Description

超声波熔接装置以及使用该超声波熔接装置的一次性尿布的 制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于对被熔接物进行超声波熔接的超声波熔接装置以及利用该超声波熔接装置的一次性尿布的制造方法。
背景技术
以往,已知有一种超声波熔接装置,其具备砧台和超声波焊头,在砧台与超声波焊头之间夹住被熔接物的状态下,通过向超声波焊头施加超声波振动来熔接所述被熔接物。
作为此种超声波熔接装置,已知具备保持被熔接物的保持部件和在熔接范围与横过所述被熔接物的非熔接范围之间能够相对于保持部件移动的砧辊的装置,其中,熔接范围是俯视时与被保持在保持部件上的被熔接物重叠的位置且在与超声波焊头之间熔接被熔接物的范围(例如、专利文献1)。
在此,对于砧辊的移动范围中在砧辊与超声波焊头之间存在被熔接物的区域,为了熔接该被熔接物,需要使砧辊接近超声波焊头。另一方面,对于砧辊的移动范围中在砧辊与超声波焊头之间不存在被熔接物的区域,为了抑制砧辊以及超声波焊头的磨耗以及劣化,需要使砧台离开超声波焊头。
对此,专利文献1记载的超声波熔接装置具有相对于超声波焊头驱动砧辊的驱动机构,以便在熔接范围使砧辊接近超声波焊头,并且,在非熔接范围使砧辊离开超声波焊头。
图14是表示专利文献1记载的超声波熔接装置的驱动机构的概略结构的侧视图。
专利文献1记载的驱动机构具备:保持超声波焊头100的焊头保持部件103;被安装成以转动轴104a为中心相对于焊头保持部件103旋转并将砧辊101保持为能够以旋转轴101a为中心旋转的砧台保持部件104;以及使砧台保持部件104相对于焊头保持部件103转动的缸105。
缸105如图14所示地在砧辊101移动至横过被熔接物106的非熔接范围的状态下缩小,以使砧辊101离开超声波焊头100。
另一方面,缸105如图15所示地在熔接被熔接物106的熔接范围伸长,以使砧辊101接近超声波焊头100。
然而,专利文献1记载的驱动机构利用缸105的伸缩来使砧辊101接近或离开超声波焊头100。因此,需要缸105以及用于向该缸赋予动力的结构,导致超声波熔接装置的大型化。而且,为了与在熔接范围与非熔接范围之间的移动相配合而使砧辊101接近或离开超声波焊头100,需要对缸105的复杂的驱动控制。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够简化用于使超声波焊头与砧台接近或离开的结构以及控制的超声波熔接装置以及利用了该超声波熔接装置的一次性尿布的制造方法。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种超声波熔接装置,用于对被熔接物进行超声波熔接,其包括:保持部件,保持被熔接物;一对熔接用具,具有超声波焊头和砧台,所述超声波焊头具有向所述被熔接物施加超声波振动的输出面,所述砧台具有在与所述超声波焊头的输出面之间熔接所述被熔接物的熔接面,作为所述一对熔接用具的其中之一的移动侧熔接用具能够在熔接范围与非熔接范围之间相对于所述保持部件移动,其中,所述熔接范围是俯视时该移动侧熔接用具的输出面或熔接面与被保持在所述保持部件上的被熔接物重叠、且在与作为所述一对熔接用具中的另一方的对方侧熔接用具之间熔接所述被熔接物的范围,所述非熔接范围是俯视时偏离所述熔接范围的范围;以及移位机构,让所述移动侧熔接用具相对于所述对方侧熔接用具移位,以便使所述输出面与所述熔接面在所述熔接范围互相接近在所述非熔接范围互相离开,其中,所述对方侧熔接用具的包含所述输出面或所述熔接面的端部通过沿所述移动侧熔接用具的移动方向延伸的缝隙而在垂直于所述移动方向的方向上分支,该端部具有位于所述缝隙的两侧作为所述输出面或所述熔接面而发挥作用的一对端面,所述移位机构具备:施力机构,向所述所述移动侧熔接用具施力而使该移动侧熔接用具靠向所述对方侧熔接用具,以便让所述输出面和所述熔接面在它们的法线方向上相互接近;以及被按压部件,具有被按压面且在所述被按压面被配置在所述缝隙的宽度方向的范围内的状态下被固定于所述保持部件,其中,该被按压面按压基于所述施力机构的施力而位于所述非熔接范围内的所述移动侧熔接用具的外侧面,所述被按压部件的被按压面以及所述移动侧熔接用具的外侧面中的至少其中之一作为引导面而发挥作用,该引导面对应于所述移动侧熔接用具从所述熔接范围向所述非熔接范围移动,将所述移动侧熔接用具朝向使所述输出面与所述熔接面互相离开的方向引导。
此外,本发明提供一种一次性尿布的制造方法,其中,所述一次性尿布具有:被配置在穿着者的腹部的前腹部;被配置在穿着者的臀部的后背部;以及从所述前腹部通过穿着者的两腿部间而延伸至所述后背部的裆部,所述制造方法利用所述超声波熔接装置制造一次性尿布,其包括以下的工序:准备工序,准备构成要素在横向上连续的连续体,该构成要素是所述前腹部和所述后背部通过所述裆部而在纵向上连接而成;对折工序,在纵向上对折所述连续体;熔接工序,通过使所述移动侧熔接用具在所述熔接范围与所述非熔接范围之间移动,并向所述超声波焊头输入超声波振动,从而在所述对方侧熔接用具的一对端面与所述移动侧熔接用具的输出面或熔接面之间,同时对所述连续体中相当于所述前腹部的侧缘部的部分与相当于所述后背部的侧缘部的部分的重叠部分的两处进行熔接;以及切断工序,在所述熔接工序形成的两处熔接部之间切断所述连续体。
根据本发明,能够简化用于使超声波焊头与砧台接近或离开的结构以及控制。

下面,参照附图说明本发明的实施方式。此外,以下的实施方式是将本发明具体化的例子,并不用来限定本发明的技术范围。
参照图1,一次性尿布20具备穿着时配置在穿着者的腹部的前腹部20a、配置在穿着者的臀部的后背部20b以及从前腹部20a通过穿着者的两腿部间而延伸至后背部20b的裆部20c。
前腹部20a的两侧缘部以及后背部20b的两侧缘部被两处的熔接部S互相被熔接,以将前腹部20a和后背部20b连接成环状。
下面,说明一次性尿布20的制造方法。
<搬送工序P1>
在搬送工序P1,将在特定方向上延伸的片体W沿其长度方向搬送。下面,设片体W的流动为横向、图1中与横向垂直的方向为纵向来进行说明。
片体W具有:穿着时面向穿着者的体表侧的内侧片体;穿着时面向穿着者的外侧的外侧片体;以及夹在内侧片体与外侧片体之间的弹性部件。
