由PET基材、高粘闪钻涂层、压敏胶涂层组成,PET基材上面涂覆高粘闪钻涂层,高粘闪钻涂层上面贴合离型膜,PET基材下面涂覆压敏胶涂层,压敏胶涂层下面贴合PE剥离膜;高粘闪钻涂层为均匀分散有珠光粉的热固化型丙烯酸树脂层或热固化型聚氨酯类树脂层的一种;压敏胶涂层为液态加成型反应硅胶层或液态亚克力胶层。本发明的保护膜具有钻石般的闪光效果,满足了客户凸显个性的需求。

技术领域
本发明属于保护膜制造领域,具体说,是特别涉及一种具有闪钻效果的AB胶膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
触摸屏在人们的日常生活中随处可见,触摸屏保护膜也越来越多的出现在我们的周围。随着移动终端设备的发展,人们逐渐在手机、平板电脑上越来越多的处理工作,手机、平板电脑等智能设备屏幕多采用钢化玻璃保护。目前,钢化玻璃保护膜已在市场上广泛普及,随着钢化玻璃手机保护膜的发展,越来越多的传统保护膜被钢化玻璃保护膜所代替。其中钢化玻璃保护膜的核心技术是AB双面胶。但是现有的钢化玻璃保护膜用的AB双面胶功能单一,不能满足客户的日常需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有闪钻效果的AB胶膜,不仅解决了现有钢化玻璃用AB双面胶性能单一的问题,实现闪钻效果;还不影响光线透过率,保证了画面的真实,增强用户体验。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种具有闪钻效果的AB胶膜,具有闪钻效果的AB胶膜由离型膜、使用层和PE剥离膜组成,使用层包含有PET基材,使用层由PET基材、高粘闪钻涂层、压敏胶涂层组成,PET基材上面涂覆高粘闪钻涂层,高粘闪钻涂层上面贴合离型膜,PET基材下面涂覆压敏胶涂层,压敏胶涂层下面贴合PE剥离膜;高粘闪钻涂层为均匀分散有珠光粉的热固化型丙烯酸树脂层或热固化型聚氨酯类树脂层的一种;压敏胶涂层为液态加成型反应硅胶层(聚二甲基硅氧烷)或液态亚克力胶层(PMMA)。
压敏胶涂层厚度为20~200μm,高粘闪钻涂层厚度为20~200μm。
在其中一些实施例中,所述高粘闪钻涂层的原料组成及重量份为:
热固化型丙烯酸树脂80~100份,
珠光粉0.01~1份,
制备中加入溶剂20~50份;
所述溶剂为乙酸乙酯、甲苯或丁酮的一种及混配物,制备后挥发掉。
在其中一些实施例中,所述PET基材厚度为50~200μm,PE剥离膜厚度为20~65μm;高粘闪钻涂层厚度为25~60μm,压敏胶涂层厚度为20~45μm。
在其中一些实施例中,所述离型膜为25~80μm的OPP膜或BOPP膜其中一种;PET基材为85μm的PET膜;PE剥离膜为40μm的PE膜。
在其中一些实施例中,所述离型膜的剥离力为2~10gf;高粘闪钻涂层的剥离力为500~1500gf。
一种具有闪钻效果的AB胶膜的制备方法,将珠光粉均匀分散到涂布胶液中,然后通过逗号式刮刀涂布在PET基材上,通过烘箱或UV固化装置,使胶水先后固化,实现钢化玻璃用AB双面胶的闪钻效果,方法如下:
A、胶水的混合
将热固化型丙烯酸树脂和珠光粉按照100:0.01~1的比例混合,用超声分散与物理搅拌的方式,充分搅拌1h,使胶液混合均匀,用12~17μm的滤芯,将胶液过滤;
B、胶水涂布
将A步骤的胶液通过涂布的方式,选用逗号式刮刀涂布,涂布在50~200μm的PET基材上,涂布干膜厚度20~200μm;
C、通过烘箱加热固化,使其充分固化后,得到高粘闪钻涂层,在高粘闪钻涂层之上贴合离型膜(OPP膜或BOPET膜,厚度35~100μm)做保护;
D、使用层压敏胶涂布
在C步骤的PET基材另一面涂布压敏胶,厚度20~200μm,经烘箱加热固化后,得到压敏胶涂层,在压敏胶涂层之上贴合一层25~75μm的PE膜做PE剥离膜,在压敏胶涂层硬化面贴合一层PE剥离膜做保护。
在其中一些实施例中,具体制备方法如下:
A、胶水的混合
将热固化型丙烯酸树脂和珠光粉按照100:0.25(或100:0.035)的比例混合,用超声分散与物理搅拌的方式,充分搅拌1h,使胶液混合均匀,用15μm的滤芯,将胶液过滤;
B、胶水涂布
将第一步的胶液选用逗号式刮刀涂布在PET基材上,所选PET基材厚度为80μm或135μm,涂布干膜厚度60μm或155μm;
C、加热固化
