Description
本發明係有關一種汽車燃油組成物,特別是指一種以甲醇為燃燒主料之汽車燃油組成物。
隨著石油、煤炭等傳統化石能源的逐漸枯竭,新能源的研究及推廣應用已成為各國政府的必要政策。例如,一種新能源汽車是採用非常規的車用燃料作為動力來源,而非常規的車用燃料指的是除了汽油、柴油、天然氣(NG)、液化石油氣(LPG)、乙醇汽油(EG)、甲醇、二甲醚之外的燃料。
而甲醇由於其獨特的物理和化學性質,它可以與普通汽油按一定比例混合就成為甲醇燃料,可以作為汽油的替代物,以節約能源緩解汽油的緊張局面,同時甲醇燃料容易燃燒完全,減少汽車廢氣排放污染,改善城市生態環境;燃燒清潔,無積碳,可改善汽車車況和延長汽車使用壽命。然而,目前在高濃度比例及純甲醇燃料的技術研究方面仍有待提升。
有鑑於此,本發明乃提出一種嶄新的汽車燃油組成物,有別於目前以低濃度比例摻雜使用之甲醇燃料,可在不減少燃油效率和引擎效能的前提下,大幅提高對於一般汽油的取代率,進一步對於節能省碳及促進經濟、環境的永續發展都具有十分重要的意義。
本發明的主要目的在於提供一種汽車燃油組成物,是在以甲醇為燃燒主料的配方中添加特殊成份及一定比例範圍之添加劑,可以極大比例地取代一般汽油,不僅可以節省燃料費用,同時不會損害車輛任何機件和引擎功能,
而污染物排放也大幅降低,進而達到省油節能的目的。
為達上述之目的,本發明提供一種汽車燃油組成物,其由甲醇作為燃燒主料,並於每公升燃燒主料中混合添加1~3毫升(ml/L)之添加劑,此添加劑是由正丁醇(buty alcohol)、甲基苯并三氮唑(TTA)溶液、吐溫80(Tween-80)、油酸(oleic acid)、三乙醇胺(Tris(2-Hydroxyethyl)Amine)及乙二醇(Ethylene glycol)等成份所混合調配而成,其中各成份的調配量,以使用200公升之正丁醇為基準,使用由1.5~2.5公斤之甲基苯并三氮唑粉體混合於20公升之甲醇所調配之甲基苯并三氮唑溶液,使用35~45公升之吐溫80,使用35~45公升之油酸,使用150~250公升之三乙醇胺,並使用150~250公升之乙二醇。
根據本發明所提供的汽車燃油組成物,不但可以全面性提昇燃油的使用特性,讓引擎發揮出最佳效能,並可以保護汽車引擎,而延長汽車使用壽命,同時,可以高比例摻雜於一般汽油,或者也可以單獨使用,其經濟、安全且環保,能夠有效節省能源,甚至取代傳統石油燃料成為理想的新能源。
底下藉由具體實施例詳加說明,當更容易瞭解本發明之目的、技術內容、特點及其所達成之功效。
根據本發明所提供之汽車燃油組成物,主要是以甲醇作為燃燒主料,並於每公升燃燒主料中混合添加1~3毫升(ml/L)之添加劑。添加劑是由正丁醇(buty alcohol)、甲基苯并三氮唑(TTA)溶液、吐溫80(Tween-80)、油酸(oleic acid)、三乙醇胺(Tris(2-Hydroxyethyl)Amine)及乙二醇(Ethylene glycol)等成份所混合調配而成;其中,正丁醇的成分是用以提供混溶、助燃作用,甲基苯并三氮唑溶液的成分是用以防金屬腐蝕及橡膠老化,吐溫80的成分是用以提供增溶作用,油酸的成分是用以提供潤滑作用,三乙醇胺的成分是用以調整pH值、淨化、防腐蝕及除銹,乙二醇的成分是用以提供防凍、增溶作用。
以下說明有關此添加劑的調配方式以及各成分的混合比例,並對於如何製成本發明之汽車燃油組成物的流程步驟進行詳述。
請參照第1圖,說明本發明之實施例所提供之汽車燃油組成物的製造流程。
(1)首先,如步驟S100,將1.5~2.5公斤之甲基苯并三氮唑粉體加入20公升之甲醇混合均勻,使甲基苯并三氮唑粉體溶解於甲醇中而得到一甲基苯并三氮唑溶液。
(2)然後,如步驟S110,將200公升之正丁醇、150~250公升之三乙醇胺、150~250公升之乙二醇加入前述甲基苯并三氮唑溶液。