内侧片体采用具有透液性的无纺布片体及/或网状片体而形成。外侧片体采用与内侧片体相同的材质、聚乙烯膜、聚丙烯膜、或具有防水性以及通气性的无纺布而形成。
弹性部件使用聚氨酯、天然橡胶、由热塑性树脂形成的片体或丝而形成。
<腿口形成工序P2>
在腿口形成工序P2,在片体W的纵向的中央位置形成腿口L。
片材W中两个腿口L之间的区域是相当于裆部20c的部分。此外,片材W中相当于裆部20c的部分的纵向的两侧位置是分别相当于前腹部20a以及后背部20b的部分。
也就是说,搬送工序P1以及腿口形成工序P2相当于准备构成要素在横向上连续的连续体的准备工序,其中,该构成要素是前腹部20a和后背部20b通过裆部20c在纵向上连接而形成。
<吸收体接合工序P3>
在吸收体接合工序P3,将吸收体A接合于片体W中的两个腿口L之间的位置。
吸收体A包括:具有透液性的透过性片体;具有防水性以及通气性的防水片体;以及夹在透过性片体与防水片体之间的吸收性芯。
透过性片体采用具有透液性的无纺布片体及/或网状片体而形成。防水片体采用聚乙烯膜、聚丙烯膜或具有防水性以及通气性的无纺布而形成。
吸收性芯是将粉碎的纸浆或在纸浆中混合高吸水性聚合物的材料层叠而成型。
此外,虽然说明了在片体W上接合吸收体A的方法,但也可以在片体W的内侧片体与外侧片体之间夹住吸收性芯而接合。此时,内侧片体采用具有透液性的无纺布片体及/或网状片体而形成。外侧片体采用聚乙烯膜、聚丙烯膜或具有防水性以及通气性的无纺布而形成。
<对折工序P4>
在对折工序P4,将载置了吸收体A的片体W(连续体)在纵向上对折。据此,片体W中相当于前腹部20a的部分和相当于后背部20b的部分重叠。
<熔接工序P5>
在熔接工序P5,对于被对折的片体W中相当于前腹部20a的侧缘部的部分和相当于后背部20b的侧缘部的部分进行超声波熔接。
具体而言,在熔接工序P5,隔开间隔D2同时对片体W的两处进行超声波熔接,其中,间隔D2为在后述的切断工序P6作为切断的范围而被预先设定的切断范围。
此外,两个熔接部S分别形成在相当于前腹部20a的侧缘部的部分和相当于后背部20b的侧缘部的部分的纵向的熔接范围D1。
<切断工序P6>
在切断工序P6,沿着在熔接工序P5形成的两个熔接部S之间沿纵向延伸的切断线切断片体W。据此,片体W(连续体)按每个一次性尿布20而被切开。
<第一实施方式>
下面,参照图2说明进行熔接工序P5的第一实施方式所涉及的超声波熔接装置1。
超声波熔接装置1具备:导入在对折工序P4对折的片体W的导入辊2;熔接由导入辊2导入的片体W的熔接鼓3;以及导出由熔接鼓3熔接的片体W的导出辊4。
熔接鼓3具备:保持由导入辊2导入的片体W的片体保持鼓(保持部件)5;被设置在片体保持鼓5的6个超声波焊头(对方侧熔接用具)6;用于在与各超声波焊头6之间分别对片体W进行超声波熔接的6个砧台组件7;保持各砧台组件7的筒状的砧台保持鼓8(参照图3);以及设置在砧台保持鼓8的内侧的凸轮鼓9(参照图3);以及邻接于各超声波焊头6而固定在片体保持鼓5的6个被按压部件18(参照图3)。
参照图2及图3,片体保持鼓5能够在其外周面保持片体W的状态下以旋转中心C1为中心旋转。此外,在片体保持鼓5,绕旋转中心C1以等间隔形成有6个凹槽5a。各凹槽5a朝片体保持鼓5的外侧开放,并且,沿旋转中心C1延伸。
各超声波焊头6向被保持在片体保持鼓5的片体W施加超声波振动。各超声波焊头6分别具有同样的结构,因此,只说明一个超声波焊头6,省略其它的超声波焊头6的说明。
参照图7,超声波焊头6包括:具有被输入超声波振动的输入面6c的输入侧端部6a;以及输出侧端部6b,该输出侧端部6b通过沿片体保持鼓5的旋转中心C1(参照图2)延伸的缝隙6d而在垂直于旋转中心C1的方向上分支,且具有在缝隙6d的两侧输出超声波振动的一对输出面6e。
缝隙6d的宽度尺寸D4是对应于在熔接工序P5同时被熔接的两处熔接部S的间隔D2(参照图1)的尺寸。
输入面6c与各输出面6e之间的距离被设定为相当于被输入到输入面6c的超声波振动的半个波长(1/2λ)的距离。缝隙6d被形成在从相当于被输入到输入面6c的超声波振动的节点部的位置起至输出侧端部6b的端面(输出面6e)为止的范围。
此外,被输入到超声波焊头6的超声波振动是垂直于输出面6e的方向的纵波,在图7的曲线图中为便于说明,将其记载为横波。
另外,如图2及图5所示,超声波焊头6被设置在凹槽5a内,以使各输出面6e从内侧接触于被保持在片体保持鼓5的片体W。
在此,各输出面6e的长度尺寸D3如图5所示地长于被设定在片体W的熔接范围D1,各输出面6e的长度方向的两端部被配置成突出于熔接范围D1(片体W)的两侧。
各砧台组件7绕旋转中心C1而分别被设置在与各超声波焊头6相同的位置。各砧台组件7分别具有相同的结构,因此说明一个砧台组件7的结构,省略其它砧台组件7的说明。
砧台组件7具备:用于在与超声波焊头6之间熔接片体W的砧辊(移动侧熔接用具)10;保持砧辊10,以使各砧辊10能够沿旋转中心C1相对于片体保持鼓5移动的保持部件11。
如图3及图4所示,保持部件11具备:以能够沿旋转中心C1移动的方式被安装于砧台保持鼓8的保持部件主体12;以能够以转动轴19b为中心转动的方式被安装于保持部件主体12且保持砧辊10使其能够以旋转轴19a为中心旋转的保持杆19;以及朝向使砧辊10接近超声波焊头6的方向对所述保持杆19施力的施力部件25。
在此,旋转轴19a以及转动轴19b是分别沿垂直于包含旋转中心C1以及砧台组件7的平面的方向(垂直于图3的纸面的方向)延伸的轴。此外,旋转轴19a被设置在保持杆19的前端部,转动轴19b被设置在保持杆19的中间部。
因此,砧辊10能够对应保持部件11的沿旋转中心C1的移动而与片体W滚动接触,且能够对应保持杆19的转动,在片体保持鼓5的径向上接近或离开片体W(超声波焊头6)。
施力部件25朝向使保持杆19的基端部相对于保持部件主体12离开旋转中心C1的方向施力,从而朝向使砧辊10接近超声波焊头6的方向对砧辊10施力。
施力部件25、保持杆19以及转动轴19b相当于施力机构,该施力机构以使砧辊10朝向超声波焊头6的方式施力,使得超声波焊头6的输出面6e与后述的砧辊10的熔接面10d在它们的法线方向上接近。