将第二步涂布胶水的PET基材经导辊送达烘箱,烘箱设定温度100~200℃,烘烤1~3min,使胶水固化后,得到高粘闪钻涂层,在高粘闪钻涂层外表面贴合离型膜(OPP膜或BOPET膜),在收料出收卷;
D、使用层压敏胶涂布
将第三步的PET基材另一面涂覆30μm或125μm的液态加成型反应硅胶(聚二甲基硅氧烷)或液态亚克力胶水(PMMA),经过烘箱烘烤(130~200℃),时间1~3min,得到压敏胶涂层,再使用厚度为35μm或60μm的PE膜,在压敏胶涂层硬化面贴合一层PE剥离膜做保护,成为三层保护膜。
在其中一些实施例中,所述离型膜覆合在高粘闪钻涂层上,PE剥离膜覆合在压敏胶涂层下。
本发明提供了一种具有闪钻效果的AB双面胶,利用胶水配方的改变,实现AB胶的闪钻效果。当这种AB胶与钢化玻璃贴合形成钢化玻璃手机保护膜时,保护膜将具有钻石般的闪光效果,满足了客户凸显个性的需求。本发明给用户带来更多的选择,实现了钢护玻璃用AB双面的闪钻效果;解决了现有AB双面胶功能单一的问题;满足了客户的体验需求。

本发明实施例所使用的原料如下:
热固化型丙烯酸树脂,购自东莞市添益化工有限公司;
热固化型聚氨酯类树脂:购自长兴(广州)精细涂布有限公司;
溶剂:乙酸乙酯、甲苯或丁酮,购自上海日之升新技术发展有限公司;
珠光粉:购自佛山市森彩亮装饰材料有限公司。
本发明的技术方案是:PET基材11厚度为50~200μm,高粘闪钻涂层22厚度为20~200μm,压敏胶涂层23厚度为20~200μm。
高粘闪钻涂层22珠光粉的闪钻颜色为金、银等不同颜色。珠光粉的透光率92%以上,雾度1%以下。
本发明通过将珠光粉均匀分散到涂布胶液中,然后通过逗号式刮刀涂布在PET基材11上,通过烘箱或UV固化装置,使胶水先后固化,实现钢化玻璃用AB双面胶的闪钻效果。具体制备方法:
A、胶水的混合
将热固化型丙烯酸树脂和珠光粉按照100:0.01~1的比例混合,用超声分散与物理搅拌的方式,充分搅拌1h,使胶液混合均匀,用15μm的滤芯,将胶液过滤;
B、胶水涂布
将A步骤的胶液通过涂布的方式,选用逗号式刮刀涂布,涂布在50~200μm的PET基材11上,涂布干膜厚度20~200μm;
C、通过烘箱加热固化,使其充分固化后,得到高粘闪钻涂层22,在高粘闪钻涂层22之上贴合离型膜32(OPP膜或BOPET膜,厚度35~100μm)做保护;
D、使用层压敏胶涂布
在C步骤的PET基材11另一面涂布压敏胶,厚度20~200μm,经烘箱加热固化后,得到压敏胶涂层23,在压敏胶涂层23之上贴合一层25~75μm的PE膜做PE剥离膜33,在压敏胶涂层23硬化面贴合一层PE剥离膜33做保护。
在其中一些实施例中,PE剥离膜33厚度为25~75μm。
珠光粉:闪钻颜色为金、银等不同颜色;珠光粉的高折光指数和良好的透明度使其在透明的介质中,创造出与珍珠光泽相同的效果。珠光粉采用佛山市森彩亮装饰材料有限公司,粒径为15~30nm。

本发明的AB胶膜透光率92%以上,雾度1%以下。
下面结合实例对本发明作进一步详细说明:
第一步:
将热固化型丙烯酸树脂和珠光粉按照100:0.25(或100:0.035)的比例混合,用超声分散与物理搅拌的方式,充分搅拌1h,使胶液混合均匀,用15μm的滤芯,将胶液过滤;
第二步:
将第一步的胶液选用逗号式刮刀涂布在PET基材11上,所选PET基材11厚度为80μm或135μm,涂布干膜厚度60μm或155μm;
第三步:
将第二步的PET基材11经导辊送达烘箱,烘箱设定温度100~200℃,烘烤1~3min,使胶水固化后,得到高粘闪钻涂层22,再贴合离型膜32(OPP膜或BOPET膜),在收料出收卷;
第四步:
将第三步的PET基材11背面涂覆30μm或125μm的液态加成型反应硅胶(聚二甲基硅氧烷)或液态亚克力胶水(PMMA),经过烘箱130~200℃烘烤,时间1~3min,使用35μm或60μm的PE膜,在硬化面贴合一层PE剥离膜33做保护,成为三层保护膜。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的部分实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (8)
1.一种具有闪钻效果的AB胶膜,具有闪钻效果的AB胶膜由离型膜(32)、使用层和PE剥离膜(33)组成,所述使用层包含有PET基材(11),其特征在于,所述使用层由PET基材(11)、高粘闪钻涂层(22)、压敏胶涂层(23)组成,所述PET基材(11)上面引入高粘闪钻涂层(22),所述高粘闪钻涂层(22)上面设有离型膜(32),所述PET基材(11)下面引入压敏胶涂层(23),所述压敏胶涂层(23)下面设有PE剥离膜(33);
