本发明一种薏仁紫薯果粥粉的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取薏仁、麸皮分别粉碎,过70目泰勒筛,然后入膨化机膨化,将膨化物进行粉碎,过160目泰勒筛;将砂糖进行粉碎,过160目泰勒筛。
(2)将步骤1所得的薏仁粉38kg、麸皮粉5kg、砂糖粉10kg与紫薯干23kg、猕猴桃粉1kg、枣10kg、决明子5kg、黑芝麻5kg、碳酸钙0.8kg、蔗糖酯0.3kg、海藻酸钠0.08kg、食盐0.12kg,入搅拌机混合,搅拌均匀,入鼓风干燥机,85℃/10分钟灭菌,分装出品,即得决明子猕桃型薏仁紫薯果粥粉。
实施例4:
本发明一种薏仁紫薯果粥粉的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取薏仁、麸皮分别粉碎,过150目泰勒筛,然后入膨化机膨化,将膨化物进行粉碎,过200目泰勒筛;将砂糖进行粉碎,过160目泰勒筛。
(2)将步骤1所得的薏仁粉40kg、麸皮粉10kg、砂糖粉8kg与紫薯干25kg、海带粉10kg、花生仁5kg、碳酸钙1kg、蔗糖酯0.2kg、海藻酸钠0.1kg、食盐0.1kg、维生素C0.1kg,入搅拌机混合,搅拌均匀,入鼓风干燥机,80℃/15分钟灭菌,分装出品,即得海带麸皮型薏仁紫薯果粥粉。
实施例5:
本发明一种薏仁紫薯果粥粉的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取薏仁、麸皮、麦坯分别粉碎,过150目泰勒筛,然后入膨化机膨化,将膨化物进行粉碎,过200目泰勒筛;将砂糖进行粉碎,过200目泰勒筛。
(2)将步骤1所得的薏仁粉52kg、麸皮粉3kg、麦坯粉1kg、砂糖粉8kg与紫薯干23kg、魔芋粉10kg、碳酸钙0.8kg、蔗糖酯0.3kg、海藻酸钠0.08kg、食盐0.12kg,入搅拌机混合,搅拌均匀,入鼓风干燥机,85℃/10分钟灭菌,分装出品,即得葡萄枸杞型薏仁紫薯果粥粉。

Claims (2)
1.一种薏仁紫薯果粥粉,按重量份计,由以下原料组成:
I、葡萄枸杞型:薏仁粉50-53份、麸皮粉2.5-3份、紫薯干23-27份、葡萄干7-9份、枸杞子4-6份、砂糖5-7份、碳酸钙0.8-1.2份、蔗糖酯0.1-0.3份、海藻酸钠0.08-0.12份、食盐0.08-0.12份、维生素C0.08-0.12份;
II、柿饼腰果型:薏仁粉47-50份,麸皮2.5-3份、紫薯干23-27份、柿饼9-11份、腰果5-7份、砂糖粉5-7份、碳酸钙0.8-1.2份、碳酸钙0.8-1.2份、蔗糖酯0.1-0.3份、海藻酸钠0.08-0.12份、食盐0.08-0.12份、维生素C0.08-0.12份;
III、决明子猕桃型:薏仁粉36-40份、砂糖9-11份,麸皮粉4.5-5.5份、猕猴桃粉0.8-1.2份、紫薯干23-27份、枣9-11份、决明子4-6份、黑芝麻4-6份、碳酸钙0.8-1.2份、蔗糖酯0.1-0.3份、海藻酸钠0.08-0.12份、食盐0.08-0.12份;
IV、海带麸皮型:薏仁粉38-42份、砂糖7-9份、麸皮粉9-11份、紫薯干23-27份、海带粉9-11份、花生仁4-6份、碳酸钙0.8-1.2份、蔗糖酯0.1-0.3份、海藻酸钠0.08-0.12份、食盐0.08-0.12份、维生素C0.08-0.12份;
V、魔芋麦坯型:薏仁粉48-52份、砂糖7-9份、麸皮粉2.5-3份、碳酸钙0.8-1.2份、蔗糖酯0.1-0.3份、海藻酸钠0.08-0.12份、食盐0.08-0.12份、紫薯干23-27份、魔芋粉9-11份、麦坯粉0.8-1.2份。
2.如权利1所述的一种薏仁紫薯果粥粉,其制作方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将薏仁、麸皮、麦坯分别粉碎,过40~150目泰勒筛,然后入膨化机膨化,将膨化物进行粉碎,过40~200目泰勒筛;将砂糖进行粉碎,过140目泰勒筛;
(2)按I~V配方比例分别加入紫薯干、葡萄干、枸杞子干、柿饼、腰果、枣、决明子、黑芝麻、海带粉、花生仁、魔芋粉、碳酸钙、砂糖粉、猕猴桃粉及食品添加剂,入搅拌机混合,搅拌均匀,入鼓风干燥机,75~85℃,10~20分钟,进行干燥灭菌,分装,出品。