在保持部件主体12设有:朝向旋转中心C1延伸的凸轮突起14;以及在垂直于凸轮突起14以及旋转中心C1的方向上(图4的左右方向)朝向相反方向分别突出且沿旋转中心C1延伸的一对卡合突起15。
此外,保持部件主体12被设置在立设于砧台保持鼓8的外周面的一对导轨17之间。在各导轨17形成有向配对的导轨17侧开放并沿旋转中心C1延伸的卡合槽17a。保持部件主体12的各卡合突起15分别卡合于卡合槽17a,以便能够相对于砧台保持鼓8沿旋转中心C1移动。
在此,在筒状的砧台保持鼓8设有贯穿其周壁且沿旋转中心C1延伸的缝隙16a。保持部件主体12的凸轮突起14通过缝隙16a插入于砧台保持鼓8的内侧。
在砧台保持鼓8内设有凸轮鼓9,在该凸轮鼓9的外周面形成有凸轮槽9a。凸轮突起14的顶端部被插入于凸轮槽9a内。凸轮槽9a引导凸轮突起14,以便对应于砧台保持鼓8相对于凸轮鼓9的旋转,砧台组件7沿旋转中心C1移动。
在此,片体保持鼓5与砧台保持鼓8互相被固定,两者一体地以旋转中心C1为中心旋转。另一方面,凸轮鼓9的旋转位置不拘于片体保持鼓5以及砧台保持鼓8的旋转而被固定。因此,保持部件主体12与片体保持鼓5以及砧台保持鼓8的以旋转中心C1为中心的旋转相对应而沿旋转中心C1移动。
具体而言,当俯视时,位于图2及图3的最下方的砧台组件7被配置在偏离被保持在片体保持鼓5的片体W的位置。在该状态下,片体保持鼓5沿图2的逆时针方向旋转,与此相对应,砧台组件7沿旋转中心C1朝向接近片体W的方向移动。
在砧台组件7移位至图2及图3的最上方的位置的过程中,砧辊10横过片体W,位于图2及图3的最上方的位置的砧台组件7,当俯视时,砧辊10被配置在偏离被保持在片体保持鼓5的片体W的位置。从该状态,如果片体保持鼓5进一步沿逆时针方向旋转,砧辊10再次横过片体W,返回到图2及图3的最下方的位置的砧辊10的位置。
也就是说,在超声波熔接装置1中,在图2的范围E1,砧辊10在图1的熔接范围D1,在片体W上往复移动,片体W在该往复移动的期间被熔接。更详细而言,位于图2的范围E1以外的范围内的砧辊10俯视时位于从片体W偏离的图5的范围E4内,如果砧辊10进入范围E1内,砧辊10依次在俯视时与片体W重叠的范围E3、俯视时位于所述范围E4相反侧的偏离片体W的范围E2以及所述范围E3内移动。
范围E4以及范围E2内分别相当于非熔接范围,范围E3内相当于熔接范围。以下,在第一至第三实施方式中,称为非熔接范围E2、E4以及熔接范围E3。
下面,参照图5至图7,说明用于使位于非熔接范围E2、E4内的砧辊10离开片体W的被按压部件18。
被按压部件18是具有小于超声波焊头6的缝隙6d的宽度尺寸D4的宽度尺寸D6,且被设置在缝隙6d的宽度方向的范围内的板状的部件。此外,被按压部件18的宽度尺寸D6小于砧辊10的一对突出部10b的间隔D5。在此,各突出部10b从圆盘状的辊主体10a的外周面的整周突出且分别具有在与超声波焊头6的输出面6e之间熔接片体W的熔接面10d。辊主体10a的外周面中各突出部10b之间的部分构成后述的能够与被按压部件18滚动接触的被支撑面10c。
此外,被按压部件18具有大于超声波焊头6的长度尺寸D3的长度尺寸D7,且沿旋转中心C1被配置。具体而言,被按压部件18的长度方向的两端部分别被配置在超声波焊头6的外侧,通过一对螺栓B1被固定于片体保持鼓5。
并且,被按压部件18具备:被配置在非熔接范围E4内的基端侧引导部21;被配置在熔接范围E3内的中央部22;以及被配置在非熔接范围E2内的前端侧引导部23。
中央部22具有被配置在与超声波焊头6的输出面6e相同的平面上或与输出面6e相比位于旋转中心C1侧的位置的非引导面22a。
基端侧引导部21具有基端侧引导面21a,该基端侧引导面21a包含:朝向离开中央部22的方向从非引导面22a向片体保持鼓5的径向外侧倾斜的倾斜面;以及朝向离开中央部22的方向从倾斜面向平行于非引导面22a(输出面6e)的方向延伸的平坦面。
同样,前端侧引导部23a包含:朝向离开中央部22的方向从非引导面22a向片体保持鼓5的径向外侧倾斜的倾斜面;以及朝向离开中央部22的方向从倾斜面向平行于非引导面22a的方向延伸的平坦面。
在此,两个引导面21a、23a相当于被按压面,位于非熔接范围E2、E4内的砧辊10的被支撑面10c基于施力机构(施力部件25、保持杆19以及转动轴19b)的施力被按压于该被按压面。此外,被按压部件18在两个引导面21a、23a被配置在缝隙16a的宽度方向的范围内的状态下被固定于片体保持鼓5。
此外,两个引导面21a、23a对应于砧辊10从熔接范围E3向非熔接范围E2、E4移动,与该砧辊10的被支撑面10c滚动接触,从而位于非熔接范围E2、E4内的砧辊10离开片体W(超声波焊头6)。在此,被支撑面10c是位于砧辊10的各突出部10b之间的辊主体10a的外周面(外侧面)。
也就是说,包含基端侧引导面21a的基端侧引导部21的端部以及包含前端侧引导面23a的前端侧引导部23的端部相当于分别插入于砧辊10的各突出部10b之间的被插入部。通过被插入部插入于突出部10b之间,位于非熔接范围E2、E4内的砧辊10和被按压部件18互相卡合,以限制砧辊10在垂直于砧辊10的移动方向以及施力部件25的施力方向的方向(图7的左右方向)上移动。
下面,说明利用被按压部件18的砧辊10的动作。
首先,在砧辊10在熔接范围E3移动的过程中,利用施力部件25的施力,砧辊10的熔接面10d在夹住片体W的状态下被按压于超声波焊头6的输出面6e。
在该状态下,通过向超声波焊头6施加超声波振动,片体W被超声波熔接。
如果砧辊10开始从熔接范围E3朝向非熔接范围E2、E4移动,砧辊10的被支撑面10c抵接于引导面21a、23a中的倾斜面。并且,如果砧辊10进一步移动,砧辊10与引导面21a、23a(倾斜面)滚动接触,并对抗施力部件25的施力而沿所述倾斜面逐渐离开超声波焊头6。然后,如果砧辊10的移动进一步进展,砧辊10成为被引导面21a、23a中的平坦面支撑的状态。也就是说,两个引导面21a、23a具有能够抗拒施力部件25的施力将砧辊10朝向使输出面6e与熔接面10d在它们的法线方向上互相离开的方向引导的形状。