所述高粘闪钻涂层(22)为均匀分散有珠光粉的热固化型丙烯酸树脂层或热固化型聚氨酯类树脂层的一种;所述压敏胶涂层(23)为液态加成型反应硅胶层或液态亚克力胶层;
所述压敏胶涂层(23)厚度为20~200μm,所述高粘闪钻涂层(22)厚度为20~200μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有闪钻效果的AB胶膜,其特征在于,所述高粘闪钻涂层(22)的原料组成及重量份为:
热固化型丙烯酸树脂80~100份,
珠光粉0.01~1份,
制备中加入溶剂20~50份;
所述溶剂为乙酸乙酯、甲苯或丁酮的一种及混配物,制备后挥发掉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有闪钻效果的AB胶膜,其特征在于,所述PET基材(11)厚度为50~200μm,所述PE剥离膜(33)厚度为20~65μm;
所述高粘闪钻涂层(22)厚度为25~60μm,所述压敏胶涂层(23)厚度为20~45μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有闪钻效果的AB胶膜,其特征在于,所述离型膜(32)为厚度25~80μm的OPP膜或BOPP膜其中一种;
所述PET基材(11)为85μm的PET膜;
所述PE剥离膜(33)为40μm的PE膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有闪钻效果的AB胶膜,其特征在于,所述离型膜(32)的剥离力为2~10gf;所述高粘闪钻涂层(22)的剥离力为500~1500gf。
6.一种如权利要求1~5任一项所述具有闪钻效果的AB胶膜的制备方法,其特征在于,将珠光粉均匀分散到涂布胶液中,然后通过逗号式刮刀涂布在PET基材(11)上,通过烘箱或UV固化装置,使胶水先后固化,实现钢化玻璃用AB双面胶的闪钻效果,方法如下:
A、胶水的混合
将热固化型丙烯酸树脂和珠光粉按照100:0.01~1的比例混合,用超声分散与物理搅拌的方式,充分搅拌1h,使胶液混合均匀,用12~17μm的滤芯,将胶液过滤;
B、胶水涂布
将A步骤的胶液通过涂布的方式,选用逗号式刮刀涂布,涂布在50~200μm的PET基材(11)上,涂布干膜厚度20~200μm;
C、通过烘箱加热固化,使其充分固化后,得到高粘闪钻涂层(22),在高粘闪钻涂层(22)之上贴合离型膜(32)做保护;
D、使用层压敏胶涂布
在C步骤的PET基材(11)另一面涂布压敏胶,厚度20~200μm,经烘箱加热固化后,得到压敏胶涂层(23),在压敏胶涂层(23)之上贴合一层25~75μm的PE膜做PE剥离膜(33),在压敏胶涂层(23)硬化面贴合一层PE剥离膜(33)做保护。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,方法如下:
A、胶水的混合
将热固化型丙烯酸树脂和珠光粉按照100:0.25或100:0.035的比例混合,用超声分散与物理搅拌的方式,充分搅拌1h,使胶液混合均匀,用15μm的滤芯,将胶液过滤;
B、胶水涂布
将第一步的胶液选用逗号式刮刀涂布在PET基材(11)上,所选PET基材(11)厚度为80μm或135μm,涂布干膜厚度60μm或155μm;
C、加热固化
将第二步涂布胶水的PET基材(11)经导辊送达烘箱,烘箱设定温度100~200℃,烘烤1~3min,使胶水固化后,得到高粘闪钻涂层(22),在高粘闪钻涂层(22)外表面贴合离型膜(32),在收料出收卷;
D、使用层压敏胶涂布
将第三步的PET基材(11)另一面涂覆30μm或125μm的液态加成型反应硅胶或液态亚克力胶水,经过烘箱130~200℃烘烤,时间1~3min,得到压敏胶涂层(23),再使用厚度为35μm或60μm的PE膜,在压敏胶涂层(23)硬化面贴合一层PE剥离膜(33)做保护,成为三层保护膜。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述离型膜(32)覆合在高粘闪钻涂层(22)上,所述PE剥离膜(33)覆合在压敏胶涂层(23)下。