(3)如步驟S120,再加入35~45公升之吐溫80和35~45公升之油酸,混合之後之組成即構成本發明之添加劑。
(4)最後,如步驟S130,取上述添加劑1~3毫升加入1公升甲醇中,使甲醇與
添加劑得以充分混合,即獲得本發明汽車燃油組成物之成品。
大致而言,有關添加劑的使用量與成分比例,可以依據汽車燃油所需等級及特性加以調整。接著,請再次配合參照第1圖之製造流程,本發明提供一種汽車燃油組成物之較佳實施例,其詳細的製備步驟包含:
(1)如步驟S100,取2公斤之甲基苯并三氮唑粉體溶於20公升之甲醇得到甲基苯并三氮唑溶液。
(2)如步驟S110,加入200公升之正丁醇、200公升之三乙醇胺、200公升之乙二醇。
(3)如步驟S120,加入40公升之吐溫80和40公升之油酸,使其混合均勻,即形成本發明之添加劑。
(4)如步驟S130,取400毫升之添加劑與200公升之甲醇,予以充分混合,即製得本發明較佳實施例之汽車燃油組成物。
藉由本發明所提供之汽車燃油組成物,實際應用於汽車引擎時,係具有極佳的冷卻作用,可以降低引擎溫度,不導致引擎過熱,同時具有極高的抗暴能力,有效高於優質的汽油所容許的壓力下,能有效地達到完全燃燒而不會爆震,這正適合高壓縮比,能夠讓高性能的引擎充分發揮其高辛烷值的作用,輸出更大的功率。
又,本發明之汽車燃油組成物與汽油混溶後,其辛烷值能比同標號的汽油高出3~5個單位,而高辛烷值可以增加引擎的動力性能,其高速時效優於汽油。
另外,本發明之汽車燃油組成物是一種優良的有機溶劑,能有效消除車輛本身油箱及反油路管線系統中的各種雜質及沉澱物和凝結物等,並能消除火星塞、汽門、活塞頂部及排氣管等部位所形成之積碳,更能省油及省錢。
並且,使用本發明之汽車燃油組成物的汽車排放汙染物,包括碳氫化合物(HC)、一氧化碳(CO)、氧化氮(NOX)的含量很低,且基本上是不含硫,再者,此汽車燃油組成物之蒸氣點的燃燒爆炸濃度是汽油的4倍,所以不易爆炸,因此相較於汽油而言,更為環保、安全。
除了上述的各項特點,本發明之汽車燃油組成物能夠以最大限度的比例地和一般汽油混和使用,甚至也可以單獨使用,不會降低燃油的各項性能,也完全不會損害車輛的任何機件及引擎功效,可以降低成本及減少環境汙染,並能緩解國際能源短缺,更能促進汽車工業的可持續性發展。
總的來說,本發明的汽車燃油組成物比起汽油不但更安全、更環保、更省錢,也更不損害車輛的任何構造,能夠有效節省能源,更可望有效取代傳統石油燃料成為理想的綠色新能源。

Claims (3)
- 一種汽車燃油組成物,係由下列的成份所組成:(a)甲醇,作為燃燒主料;及(b)添加劑,其使用量為在每公升該燃燒主料中混合添加1~3毫升(ml/L),該添加劑係由以下成份混合調配而成:正丁醇(buty alcohol);甲基苯并三氮唑(TTA)溶液;吐溫80(Tween-80);油酸(oleic acid);三乙醇胺(Tris(2-Hydroxyethyl)Amine);及乙二醇(Ethylene glycol);其中,該添加劑中各成份的調配量,以使用200公升之該正丁醇為基準,該甲基苯并三氮唑溶液為由1.5~2.5公斤之甲基苯并三氮唑粉體混合於20公升之甲醇所調配者,該吐溫80為35~45公升,該油酸為35~45公升,該三乙醇胺為150~250公升,且該乙二醇為150~250公升。
- 如請求項1所述之汽車燃油組成物,其中該添加劑之使用量為在每公升該燃燒主料中混合添加2毫升。
- 如請求項2所述之汽車燃油組成物,其中該添加劑各成份的調配量,以使用200公升之該正丁醇為基準,該甲基苯并三氮唑溶液為由2公斤之甲基苯并三氮唑粉體混合於20公升之甲醇所調配者,該吐溫80為40公升,該油酸為40公升,該三乙醇胺為200公升,該乙二醇為200公升。