在该状态下,砧辊10的熔接面10d从超声波焊头6的输出面6e离开预先设定的尺寸(大于超声波振动的振幅的尺寸)。因此,能够防止因施加于超声波焊头6的超声波振动传递至砧辊10而导致的超声波焊头6以及砧辊10的磨耗以及劣化。
另一方面,如果砧辊10开始从非熔接范围E2、E4朝向熔接范围E3移动,砧辊10与引导面21a、23a滚动接触,并利用施力部件25的施力,沿着倾斜面逐渐接近超声波焊头6。然后,如果砧辊10进一步移动,砧辊10到达熔接范围E3。
也就是说,施力机构(施力部件25、保持杆19以及转动轴19b)以及被按压部件18相当于使砧辊10相对于超声波焊头6移位的移位机构,以便在熔接范围E3使输出面6e与熔接面10d互相接近,并在非熔接范围E2、E4使输出面6e与熔接面10d互相离开。
如以上说明,砧辊10被施加朝向超声波焊头6的力,基于该施力,位于非熔接范围E2、E4的砧辊10的外侧面被按压于被按压部件10的引导面21a、23a上。
并且,通过两个引导面21a、23a,对应于砧辊10从熔接范围E3向非熔接范围E2、E4的移动,能够将砧辊10朝向输出面6e与熔接面10d互相离开的方向引导。
因此,在砧辊10移动到熔接范围E3的状态下,基于施力部件25的施力,能够使输出面6e与熔接面10d在这些面的法线方向上接近并在两者之间对片体W进行超声波熔接。另一方面,对应于砧辊10从熔接范围E3朝向非熔接范围E2、E4移动,砧辊10沿引导面21a、23a被引导,据此,能够使输出面6e与熔接面10d互相离开。
因此,与以往不同,能够省略用于朝向接近或离开超声波焊头的方向驱动砧台的结构(缸以及向该缸赋予驱动力的结构)以及砧台的驱动控制。
而且,由于在超声波焊头6的一对输出面6e之间(缝隙6d的宽度方向范围内)设有引导面21a、23a,因此,能够在各输出面6e的附近位置可靠地使砧辊10的熔接面10d离开该各输出面6e。
因此,能够可靠地防止超声波焊头6以及砧辊10的磨耗以及劣化。
此外,在所述超声波焊头6中,由于通过缝隙6d使超声波焊头6的输出侧端部6b轻量化,因此,能够增大从各输出面6e的输出振幅。
因此,能够可靠地对片体W进行超声波熔接。
另外,砧辊10在位于熔接范围E3的外侧的非熔接范围E2、E4折返而移动到熔接范围E3。在此,在砧辊10的移动折返点也熔接片体W的情况下,在砧辊10的减速时以及加速时也对片体W施加超声波能量,因此,难以在移动方向上均匀地进行熔接。相对于此,如上所述地通过将砧辊10的折返点设定在熔接范围E3的外侧,能够均匀地进行在熔接范围E3的熔接。
此外,第一实施方式所涉及的超声波熔接装置1获得如下的效果。
根据第一实施方式,能够通过引导面21a、23a使输出面6e与熔接面10d在它们的法线方向上互相离开。因此,在砧辊10的移动方向上的输出面6e的范围内适当地设定熔接范围E3以及非熔接范围E2、E4。
根据第一实施方式,能够对处于非熔接范围E2、E4的砧辊10和被按压部件18在垂直于砧辊10的移动方向以及施力方向的方向上进行定位。
因此,能够在砧辊10移动到熔接范围E3之前定位砧辊10和超声波焊头6,据此,能够在移动到熔接范围E3的砧辊10与超声波焊头6之间可靠地进行熔接。
根据第一实施方式,能够利用砧辊10中不贡献于片体W的熔接的被支撑面10c(各突出部10b间的区域),使处于非熔接范围E2、E4的砧辊10与被按压部件18卡合。
根据第一实施方式,能够在隔着熔接范围E3的两处设定非熔接范围E2、E4。因此,通过使砧辊10在这两处非熔接范围E2、E4之间往复动作,既能防止砧辊10以及超声波焊头6的磨耗以及劣化,又能可靠地熔接片体W。
根据第一实施方式,能够通过缝隙6d使超声波焊头6中比超声波振动的节点部位于输出面6e侧的部分轻量化,因此,能够增大输出振幅。
尤其在第一实施方式中,由于缝隙6d形成在从相当于超声波振动的节点部的位置起至输出侧端部6b的端面(输出面6e)为止的范围,因此,能够通过缝隙6d使超声波焊头6最大限度地轻量化。
另外,如果缝隙6d形成在从比相当于超声波振动的节点部的位置还位于各输出面6e侧的位置起至输出侧端部6b的端面为止的范围,就能够有效地增大输出振幅。
此外,根据使用第一实施方式所涉及的超声波熔接装置的制造方法,能够在通过使用具有缝隙6d的超声波焊头6来增大输出振幅的状态下熔接片体W,并且,能够使用被设置在缝隙6d的宽度范围内的被按压部件18,使位于非熔接范围E2、E4内的砧辊10离开超声波焊头6。
因此,以大的输出振幅可靠地熔接片体W,并使位于非熔接范围E2、E4内的砧辊10离开超声波焊头6,由此,能够防止超声波焊头6以及砧辊10的磨耗以及劣化。
此外,使用一对输出面6e同时熔接片体W的折返部分的两处(相邻的两个一次性尿布的熔接部位),并在由缝隙6d划定的片体W的非熔接范围(两处熔接部S间的范围)切断片体W,由此能够制造一次性尿布20。
<第二实施方式>
在第一实施方式中,在被按压部件18设有引导面21a、23a,但引导面设置在被按压部件18以及砧辊10的至少其中之一即可。
第二实施方式所涉及的超声波熔接装置中,如图8所示,在砧辊10A设有引导面(大径部10e的外周面)。此外,第二实施方式所涉及的被按压部件18A具有被设置在与超声波焊头6的输出面6e同一个平面上的平坦面18b,该平坦面18b作为用于让砧辊10A的大径部10e的外周面滚动接触的面。
砧辊10A具有从一对突出部10b间的被支撑面10c突出的大径部10e。
大径部10e与划定被支撑面10c的圆柱部分同心配置,并设置在180°的角度范围。此外,大径部10e的外周面与被支撑面10c通过两个倾斜面10f而互相连接。
在第二实施方式中,大径部10e的外周面的一半部分(90°的范围)以及一个倾斜面10f构成对非熔接范围E2的引导面。另一方面,大径部10e的剩下的一半部分的外周面以及剩下的一个倾斜面10f构成对非熔接范围E4的引导面。
在砧辊10A在熔接范围E3移动的过程中,砧辊10A的熔接面10d在基于施力部件25的施力夹住片体W的状态下被按压于超声波焊头6的输出面6e,并滚动接触于片体。
在该状态下,通过向超声波焊头6施加超声波振动,对片体W进行超声波熔接。
