Abstract
本发明公开了一种燃料。该燃料由生物乙醇60~95份、汽油10~20份、甲醇10~20份、异丙醇5~20份、助燃剂1~10份组成;所述助燃剂由抗氧化剂1~10份、二茂铁1~3份、硝酸异戊酯2~10份、二甲苯3~9份、乙醚2~6份、甲基叔丁基醚3~8份组成。本发明的燃料适用于机动车,具有清洁环保、燃烧充分、热值高的特点,所采用的助燃剂能增强汽油的稳定性和清洁性能,有效抑制汽油对发动机燃烧系统产生的腐蚀,燃烧效率高,动力强劲,尾气排放环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃料,属于能源技术领域。
背景技术
随着工业技术的发展和人们生活水平的提高,汽车需求量也随之增加。据报道,2015年6月,我国汽车保有量已经突破了1.63亿辆,保有量已经仅次于美国,成为全球第二。2007年6月至今,我国汽车保有量的复合增长率达到14.9%。汽车的增加,也就意味着机动车燃料需求的增加。
目前的机动车燃料主要包括车用汽油、车用柴油、车用替代燃料(如甲醇、乙醇、乳化燃料、天然气、石油气、氢气)等。车用燃料的使用性能对汽车的动力性、排放性有直接影响。车用燃料的消耗费用约占汽车运输成本的l/3左右,直接影响汽车使用的经济性。
由于我国石油资源的匮乏,人们开始转向以替代燃料来取代传统的汽油作为机动车燃料,较为常见的是利用生物质技术制备得到的生物乙醇。虽然生物乙醇已经投入了市场,但在实际的使用时,仍存在燃料热值不够,机动车易熄火,燃烧效率不高,动力不足的特点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种燃料,该燃料用于机动车具有高热值、燃烧效率高、动力够的特点。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种燃料,由生物乙醇、汽油、甲醇、异丙醇、助燃剂组成,其中各组分的重量份数为:生物乙醇60~95份、汽油10~20份、甲醇10~20份、异丙醇5~20份、助燃剂1~10份。
所述助燃剂是由:抗氧化剂1~10份、二茂铁1~3份、硝酸异戊酯2~10份、二甲苯3~9份、乙醚2~6份、甲基叔丁基醚3~8份组成。
本发明的燃料清洁环保、燃烧充分、热值高,所采用的助燃剂能增强汽油的稳定性和清洁性能,有效抑制汽油对发动机燃烧系统产生的腐蚀,燃烧效率高,动力强劲,尾气排放环保。

实施例1一种燃料,由生物乙醇95份、汽油15份、甲醇20份、异丙醇10份、助燃剂1份;所述助燃剂是由抗氧化剂1份、二茂铁3份、硝酸异戊酯10份、二甲苯9份、乙醚6份、甲基叔丁基醚5份组成。
实施例2一种燃料,由生物乙醇60份、汽油20份、甲醇15份、异丙醇15份、助燃剂10份;所述助燃剂是由抗氧化剂10份、二茂铁1份、硝酸异戊酯2份、二甲苯6份、乙醚2份、甲基叔丁基醚3份组成。
实施例3一种燃料,由生物乙醇80份、汽油10份、甲醇10份、异丙醇5份、助燃剂5份;所述助燃剂是由抗氧化剂4份、二茂铁2份、硝酸异戊酯6份、二甲苯3份、乙醚4份、甲基叔丁基醚8份组成。

1.一种燃料,其特征在于:由生物乙醇60~95份、汽油10~20份、甲醇10~20份、异丙醇5~20份、助燃剂1~10份组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃料,其特征在于:所述助燃剂是由抗氧化剂1~10份、二茂铁1~3份、硝酸异戊酯2~10份、二甲苯3~9份、乙醚2~6份、甲基叔丁基醚3~8份组成。