如果砧辊10A开始从熔接范围E3朝向非熔接范围E2、E4移动,砧辊10A的倾斜面10f抵接于被按压部件18的平坦面18b。并且,如果砧辊10A进一步移动,砧辊10A的倾斜面10f滚动接触于被按压部件18的平坦面18b,砧辊10A的熔接面10d对抗施力部件25的施力而沿倾斜面10f逐渐离开超声波焊头6的各输出面6e。然后,如果砧辊10A更进一步移动,成为由被按压部件18的平坦面18b支撑砧辊10A的大径部10e的状态。
在第二实施方式中,也能够对应于砧辊10A的从熔接范围E3向非熔接范围E2、E4的移动,对抗施力部件25的施力使砧辊10A的熔接面10d离开超声波焊头6的输出面6e。
此外,也可在所述大径部10e的外周面以及被按压部件18的平坦面18b设置能够互相卡合的卡合部,以容许砧辊10A的向熔接范围E3的移动,并限制砧辊10A向垂直于该移动方向以及施力部件25的施力方向的方向移动。
<第三实施方式>
在所述各实施方式所涉及的超声波熔接装置中,超声波焊头6和砧辊10能够相对移位,但也可使超声波焊头6和砧辊10双方对于片体保持鼓5相对移位。也就是说,作为对方侧熔接用具的超声波焊头6对于片体保持鼓5相对移位。
如图9所示,第三实施方式所涉及的超声波焊头6被保持在砧台组件7的保持部件主体12。因此,对应于砧台组件7的移动,超声波焊头6也相对于片体保持鼓5移动。
在第三实施方式中,超声波焊头6和被按压部件18B相对移位。图9示出了砧辊10移位至非熔接范围E4的状态,在该状态下,被按压部件18B的端部被插入于超声波焊头6的缝隙6d内。
在此,被按压部件18B中始终被插入于缝隙6d内的端部(图9的右侧的端部)成为自由端,另一方面,被按压部件18B的相反侧的端部18a使用两个螺栓B1被固定。据此,能够将被按压部件18B可靠地固定于片体保持鼓5。
另外,在被按压部件18B设有引导面21a、23a的点与第一实施方式相同。
在第三实施方式中,也能够对应于砧辊10的从熔接范围E3向非熔接范围E2、E4的移动,对抗施力部件25的施力使砧辊10的熔接面10d从超声波焊头6的输出面6e朝向这些面的法线方向离开。
<第四实施方式>
在所述实施方式中,说明了用于使输出面6e和熔接面10d在这些面的法线方向上离开的被按压部件18,但被按压部件也可用于使输出面6e和熔接面10d在砧辊10B的移动方向上离开。
下面,参照图10及图11,说明第四实施方式所涉及的超声波熔接装置。另外,对于与第一及第二实施方式同样的结构附上同一符号并省略其说明。
第四实施方式所涉及的超声波熔接装置中,设定有与超声波焊头6的输出面6e的长度尺寸D3相同的熔接范围E6和俯视时偏离熔接范围E6的非熔接范围E5、E7。此外,图11示出了片体W以覆盖熔接范围E6以及非熔接范围E5的方式被供给的例子,但是,片体W以至少覆盖熔接范围E6的方式被供给即可。
超声波熔接装置具备:被固定于片体保持鼓5(参照图3)的安装板24;以及被安装于安装板24的一对被按压部件26A。
安装板24具有:用于插通超声波焊头6的被缝隙6d分支的部分的一对插通孔24a;以及位于两个插通孔24a之间且通过超声波焊头6的分支部分之间的通过部24b。
一对被按压部件26A分别具有同样的结构,因此,只说明图11的左侧的被按压部件26A,省略右侧的被按压部件26A的说明。
被按压部件26A具有引导面26c(被按压面),位于非熔接范围E5内的砧辊10B基于施力部件25(参照图3)的施力被按压于该引导面26c。
具体而言,被按压部件26A包括:具有引导面26c的主体部26a;以及用于将主体部26a安装于安装板24的一对安装部26b,且被按压部件26A具有小于缝隙6d的宽度尺寸D4的厚度尺寸D8。
主体部26a是在引导面26c被配置在缝隙6d的宽度方向的范围内的状态下固定于安装板24(片体保持鼓5)的大致长方形的板状部分。此外,主体部26a以如下方式被安装于安装板24,即:在砧辊10B的移动方向上引导面26c与超声波焊头6的输出面连续、且引导面26c与超声波焊头6的输出面6e被配置在同一个平面上。具体而言,主体部26a在图11所示的侧视时,被配置成从超声波焊头6的端面朝向离开该超声波焊头6的方向延伸。
此外,也可以在引导面26c的一部分进入超声波焊头6的缝隙6d内的状态下被按压部件26A被安装于安装板24。反之,也可以在引导面26c与输出面6e之间设有能够使砧辊10B在引导面26c与输出面6e之间顺畅移动的程度的间隙。
一对安装部26b从主体部26a向砧辊10B的移动方向突出且被设置在主体部26a的两侧。其中一个安装部26b被配置在超声波焊头6的缝隙6d内,另一安装部26b被配置在缝隙6d的外侧。在安装部26b形成有用于插通螺栓B2的插通孔(省略符号),通过使插通于该插通孔的螺栓B2的顶端部与安装板24的螺丝孔24d螺合,能够将被按压部件26A安装于安装板24。
在此,第四实施方式所涉及的砧辊10B如图10所示地具有半径与各突出部10b相同的被支撑部10g。具体而言,被支撑部10g在一对突出部10b之间从辊主体10a向半径方向的外侧突出。被支撑部10g的外周面(外侧面)作为被按压于被按压部件26A的引导面26c的被支撑面10c而发挥作用。
位于熔接范围E6内的砧辊10B的熔接面10d基于施力部件25的施力被按压于超声波焊头6的输出面6e,片体W在熔接面10d与输出面6e之间被熔接。位于非熔接范围E5、E7内的砧辊10B的被支撑面(外侧面)10c基于施力部件25的施力被按压于引导面26c或片体W。如果砧辊10B从熔接范围E6向非熔接范围E5、E7移动,熔接面10d从输出面6e向砧辊10B的移动方向离开。
由此,根据第四实施方式,在砧辊10B移动至偏离超声波焊头6的位置的情况下,能够将砧辊10B朝向其移动方向引导。据此,能够使输出面6e与熔接面10d在砧辊10B的移动方向上互相离开。
此外,在第四实施方式所涉及的超声波熔接装置,熔接范围可在图11所示的熔接范围E6及非熔接范围E5、E7与图12所示的熔接范围E9及非熔接范围E8、E10之间切换。在此,熔接范围E9被设定在超声波焊头6的长度尺寸D3的范围内。
参照图12,超声波熔接装置具有一对被按压部件26B,该一对被按压部件26B具有与上述的被按压部件26A不同的形状的引导面26d。此外,两个被按压部件26B具有同样的结构,因此,只说明用于定义非熔接范围E8的被按压部件26B。此外,被按压部件26B除了引导面26d以外具有与上述的被按压部件26A同样的结构,因此,只说明引导面26d。
引导面26d具有:随着从熔接范围E9朝向非熔接范围E8而向片体保持鼓5的径向外侧倾斜的倾斜面;以及朝向离开熔接范围E9的方向从倾斜面向平行于输出面6e的方向延伸的平坦面。对应于砧辊10B从熔接范围E9朝向非熔接范围E8或非熔接范围E10移动,熔接面10d通过引导面26d而对抗施力部件25的施力,从输出面6e朝向其法线方向离开的方向被引导。
安装板24容许将被按压部件26A、26B安装于被设定在砧辊10B的移动方向上的不同位置的两个安装位置上。
具体而言,安装板24具有用于安装上述的被按压部件26A的一对外侧螺丝孔24c和用于安装被按压部件26B的一对内侧螺丝孔24d。
如图12所示,通过使插通于被按压部件26B的安装部26b的插通孔的螺栓B2螺合于内侧螺丝孔24d,能够以定义熔接范围E9以及非熔接范围E8、E10的方式将被按压部件26B安装于安装板24。
另一方面,在卸下被按压部件26B的状态下,如图11所示,通过使插通于被按压部件26A的安装部26b的插通孔的螺栓B2螺合于外侧螺丝孔24c,能够以定义熔接范围E6以及非熔接范围E5、E7的方式将被按压部件26A安装于安装板24。
据此,可提供能够制造熔接范围不同的多个一次性尿布20的超声波熔接装置。
在此,外侧螺丝孔24c之间的间距以及内侧螺丝孔24d之间的间距被设定为互相相同,并且,对于两个被按压部件26A、26B,从安装部26b至引导面26c、26d的端部为止的距离被设定为相同。因此,也能够利用外侧螺丝孔24c将被按压部件26B安装于安装板24。此时,对应于从熔接范围E6向非熔接范围E5、E7的砧辊10B的移动,熔接面10d通过被按压部件26B的引导面26d从输出面6e也向其法线方向离开。此外,在此情况下,能够利用一种被按压部件26B切换熔接范围E6和熔接范围E9。也可在被按压部件26A、26B以及片体保持鼓5(安装板24)的至少其中之一设置容许将被按压部件26A、26B安装于片体保持鼓5(安装板24)的安装部,以便能够将被按压部件26A、26B的安装位置在砧辊10B的移动方向上连续调整。
另外,如图13所示,也可在上述的非熔接范围E7的外侧设定砧辊10B不被按压于被按压部件26A的自由范围E11。此时,优选设有用于将移动至自由范围E11的砧辊10B的高度位置保持在该砧辊10B能够返回到引导面26c、26d上的位置的保持机构27。
保持机构27具备设置在保持部件主体12(参照图3)的支架27a和在上下方向上贯穿支架27a的止动螺栓27b。
止动螺栓27b被设置在能够抵接于对应于以转动轴19b为中心的旋转而移动至预先设定的高度位置的保持杆19的基端部的位置。此外,止动螺栓27b通过调整对于形成在支架27a的螺丝孔(省略符号)的紧固程度,能够调整抵接于保持杆19的高度位置。
另外,由止动螺栓27b保持的砧辊10B的高度位置被设定在与位于熔接范围E6内的砧辊10B的高度位置同等的位置或与此相比稍靠下方的位置。
由此,以在自由范围E11内砧辊10B不被按压于被按压部件26A、26B的状态保持砧辊10B。因此,能够容易地进行砧辊10B的更换等。
另外,本发明并不限定于上述的各实施方式,例如,也可采用以下的方式。
在所述各实施方式中,作为移动侧熔接用具例示了砧辊10,作为对方侧熔接用具例示了超声波焊头6,但也可设为具有作为移动侧熔接用具的超声波焊头和作为对方侧熔接用具的砧台的超声波熔接装置。
也就是说,以使超声波焊头在熔接范围与非熔接范围之间相对于片体保持鼓5移动的方式,将超声波焊头安装于片体保持鼓5。
在该情况下,在包含对方侧熔接用具(砧台)的熔接面的端部设有用于将该端部分支的缝隙。此外,使超声波焊头与被按压部件直接接触并不理想,因此,优选让用于将超声波焊头支撑于片体保持鼓5的部分按压于被按压部件。
此外,对方侧熔接用具(砧台)也可如第一实施方式那样固定于片体保持鼓5,也可如第三实施方式那样相对于片体保持鼓5移动。
在上述的所有实施方式中,能够相对于片体保持鼓5(片体W)移动的熔接用具优选采用能够伴随其移动而与片体W以及被按压部件滚动接触的辊。
此外,在所述第一至第三实施方式中,说明了延伸于非熔接范围E2、熔接范围E3以及非熔接范围E4的一个被按压部件18、18A、18B,但如第四实施方式所示,被按压部件至少被设置在相当于非熔接范围的范围即可。
例如,也可在相当于非熔接范围E2的范围设有一个被按压部件,并且,在相当于非熔接范围E4的范围设有另外的被按压部件。此外,在只设定一个非熔接范围的情况下,在该非熔接范围设置一个引导部件即可。
另外,也可组合第一至第四实施方式的结构。
具体而言,在第四实施方式的超声波熔接装置中,也可使砧辊10B与被按压部件26A、26B互相卡合,以使在垂直于砧辊10B的移动方向以及施力部件25的施力方向的方向上的砧辊10B的移动受到限制。
另外,上述的具体实施方式主要包含具有以下的结构的发明。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种超声波熔接装置,用于对被熔接物进行超声波熔接,其包括:保持部件,保持被熔接物;一对熔接用具,具有超声波焊头和砧台,所述超声波焊头具有向所述被熔接物施加超声波振动的输出面,所述砧台具有在与所述超声波焊头的输出面之间熔接所述被熔接物的熔接面,作为所述一对熔接用具的其中之一的移动侧熔接用具能够在熔接范围与非熔接范围之间相对于所述保持部件移动,其中,所述熔接范围是俯视时该移动侧熔接用具的输出面或熔接面与被保持在所述保持部件上的被熔接物重叠、且在与作为所述一对熔接用具中的另一方的对方侧熔接用具之间熔接所述被熔接物的范围,所述非熔接范围是俯视时偏离所述熔接范围的范围;以及移位机构,让所述移动侧熔接用具相对于所述对方侧熔接用具移位,以便使所述输出面与所述熔接面在所述熔接范围互相接近在所述非熔接范围互相离开,其中,所述对方侧熔接用具的包含所述输出面或所述熔接面的端部通过沿所述移动侧熔接用具的移动方向延伸的缝隙而在垂直于所述移动方向的方向上分支,该端部具有位于所述缝隙的两侧作为所述输出面或所述熔接面而发挥作用的一对端面,所述移位机构具备:施力机构,向所述所述移动侧熔接用具施力而使该移动侧熔接用具靠向所述对方侧熔接用具,以便让所述输出面和所述熔接面在它们的法线方向上相互接近;以及被按压部件,具有被按压面且在所述被按压面被配置在所述缝隙的宽度方向的范围内的状态下被固定于所述保持部件,其中,该被按压面按压基于所述施力机构的施力而位于所述非熔接范围内的所述移动侧熔接用具的外侧面,所述被按压部件的被按压面以及所述移动侧熔接用具的外侧面中的至少其中之一作为引导面而发挥作用,该引导面对应于所述移动侧熔接用具从所述熔接范围向所述非熔接范围移动,将所述移动侧熔接用具朝向使所述输出面与所述熔接面互相离开的方向引导。
在本发明中,以使移动侧熔接用具靠向对方侧熔接用具的方式向移动侧熔接用具施力,基于该施力,位于非熔接范围的移动侧熔接用具的外侧面被按压于被按压部件的被按压面。
并且,通过使这些面中的至少其中之一作为引导面而发挥作用,能够对应于移动侧熔接用具从熔接范围向非熔接范围移动,将移动侧熔接用具朝向使输出面与熔接面互相离开的方向引导。
因此,在移动侧熔接用具移动到熔接范围的状态下,能够利用施力机构的施力使输出面与熔接面在这些面的法线方向上接近,并在两者之间对被熔接物进行超声波熔接。另一方面,对应于移动侧熔接用具从熔接范围向非熔接范围移动,使移动侧熔接用具沿引导面被引导,从而能够使输出面与熔接面互相离开。
因此,根据本发明,与以往技术不同,能够省略用于将砧台朝向接近或离开超声波焊头的方向驱动的结构(缸以及向其赋予驱动力的结构)以及砧台的驱动控制。
而且,在本发明中,在对方侧熔接用具的一对端面之间(缝隙的宽度方向的范围内)设有被按压面,因此,能够在对方侧熔接用具的各端面的附近位置可靠地使移动侧熔接用具从该各端面离开。
因此,能够可靠地防止超声波焊头以及砧台的磨耗以及劣化。
另外,在本发明中,移动侧熔接用具能够在熔接范围与非熔接范围之间移动。在此,非熔接范围位于俯视时偏离熔接范围的位置。也就是说,移动侧熔接用具在位于熔接范围的外侧的非熔接范围折返而向熔接范围移动。
在此,在移动侧熔接用具的移动折返点也熔接被熔接物的情况下,由于在移动侧熔接用具的减速时以及加速时也向被熔接物施加超声波能量,因此,难以在移动方向上均匀地进行熔接。相对于此,如本发明,通过将移动侧熔接用具的折返点设定在熔接范围的外侧,能够均匀地进行熔接范围中的熔接。
另外,本发明中所说的“被按压面被配置在缝隙的宽度方向的范围内”是指,容许在缝隙的进深方向(移动侧熔接用具的移动方向)或缝隙的深度方向上,被按压面被配置在缝隙的外侧。
此外,本发明中所说的“基于施力机构的施力,位于非熔接范围内的移动侧熔接用具的外侧面被按压(被按压面)”,也包含被熔接物存在于被按压面与移动侧熔接用具的外侧面之间的状态下,移动侧熔接用具的外侧面被按压于被按压面的情况。
在所述超声波熔接装置中,优选:所述引导面呈如下形状:能够对抗所述施力部件的施力,将所述移动侧熔接用具朝向使所述输出面与所述熔接面在它们的法线方向上互相离开的方向引导。
根据该方式,能够通过引导面使输出面与熔接面在它们的法线方向上互相离开。因此,能够在移动侧熔接用具的移动方向上的对方侧熔接用具的输出面或熔接面的范围内适当设定熔接范围以及非熔接范围。
在所述超声波熔接装置中,优选:所述保持部件具有被按压部件安装部,该被按压部件安装部容许将所述被按压部件安装于被设定在所述移动侧熔接用具的移动方向上的不同位置的多个安装位置。
根据该方式,能够在移动侧熔接用具的移动方向上的多个部位变更熔接范围以及非熔接范围。因此,可提供能够制造熔接范围不同的多个制品的超声波熔接装置。
另一方面,也可以在所述非熔接范围被设定在从所述对方侧熔接用具的输出面或熔接面向所述移动侧熔接用具的移动方向偏离的位置的情况下,所述引导面呈如下形状:能够将所述移动侧熔接用具朝向使所述输出面与所述熔接面在所述移动侧熔接用具的移动方向上互相离开的方向引导。
根据该方式,在移动侧熔接用具移动至偏离对方侧熔接用具的位置的情况下,通过将该移动侧熔接用具朝向所述移动方向引导,能够使输出面与熔接面在所述移动方向上互相离开。
在所述超声波熔接装置中,优选:位于所述非熔接范围内的移动侧熔接用具和所述被按压部件互相卡合,以便容许所述移动侧用具朝向所述熔接范围移动,并限制移动侧熔接用具朝向垂直于所述移动方向以及所述施力机构的施力方向的方向移动。
根据该方式,能够将位于非熔接范围内的移动侧熔接用具与被按压部件在垂直于移动侧熔接用具的移动方向以及施力方向的方向上定位。
因此,在移动侧熔接用具移动到熔接范围之前使移动侧熔接用具和对方侧熔接用具定位,据此,能够在移动到熔接范围的移动侧熔接用具与对方侧熔接用具之间可靠地进行熔接。
在所述超声波熔接装置中,优选:所述移动侧熔接用具包括:具有能够与所述被按压部件滚动接触的外侧面的辊主体;以及从所述辊主体向外侧突出、且在与所述对方侧熔接用具的一对端面之间熔接所述被熔接物的一对突出部,所述被按压部件具有被插入部,该被插入部被插入于位于所述非熔接范围内的移动侧熔接用具的所述一对突出部之间。
根据该方式,能够利用在移动侧熔接用具中不有助于被熔接物的熔接的区域(各突出部间的区域),使位于非熔接范围内的移动侧熔接用具与被按压部件卡合。
在所述超声波熔接装置中,优选:所述超声波熔接装置具有两个所述引导面,以便在所述移动侧熔接用具的移动方向上的所述熔接范围的两侧位置,分别将所述移动侧熔接用具朝向使所述输出面与所述熔接面互相离开的方向引导。
根据该方式,能够在熔接范围的两侧位置的两处设定非熔接范围。因此,通过使移动侧熔接用具在这两个非熔接范围之间往复动作,既能防止移动侧熔接用具以及对方侧熔接用具的磨耗以及劣化,又能可靠地熔接被熔接物。
在所述超声波熔接装置中,优选:所述超声波焊头是所述对方侧熔接用具,所述对方侧熔接用具包括:具有被输入超声波振动的输入面的输入侧端部;以及通过所述缝隙被分支且具有在所述缝隙的两侧位置输出超声波振动的一对输出面的输出侧端部,所述超声波焊头的输入面与所述超声波焊头的各输出面之间的距离被设定为相当于被输入到所述输入面的超声波振动的半个波长的距离,所述缝隙被形成在从相当于所述超声波振动的节点部的位置或与该位置相比位于所述各输出面侧的位置起至所述输出侧端部的端面为止的范围。
一般来讲,已知在超声波焊头中,以被输入的超声波振动的节点部为基准,输出面侧的部分的质量与输入面侧的部分的质量之比越小,输出振幅就越大。
在此,根据所述方式,通过缝隙能够仅使超声波焊头中的与超声波振动的节点部相比位于输出面侧的部分轻量化,因此,能够增大从各输出面输出的超声波振动的振幅(以下称为输出振幅)。
尤其在缝隙形成在从相当于超声波振动的节点部的位置起至输出侧端部的端面为止的范围的情况下,能够最大限度地进行利用缝隙的超声波焊头的轻量化。
此外,所述“节点部”是超声波振动的波形中振幅最小(0)的位置。
另外,本发明提供一种一次性尿布的制造方法,其中,所述一次性尿布具有:被配置在穿着者的腹部的前腹部;被配置在穿着者的臀部的后背部;以及从所述前腹部通过穿着者的两腿部间而延伸至所述后背部的裆部,所述制造方法利用所述超声波熔接装置制造一次性尿布,其包括以下的工序:准备工序,准备构成要素在横向上连续的连续体,该构成要素是所述前腹部和所述后背部通过所述裆部而在纵向上连接而成;对折工序,在纵向上对折所述连续体;熔接工序,通过使所述移动侧熔接用具在所述熔接范围与所述非熔接范围之间移动,并向所述超声波焊头输入超声波振动,从而在所述对方侧熔接用具的一对端面与所述移动侧熔接用具的输出面或熔接面之间,同时对所述连续体中相当于所述前腹部的侧缘部的部分与相当于所述后背部的侧缘部的部分的重叠部分的两处进行熔接;以及切断工序,在所述熔接工序形成的两处熔接部之间切断所述连续体。
根据本发明所涉及的制造方法,能够通过设置在缝隙的宽度范围内的被按压部件,使位于非熔接范围内的移动侧熔接用具离开对方侧熔接用具。
因此,根据本发明,通过使位于非熔接范围内的移动侧熔接用具离开对方侧熔接用具,能够防止移动侧熔接用具以及对方侧熔接用具的磨耗以及劣化。
此外,根据本发明,通过在对方侧熔接用具的一对端面与移动侧熔接用具的输出面或熔接面之间同时熔接连续体的折返部分中的两个部位(相邻的两个一次性尿布的熔接部位),并在由缝隙划定的连续体的非熔接范围(两处熔接部之间的范围)切断连续体,从而能够制造一次性尿布。

Claims (9)

1.一种超声波熔接装置,用于对被熔接物进行超声波熔接,其特征在于包括:
保持部件,保持被熔接物;
一对熔接用具,具有超声波焊头和砧台,所述超声波焊头具有向所述被熔接物施加超声波振动的输出面,所述砧台具有在与所述超声波焊头的输出面之间熔接所述被熔接物的熔接面,作为所述一对熔接用具的其中之一的移动侧熔接用具能够在熔接范围与非熔接范围之间相对于所述保持部件移动,其中,所述熔接范围是指俯视时该移动侧熔接用具的输出面或熔接面与被保持在所述保持部件上的被熔接物重叠并且与作为所述一对熔接用具中的另一方的对方侧熔接用具相配合熔接所述被熔接物的范围,所述非熔接范围是俯视时偏离所述熔接范围的范围;以及
移位机构,让所述移动侧熔接用具相对于所述对方侧熔接用具移位,以便使所述输出面与所述熔接面在所述熔接范围互相接近在所述非熔接范围互相离开,其中,
包含所述对方侧熔接用具的所述输出面(6e)或所述熔接面(10d)的端部被沿所述移动侧熔接用具的移动方向延伸的缝隙(6d)而在垂直于所述移动方向的方向上分支成一对端面(6e、6e或10d、l0d),该一对端面(6e、6e或10d、l0d)位于所述缝隙的两侧作为所述输出面(6e)或所述熔接面(10d)而发挥作用,
所述移位机构具备:
施力机构,向所述所述移动侧熔接用具施力而使该移动侧熔接用具靠向所述对方侧熔接用具,以便让所述输出面和所述熔接面在它们的法线方向上相互接近;以及

所述被按压部件的被按压面以及所述移动侧熔接用具的外侧面中的至少其中之一作为引导面而发挥作用,该引导面对应于所述移动侧熔接用具从所述熔接范围向所述非熔接范围移动,将所述移动侧熔接用具朝向使所述输出面与所述熔接面互相离开的方向引导。

所述引导面呈如下形状:能够对抗所述施力部件的施力,将所述移动侧熔接用具朝向使所述输出面与所述熔接面在它们的法线方向上互相离开的方向引导。

5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的超声波熔接装置,其特征在于:
位于所述非熔接范围内的移动侧熔接用具和所述被按压部件互相卡合,以便容许所述移动侧用具朝向所述熔接范围移动,并限制移动侧熔接用具朝向垂直于所述移动方向以及所述施力机构的施力方向的方向移动。
6.根据权利要求5所述的超声波熔接装置,其特征在于:
所述移动侧熔接用具包括:具有能够与所述被按压部件滚动接触的外侧面的辊主体;以及从所述辊主体向外侧突出、且在与所述对方侧熔接用具的一对端面之间熔接所述被熔接物的一对突出部,
所述被按压部件具有被插入部,该被插入部被插入于位于所述非熔接范围内的移动侧熔接用具的所述一对突出部之间。
7.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的超声波熔接装置,其特征在于:
所述超声波熔接装置具有两个所述引导面,以便在所述移动侧熔接用具的移动方向上的所述熔接范围的两侧位置,分别将所述移动侧熔接用具朝向使所述输出面与所述熔接面互相离开的方向引导。
8.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的超声波熔接装置,其特征在于:
所述超声波焊头是所述对方侧熔接用具,所述对方侧熔接用具包括:具有被输入超声波振动的输入面的输入侧端部;以及通过所述缝隙被分支且具有在所述缝隙的两侧位置输出超声波振动的一对输出面的输出侧端部,
所述超声波焊头的输入面(6c)与所述超声波焊头的各输出面(6e)之间的距离被设定为相当于被输入到所述输入面的超声波振动的半个波长,
所述缝隙(6d)被形成在从相当于所述超声波振动的节点部的位置起至所述输出侧端部(6b)的端面为止的范围,或者被形成在从比所述相当于所述超声波振动的节点部的位置更接近所述各输出面(6e)侧的位置起至所述输出侧端部(6b)的端面为止的范围。
9.一种一次性尿布的制造方法,其中,所述一次性尿布具有:被配置在穿着者的腹部的前腹部;被配置在穿着者的臀部的后背部;以及从所述前腹部通过穿着者的两腿部间而延伸至所述后背部的裆部,所述制造方法的特征在于,利用权利要求1至8中任一项所述的超声波熔接装置制造一次性尿布,其包括以下的工序:
准备工序,准备构成要素在横向上连续的连续体,该构成要素是所述前腹部和所述后背部通过所述裆部而在纵向上连接而成;
对折工序,在纵向上对折所述连续体;
